(An ancient Master talked to us very, very softly)
He spoke to Roxanne and asked her to convey to the others what he was saying. He said that he was Eliyah and said that we could call him Eli. He urged everyone repeatedly to raise their vibrations quickly, as those who could not do so, would perish due to the earth changes soon to take place. He recommended an exercise whereby the earth energy be pushed upwards from each chakra and then be made to spin around the eighth chakra. He said that there is no death, only a crossing of the river.
(From what the sitters saw he was a very, very old master who seemed to have a lot of difficulty in using the medium. N was also very tired out, and experienced a lot of pain in her arms, back and neck after this.)

What happened, my son, was that the silver cord became very fragile.

Are there any precautions you want us to take?
(Sir shook his head) As she is given different experiences, my son, her body will react, sometimes rather traumatically. Yes, without ensuring where the medium is, and we do not mean her physical body, it is dangerous to touch the medium because the shock of physical vibrations may make the Silver Cord even more fragile.
Sir, why was there no movement of chakras? She was cold.
Child, she was not here. Her movements were guided only by the higher chakras. The lower chakras which are essential for the physical wellbeing and the state of being alive were not yet present. It is essential for us to remove 'her' as this ancient teacher, whom we bow to as our teacher   is unable to enter   with her vibrations being present.   She's made to almost become a puppet.   She will get used to this state as will the ancient teacher and there will not be any conflict.
You have all been given the new diet and this is the diet that you will now follow till there is any further change that we make. Not all of you are following the diet controls that we have explained. We have stressed earlier   and we stress again,   there is no compulsion, but, before the time of the photon belt energy   and before the complete tilting of the earth's axis, vibratory changes are essential. 3rd dimensional vibrations will not be able to bear up with the changes.
The earth has already moved into the 4th Dimension.  It is only a transitory phase. In the 4th Dimension there is always more conflict.   You have to now move from the 3rd to the 4th Dimension, to the 5th.  The diet will not take you there, but it will certainly help you.  The Candle exercise will not take you there, but it will certainly help you.  What will take you there is your own Soul growth. Not all of you here will live to see the change and that is because there are some in this group who are needed by us.  We need you.  So when your time comes to cross over, open your arms and greet us.  We will be waiting.  I promise each one present that   I   will be there to guide you home.  There is no death.  You are being prepared - all of you - to help us.   Some of you will help us in this physical body.  Some of you will help us without the physical. And we are joyous to see the growth of each one.  It is very rare that we see a group as dedicated. Stubborn? Yes. Opiniated? Certainly. But, your power of growth is now so strong and so certain that we are now sure that no circumstances, however hard,   will be enough to pull you away from this path. Your lessons are no more learnt with your mind. You have gone beyond that state.   And   my son Soli also is joyous about 'seeing'. You were promised, my son. You will see more and more. You will then soon help us, my son.

But, there is still time. And all of you must use this time.  This is your time for self -development. After that, whether you stay here or there, (words still trick you, don't they?) wherever you are, self-growth will be temporarily sacrificed for the growth of all. So make use of every moment that you have to grow. So grow. The more you grow the more you will be able to help others to grow. Do not take upon you the burdens of others. Let each one fight their own battles. Do not take upon yourself the burden of your daughter, of your husband, the burden of your child. These relationships are illusionary. The only burden that you need to take upon yourself is your own. Take those burdens and put them down. The light the traveller is, the quicker is his journey home.
There will soon be amongst you the growth of another medium, and then a third. And then a fourth. And then all of you. My son, Sohrab, who is not with us in physical spirit will in the next year be joining this medium. He will be very upset with us for divulging his little secret. But he is ready. And then, my son, Yezu, your time will come. But you, my son, will be used in a different way. You will be used for inspirational writing. You will write as you have never written before. And you don't like writing too much, do you?

Will I be of any use to you, Sir?
Certainly. You, my son, will help us to induct into our fold those sheep that have gone astray. You have always been a gentle and a strict disciplined parent and this gift you will now give not only to two souls but to many.
Each one will help, just as each one desires to help.
Sir, I know that I am very good at helping others but something holds me back. It is a dilemma that I would like to get over.
Then get over it.
Sir, I have this fear of harming while helping. Rescue.
That is because you are not clean yet within yourself. Do not worry, my son. The more you help, the more you will see the dirt, and the more you will clean it away.
But what about the person I am helping? Will I not pass on the dirt to them?
Only those who have agreed to help you in this process will come to you. Do not permit fear and doubt to hold you back.

Sir, how is Meher?
She is with us, and does not need to sleep all the time. But because the chakras were so badly wounded sleep is essential but it is not a very deep one. She does not need complete forgetfulness. She is only being made to sleep at intervals so that her bodies can heal so that then she can move on in order to see her part, to see her past, and to decide upon her future.
Sir, in what ways are the days Oct.31st and Nov.5th important?

Sir, you spoke about healing the etheric bodies. Are they in this state due to illness or the medication?
Both, my son, both. When the illness attacks the physical body the etheric body has already been attacked. An introduction of chemical substances then into the physical body further attacks the etheric body.
Sir, then why do you sometimes recommend that one should go ahead with the medication?
Because we know that the path is still secure. This person has to move on, and then the guides and the various medical faculties that we have on our side, will ensure that the etheric will not be disturbed by the medication.
Sir, once you said that every soul that comes here chooses its mother. But what about childless women? Is this because no soul wished to come to that person? Or is it a physical limitation?
No, my son. That soul opted not to experience motherhood and the physical limitations will only be a physical cause. But it is that soul's decision not to experience this. There will be reasons for this. The commonest reason is when a soul in another incarnation, as a caretaker of children had not done its mission well; had probably abused the souls who were in its care. This causes a personal karmic link which this soul wishes to overcome. It opts to be childless, and the life partner will help this soul in its mission. The soul of the life partner may not initially have taken this decision as the soul has no personal karmic link to overcome. But when two souls come together in a relationship like this they do so for important reasons and in order to fulfill a larger important reason, the soul of the life partner will agree to support the decision of this childless woman. There may be another reason for this decision. Sometimes the soul is just tired of looking after children over and over and over and over again. And the soul wants a holiday. You will find that such women do not miss being mothers at all. They enjoy their state of being childless, they enjoy the sense of freedom that comes with this, and they enjoy the reduction in responsibility. These souls when they come over to our side are also caretakers of children who come over to our side and so when they take a physical embodiment they might just decide on a break. 
Sir, but some of these souls adopt children.
Those are totally different decisions. When a child is born to one and is then adopted by another the child does not have very many karmic links with its biological mother. It takes birth to that mother in order to aid the mother to learn a greater lesson and then it moves on to the person with whom it has greater karmic links. In a situation likes this, my son, three souls are involved in this karmic decision.
Sir, I wished to ask that though we rotate, most of the time I get water as my element. Is there some significance to this?
A very good observation and some of you should be more observant. If you are getting the same element again and again or very often, that element has something to teach you. Water, my child, has the ability to flow. It has the ability to cleanse. It also has the ability to become contaminated and to contaminate. You must learn your lesson from this.
Fire has the ability to purify everything that it touches. It has the ability to spread a light that is so bright. It also has the ability to destroy and turn another to ashes.
Air has the ability to become almost invisible and yet has the ability to pervade even the smallest opening. It carries with it wonderful smells, it carries with it health and prosperity, but it also carries with it small invisible particles that can cause great damage. It also has the ability to destroy what comes in its path when it uses its full force.  No fire, however strong, can withstand the force of Air.
Ether is that element which guides you and links your physical to the spiritual. It is the only element that pervades all and expects nothing in return.   It is the only element that has no power to destroy, it can only create.
The earth has the ability for growth, and yet not all earth will help. Earth from which vitamins, and minerals have been   removed, Earth in which the composition of sand and clay and loam is incorrect, will become   barren, infertile.  The earth has the ability to keep giving till everything is depleted. And then the earth lies fallow.  It then needs time to rejuvenate.
You have all these elements within you.  And if, my child, one special element keeps coming to you, that element is coming to you   so that you can learn.  Flow like the water my child, cleanse like the water.   Do not allow yourself to pick up dirt.   When water picks up dirt, it either pushes it away, or it allows it to settle down.  And when water stops flowing, it becomes stagnant.   It becomes the source of disease and ill health. Water must flow.
Sir, when we talk of 'vaayu'  and 'pavan',  vaayu is air  or ether   ?
Pavan is air
Is it related to space, Sir?
The air IS space. Vaayu is beyond that
Is it a breeze?
That is only a movement, in order to make you aware that there is air.  Air   is present, whether moving or unmoving. Air has the wonderful ability to move without anyone noticing it.  So become like the air.
Sir, this diet you have given.  I have found that it has affected my constipation.  Is anything to be changed Sir?
Eat far more fibrous foods. If you can include millet in your diet it will help. If you can include figs and dates in your diet it will help. I if you can include raisins in your diet it will help. But my son, dates, figs or raisins must be soaked.  They must be soaked overnight, allowed to soften and then eaten.
Sir, why do I have the 'fixed' element of the flower?
The air moves without being noticed. Does that answer your question?
Not quite, Sir, since I have always identified more with water.
If there is no air, water would not flow. You, my son, are silent.  You work silently.  You get angry silently.  You love silently. Sometimes, people don't even notice you.  But when they do notice you they realise that here is a force to reckon with. Remember my son; air has the ability to destroy itself. Air picks up the largest number of impurities of any of the elements and that air is foul, diseased and can help neither itself nor any other element. That air must be destroyed.
 Sir, I have been getting ether all the time. Does this mean I need to learn how to  link?
Now do you know why you were asked about Prayer?
Sir, during the candle meditation I feel a lot of vibrations in my feet and legs. This happens even when I am chanting OM or AHURA.
Child, if the vibrations are all over, that is perfection.   If the vibrations are in one part of the body, you must study that part of the body better.  If the vibrations are only in your feet and legs, you are dealing with huge issues of instability.  You feel very insecure.  You feel you cannot stand on your own.  Those are issues you need to deal with.  When you deal with them, you will find that these vibrations will stop.  When you feel these vibrations my child, it is because the candle is trying to eliminate the blocks there. You do not need, my child, a staff to stand with.  Your two legs are very strong indeed. Why don't you try thanking them?
Sir, sometimes when I am seeing inanimate objects I see them pulsating ..
You are not seeing them as inanimate objects. You are now becoming aware, that everything animate and inanimate has energy, and energy must pulse because energy moves in pulses. Child, put 1 drop of rose water in your eyes every night before you sleep.
Sir, can you suggest an alternative to the candle meditation?   I have certain space limitations.
Son, we can suggest a way where you can do the same meditation.  Sleep across the bed and place the candles on the floor.
But, Sir, your child is also in bed.
My son, my child is not in bed every moment of the day
You said to do it the last thing before going to bed. That is what's causing the problem Sir.
Do it any time at night when you can get the bed to yourself.
