18/1/2004 Meditation to Release Tension, Connect With Spirit Guides

There is going to be no discussion today. There is going to be a meditation to release tension, connect with spirit guides, teachers. And then focus on a problem, for which you need guidance. At that point of time I will just keep completely silent, till I am guided to end the meditation.

When I tell you breathe in, just breathe in very deeply through your nose. Hold the breath till I tell you breathe out. Then breathe out through your mouth. Don’t make a rapid breathing out. Do a slow breathing out. Make a sound, and breathe out because then you are emptying yourself of all you don’t require. This is just to first get into complete relaxation.

Breathe in. breath out. Breathe in. breath out.

Chant Om

Breathe in. breath out. Breath in. breathes in.

Chant Om

Mentally repeat after me.

"I ASK DIVINE SPIRIT TO GIVE ME EVERYTHING I NEED TO BE CALM, RELAXED AND COMPLETELY AT PEACE WITH MYSELF. I ASK TO HAVE ALL TENSION AND STRESS, DRAINED FROM ME. I ASK FOR THIS NOW. AND SO IT IS."

This meditation is about visualization. You must construct the picture in front of you. Do not expect it to just happen. You will construct them, outside of yourself or within yourself. It is important to be completely focused during this meditation; not to lose yourself and allow yourself to float away.

Breathe in. Breathe out. A beam of light comes from high above you, enters your head, your body and moves downwards, going to into the center of the Earth.

In the very center is a large crystal. Your beam of light enters the crystal and remains there. The beam of light becomes into an oval shape form that surrounds you. It is pure gold in color. You are completely protected. Repeat after me mentally.

"I ASK DIVINE SPIRIT TO PUT ME INTO MY DIVINE SOUL ESSENCE, NOW. I ASK THE DIVINE AND LOVING SPIRIT BE WITH ME DURING THIS MEDITATION TO FULFILL MY DESIRES TO BECOME MY-I AM- SELF. I STATE THAT ALL THAT HAPPENS NOW MUST ONLY BE FOR MY HIGHEST WILL, MY HIGHEST GOOD, AND WITH FULL ALIGHNMENT WITH MY SOUL ESSENCE, AND SOUL PURPOSE. I AM FULLY OPEN TO DIVINE LOVE AND DIVINE LIGHT."

Focus now on one problem. Make intent that you require guidance and direction towards a peaceful, harmonious and joyous resolution of this problem.

Mentally repeat after me

"I STATE TO THE DIVINE SPIRIT, THAT DURING THIS MEDITATION I WISH TO HAVE CONTACT WITH MY SPIRIT GUIDES, AND SPIRIT TEACHERS, FOR ADVICE AND DIRECTION. I ASK FOR THIS CONTACT TO BE IN THE MOST APPROPRIATE WAY FOR ME, WITH RESPECT TO MY SKILLS AND MY AWARENESS. AND SO IT IS."

I will give you a few moments now to focus on this problem. Be open to whatever comes. Do not brush off anything as meaningless.

You are now going to construct for yourself a wall garden. It is important that you ensure that you construct this the way you desire. It will not just be seen. You will build it and see it. I ask you to now take the hands of your spirit guides and teachers and walk into a formally laid out garden. Let your imagination let you see the garden, the way you wish to see it. You will take the help of pictures that you may have seen or actual gardens that you may have visited. Walk along the garden path, till you come to some steps. Your garden has a certain number of steps that only you know of. As you walk down them, as you walk down the steps, you see an arch gateway. Enter this. What kinds of smells do you associate with your path? What are the flowers that you have planted there? What are the favorite birds that come to visit you in your garden? Do you hear the soft gentle rippling of water? Walk towards this stream. Is it a stream? Is it a pool? Is it a hot spring?

It is your garden. You must construct it.

Sit besides your favourite tree. If there is someone you wish to invite, invite them in. They may be alive or dead. They may be human or alien friend. Look around your large garden. At which corner would you like to construct your meditation chamber? Look around slowly. Where ever you want to construct your meditation chamber; walk towards that spot. This chamber is made up of the clearest quartz. The walls shimmer. It is in this chamber that you will energize, revitalize and transform yourself. Sit in this chamber of clear quartz. You need not attempt to see it. You need not even attempt to feel it. Just sit in this chamber and permit the energy of the clear quartz to energize you, to revitalize you, transform you. Feel strong and healthy again. This problem has depleted your energies. Let your energies be completely filled again. Now that you are energized, come out of this chamber. Look around this large garden and see where you would like another chamber of loved to be constructed?

Walk towards that spot and construct your chamber of pure pink rose quartz. This chamber has the most brilliant pink rose quartz walls and ceiling. Sit within that chamber. It is not necessary to see the chamber. It is not necessary to feel the chamber. Just know that the pure energy of the rose quartz is pouring into you. Absorb completely the energies of unconditional love. These energies are important to you so that those person or persons, who are involved with you in the problem, get the benefit of your unconditional love. Absorb this energy. Now that you are filled with this energy, send it out; without any expectations, without expecting any resolution of the problem. Just send it out because you are a being of love. Send it out to the persons or person involved with you in this problem. Do not do this with any feelings of expectation, of return. When you have covered her, him or them with your complete unconditional love walk out of the rose quartz chamber.

Look around you in the garden. Which is the spot where you would like to build your healing chamber? Walk towards that spot. Construct your chamber with the purest and deepest purple amethyst. Make violet walls and ceilings. Radiate a light that is strong and healing. Sit within this chamber. You do not need to see it or feel it. Just know that the strong rays of the amethyst are entering you and healing you, at the physical, mental, emotional, causal levels. Completely receive the healing ray, so that all your bodies are in alignment. If you are scared to move in a certain direction, send the energy to that area. If you are confused where to go send the healing ray to clear the confusion. Let your health become strong, assertive, self-deserving……… of who and what you are. Just as you require the healing so does the person or persons involved in the problem. Send out the amethyst ray to those persons and ask the amethyst ray to heal them in all their bodies. Do this without any expectation, any need of return. Do it because as a Light worker you only know how to heal. As you leave your amethyst chamber, walk with your spirit guides, teachers, in a direction where they take you.

In front of you is a large enormous portal. This is your star gate. As soon as you step into your star gate you get complete access to all that you are everywhere, and in all times. You can use this star gate to again focus on your problem, and/or the person or persons who are involved in this problem. Hold their hand and take them through this star gate. Sit quietly. There will be an awareness of the origin of this problem; a significant past existence, a connection to your higher aspects, taking you to another planet where you were a being.

I am giving you a few moments to once again focus on your problem. This time do with far more energy, love and strength. Remember that the help will come to you even after the meditation. It may be as advice from a friend, from a loved one, something which you may read. Do not brush off anything that you hear, are told and read as insignificant. Sometimes what the Universe wants us to do may seem a little scary. But you have the strength. That is why the Universe has suggested this part to you. You are now going to build for yourself a very, very important part of your garden. It is in this area that you will come for any issue resolution, now or in the future.

Create for yourself an amphitheater; a Greek style circular walled, open top building. In the center of this structure create an upright circular portal, as large, as tall, as big in diameter, as you would like it to be. In this large portal, place a shimmering gateway. This is an entrance. Around this portal are standing 12 enormous energy beings. It is not necessary to see or feel them. It is only necessary to know that there are 12 energy beings around this portal. These beings guard your energy entrance. And one being will take you through this energy entrance now. As soon as you enter this circular portal, intent why you wish to be there. Do you wish a solution to a problem? If so state it clearly. Do you wish to connect to higher aspects? What ever you wish to be done in this energy portal, intend it firmly as you enter. Sit within this portal. This energy portal is exclusively your own. Do not invite any one else in. it only has your energies, and when ever you need to access your purest, undiluted energies, you can enter into this upright, circular portal, and be filled with your energies. Slowly walk out of your portal. Thank the 12 beings and command them to be on constant guard of your portal.

Come back to your walled garden. Climb up the stairs slowly. Thank the person or persons for being with you. They were with you because they, like you, wish to have a harmonious resolution. Thank your spirit guides, teachers. Thank spirit. And gently open your eyes.
