Greetings. Today we shall speak on energy signatures and link it with our own. We have been urging this child to share with you what we share with her in alpha states, what she calls meditative states, but we seem to have a fondness to choose stubborn initiates, (Smile) who blossom beautifully, and as they must know, there is method in this madness, because what appears rigid controls, forms an initiate’s best safe-guards from illusions when they begin a journey like this. Then a point comes when they need to let go and this is where this child requires your (to Ellaeenah) guidance. Much work is being done on inner levels and any sense of trepidation she feels, is due to the lowering of guards, loosening of reins. You may best understand us, and many who speak through this platform, as a composite of consciousness. When energy blends we can speak as one or for one identity within us, a combination thereof, or even what you would call "No identity". When you mix blue and pink you get violet, but when you blend blue, pink, red, orange you get, what you may at best, call multicolour. And in order to differentiate one multicolour from the next you may at best label them multicolour1,2,3, always keeping in my that a blend of consciousness never remains exactly the same, because its always in a sate of flux. In this manner we have given this child a name to describe our energy signature, many, many moons ago which she had been rejecting. First it was not good enough and then it was too large and did not conform to identity as you know it. However over the last few cycles of the moon we had given her much data in conscious astral and deep sleep states, helping her to understand our energy structure and to familiarize her conscious mind. We are Tara and it must be understood that all names on the inner realms, only point to energy patterns which they seek to describe. Any latent imagery of resplendent beings and Gods and Goddesses with flashing finery and grandeur must be removed to focus on our essence. In case you require a form for the essence, you may conjure a multicolour strand of identities. However your understanding of what form and understanding of identities of consciousness, where one ends and another begins needs to be enlarged at some another moment in our now. For now you may best understand that we symbolize that conscious aspect of energy which has been called the word. The word or in your modern parlance, self expression and communication of all that I am. Yes, communication way beyond what you understand it to be; beyond the written and spoken word, beyond smell, touch, taste; beyond astral and telepathic communication, beyond radiation and emanation which are also forms of self expression. Yes, we reached the word Love, because without love there can be no expression of self, no communication, no coming together; only the reverse in your terms. Our identity, also symbolizes oneness and unity because if you ponder on it deeply you will understand that it is the word, expression, communication which allows each individuation even in separation to know that we are one. It is this energy, this love and wisdom that communicates to each of you in your, so called, perceived

separation and can form a way or path home. You may better understand, both of you

(Sohrab and Ellaeenah) may better understand, why the Ashtar communicated so volubly with this child in your meeting. It is this energy in the vast spectrums of intergalactic communications and unity. They are no less Service because they are those identities, whose very purpose to being is to ensure through communication that all separations always know they are one.

Astral Ray 4 and its physical outcome you have experienced in the past week. Since the last 8 days the physical manifestation of this ray has been implanted into each one’s astral energy. You have to deal with it. You cannot permit it to scatter you as it has. There are periods when this is essential. This has been done on a universal level at present. But this is also done periodically for each person at each different level. (To Divyaa) Will you scatter? And will you constantly revert back to that crutch you think is your support? Ensure that the next moment of scattering does not permit you to rush back. There is no back to rush to. That truth you must now live with.

Each has felt or will certainly feel when the 4^th ray manifests in the astral. It creates in your etheric body an agitation so powerful that old energies are physically kicked out. Welcome this ray into your astral field. Each one of you has fought the ray and what worthless fighters you proved. (Wide Smile) All you did was to ensure that the agitation came into your physical bodies as well. You could have easily skipped the last step. But you decided to fight and resist and object and once again throw your childish tantrums. And all you did was to make the ray more potent because what the ray feeds on is the strength of your resistance. In fact we advise you to resist even more. Let it truly become a very powerful tool at present and remove from your etheric energies all debris residuary collected matter. Foolish, foolish children. This is how you work with ray 4. (Talking about the mikes) How can your energy permit a conflict if you do not desire it? Haven’t you seen time and time again our energies conflict with these very, very rudimentary energy forms.(the mikes) All we do is to will it not to conflict, and all it takes is one wave of a physical hand that is not involved in the process. That is how conflict has to be dealt with. Will it not to be.

How foolish to resist that which already Is! Resistance only gives it power; your power.

If you are an Astral Ray 4, you will face this kind of conflicting environment constantly. You have chosen to permit etheric imbalances to be the impetus you need to remove physical, emotional and mental debris. You can’t fight it and you certainly can’t resist it, but if you know you are an astral ray 4, you can accept it. Accept that your etheric bodies will periodically be in a state of flux. The more powerful your energy is, the greater will be the flux and the imbalance. As you grow, so will the level of imbalance. The greater the level of imbalance, the stronger is the push given to the debris to fall away. A ray 4 astral person will often not accept this, and he will appear to you as an individual who is constantly unstable, imbalanced emotionally, mentally and physically. What is interesting about this imbalance is that an Astral Ray 4 person is extremely rigid. Resists every bit of push the universe gives him to move.

How does this ray work on the mental level, as a mental ray? It works through a very interesting phenomenon where you deliberately create mental confusions for yourself. It is a deliberate free-will, 3-dimensional, physical realm decision. No conflict takes place on a higher mental level at all. A mental ray 4 individual creates it willfully for himself at periodic times in his life. It is as deliberate as a child’s attempt to make a sand castle so that it stands the test of time forever. And these little mental games are as strong as those sand castles. They appear to be real. They appear to be fortresses, but one gentle wave, is all that is required to prove the very shaky foundation. A mental ray 4 person has extreme difficulty in leaving behind illusion. Reality is a castle he does not wish to build, because were he to build that castle, with what grist then would he build the mental confusions? You can only use illusions to make your reality. As a mental ray 4 you only use illusion to make your reality. And the reality that you make is one that confuses you again and again and again. A mental ray 4 person is a very stubborn individual. His illusions are his reality and he accepts no other. His illusions are his beliefs and he builds physical structures on them. And these physical structures in turn calls the mental confusion. A very interesting process. These mental confusions an individual who is strong in the light emanations from the over soul will use in order to move away from the very illusions he used to create the mental confusions. But for that there is growth that is required. Unless there is growth, a mental ray 4 individual will not be able to move away from mental confusions. He will not even be able to see that the mental confusions are his way of reaching the truth behind the illusions.

Physical Ray 4: Different from the personality ray. A personality ray 4 is a mischievous little child enjoying the mischief he causes around, enjoying the reactions he gets. A physical ray person does not enjoy conflict, but is sadly surrounded by it all the time. He enters what seems to be a whirlpool of conflict all the time and he moves from one whirlpool to another whirlpool to a third whirlpool, throughout his living existence. But if he would only stop and think, he would stop complaining because he would see that with every whirl pool he has moved beyond, into what can be also called a completely different personal dimension. allow the whirlpool to take him wherever he needs to go, at the end of his physical existence his soul energies will have reached a level which he would have never thought possible. But he has chosen to move through conflict. Physical conflict all around him; sometime when he is personally involved, sometime when he is not involved at all, but conflict still turns him round and round. But because, unlike the personality 4, he does not enjoy the conflict, his first reaction is to resist it. Have you ever been caught in a whirlpool and tried to resist it? You can’t resist it, but the pain of the resistance that is experienced by you is at its highest peak. A physical ray 4 person has to learn to lie back and to let the conflict take him where it will.

You have seen in all the various forms of this rays manifestation, rigidity is a common thread and this is very, very necessary. Conflict only occurs out of resistance. For ray 4 to work it needs you to resist. The moment you stop resisting ray 4 stops existing. That is why it exists in your realm, because what is free-will? It is the freedom to resist. (Laughter) When you have no freedom to resist and you just Are, how can ray 4 manifest harmony through conflict, because where there is no resistance, there must be harmony. So ray 4 needs you as much as you need ray 4. (Smile) So go ahead, resist. It is the best thing you could do for yourself. The more you resist, stronger is ray 4, greater is the conflict, greater is the energy imbalance, quicker will the debris fall away. Resist. You have only two options. Accept and stop the existence of ray 4, resist and grow.

Now we are going to talk of ray 4 for your universe. The ray 4 manifests at different levels at different times on Earth and what is interesting is every city, country, continent, region, has its own manifestation of ray 4 which is constant. For your city (Mumbai), the aspirations of its citizenry, the need to succeed, the trials and tribulations of rushing after power, money, all fall under ray 4 on a personality level. Your city thrives on conflict. It needs its riots. It likes its little fights at every street corner.

Have you ever experienced the energy of your city after a big conflict? For the next few weeks after some disaster has struck, the city will be in its element of love and peace. Why? Because it has enjoyed the conflict and for a while the ‘mischievous child’ can relax, till again mischief strikes it. People in this city, each one of you enjoys conflict. Be honest… what do you feel after a good fight? (Laughter).

Invigorated. If you could not feel this sense of exhilaration you would not be in this city. It would be very difficult for you to survive.

The other city (Pune), where our children reside is a city with Physical Ray 4. They do not enjoy the conflict as you do, but because they do not ‘enjoy’ it, they have no fun with it. They get into the whirlpool easier and they get into one whirlpool after another whirlpool. The physical ray acts in that city all the time. Sometimes it’s a physical conflict in personal lives, sometimes in business, sometime with friends, but

there is conflict all the time. And they do not enjoy it. So they use subtle ways to combat it, which only make it worse for them.

The capital city of your country (Delhi) has Mental Ray 4. It is the capital of your political arena. All those who enter the political arena will at once be affected by mental ray 4. Caught in illusion. Only their reality exists. There is no other reality. And therefore when ‘my reality’ conflicts with ‘your reality’, there is upheaval in the country because that city is at the head of a political arena. Illusions of grandeur, of power, of fame, of money, of those at the helm. Notice the way your politicians think. What they say. How they think. In their grandeur there is mental confusion. There are some who enter the political arena out of complete conviction of what they desire, and that is the good of the nation, but as soon as they enter the political arena they must combat the mental ray. And all those illusions that were lying ‘dormant’ within them will now come to the fore. Do you wish to join politics? (Laughter) It is the easiest way to see what your illusions are. (Laughter)

If you were to shift your capital city to another place you would find that almost instantly your nation would go through a complete shift. Good or bad, we are not to judge. But depending upon the ray of that city, would be the ray shift of the nation. In olden times, if you will study your history, kings would constantly move their capital cities around, so that not only one energy survived, resided and took force. That is very, very essential.

Now, what is the ray of this place that you sit in? Mental, physical, personality, monadic, soul, which one is it? You cannot escape it. This ray is present every where in your universe. What do you think is its manifestation in this place? It is its Soul ray. It has chosen to bring those people into its embrace that need to experience conflict at any level in order to come into harmony. There are those who reside here, study here, who come with great conflict. When they leave there is a harmony in their soul. Isn’t that what happens to you? Interesting isn’t it? Now you can go to any place and try and feel its ray 4 emanations and then you will understand why you react to a place the way you do.

Have you experienced that sometime when you go to a particular place you always seem to be caught in a quarrel? Its physical ray is 4. You have to fight. Ray 4 is an extremely interesting ray. It is you in all your aspects. Ray 4 is a ‘human being’. It grows through conflict like you do. It welcomes conflict like you do. It enjoys conflict like you do. (Laughter)

Use the ray 4 as a conscious deliberate tool in your life. Then you will stop fighting its power. When you are in the midst of a conflict, may it be mental, emotional or physical, use the power of ray 4, to focus on that conflicting situation in order to bring it quickly to its resolution. Ray 4 does not create conflict in order to bring trouble. It does it in order to create harmony. And if you desire a quick harmonious resolution then use the concentrated focus of ray 4 for that situation. But do it in awareness. Ray 4 can only work through accelerated conflict. Not all welcome this path to

resolution. But if you are one who can, in balance, face accelerated conflict, the resolution you can reach will be quick and rapid.

The power of ray 4 to create conflicts, or accelerate them or strengthen them cannot be undermined. If you are courageous, you may focus ray 4 upon your physical. Instantly you will fall ill. Instantly. Isn’t that wonderful? That part of you that is in imbalance will be forced to now heal itself. Once again that needs courage, because ray 4 acts instantaneously.

If you are a healer and if someone has an illness that is chronic, and cannot be removed, when all means have failed, sit and discuss this option with that person. You have to caution that person that the illness will reach its peak and you do not know what its peak is till the patient has experienced it. But once that peak has been experienced, that illness will be removed. It is very powerful tool and very, very rarely used. Most prefer a longer time for resolution, rather than face accelerated conflict. And that is a choice the universe respects.

Activate it once and see. (Smile)

Choice. (To Sohrab) Do you wish to leave that habit for good? Instantly, physically? Ray 4 energies. You will have to suffer the energies for about 21 days strongly.

He was foolish because he did not give sufficient thought to what he chose. Understand friends. There is no question of right or wrong, of correct choice or wrong choice. There is only a question: of how prepared you are at a given instance of "Now". It may have been more sensible for this child to choose when he was more in balance to then activate the challenge.

He is now committed. He will suffer. He will wish to retract several times in a day. He will curse, he will scream, he will kick, he will weep, he will moan, he will groan. But he will do it. Because he is strong.

He is foolish. (laughter) But he is strong.
