Greetings. I am beautifully linked and asked to speak maintaining this link. What I am getting is about oneness. Yes, oneness. Because it appears that many confuse oneness with sameness. It appears that many mistake the state of oneness as a state where all is identical and distinct cosmic soup. But, my dears, when we are all one, we are not the same in expression. Indeed each one, willfully, chooses to manifest as a unique aspect of that which you call oneness. Each one chooses to express in boundless ways and that is why you must be understood that your very concept of oneness means or more implicitly if, if in equality expresses infinite ways. One which has sustained inclusive of myriad aspects that which you call differences. One just transcends by inclusion, all that is. For you to truly experience oneness, you must accept all differentiation and aspects of this oneness and not go about changing all that is different from you, into your notion of the true one.

Yes, and this may surprise you but you should not go about involving everybody and everything in vague motions of oneness. You could do this, my dears; it is an easy way out, it is a convenience so that you do not have to be one with the many, many nuances that you are and that are reflected through you through whom you call others.

It would be easier for you to be one with what you call light. It would be easier for you to be one with what you call love. And in both is shown the embrace of the multiplicity and they are. It is easy for you to be one with your bird’s eye view of God rather than be one with a close up reality of their various aspects presented to you in the people, event , things, that surround you. When you are large enough to truly know oneness, you will accept an embrace of all that is. You will revel in every difference. That is why one became many, my dears, so that one can be all that it is.

And for you oneness is all my aspects reflecting in what you call your life and world. One of your most valid experiences of oneness is through what you would call group consciousness. That is why you are born into families, reared by friends and teachers, live with fears and others. That is why you have a group wherever you go, whether you are in a bus or a more organized group it matters not. Because my dears as we have told you and we shall repeat, it is far easier to see oneness in concepts. It is far easier to feel oneness in meditation. It is far easier to be one with solitude, but it is your embrace of all that is around you that is most conducive to what you call growth, evolution, cosmic consciousness and oneness.

Yes, many of you have experienced oneness when you fall in love, when you partake joyously with friends and family and then when differences, what you call differences arise , instead of uniting and expanding you allow them to segregate and diminish you. My dears whenever you are confused start with self. Yes, whenever you wish to understand higher, larger other self, dimensions, start with current self. It is the door way to all that is. View your current self the one you. It is not suspect of any lack of oneness surely. And yet view how many aspects make up this one view. View your hair, your nose, your skin, your eyes, your ideas, your feelings, your thoughts, your relationships.

So many ships that have touched and left your shores. Yet you are the one – you. Indeed your immense physical biology rests on the co-operative venture of every cell. Each individual self. And yet you feel confident, nay, you know confidently that you are the one, you. And yet as one you, this current self, is group consciousness at its most effective? Yes, you are a group and you don’t even know it. And then you hold your hands tightly around you and say "Oh no me a group? I am me." Yes, my dears, yes, yes, exactly we say yes, but extend that embrace to all my infinite aspects to what you call a multitude of people, events, things. And then with the same certainty with the same surety, with your class extend and you will say "I am all that is." That is why we tell you time and again, evolution is not the vertical journey upwards. It must begin with the horizontal embracing. It must encircle all that is within, and not render all that is different, and therefore out. And yet so many of you will make these tiny circles. No, we shall not call them circles so many of you will make these tiny loops encircle only self within, and all that is out.

Yes, we understand the human consciousness but consciousness is difficult to understand. Your language comes in the way, like many other differences confuse you. You wonder how all will think alike, who will be spokesman, whose ideas will dominate, who will not conflict. My dears as we say whenever you are confused use the microcosm to understand the microcosm. View our current analogy of current self. View all the body organs, one indeed purpose is to swallow, one is to eliminate, one is to breathe in and the other is to pump the breath out. And yet there is no clash because hey all work beautifully for the one consciousness you are. You find this easy to understand because you can view the organs and aspects of your larger consciousness. And yet you find it difficult to do the same to others all around you. We shall not go into this but this is how karma is. Many of you wonder how this karma works so many plans, so many purposes. Do they not conflict, do they not clash? But, my dears, in a very larger sense karma does not belong to those aspects which is experience. Karma is the one larger universe, and consciousness who chooses to experience all through individual aspects.

You will now better understand one of the beautiful reason why we asked you to play your beautiful music, in your temple of love, temple of group consciousness, temple of cosmic consciousness, temple of oneness. All my beautiful aspects resonate in a unique vibrations and together one resplendent Om. Yes, you are aware that in the beginning each aspect is spark if the vibration and quality of first form and in linear terms it becomes what you call a resplendent tone.

A sound, a musical not. Many of you, who meditate can hear this physically and others resonate through it through conscious living. It matters not what tools you use, but you are aware that it is different musical notes, strong in harmony that make a rhyme, a tune, a song. In our terms creation of you and I were a universe. A universe so one, so singular, that all diversity is a dazzling embrace. Every aspect and display of its section every discipline are open declaration of love within it. Yes, my dears, oneness is a love song of devotion, as beautiful as any display in the consciousness of your temple. And yet so many of you wonder that when you reach oneness, you will bask in the sea of sameness, that there will be no differences, noting to choose, nothing to do, nothing to be and where you will rest.

My dears, your views and rest are antiquating and we shall speak upon it at another moment in now because that then surely becomes unrest. Very, very briefly, rest is a play of the dynamics on this field. It is that point, that fulcrum. And in oneness you will find that stillness of a dynamic multiplicity of a level that you cannot even conjure. When you reach oneness, you will not end your journeys, my dears you will be an eternal embrace. So come group of love begin this embrace now, not with one special another, lover of God. Not with few special others, with friends, groups, Masters but with all that I am. With all that you are, with all that reflects, with your personal and larger work.

Greetings dearest each one, greetings oneness. Go forth and mingle with each resplendent note that you come across and as you become part of a larger, larger orchestra in that diversity may you know true oneness.

This is truly wonderful. I am, at present, in a school. I’m not being told where or anything but it is a school where human souls are being trained to be guides, spiritual guides. They are all very raw; all these are human souls who have, not very recently but not in the very distant past either, passed over. All have chosen to work with other humans in different fields. I’m being asked to extend an invitation to each one of you to attend this one class so that we can all hear the lecture. I ask you to please do whatever feels right for you to make yourself enter this classroom. I’m also being told that it is only my mind, which is visualizing it as a 3D classroom but actually it’s only an etheric space. But because I am comfortable with this concept of a ‘class’, this is how I am visualizing it. I’m also seeing, as my mental picture, a master who is standing on a podium. Ironically, I am also seeing a blackboard.

I’m being told that this is how, very often, channelings take place, where the energy is translated into a picture formed by your own mental conditioning. As soon as the word ‘class’ was conveyed to me, my mind made this image all on its own, which is not a correct image.

Please, join this class now.

What I am being asked to do is to now connect with this master who is taking the class. The class is on ‘How to Join with Human Souls for Etheric Work’. You will listen in onto the lecture because I will translate it into our words. Though my mind is giving me a picture of a class, it’s not providing me with pictures of people. All I can feel are their vibratory energies. Please feel a part of this class. You are being, at present, introduced by the master to the souls present there. I get a feeling that the souls are very inexperienced souls, who are just starting on their spiritual work of this nature.

The master is introducing you as, what I am interpreting as ‘exchange students’. The souls are being told that you are here only to observe, and that they should, in fact, not pay attention to you at present. I am picking up a lot of excitement, also a lot of curiosity. The master is doing something which I can only call making some energy geometric movements, in order to calm this curiosity and thrill that has caused a lot of energy movement. The souls are very excited because they are with human souls in embodiment and therefore they are thrilled to be with their own kind. The energies are settling down down.

The Master is now beginning his class for those souls. ‘How to join your energies etherically with human souls’. Look at the human souls sitting in your midst. See them as energy structures. Make the figures that we learnt in the last class, for looking beyond a dense form. (I’m being told to tell you that this class is not for you; you are only listening on to their lecture.) Make the geometric figures to look beyond dense form. Make them stronger till you can see your human friends as energy wisps only. Now, use the geometric figures on these wisps so that their vibrations are translated to you.

Decide upon one human friend that you will work with, during the duration of this session. Yes, you may inform the human friend, if you wish. Move along all; make your choice.

You have chosen to work with this human friend, for this session, as a spiritual guide. Join your energy with the translated energy of your subject. All ensure that you feel no conflict. Smoothen out the tremors with the pyramid. Now study the human energy closely. Where exactly can you find the most similar vibrations to your own? Do not go to those areas where the vibrations are lower or higher in vibrations than your own; go to the most similar. Having found this point of entry, now join your energy with your human friend. As will be when you work with your human subjects, the human friend will not be aware of this joining. You must understand that most times your human subject will not even know that you are there. This must be your lesson in being completely without expectation.

Your human subjects will put up resistances of all natures. It is at this entry point that you will work on the resistances. No, free will resistance must not be worked on. You will be taught, in a later session, how to recognize a free will resistance. At present, work with these human friends who are putting up no free will resistance.

Now that you have entered, closely merge the two energies, all using the Ray Silver/ Gold. Draw from your human friend all the knowledge that your human friend has access to with the conscious mind. This is an important step for all spiritual guides. It is from this level of knowledge that you work. Understand the full extent, full content of this knowledge.

Now you may allow your own vibrations to overcome the human friend. It is important that you take this step only after you have complete knowledge of the conscious mind of your human friend. Once you have overcome your subject, you are now in communication with the subject’s higher energy being. Use the octagonal shape to enhance this communication. Now that you are in communication with the higher energy being of your human subject, you can now know which area of work you must proceed with.

Do not begin to work; only know the area. You will begin to work in a later session. If after knowing the area of work, you do not feel adequate confidence in this task, you can use the reverse octagon to make the process of separation possible. Another spiritual guide will then take over. In your enthusiasm, do not make this mistake.

Young spiritual guides generally continue on with the human subject even when they know that the task is beyond them. You have already determined, worked with yourself, and you have selected your area of guidance. If the spiritual subject, (and we now call it spiritual subject because you are in communication with higher energy being) if the spiritual subject’s area is not that of your area of expertise, proceed with removal and separation.

If the subject falls in your sphere, then you must, at present, stop the session by asking your human friend, and not the higher being energy, if the human friend will be your experiment for your learning sessions, even in future. If the human subject says ‘no’, please start the process of removal all separation. You will be given another human subject to work with.

For those who are still maintaining the merger, prepare the shield. Use the Blue/Green Ray to strengthen the shield, placing the human subject in your closed area of influence. It is important to note that the area of influence can be overcome by the subject’s true guides, counselors, helpers. All the guides recognize that you are under training. In the following sessions when you work as guidance providers, you will not provide guidance unless it is with the supervision of any one or more of the subject’s true guides.

You will now return but you must come back to the next session with the answer to ‘why did you choose this human subject and what made it possible for you to merge and maintain the contact?’ This is vital so that when you are guides you are aware of your choice of subject. You may now express your gratitude to the human friends. They will depart while you maintain your energies here.
