Dearest (to Ellaeenah), we shall not speak today because we do not wish to engage any of their mental processes whatsoever.

Dearest beloveds, merely shut your eyes. Allow. Walk in blindly (what you call blindly but is the very opposite) into our embrace. Feel, whatever it is that you are feeling, without trying to name, label or identify; merely become one with us. When you are ready to open your eyes, only know that this is a flicker of what you are, of what I am and you may call upon it at any moment of your Now, dearest beloveds.

Those who were earlier infused with the light (referring to the meditation conducted in Ellaeenah’s class before the channelling) will now take the final step in the infusion of greater light into this child’s (Ell) cosmic grid. She has taken a decision, which the universe must now respect, to be irrefutably and in complete light and energy connection with this group. Although she will move, her connection with this group will now be a far stronger one than earlier decided upon, in respect of her free will choice. But she has taken this connection in a new and beautiful way, earlier never done by her. She has chosen to be connected as ‘mother energy’ to this group of her ‘children’. That will be her eternal connection to each one present. And today she desires that her ‘children’ infuse their light into her cosmic grid so that she is taken to a new level of light. She has already bonded with your grid. She now asks you to bond with hers in an eternal connection of mother and child. With this decision, she has now accepted the full force of her feminine energy. To all those who were not present for the infusion of light, you will convey that they too must attempt to connect to her cosmic grid in an eternal connection. (ToYezad with a smile) She is going to fight against this. Her decision has been taken consciously on a higher conscious subtle level but the physical mind, in parts, will still fight against this. But her heart has accepted in full the feminine force of love that she is and this she now expands to include all as her children, and not just two. You (Silla) though, will always be her mother.

(To Sanaeya) So you wish to start, little one. Not yet. You must still carry the burdens of the earthly life you lead as a child. But your infusions of light have begun and you must respect those. Allow the spiritual processes to continue as they must to make you completely ready for the very near future. Look at each one seated here, little one. You have to be the conduit of love for each one gathered here. It is an immense task and one for which you are not ready at present. Like this mother of yours, you too need to open your heart and allow love to flow inwards and outwards freely, without fear, without apprehension, without shame, without guilt. Their conduit of love, their richness…. you have to take on this role after this beautiful one (Silla) is no more and so you are being given time to ready yourself. Look into her (Silla) eyes as often as you can and her rich flow of love will soothe you, comfort you, tell you, in even more detail, your work that lies ahead. (To Divyaa)You and she will one day, work together.

(To Shernaz) It has not been easy and it will not be for the next few months. This is only a transitory phase as you move from one level to another. Let the difficulties of this level come up. Do not resist them. You need a little more solitude than you allow yourself, far more solitude for far more introspection; more acknowledgement, more recognition of that which you feel, which you do not readily acknowledge. You know in your heart those you must avoid and those you must be with, but very often, your social conditioning does not permit you to follow what your heart knows, thereby only creating a magnified turmoil. Sit in solitude.

Ray 7, the ray of your realm. How will you work with this wonderful ray of manifestation? It has often been labeled as magic because in your realm, manifestation is considered magical, miraculous, not something that happens on a regular basis. And it is this that the ray wishes to change. Manifestation must now become the standard, the norm, the expected, not the unexpected, not the unknown, not the mysterious. Your realm is ready for manifestation; deliberate, conscious, willed manifestation, to make possible that which you desire.

And yet, the ray has come in at a unique moment in your time frame. It has come in when your realm has not completely entered the 5^th dimensional realm of the spirit and yet is not completely trapped as earlier, in the 3^rd dimensional realm of the ego. And into this agitated realm enters the 7^th ray, giving both spirit and ego the strength to manifest. And so ego is as strong in its manifestation as spirit, and often stronger in those whose identity with spirit is still fuzzy. And so you have those who create power and money, all that you may desire, and yet you see and you observe that their connection is very, very tenuous with spirit, and you wonder why such abundant manifestation of the universe? They are using the same ray as you, using it through their ego, which is at its height of power. For you, on the other hand, ego has lost its power but spirit has not gained complete power and therefore, neither ego nor spirit, have the required completion of strength for manifestation. A truly peculiar situation to find yourselves in, where if your ego had not lost its power, you would have been able to manifest all that your ego required, desired, needed and lacked, with an ease which you do not have at present. And so your very surrender of the ego today finds you in a spot where manifestation is rather difficult. But this is very transient.

You must not assume that surrender of the ego has been ‘wrong’ for you. No. The more you surrender the ego, the less will its power be. This power will transmit to the spirit, which will get stronger and stronger and then you will be able to manifest out of spirit with as much ease as those you see around manifesting out of ego. The only difference is in what you manifest. You may manifest out of ego and out of spirit great material abundance but the intent of the abundance is completely different. One intends to use the material abundance for enhancement of the lower self, enhancement and expansion of the lower mental, whereas the other knows that the material abundance is only a manifestation of his own spirit power and in this knowledge, there can never be lack. And so there is no hoarding and scrimping and taking away from another in greed. Unique, hmmm? And fun. But you don’t find anything fun. Even your surrender to ego is a burden, and surrender to spirit even a greater one. And these burdens you carry constantly.

Instead of having fun with your surrender, have fun with your ego and see how quickly you will surrender it. You will understand its transient nature. You will understand its playful characteristics and ego will no longer be your enemy, but a companion that you use when you are bored. And, with spirit have even more fun. Spirit does not require sacrifice. It doesn’t require suppression. It doesn’t require dedicated burdening of self. And you burden yourself with such concentration and devotion and dedication and idealism, that the whole process of ascension becomes a tedious, laborious step by slow step climb to a mountain which just seems to get higher and higher as you climb more and more, till one day you finally say, "Do I really need to climb this mountain? Why don’t I just lay down here and die? " (Laughter)

Have you ever seen a child climb a small hillock? There is always the well-trodden path, but does a child ever take that? He knows how foolish it is to go round that hillock in concentric circles again and again and again till you reach that top, which can be reached so much easier with just one spurt of playful energy. They climb up with all gusto and glee, screaming with joy every time they slip. Don’t children climb that way and don’t you as adults tell them, "But why do you have to climb there? Use the road." So that by the time the poor child reaches the top, he doesn’t know why he started on that journey and he’s as confused as his parents, much to the delight of the parents. (Laughter) Now let your children guide you up those hillocks; you have lost the art. All you need are a good strong pair of legs and shoes; your soles (smiled as he punned on ‘souls’) are very fragile. And take a spurt of playfulness and run up that hill from wherever it beckons you, ignoring the trodden path. You all love concentric circles and you go round and round and round and round and they never come to an end.

So who are the monadic ray 7 individuals? These are the masters of the universe that aid in manifestation. The law of manifestation and its energy resides in the monadic ray 7 individual, resides in them. For a monadic ray 7, manifestation is extremely easy. There is no attempt that needs to be made. They are the living embodiment of ray 7 and therefore, its duality. Is the monadic ray 7 individual caught in the clutches of ego or has spirit already spoken to him? And from there will be the choice of manifestation. But whatever is to be manifested will be done with the greatest of ease. Haven’t you seen some people who claim that everything just falls into their laps? Monadic ray 7. It falls into their laps because as they think it, they manifest it and it is done. A wonderful ray to work with on a monadic level. And yet it has been a ray much abused and therefore, you find very, very few monadic ray individuals in embodiment. The earth does not desire to take these risks at present and so the embodiment process of monadic ray individuals has been paused, slowed down considerably. Their energies are being used in the etheric realms to guide other embodied souls in the process of manifestation. So they are few in number, very few.

The soul ray 7…. far more common than monadic and one with much potential and promise. When you choose a 7^th ray for your soul, you are aiding your spirit towards manifesting for humanity, and a soul ray 7 works from that motive alone. But the duality must arise, so he may work for the betterment of humanity through ego. And so he may work for others, serve others so that he can be applauded; so that the lack within him can be filled by the praise he receives from others. He will not be the silent worker. He will work for humanity and ensure that all of humanity knows that it is working. But that is when it is manifesting out of ego. When the soul strength increases beyond the strength of the ego, the individual will work only because that is what he has chosen to do. But he will work out of manifestation; so he will not do something for you, he will not heal you, he will not give you, he will manifest for you that which you require, using his own soul energy for this purpose. Through his soul energy, you can learn how to manifest, even if the ray 7 is not dominant for you. And yet, like ray 4, ray 7 is dominating your realm and so each one will not only be influenced by it, but will feel its power and strength.

And then you come to the astral 7. Manifestation is done on etheric realms, often unknown to the consciousness of the individual involved. So if you are unwell, an astral ray 7 will work on a level of consciousness that the lower mental cannot tap into and will manifest the healing process for you, having no personal knowledge of the work done by him. Such a ray is chosen with care. It is chosen by those individuals, who in past incarnations have worked for others in order to be recognized and the soul having analyzed and seen the ego involved in the work done, now chooses to work so silently that the individual himself is not aware of the work. If you are sensitive enough, when that individual is working for you on an astral realm, you will probably dream of the individual. And if that individual truly desires even a small recollection of the work done, he will also dream about you, but not of the work done by him. It is completely on an etheric level. There is no visible manifestation for the individual involved on the physical realm and it has been chosen so, so that one of the weaknesses of his ego, he can overcome.

Now you come to the physical 7. Here you have someone who is rigid. The ray changes from manifestation to ritualism. A physical 7 individual also has great potential, if he should so desire to manifest. But sadly enough, more often than not, the power of 7^th ray on the physical level results in ritualism, a rigid, stubborn adherence to rites and rituals, all of it emanating out of fear, shame and guilt. And that is the strength, because the 7^th ray has great strength; that is the strength your priests exploit. They use the strength of your 7^th physical ray to ensure that you give power to them through the rites and rituals they insist you perform. 6^th ray, if you will recall, was also a ray that brought about fanaticism, religious minded individuals. 7^th will give these same individuals a greater opportunity to become rigid in the rituals their religion asks them to follow. And then these rituals and their religion become a focus for their strength. Can you then understand how difficult it would be for such an individual to break out of rituals?

Now here is a slight shift that takes place in a personality 7. A personality 7 may or may not be rigid about religious rites and rituals. He will evolve his own rites and rituals, which he will adhere to and so there will be a method of cutting vegetables, a method of getting down to writing, a method of meditation, each thing will have a method. And you cannot skip out step 1 or interchange it with step 2 and if you do, just be careful that his monadic ray is not 1. (Laughter) The method may seem completely mad to you but he is not putting these methods for you, only for him. And so, if he has to wear his trousers left leg first, then it must be left leg first for all eternity, till the trousers change their pattern as of no legs, which can be done by ray 3 individuals. (Laughter) In every situation, in all activities, there will be a set pattern, which is wonderful because here the 7^th ray gives that personality ray individual the strength to acknowledge his patterns, his rigidity, his adherence to rituals and rites and then to move away. But the fun is, he moves away methodically. (Laughter) He can never quite give up his habit of ‘step by step’ which are very correctly followed; but he moves away from adherence to old methods. And that is still a shift. In that movement, there has been recognition of his rigidity, which is essential.

And then we come to the mental ray 7. His rites and rituals are in his mind. He thinks them up and then he thinks that they are right. He may not, like the physical or the personality ray, he may not actually follow them, but when he doesn’t, there is great fear and guilt involved for having broken his own mental pattern. He is a person you can easily influence by making him think along right lines; for him right and wrong is very essential, both R-I-T-E and R-I-G-H-T. The way he thinks has a set pattern to it, so you may find a mental ray 7 having a set pattern of seeking to be alone, thinking of the problem, asking the questions, righting down the answers, reading the answers, maybe then talking aloud to himself and he will follow this mental pattern every time. If the physical surroundings do not permit him to actually do them as physical acts, he will do them in his mind and so you may not recognize him as a rigid individual because you do not see it. A mental ray 7 has to question himself about his own rigidity. He often calls himself disciplined and if you use a word like rigidity, he completely denies this. He will turn around and tell you, "You are too undisciplined to recognize the importance of discipline".

So you see the ray 7 manifests in two diverse ways, ritualistic and manifestation. And you are the soul (sole) (Smiled) judges of yourselves. How do you use the power of the 7^th ray?

Now for those who are thinking, "I don’t have the 7^th ray domination. Will I, therefore, not be able to manifest"? Of course, you will. Manifestation is your right. How will you manifest? You will use the power of the 7^th ray that is not dominating you personally, but dominating your universe. And you will use the universal ray 7 along with, and in conjunction with, any of the other rays that you desire. So you may choose to do it with monadic 1 because you know that your monadic 1 has the strength and courage of a leader, who is willing to take a risk. And you may tell yourself, "This monadic ray of mine will give the universal ray 7 the courage to take a risk to attempt manifestation." But that is your choice; which ray you use in conjunction with the universal ray.

With this we have come to an end for the present of rays. But why have these several, several weeks been spent on this? Because in your time frame, when this year comes to an end, we will start training each individual person here, in the recognition of the rays, and the meetings will take on a difference. There will be more interactive sessions. There will be times when many of you will be asked to conduct the session on your own, taking groups of persons, talking to them, asking them questions, doing whatever you are guided to at that time and thus you will be trained in recognizing the rays of another. And then what? Once you have recognized the rays, will you then judge? Will you then say, "Oh! This one is a monadic 4. He is out to make trouble for everyone." Or will you understand that ray, understand that the ray makes the person function in a certain manner, for a certain reason and in fact, help the reason by coming out of spirit and not out of ego? That is now your task. Mere knowledge has no significance; you must now put it into practice and we will be here guiding you to do this. Initially, you will not recognize at all. Initially, you will recognize yourself in the other, but then you will see even that and go beyond that. And when you have recognized the other, you will then recognize yourself again, but now you will recognize yourself in completion.

So between now and then, what will you do? Forget about the rays? Now recognize the rays and their functions in your self. In every situation that comes up ask how the rays functioned, because every ray functions simultaneously. So you do not have to recognize which ray functioned but how each ray functioned. And the more you learn to recognize yourself and your functioning, the greater will that be of help, first to another in your own bonded circle, and then eventually, out in the world where you are meant to be.

You are not meant to be in the four walls of this room; that will be taken away from you someday. There will be no meetings. There will be no gatherings. These structures will be removed from you and you will be out there, each one, then working, applying all that you have learnt in these so many years. But you have to start with yourself. Unless you can start with yourself and apply each stream of knowledge that we have brought forth for you, for yourself, you will not be able to do it for another. But for the rays, because this knowledge is not available in your earthly realm at present, we will be there to guide you in the process of recognition.

Haven’t we explained each ray in great detail? Recognition is your greatest lesson. Self -recognition. You can, of course, take the help of those, like this child (Divyaa) knows, who are able to tap into the universal energy and give you the knowledge that you seek. What we would advise is that you do both. In fact, all of you should do both. Those of you, who still haven’t received your rays, recognize yourselves, at present, from the knowledge given to you and then wait for this confirmation when this child (Ellaeenah) is able to come to you. And that will be your greatest strength because you will find that so much of your intuitive knowledge of yourself is right.

According to the time and the day (not only the time), the time and the day, that particular ray has been dominant in that moment. So if you are a monadic ray 3 individual, you need to be born at a time when your monadic ray strength dominates over all else. Very essential. Although time has been created by you, for you it is very important. The rays would not stop their coming and going and waxing and waning. No! But you would not be able to understand because you need a moment; you need the structure of the moment in order to understand knowledge. You need the structure of space in order to BE. So you have created for yourself your own space. There is no greater manifestation of space than your own physical embodiment because in your realm, you need the structure, the concept, however illusory it may be, of space in order to be and in order to grow, in order to evolve, you need the structure of the moment. Because it is when you have the structure, that you are then able to evaluate; you are able to compare; you are able to distinguish. So it is illusory, yes, but in your realm, it is reality.

And as you evolve, so will your sense of reality evolve and change. So often have we not given you information, which seems to contradict with information given to you way in the past? By the same Master often. And you question, "Master, four years ago, you said this. Now you’re saying this". The Master is only presenting to you another aspect of the reality that you now can accept. If we were to tell you at present that there is no ground under your feet, and if you were to believe that, in sheer terror, your structure would collapse. So we will tell you that there is ground under your feet because in this structured moment, there is ground solid under your feet. But is that the reality? And can we then present that reality to you, which you are unable to accept?

Realities have to be presented to you gently. At first, it is your intellect which accepts your reality, only the intellect and it stays in the intellect as long as the rest of the structure catches up with that knowledge. So in your intellectual reality, you know that there is no solid ground, because you have intellectually understood energy, but the rest of you has not caught up with this knowledge. Why? Because you need the illusion of solidity to be and no Master can take that away from you. Reality has to be presented to you at a time when you are ready.

Why were these rays not presented to you four years ago? You were not ready. And yet, there are times when the Masters understand that this knowledge can come through a particular individual or groups better than all probable situations that Master energies can envision, and though the structured moment for the rest of humanity may not be the right one, the knowledge is permitted to be given and it remains in your realm, in manifested form, till humanity is ready to understand it. Alice Bailey and the rays. Her mental ray and its configuration with the rest of her rays made her a unique individual for this knowledge to come in, but the moment in time for humanity was not right. Humanity was not ready, but Alice Bailey was. And so, in conjunction with the inter-galactic council, her Master took the decision to empower her with this knowledge, which has stayed dormant. But very soon, everywhere you turn, humanity will talk of rays, very, very soon.

And you have understood the rays, have you not? To a large extent, you have absorbed them and if you can be taken as a small representative part of humanity, would you not say that humanity is now ready for this knowledge?

You choose. You choose. The rays, my son, are your very etheric blue-print. That is who you are in the present. But that is not who you ARE. That is who you are in the present, in this structured moment. Can the rays change as one evolves? No. Not in this incarnation; but you begin to use the energy of the ray out of spirit. Thereby what the ray loses is not its strength but its duality.

Sub-rays. Two rays, you choose to be aided and supported by another, the soul and the personality? Why only these two? The personality is in control as long as the ego is supreme. The soul is in control as soon as spirit is supreme. So you have two monarchs and you may be the subject of both these monarchs, or one which you choose. In your realm, you have to choose the ego, but whether you choose spirit as well, is your free will choice. These two monarchs need their minions. The sub-rays. They are monarchs and they tell the sub-rays, "You work so that we can manifest". So the sub-rays do the actual work. It is through the sub-ray that the purpose is fulfilled. But very often, these two monarchs realize that their strength has to be manifested very strongly and they choose then to go into battle on their own, asking the army of minions to stand aside. That is when the sub-ray and the dominant ray are the same. Then, the only way to be dedicated is to be dedicated. The only way to attain unity is to attain unity; not through an aid or a support and if you have a ray, which is dominant and subsidiary simultaneously, you must be aware that as a soul, in the choice of etheric blueprint, you have given this purpose the greatest significance and you have accepted that you will BE by being what you will be. You will not be a healer by teaching others the unity of the universe. You will be a healer by going out there and healing…. manifested healing.

The sub-ray, therefore, must be a very pure strength because if the sub-ray were to have any dualistic aspect, your dominant ray would be in great trouble. So your sub-ray does not show its dualistic aspect. It is the purest energy of the ray and through this comes an interesting phenomenon, when the ray dominant and subsidiary are the same. The dominant ray works in its dual aspect, often out of complete ego. The sub-ray only works in its pure strength, causing much conflict for you; because if your dominant ray has a purpose that I will sit, you will not be permitted to fantasize ways about the sitting. The sub-ray, in all its force, will come and push you down. But in this conflict, a certain part of your anatomy will hurt. (Loud laughter) But the purpose has been fulfilled. And you may tend to then rub that certain part of your anatomy and scream and shout at that sub-ray that dared to push you down. But it had to, because the dominant ray has chosen to fulfill its purpose in its greatest strength.

Rays are very interesting. Have fun with them.

That’s it. He will leave aside the ritualism thereby leaving aside the dualistic aspect of the ray and will now manifest the ray as manifestation out of spirit. Ray remains the same. Its aspect manifested changes.

No difference. The rays, when studied with the rest of your astro chart will be in complete alignment of a soul level purpose. Read your soul level purpose as set by you by the choice of your zodiac sign and supported by the choice of the position of the moon and then skip the rest and go straight to the purpose of your rays, soul and personality, and you will find they are in complete alignment.

You have given the answer. There is no elaboration needed. You have understood it completely.

So go back and see how the two are aligned. Why have you chosen this particular zodiac sign to have the strength of the sun, another to have the strength of the moon? Jointly, they will show you what you have chosen for yourself, in this incarnation, in this incarnation. Then skip and go to the sub-rays, where the purpose of your soul and personality have been laid before you. They are one. And then skip back to what is your mission according to your greatest plan and you will find it interesting to see that you have chosen this step in complete line to your eventual goal.

Your astro chart is a wonderful, wonderful look at yourself. Again, you have become lost in its sheer size and volume of information. And you say, "How do I even understand this"? And then it becomes a burden for you, one more burden that you have added…an astro chart. It is a gift to you. A chart of this exact nature is not being made anywhere in your world, and this gift you have made into a burden. Have fun with it. Have fun with it. Let it lead you wherever it will. Read a few pages at a time. Sometimes, at random, open it up. Aah! Maybe the universe is telling you to read that page as a very significant message? Does it tell you that your negative traits are ego and arrogance and boastfulness? And why have I opened to this page? Have I been boastful? Is this what the universe is cautioning me? Or maybe just an hour later, there will come a situation when you will be boastful and you will say, "Ahh! I was warned"! Use it for growth, for your growth.
