Today is the last lesson of this series Parables and Angels. I was told that because I have taken the decision to start the classes of Patanjali later, they will guide me through the week, of what has to be done in the interim. So there will be a short series of classes on …..I don’t know what.

It’s a wonderful rounding off of the classes because today’s parables are centered on healing. We have seen how we can give up various things that have control over us; how the archangels can help us in so many different areas, and all of this is rounded off by a complete healing.

The first parable today is about John, the Healer.

John was much like several of us here, who are pretty proficient as healers. They are spiritual beings, they know about the universal laws, they know about energy, and they are pretty skilled in manipulating energies in order to bring about healing. They are also servers because they really wish to serve people through their healing.

And John was exactly like that, like several of the healers we know, or if you are a healer yourself, probably like you. And like all healers, John experienced that sometimes the healing was successful, and sometimes the healings were not. And John, being spiritual, also understood that he was constantly being infused by new energies of the new age, and that several times his physical, mental and emotional bodies were going through a period of what seemed to be imbalance, but was really a period when the new energies needed to settle down. But as more and more new energies were infused into his being, John realized that his healings were becoming less and less effective. And he was a little confused because with new energies, the healing should become more effective. John realized that whereas earlier there were a few healings which were not successful, now the numbers were increasing and the healings were not taking place in the way that he would be most happy. In fact, several times he found that he was failing completely and the condition of the patient was deteriorating rather than getting better. And every time this happened, John became more anxious and worried.

He would sit everyday in meditation because he knew the power of this kind of communion with God. And one day John sat down and, as usual, instantly the angels said "Hello John." But John didn’t hear them because John was busy preparing for the meditation. He had to go through his whole routine of centering himself, having his crystals and other things around him in just the perfect manner, taking time to come down to a level where his conscious mind would not be as over powering. And then he would go into a communion with God. So it always took John a little bit of time; and he was particular that he gave himself that time. And then he felt this flush of love and he knew that he was at the right place for the communion to start. And instantly he said "I am very worried. My healings are not going the way they should." And then he mentioned the various persons that he was healing and for whom no real healing was taking place. In fact there was deterioration in their health, so he said "I want this one and this one and this one and this one and this one to be healed." He was careful to mention each of his patients by name and describe their ailments. And the angels said "John, we love you so much, you are so powerful." And John came out of that meditation feeling really wonderful, feeling refreshed by that bath of love that he had received.

But the next day, his healings failed again. Again, John went through the next day’s meditation; settling down, taking time, not allowing his conscious mind to creep in. And again, he didn’t hear the angels said "Hi, John, how are you?" But he reached that level again, and he put forth his anxieties and said "These, these, these people are not being healed. I can’t seem to heal them. Send them healing of this nature, this nature, this nature." Again John very unselfishly elucidated the healing he wished for the others. And again the angels said "John, we love you so much. You are so powerful." And again John came out of the meditation feeling wonderful. All the anxiety and stress had left him to feel rejuvenated again.

He went into his healing room feeling that he would be able to do it today. And again the healings failed. And now John was even more stressed out, because his own sister, whom he loved so much, and who had been ill over a very long period of time, was not helped by his healing. So not only were the ‘impersonal’ healings failing, but even the personal ones, the one that meant the most to him.

And after one of the healing sessions with his sister completely failed, John came out and was very angry. And he went into his meditation room and sat down there and said "What are you doing? What’s happening? You keep telling me I am powerful and I keep getting worse as a healer. What are you doing?" And instantly John heard " Hi John, how are you?" And John was shocked. He said "How are you here so quickly? I haven’t even had the time to settle down, to center myself, to get into balance." And the angels smiled and said "John, we were always with you. We don’t need you to get into balance. You don’t hear us because you need that time. But we are with you at all times, even when you are doing your healing." And John said "Then why are my healings failing?" The angels asked him "What do you want today John?" And John said "I want to fulfill my contract. I want to serve; I want to heal myself and others. I want to fulfill my contract." And instantly the angels smiled in glee. This was the first time John had looked at himself. And John had asked for something that was very, very important. "I want to fulfill my contract."

Instantly the archangels called upon their band of angels to do the needful. And this time, when John came out of the meditation, he came out feeling, not only rejuvenated; he came out feeling ‘different’. He couldn’t quite pin-point what the difference was, but he felt different, and there was a certainty in his heart - that my healings will now be as successful as I desire.

And sure enough, John’s healings became more powerful and his patients began to respond. They themselves didn’t understand why this is happening, but they knew that as soon as they looked at John, they would feel better and it hadn’t ever happened before. And then John knew that it was time to take another healing session with his sister. And he went into his sister’s room and his sister said "John, what has happened to you? I was so worried about you." And for the first time John realized that his anxiety, his worries, his fears, had in fact been detrimental to the health of all his patients. He himself had been the obstacle. His ego had stopped the healing from taking place.

John realized that earlier he had wanted to heal so that he could call himself a healer. Now he wanted to heal in order to fulfill a contract. There had been a complete shift in the reason for the healing, and instantly his sister responded to the healing and in a few months she was fine.

Kryon teaches us a very important lesson here. Are we in a position to heal another? This is the question he wants us to ask ourselves. If I claim to be a healer, am I in the right frame to heal? Have I in fact healed myself, or are my stresses, anxieties, worries, fears, negativities patterns, standing in the way of healing? And Kryon explains that because we are human, these stresses and anxieties will constantly keep appearing. But as soon as, one knows the motive for the healing, as soon as one specifies, asserts, why we wish to heal, what is it we really wish to accomplish, the universe will guide you through the process of fulfilling your contract, in spite of the fact that ego will very, very often, come in with its past patterns. But the universe will see you through them, because you have affirmed "I wish to fulfill my contract."

And Kryon explains that a personal meditation is not the time and place to ask for healing for another. It will not work. A personal meditation is the time to look at self, to understand your own inner workings, to ask questions about you, to ask for healing for yourself. Healing for another will take place naturally, when you are complete.

Kryon further explains that when you wish to ask for healing for others, the time and place to do it is a group meditation; never during a personal communion with Lord. That (personal communion) is the time you must take responsibility for yourself, because the moment you ask for healing for self, you acknowledge loudly to the universe , that you have certain patterns, attitudes, energies, you need to overcome. You come instantly then from a place of humility, and not vanity. You will instantly begin to see that, as a healer, you need constant healing yourself. He makes you understand that its very, very important to know that when you are a healer or doing any other kind of Light Work, its very easy for the ego to come in, in two ways; either as vanity, the glow that you feel. You feel good that you have been able to heal, you like the attention that you get. And ego also comes in with fear and anxiety, with a feeling of despondency when a healing has failed.

These two extremes of ego are to be addressed in a personal meditation. And Kryon brings out a very important factor to us. "Don’t use that time to try and send healing to someone else, it will not work. You need a personal time to heal self. " Then, as self, without being in any meditative state, you can heal whoever you wish. If you wish it to be as a meditation, it has to be as a group meditation, for healing of others.

We now move onto our next parable. Again to do with healing, again to do more with healing of self; the parable of Aaron and the Globe of Essence.

Aaron was a very wealthy man, extremely wealthy, and a very, very good human being. He truly loved his wealth but he was always looking for an opportunity to use his wealth in service to another. Aaron kept making money but he kept using it for his own enjoyment and joy, and for betterment and service to others.

On his 40^th birthday, Aaron stood before a mirror and didn’t like what he saw. He saw that here, at the corners of his eyes, which were once smooth, were tiny little wrinkles. He saw the corners of his mouth were slightly turned down with age. He looked at his body and saw that where once there was muscle, now there was loose flesh. The tautness of youth had been replaced by the inelasticity of age. He looked at his hair more closely and he realized that he had a few more grey hairs than he had been aware of. He looked down at his hands, and he wondered when his hands had become more wrinkled. He didn’t like what he saw.

And suddenly he looked around at his friends, and he saw, all his friends looked the same. They were all getting old. Some of them had diseases which the others said it’s a part of aging. And some of them even died. And Aaron became more and more dispirited and began to wonder "What is the purpose of life if we are going to get this old and this ugly?" And then suddenly he thought, "I have all this wealth and I have always used it for people. What better way than using my wealth in search of the mythical fountain of youth? If I can find that, what a great service I would do to the world. No one would ever need to get old, and look at themselves in the mirror and see the wrinkles." And so he decided, he was going to spend the rest of his life, and his money, in search of this fountain of youth.

Someone told him to go to this very famous Shaman. And so he traveled thousands of miles in search of this Shaman. And when he met him, he asked him, "Please wise one, tell me where I can find this fountain of youth. I am willing to spend anything to get it." And the Shaman asked him "Where do you think it is?" And he said "I don’t know, but I am willing to search." And a fleeting smile seemed to cross the face of the shaman. "There is no fountain of youth; that is truly only a story. But what is real and tangible is something that few people know about, and it’s called "The Globe of Essence." And the Shaman continued, "You could be the one to find it. I can see that in your face." Aaron felt really proud and happy. He seemed to be the chosen one by the universe to find this globe of essence which could make everyone healthy and young. And he asked the Shaman "Where is it?" And the Shaman said "That is the answer only you can seek."

So Aaron wondered where to go. And he went first to Sedona. He knew that the mountains, canyons were filled with amazingly strong energy. But when he went there, he was sad to be told that it didn’t lie here, he would have to go elsewhere. And in his search, Aaron went to Peru, he went to Brazil, he went to Egypt, he went to India. He sat with so many seers and sages and priests and wise men, looking for this globe of essence.

Some of them had never heard of it. Some of them had, but didn’t know where to look. And some told him that they themselves were the globe of essence. And Aaron didn’t believe them, because he knew, that the globe of essence was an object, real and tangible, it couldn’t be the seer or sage that was sitting before him.

So he became more and more disillusioned, and years passed. He became older and older. And the anxiety and the sadness of not finding this globe of essence finally caused a very debilitating disease in Aaron. But Aaron did not give up. "I have gone to all the energy spots of the world, now I will go to all the religious spots in the world." But that was in vain too, and Aaron became sicker and sicker and the mirror showed him that he was getting older and older.

Finally Aaron said, "I am going to my home" and he went to Israel. "I have to find it; I am sure I will find my answer. It has been called the promised land." And he went there, but there was no answer either. And Aaron now began to be very angry with the Shaman who had told him that he would be the one to find it. He said "That man was a hoax, and he said pure lies." Yet, something in his heart told him that, that man hadn’t been a hoax. Finally Aaron returned very, very sick. The family for years had been telling him "Give up on this obsession, give up on this search. Let it be. Let it go" Finally Aaron couldn’t get out of bed at all. And he was really sad that he had come to the end of his life, spent almost all his money, and it had been futile.

One morning Aaron woke up feeling extremely strong, and he got out of bed. And then he looked around and saw that he was surrounded by all the Archangels and the Guides and Masters, and something in their light, and something about his own strength, made Aaron realize that he had died. And he looked at them and said "This is just not fair. That Shaman told me that I would be with a person to find this globe of essence, but I have died and I have not found it…. he told me a lie that the universe had chosen me."

You see Aaron had not remembered the words as they were really spoken by the Shaman. Aaron only remembered the words he thought the shaman had spoken. And the angels smiled and asked him to look back. And Aaron looked and gasped because there, right there, where his body lay was the globe of essence. Bright, shining crystal ball that lay in his own heart and Aaron said "All this time, it has been with me?" And the angels asked him to look around a little more. And Aaron looked around at all his relatives who had by now gathered round his body and were weeping, and he saw that each one carried a globe of essence. And the angels explained that it was real. It was tangible and because Aaron had such a genuine desire to search it out, the Shaman had said, you could be the person to find it. But it does not exist with one, it exists with all.

Aaron went home with the angels, not sad every more. He knew that he would go home and set out a new blueprint and return, this time knowing deep within him the knowledge of the globe of essence he carried. And he would finally be the one to show people their own globe of essence.

The globe of essence is nothing else but our part of the divine. It is very real, it is very tangible. It is not illusion. Aaron thought tangible meant being able to touch an object. He didn’t hear the Shaman saying "It very REAL."

What you can touch is the illusion. The globe of essence is tangible reality. We can touch it, experience it, live it. We can use our globe of essence to heal ourselves to stay forever young, if that is what we desire. And then to use it to heal others, who have not yet experienced their own globe of essence.

And in this healing there is a special Archangel to help us; The Archangel Zadkiel, who is closely working with Lord St Germain. Zadkiel’s twin is Amethyst, of the violet flame. Germain, Zadkiel and Amethyst. We can use the violet ray to heal self. What is sad is, that we all know about the violet flame, we all know about the violet ray, but we use it for others, because our own life seems insignificant.

(To someone in the audience) If we could make our life so strong and powerful we would never have to make a bargain and say "Take my life and save his." Because you would know that it is in the power of your own life, that you have the power to heal another’s. And that if your life was not to be, how would you ever heal those you wish to heal?

So call upon Zadkiel for your work, use the violet ray for yourself. Sit in regular communion with whoever you consider as your God. If it is some energy you call God, or it is a prophet that you call God, or if it is a crystal, or if it is a higher self that you call God; whoever and whatever God means to you. Sit in communion with that God, ask that God to send down to you the power of the violet ray to heal yourself. Ask the Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst to be with you with their angels of mercy and compassion so that when you are healing yourself, you do not do it because you think you are insignificant and worthless. You do not heal yourself out of a sense of condemnation and criticism for all that you don’t desire in you. First you have to be merciful and compassionate to yourself. That is when healing begins.

Healing cannot take place when there is judgment. So often those of you who are doing active healing work, when you talk to me about something or someone, you will tell me " This person is going through this, this, this, but how many times have I told the person, he is so negative, this person is doubtful, this person is this and that and the other. He is judgmental, he is critical. How can healing take place? He is stopping my healing; he is this kind of a human being." He is not stopping the healing… YOU ARE by judging him. That judging will stop all healing. Of course that person is judgmental, critical pessimistic, doubtful, whatever you have judged him to be. That is why he needs healing. OTHERWISE WHY WOULD HE BE ‘NOT WHOLE’? And you have judged him for that precise thing that he is coming to you as a healer for.

As soon as that judgment goes through your lips, through your mind, it doesn’t even have to be voiced, you cannot heal that person. In fact, this is a good clue for you. "I have judged, I have condemned, I need to heal first. I shall not try to send healing to this person, because at present I need a healer. " And ask Archangel Zadkiel to be with you instantly. You don’t have to wait, you don’t have to prepare yourself, you don’t have to make the right atmosphere.

So many say, "how can I heal, how can I sit in meditation, there are so many guests in my house and the children are on a holiday and there is an accident outside and my mother-in-law doesn’t permit…..." (Laughter) You don’t need the right time and place for meditation. When you take so much time to create the environment, the angels who are already saying "Hi John, how are you? "are being ignored because ‘John’ is preparing the right environment in which to talk. Any environment is fine. In fact, if you are sitting here and a judgment passes your mind, you can say "Archangel Zadkiel, I need healing I have passed a judgment on someone." That’s it. And you don’t need to do anything else; Archangel Zadkiel will start the work.

If you are angry you need healing. Whenever you know there is an imbalance taking place, instantly tell Zadkiel and Amethyst, I need healing, as this is what I am feeling." Don’t wait for the right words to come through, in the right manner. Archangels and angels don’t heed the words. They know what is your intent. All they are waiting for is for you to ask for them.

All of us are very keen to heal others but we have to first heal ourselves. We have to understand that our life is significant because in our living is the power to heal so many others.

Why the reluctance to heal ourselves, why the reluctance to be whole? The reluctance is because you ask "Am I worth it? I really shouldn’t waste the archangel’s time. Doesn’t that seem selfish? Self-centered? It sounds so much better when I say I am healing others. It makes me sound so good. Ask yourself, if a healer were to turn around and tell you "I heal myself," will you not pass criticism upon him? "You are a healer damn it, you are supposed to heal the world." You ARE the world. The lack of worth we give ourselves, we are constantly rejecting who we are. That is why we are not worthy of healing. We are not worthy enough to receive the Archangels’, Angels’ and Masters’ and Guides’ help. Somehow we have been conditioned to believe that when we think of ourselves, we are being selfish, that we are being self-centered, egoistic. Its not!!!! We are being ego-centered when you suppress who you are and look at ego in a negative way and say "Oh I am doing it for everyone else."

There is a flip side to ego. One is the vanity part, which we always consider. When we

think of ego we still look at it as vanity. But there, is a flip side of ego, the negative ego, where you put yourself down. Putting everyone else first, thinking that is what is good, what is right, what is holy, what is everything else that you have labeled it as. That is the flip side of ego.

Unless you value yourself so much that nothing and no one is more important than a wholeness and perfection of you, you cannot serve another. If not, the service comes in dribs and drabs. When you are relatively in balance it will happen easily, but because you did not make the effort to be whole and complete you will face your ‘failures’ again and again. From perfection can only emanate perfection. And when you are ‘perfection’ and you send my energy to aid, let’s say, Kaushal’s energy, then you aid Kaushal towards perfection. But if you are ‘imperfect’, completely out of balance, in constant need of healing yourself, when you send your energies to Kaushal, to aid her energies, you will aid her energies towards further imbalance.

This is a big responsibility to take when we are healing anyone else. Am I truly aiding healing or am I aiding imbalance? And even if you are a healer, it’s fine when someone rings you up to say, "Right now, I am in a position where I am doing healing work on myself. I don’t think I will be able to do that for you." Isn’t that more honest, than to send what you consider as healing and let that person go further into imbalance?

There are so many times when people call up and say "Ell, could you meet us, we need to talk about something" and I say "You know, not today. I am just out of balance today. I can’t do it, because today whatever answers I give you, I will give you from my own ego perspective." I am very open and honest about it because I have no guilt or shame about being who I am.

But for this you need Awareness of Self. Where am I now? Where am I? If you don’t know where you are, you will not be able to do what is needed for you, and for another.

This series has helped me so much in my own healing process, and I thank you all for being with me through this. Sometimes I marvel at the universe…I get to heal myself and get paid for it!!!! (Laughter) I express my sincere gratitude to Kryon and to all the angelic beings who have been with us, healing us and bringing us closer to the I AM….who have with so much love made us understand that true perfection lies in being joyous about your imperfections, because they are truly our Rainbow Bridge to the highest merger, the highest level of unity.
