Energy of Venus:

(The energy for Venus described itself as soft and silver….soft with a hard, metallic core. It had come specifically on that that day so that it could directly implant its energy into all those gathered there so that they could open their floodgates of universal love for others.)

It is no random chance that those who are here today have come for this direct implanting of this energy. You are all the little ones, who need a special powerful blast so that in the remaining five years you can take this and spearhead a movement to ensure that this energy changes the atmospheric energy of your planet. That will be the time when earth will finally ascend into her place with us. The atmospheric energy of planets takes them physically to their spiritual evolution and you can spearhead this. Each one will now receive.

Ray 2, the ray of love, idealism, devotion, discipleship and wisdom. Knowledge, without love is no knowledge, at all. It remains an intellectual, academic exercise at the gaining of superiority, a superiority that is short-lived because just as there is always someone more powerful than you, there is always someone more knowledgeable than you.

The Second Ray helps you to look at wisdom from the perspective of love. When you look at wisdom from this perspective, you at once embrace ignorance too. First, you embrace your own ignorance, a complete acceptance, awareness that "I am ignorant and I am proud to be so because this then fires my quest for wisdom". It then urges you to accept, understand another’s ignorance.

When there is Ray 2 in action, the teacher places himself at the feet of the student. The teacher acknowledges and is grateful for this opportunity to teach, to share and thus to grow. How ironic that all your educational institutions place their teachers upon large stages and stands. What a sense of ego is imbibed in the teacher. And what follows is complete draining away of self-esteem of the student. It should, in fact be just the opposite, where the student sits exalted and the teacher bows in reverence, in gratitude. That is the functioning of Ray 2.

This ray is an important one for this group. The purpose of this group, of such meetings that you hold, is to share, but also to cheat …..No, not teach, to cheat. You wonder why? Every time you open your mouth and you spout, you cheat. You cheat yourself out of the opportunity to grow. Important for you to understand…. each one here comes to learn and what is the purpose of learning? Growth, expansion, evolution. Why must you then cheat yourself out of these given opportunities? In your midst, there are those who know what you don’t and there are those who do not know all that you do and yet you come, week after week and cheat, cheat yourself out of the opportunity to share. (To Zafar) Wise one, wise one, certainly you must encourage questions being asked but will you (Divya) and you (Zafar) as the new leaders of this group take on one more responsibility? To ensure that when knowledge is shared it is done so, not out of superiority. No one must go away feeling, "I am so ignorant and all those around me, so learned". They must be honoured for their ignorance, for were they not ignorant, what would be the purpose of this group? So if you wish to teach, stop cheating.

This is the greatest pitfall of any teacher. At some time or the other, the teacher begins to cheat. The ego enters the process of information dissemination. When any ask you a question, mentally place yourself at their feet and from that position of gratitude and equality, answer. Then you will share. How will you grow in this process? To the extent that the other has completely understood the knowledge. This puts a further responsibility upon you. You have to use the right words. Not all words work for all people. What may work for her (pointing to someone), she (someone else) may find a load of rubbish. What may work for her, he may find too complicated to understand.

So how are you going to grow? Ray 2. The force of Ray 2 is the force of love. That ray, when sent out, because it is the completion of love, will instantly tell you, what is the wisdom that is sought and how it is to be transmitted. At this point I must pause.

Sohrab: No, sir.

These discussions on rays is not by random chance. The knowledge that you get will be the knowledge that you will now reveal to the world for the first time. This ray is of particular importance for this group. These four souls (Sohrab, Elaeenah, Zafar, and Divyaa) must provide the umbrella to ensure that the vast energy of this group does not diminish by cheating. Few groups exist such as yours; very, very few in number and the purpose of such few groups is to bring together those who have the courage to love. It requires an inner core of steel. Venus, soft and metallic, did you hear? Her touch is soft but the inner core so metallic that the entire universe gathers their energy of love from this one planet. So when anyone approaches you or you desire to approach another, do not do it because you have recognized ignorance. Do it because you have recognized wisdom unconscious. All you have to do is to say, "Wake up! Its time to see"! That is all.

Use this ray and the knowledge that we will give you of it in future weeks, for this purpose constantly.

You will all think of, without great deliberation, one word that describes your love and your wisdom, not love and wisdom that is divine. Don’t cheat. Your love and your wisdom.

For love or wisdom?

Both.

Let us see how he would be as a teacher. Vertical. In its most positive facet, the best that all teachers can be. Unified. In its most negative, one that can separate… vertical… wall… me and you. But he says the vertical is for both. Let us study that. The wall is placed for love. Me and you. Its goes straight up, this wall. Wisdom is vertical too. Wisdom cannot have a wall. It is on the strength of this wisdom that he goes up. In order to be able to study the wall that he has created… it is from that peak of wisdom that you will see both sides of the wall. Your own and the one opposite. And it is from that pinnacle that you will be able to see that who stands on the opposite side of the wall is HE!! When he is able to see that, he will be the teacher that he can be, in complete equilibrium and unity, able to love with gentleness when required, with firmness when occasion demands and to love in a manner that seems not love at all, when his wisdom tells him so.

Mayank: Butterflies, love and wisdom, peace.

We are going to play with words here now. We are going to use peace in two senses. A piece and peace. We are going to play with that that. Be tolerant with us. (Smile) His love he described as a butterfly. In its most positive aspect, it is the most giving of love that asks for nothing in return but the spreading of all that is beautiful, moving from flower to flower, not even knowing the great task that is performed by just being there, not even realizing how beautiful a role you have played. In its most negative, and we are taking most, the butterfly is restless, looking, searching for that one flower that will give him the sweetness. As the butterfly goes from flower to flower, he realizes it is not the flower that is sweet. ‘What I draw upon is my own sweetness and that is why the flowers open themselves to me because without me the flower is empty. It is my sweetness that the flower needs.’ In this realization, the butterfly will become larger than itself. It is then that that piece of wisdom will bring you peace. As a teacher, you will be one that will guide but you will also be one who can be very restless and impatient. "Can you not see and understand what I am telling you? Come on! Learn quickly so that we can learn something else." (Mayank nods in agreement) Flit, beautiful butterfly! It is in your flight that the flowers blossom.

Nandanie: Love, aggression and Wisdom, silent.

What a beautiful combination! Now you must change that ‘aggressive’ to ‘powerful’. Aggression seeks to grasp, to hold, to possess. Power seeks to let go. You understand so we will not go into greater detail. (Nandanie nods) Silent. That is your wisdom. You have a wisdom that is immense and it is in silence that you disseminate and for that we thank you. Become powerful then as a teacher, you will lead all your tiny flock and they will follow, not out of fear, but out of magnetism. And that is the kind of teacher that you will be. Magnetic.

(To Yezad) Yes, little one. ‘Cowardly’, keeping quiet all the time. (Smile) Scared. What is your love?

Soft.

And your wisdom?

Hiding.

Hiding. Soft. What does soft make you feel?

To nurture.

That is it. Haven’t you, by now, received so many indications from the universe that this is why you are here? To nurture. Do you know why you have always been in love with this one whom you eventually married? There has been no one else for you, not even as a child. You were not attracted to her, physically. What drew you was her energy of nurturing. That sounds strange because she doesn’t nurture softly. She is loud. In the last instance, when she loudly asked you to look at yourself, there was no softness. In fact, there was no nurturing the way you would define it, but in that did she not lift you up, hold you in her arms and then give you a spank on your bottom? And what did you respond to? Not the embrace, but the spank on the bottom. This is a mother’s nurturing. Mothers are free with their hands very often and little pink bottoms turn red. But those little pink bottoms grow up into strong legs that can walk on their own because of the mother’s spanking. You do not need her to be soft. You need her to be hard. When you stand tall, she will turn so soft that you will not recognize her. But till then she will nurture you in the way you need to be nurtured.

His softness is one of fear, fear at settling, and fear at taking shape. You just wish to burrow. Put your nose into that little hole and sniff out the wisdom. A sniff here. A sniff there. Scamper off here. Run away there. Again why? So that it does not take shape. Stop hiding. As a teacher, you are one who can teach others to delve deep into the depts. Of knowledge without losing concentration, to focus till all that lies deep within has been unearthed. And you will do this gently, softly, giving them the time they need to burrow themselves. What a wonderful teacher you will be.

(Naval) Beauty and truth.

For him, love is beauty. His love. In its most positive it is the most powerful emanation of the Second Ray, which recognizes that it is only in the completion of love that there can be beauty. It recognizes that in such then there can never be anything ugly. In its most negative, most negative, it only loves that which is beautiful, not physically, not sexually….(laughingly to Roshan) do not worry. She was getting a little agitated. (laughter) His perception of beauty…. that which is beautiful you love. That which does not come up to those standards, he cannot love. But his wisdom is that of truth and that is his greatest strength. In what he recognizes as not beautiful, he still looks for truth. In this quest is the acknowledgement that, "I know that I cannot see the beauty in this but it is there". What a noble acknowledgement! It is then that all the truth of the universe will become your wisdom. As a teacher, you will teach those that come to you to look for the truth that beauty brings with it. To look beyond that which is appealing to the five senses. To question set patterns of truth.

(To Sohrab) You thought you would get away this time. (Smile)

Yes.

We knew. We were also cheating.(laughter) They must know their leader.

Sohrab: I got 2 words right in the beginning. I got "full" and I got "divine".

Full and divine. On the face of it we appear marvelous.

Sohrab: No. I knew I’d get a ‘bamboo’ on this one. (Laughter)

No. Full. He is full of love but he doesn’t know it. That wisdom is still ‘divine’. It is not yet the wisdom of the lower mental and yet it is this love that he has to draw upon, in the position given to him.

St. Germain:

And you haven’t recognized me because I have been away. You thought I had betrayed you, abandoned you, rejected you. Should we go into all the verbs?

Sohrab: Nice to see you again.

And how can I help if you have no vision. Nice to see me. He makes me feel as though I had vanished ….and I’m questioning, "Where"? (laughter)

I will explain my son’s love and wisdom. He has been given by me the Mantle of the Violet Flame. On this earth, at this time, he is its keeper. Do you think this has been done insignificantly? The purity of the love that he holds can be found in few. It is this purity that has stopped him from choosing a life of relationships that are personal. One to be honoured. To give up, voluntarily, personal relationships because you have opted for universal "divine fullness" of love. This is what you see and yet this proud bearer of my Mantle is full of love that is so, so scared to acknowledge its divinity. And you have the courage to point this out to this one!! (Elaeenah) How easy it is to see it in another. But you have been told, she has no greater mirror than you and you have no greater mirror than her. What you tell her, you tell yourself too.

Sohrab: I know that too.

He is a wise one. Or at least, we will call him that!! (laughter)

For Ray 2 to work there has to be devotion, devotion to an ideal. And who sets these ideals for you? At present it is the external world. You allow them to set your ideals for you. And so you have these ideals that are virtually impossible for you to attain.

Do you remember what we had told you about no thumb? And that becomes your ideal. To have a thumb. You ideals must be goals attainable at your given level of movement. As you attain each ideal, you will then set higher ones for yourself. But if your ideals have been set with unrealistic expectation of the ego, at some time they will stop becoming ideals and they will become causes of pain and suffering, causes of disappointment and resentment.

Re-value your ideals, using the wisdom that you have, using the power of love for yourself and then place attainable ideals and goals. And not too many. Once again, the wisdom and love that you have for yourself will tell you whether you need only one ideal at a time or more. And then the power of Ray 2 is to give one-pointed focus on that ideal. And all other ideals, even though they may sound and appear to be even nobler than your own, must be ignored. If your ideal could be only one of being able to express what you feel in words to others, then all other ideals of love and spreading of truth and knowledge, taking care of family, all must be laid aside till that ideal has been attained. One-pointed focus. When it has been attained, set for yourself another ideal and move towards it again with one-pointed focus. It is in this that the teacher becomes the disciple. In your one-pointed focus, you will gather a strength you can then share with others, as a teacher. And it is in your constant quest to go from one ideal to another that you are the disciple.

The tape did not record this part of the channeling but the energy that came through next asked us to eradicate the word ‘limit’ from out of our vocabularies because we did not access its energies correctly. In fact we use this word to restrict ourselves and limit our own energy expansion. The energy reminded us that in the past when there was no electricity and people lit a flame to give them light, it took the imagination and expansed thinking of a very few to look beyond the limited knowledge. Others, who were limited, could not believe that such a thing would be possible as turning on a switch to light up a room, a city, a continent. And yet today this is a reality because there were a few who did not limit themselves.)
