Pranam baccho. Aaj se aab sab ki padhai shuru hongi. Kripa karke ek bhi path, ek bhi path padhna na bhulna, aur hamesha yahan aate rehna. Iss sal mahtvapurna saal hain; kam shayad kathin honga, magar kathorta se darna nahin. Kya kathin hain aur kya aasan hain, yeh to sab mun ki baat hain. Hriday ke liye kuch bhi kathin nahin. Jo bhi aayaen, jo bhi .. usse hriday se svikaar karo. Apne mun ko yeh dhoka ne dene dena ke yeh kathin hain ya nahin. Jaise jaise yeh shiksha badhti jayengi to man bahut dhoka dega. Man ko kahna : " Ay man, shukriya, tu ne jo mera saath diya itne saalon tak who mein kabhi nahin bhulungi, lekin, Ay man abhi mujhe mera hriday ka saath chahiye, magar yeh nahin ki mujhhe tera saath chhodna hain. Parunti man, tu mere aage na jana, mere saath rehna. Hriday ko aage badhava dena aur tu phir mere saath saath chal, mere aage mut chalna." Pranam.

(Greetings, children. You will start your training from today. Please do not forget even one lesson and come here always. This is an important year and the work may seen difficult, but do not be deterred by this. What is difficult and what is easy are merely concepts of the mind. Nothing is difficult for the heart. Whatever comes your way, accept it wholeheartedly. Do not let your mind deceive you into believing that something is difficult and something is easy. As your training progresses the mind will often try to deceive you. Tell your mind: " Oh, Mind, thank you. I will never forget the support that you have given me all these years. But, Mind, I now desire to link with my heart. I do not
reject you. But, Oh Mind, do not walk ahead of me, walk with me. Give your support to my heart so that it can take the lead, and you can once again walk by my side." Greetings.)


Good evening, children. Not a very full house today. My children, I am going to ask you to be more prompt in coming here and to be more regular. We are aware that work, situations, sometimes stop you from coming here, but for the next several weeks we are going to give one meditation exercise or ritual every week and we urge you to be present so that you do not miss out on this. If on a day, in spite of all your endeavors you are unable to be here, please do not forgo that exercise. Take it from the medium herself so that you get the right words and the right meditation. Every week, not from this week but the next you will be given one. These meditations are being given to you at your wish my children, because on so many occasions each one of you has asked that we reveal your guides to you. My children, can you not see the myth of that statement? How can we reveal something that you already are in touch with? This is not some magic box that we can open up to show you something. This is not a rabbit that we can pull out of a hat. But we will give you these meditations, these rituals which have been given to this child while she was at her favourite activity, the Internet, and we will very often now be using that medium to give her our message. These meditations will help you in cleansing yourselves enough so that then you can see what you wanted us to reveal to you. As you clean yourselves, my children, the more the mind will fight back because the more you clean the less control the mind has over you. And the one way the mind will fight back, my children, BE FOREWARNED, is to give you messages and visions which are untrue. On that hurdle, my children, we cannot help you. Only you, only you, along with your higher self, can know whether it is the mind or whether the vision is true. If you are in doubt sit for meditation and ask your guides for just one word 'yes' or 'no'. Are they true ---'yes', are they not---'no'. The very first word that your heart experiences is the truth. But, remember again, as soon as the first is heard by your mind, your mind will give you an opposite reply at once. Not only will the mind give you an opposite reply, it will give you a far more lucidly worded reply, because it means to deceive you into believing that it is still controlling you. You have asked to be in touch with your guides. You have not asked for an easy task. The higher guides can never, never directly link with a vessel that is unclean. Ask anyone who has gone through this cleaning process..cleaning is done by fire. It is the only element in nature that purifies. Do not be scared by the fire. Accept it. Remember that the cleaning process will bring up all the dirt that you have hidden away for not only years, but lifetimes. Be cleaned, my children, even if the cleaning process is sometimes painful, even if it means tragedy, even if it means accepting and embracing your greatest fears. Embrace them, knowing that you are doing this for one purpose and one purpose alone, because you wish to experience the love that is around you, that your guides are constantly engulfing you with, but which you cannot experience because of the dirt. Ask for help. Remember, my children, the United Soul itself will not help you unless help is asked for. But be very specific in what you ask. Do not tell your guides what to do. Merely tell them what is the end that you wish to achieve. So if there is a fear of the darkness do not tell the guides to let your room be lit. They know how to take away your fear. Merely ask them to remove that fear. So be very specific with what you ask. And as each week progresses, and as you continue everyday with your exercises and meditations, ...and believe me, children none of these exercises will take you more than five minutes..we ask you to do them everyday...you will do just one a week, not more...and very soon, at the end of three months, you will all be in touch with your guides. In the meanwhile, you will certainly feel the help of others, you will be given names..remember, children, those are not your guides, those are your helpers, messengers of guides, what you call councilors, they are your friends. Accept them, embrace them, talk to them, make them one with you, hold their hand to let your vibrations rise enough so that your vibrations with your guides will then be in union. But, remember the forewarning. The master who came before told you what to tell your mind. Say that to your mind with full love. Do not let your mind feel scorned, rejected. It is part of you, you cannot reject any part of you. Speak to your mind with love, speak to yourselves always with love. Even if you have committed the harshest crime, speak to yourself with love. We will not take any questions today, except one which I have promised this little child of mine(nilanjana) to answer. Child, I want you tell these people what you saw this morning.

NS: Sir, this morning at 5.45 I saw this thing in the sky which I saw in the sky which changed colour from yellow to orange to red and kept spinning. I was certain that it was an UFO, or 'Zafar's friend' as I call it.

So, my son, now you have friends on other planets!

ZK: Yes Sir, that's wonderful.

Children, you all have friends. And what this child saw was no optical illusion. More and more in the night sky will you see them. But, you must keep yourself open to them. Do not look at what you think is an UFO and say "no, it can't be.my mind is playing tricks." Oh. Yes. Sometimes the mind can and does and will play tricks. Let your soul be in touch. It is time when those from other worlds will be here to help you. And they are already here to help you. Some have already come and have kept themselves hidden from human view, for their own safety. More will come, in larger numbers. You and others like you must be in the vanguard to welcome them, to work with them in order to raise the vibrations of this earth. Make your wish very clearly known, voice it out to them. Let them know that they have a friend. They are looking for friends, they are looking for ones who will not disbelieve in them, they are looking for those who do have any preconceived ideas about what they look and about what they will say. They will not speak your language, but you will understand every word that they say because it will be spoken in the silence of your heart. These beings who will help have overcome the need for speech. Why talk? Talk is merely an instrument that the physical mind uses. Why talk? You don't need words, you only need thought and love, and they will use that and if you are open to that you will be a very valuable help to them. They come to do our work, they come at our behest, but they will need friends here. But remember children, and again we are forewarning you, that when you befriend one who is strange to your world, you yourself stand at risk of scorn and rejection from others around you. Do not, do not make any hasty promises before first considering whether you will have the strength to withstand scorn and rejection and contempt and hate that will come your way when you befriend those that come from the light. If you are certain that you want to befriend them, tell them. You don't need to see it in the sky, merely voice out loud "I am your friend and I am here to do your work, with you so that together we can do the work of the Lord. That is enough. That is all they require. Say that once, say that as many times as you like, that is your pleasure. Are you satisfied , my child?

She was very keen to know whether what she saw was a UFO. That is another term that we cannot understand. What does Unidentified Flying Object mean? We have already identified it. It is only your human mind that has not. Maybe it is your human mind that it is a UFO.

Children, we have for you one more task for this year. Some of you will find it difficult, some not. We entrust upon you that every week you spread our message to ONE person. Each will do this to a different one, each week. Do not PUSH our message, merely tell, inform and then if the seed has to grow into an oak it will. Don't look around and wait around for it to grow. That is not your task. The acorn might grow twenty years later, but we want you to be our farmers and sow just one seed every week. Yes, if the person comes back to you and asks you for more details, more knowledge, more guidance, of course, rejoice in the fact that the seed has already burst forth. But if the seed falls on fallow ground, do not be disheartened. How disheartened would we be if all our seeds that fell on fallow ground made us unhappy? How many seeds that we have planted within you have not yet grown? So, my farmers, one person every week. Think of how many persons will know of us at the end of three months, at the end of one year. You cannot help us more than that. Till the soil for us so that the new energy can go into the mother earth. This mother earth for so long has borne all the negativity that you have released into her. Show her your love, be her farmers, and if you can , once a day place your palms flat on the ground, any where, and say three small words to mother earth " I Love You".

It is now time for the High Lord to speak to you. We ask you all to receive him not with worry and anxiety that we are aware is in so many hearts just now. Let there be joy.

Maitreya: HAIL!!!  I scared you last time. What is fear but your own creation? I did not scare you, you feared the unknown and if you fear the unknown you cannot walk our path because we are still unknown to you. We want to be known to you as closely as you are known to us. I and my workers have spread to all corners of the earth because it is now my time to take over and complete the work that all my beloved brothers have done before me. I need you all as my helpers. (All said yes) So quickly you all say yes, and as soon as we test you, the yes will become no. Don't be so quick, my children to sat yes, because when you say yes we then test you. We don't want hypocrites to say yes, we want true hearts.

(Sir moved his arms from side to side vigorously)

 You have opened the crown chakra now take it in ( referring to the energy in the room). Fill yourselves and as you fill try to see where the energy is being blocked and work on that part.
