Archangel Michael gave us a vital Meditation to be used by us any time for a problem, difficulty or for healing.

Good evening children!

This child is unwell. Son, (to Yezad) her body is being changed to a Light body within and all that is physically in conflict will manifest in great intensity and very rapidly. The body gives indications as to what must be introduced into it and whether it is right for her now or wrong. The indications will come within a few hours. She must learn not to now introduce substances that will conflict with the Light body being introduced into her.

No. Today, we will be unable to keep her in deep trance for long. We are changing the format of the meeting to suit this child. She is used to inspirational talk. And often, with her awareness or without her awareness we have used her to talk through her without it being essential for her to be in a deep state of trance. This is inspirational talk. We will use the same method today.

The meeting will be taken over by Archangel Michael who has come here specifically to lead you all through an extremely important and vital meditation.

Yesterday was a day of joy for us, when so many of you merged with your galactic selves, ‘I AM’ presence, Christ selves, monadic selves and entered the ‘white brotherhood’. (Jade fire referred to the Cleansing Class participants) We welcome you all. The last 3 months were not easy for you. We were with you when you went through trials, your search and your discoveries which so often shattered you. But you were strong and you persisted. And now we welcome you, as our brothers, as our sisters of the ‘white brotherhood’.

You now have the ability, if you so desire, to conduct such classes in cleansing on your own. Whatever help this child can give you, we will see that it is given to you. But each of you can now start, those who desire to, 3 months’ cleansing to include small groups. Our task will be made easier and many, many more will enter the ‘white brother-hood’. This is no compulsion  . . . . . . . it is for those who are eager to do this task. This child will not be permitted to start another cleansing class for at least 2 months. Work has to be done upon her and we cannot tax her more.

By the time your Earth moves into the next year, her Light body has to be very firmly in place as her work will take on a completely new direction. By then, our son (Sohrab) will be ready. So for the next 2 months at least, there must be no Cleansing class, no private sessions.

Those may continue.

You (referring to the participants of the cleansing class) can now take over from her and do this work. You are all prepared. You can do it with one, or two or ten; however comfortable you are. But if you start there must be a commitment on your part and for those who come to you, to give at least 3 months of their time on a weekly regular basis. There must be – and we insist on this – an energy exchange for this. When soul-searching is on, karma build up is very quick, because when you are searching within you, and another is helping you in this search, the bond that is created, must not be permitted to become into a karmic connection ever. And so, energy must be exchanged. Each one can decide what exchange you will desire. But it must be done. Whenever you start, our blessings are with you. But please start. Each one, if you start with even one person, so many more will have already joined. But remember, the purpose of cleansing is not ascension. Ascension was the culmination of this group, because this group transmuted enough negative energy within in order to ascend and merge. It may not always be. Your intuition will tell you whether those in your class are ready or not. Our blessings to you.

We will now hand over this meeting to Archangel Michael.

(To Roxanne) Child, you need not be worried about her. We are not going to keep her in a deep state of trance. It will be extremely light, just enough for the Archangel’s impressions to be made upon her.

                                        ARCHANGEL   MICHAEL’S   MEDITATION

It is important for this Meditation to completely turn over your Self to your 5th dimension Self.

Breathe very deeply and with every breath ascend to the 5th dimension Self. You will feel yourself growing lighter, but it is essential to ground your 5th dimension Self to your physical body completely.

If at any time through the meditation you feel a tingling at the back of your neck or a sense of dizziness, Archangel Michael asks you to open your eyes at once, and continue with the meditation with more consciousness of the 3rd dimension self.

Take nine deep breaths and with every breath reach higher in order to merge with your 5th dimension self, which is already present and in existence. Those of you who merged with your higher and monadic selves yesterday, please merge with those selves.

At no point in this meditation must you lose awareness of the physical. At no point in this meditation must you lose control.

You may or may not be able to visualise your 5th dimension self, but you must firmly believe before proceeding with the meditation, that you have merged.

Before your 5th dimension self is a large crystal pyramid. The colour of the pyramid will vary according to the colour required by your 5th dimension self.

Enter the pyramid. As you enter the pyramid, on your right, on the floor of the pyramid is the capstone of the pyramid. Please see the capstone clearly. It may either be a vision, or a thought or a feeling.

It is essential that you follow this next step very, very carefully, with all the power of your being. From the 3rd eye of your physical self send power to your 5th dimension self.  And by this power, without touching the capstone, raise the capstone upwards slowly, till it fits the apex of the pyramid, thus closing you in. Exert all the power of your being to move this capstone upwards. It is crystal and not heavy.

Once the capstone is in place, look around and study your pyramid.

In the centre of the pyramid place as many crystal chairs as your desire. The chairs must be placed around a crystal table that is directly beneath the capstone.

When you are completely in the pyramid, please say aloud ‘And so it is’.  With these words your pyramid is in complete manifestation.

For all work that you wish to do upon yourself, whether it is healing or a business problem, a personal difficulty, it is this pyramid that you will enter into.

Look to your right now and you will find a large double-terminated clear crystal, lying on the floor. Again with the strength and power of your spiritual being straighten the crystal pyramid till it is vertical, standing on its own, on one tip.

When it has straightened, levitate it upwards slowly and gradually till it is placed in a vertical position in the centre of your crystal table. The 2nd point of the double terminated crystal will touch the capstone in its dead centre.

Seat yourself down in one of the chairs around the table, whichever chair seems to be yours.

At this stage you may or may not invite any ascended master, spiritual helper, galactic force, angel or archangel, as many of those as you desire. Invite them to sit in the crystal chairs inside your crystal pyramid.

At this moment we wish you to think of the person, personal or work related, with whom you are facing some problem or difficulty. Invite the Higher self of that person into the pyramid with love. Seat the person opposite you.

It is essential at this point that you are completely in connection with your 3rd dimensional self that is facing the problem. Let the 3rd dimensional self now, in very clear terms and in words that are not vague, state the problem or the difficulty. State it with your 3rd dimensional self very, very clearly. Do not state the solution. State the problem.

Once the problem has been stated, the 5th dimensional self takes it out of the hands of the 3rd dimensional body and places it on the crystal table, next to the crystal pyramid.

The problem has ‘energy’ and this energy you must place on the crystal table next to the crystal pyramid.

Now, state the solution that you desire for this problem. If you do not know the solution, you may leave it to the ascended master or your ‘I am’ presence, who knows what is the right solution, but you must state your intention very clearly.

Once the intent has been stated clearly, beam it to the capstone, where the crystal meets the centre of the capstone.

As soon as your intent touches the capstone and the crystal, the crystal will glow with light. It might resemble lightening strokes. This light will first completely cover the ‘problem energy’ and then spread outwards to cover you and the higher self of the person you have invited.

Take a few moments of silence to permit the light to do its work.

The energy that was manifested by your 3rd dimensional self has now been covered by the crystal energy. And the crystal takes the energy into itself.

This energy rises upwards till it reaches the capstone. There the crystal will do its work. It is essential at this stage that you affirm, believe that this problem energy is now OUT of your hands and is within the crystal’s power. If there is any connection still, between the problem energy and you, the crystal will not be able to take the problem energy completely into itself.

Believe that the right solution is already being manifest and at the right moment the solution will come into the 3rd dimensional reality.

Warmly thank the person for coming, for agreeing to be a part of this solution.

Once the person has left, if there is any ailment within your body that you wish to heal, or you merely wish for crystalline healing energy, without any specific ailment, lie down upon the crystal table. As you lie down, your body will go through the crystal and the crystal will pierce your body painlessly in its very centre.

State your intent to the crystal very, very clearly. What is the healing that you require for yourself?  Once you have stated your intent, be in silence, enjoying the light of the crystal entering your being and healing you. The crystal can be used to heal any body, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

As you are lying receiving your healing, it is time to tell you about this pyramid. This 5th dimensional pyramid has the Archangel’s guarantee, that no problem that enters this pyramid goes unresolved.

You can enter this pyramid as many times of the day that you desire. If there is a dilemma and you are completely unable to find the answer, enter the pyramid and sit it silence, asking the crystal to sort out your thoughts and feelings and to make you aware of the right answer. If there is a family problem that needs the agreement and harmony of several persons, bring them all into the pyramid, so that together a harmonious and happy solution can be reached.

If there is another that you wish to heal, you must first ask the Higher self’s permission of the person and then begin the healing, making the person lie down on the crystal table, stating the intent to the crystal and allowing the crystal to do its work.

If you are doing anything creative, first enter your crystal pyramid and then start upon your creative effort.

Again you are being reminded that you MUST at ALL TIMES BE CONNECTED to your 3rd dimensional self for this meditation.

The crystal that is in the centre of the table is nothing else but a manifestation of the energy of the sword of Archangel Michael.

When you sleep at night, if you enter the pyramid before the physical body falls asleep, and state your intent for a complete overhauling of all your bodies, this will be continued through the night as you rest.

You must permit the crystal to do its task at the right moment. When you state your problem, you must completely leave it behind in the pyramid and not bring it back with you into your 3rd dimensional self. Because if you do so, you will have re-created the problem energy anew.

When you feel completely healed leave your crystal pyramid. Say a warm goodbye to all those you had invited within and gently open your eyes.
