We shall speak to you on energy exchange…of course energy is 'exchanged' at every moment, all the time. Creation is basically a gestalt of energy, forever exchanging and in flux for creation to BE… that is indeed how and why you are all One! And not in mere concepts or words…! (I looked up the dictionary, and gestalt means blending forming a unit)

However our discussion is on the term as you all use it for the exchange offered for healing and other spiritual ‘services’. The above mentioned is only that vital clue to the ‘essence’ beyond your ‘energy exchange’. Our talk tries to take you to the ‘spirit’ behind your actions of energy exchange otherwise the understanding you all have been given thus far on energy exchange stand valid! Always use the macrocosm if you want to reach a deeper understanding of the why’s of anything in your microcosm…

Now…many have wondered…why the need for this material ‘energy exchange’… when you are all one and doing the service out of love as part of what you call Gods work! Some of your friends have asked you this, have they not? They have questioned why personal groups have no energy exchange…in the face of those infinitely more expanded groups and healers, which do… We will come back to this point, so remain alert, but our words must take a full circle for their fuller comprehension….

So let us explain…

Yes, you all have the ‘right’ words: oneness and Gods service and selflessness and love…. but the truth of those words is not reflected in your most inner being. The truth remains intellectual, an academic understanding. All of you to whom we speak through this, are on what we will for easy reference call the ‘spiritual path’. Whilst you are on it, you must grasp the importance of the word path… you are still moving ahead, you are still learning, internalizing and growing… we do not belittle you by this. It is a wondrous place to be…all we ask you to acknowledge is that there is a vast gap between ‘knowing’ and your current: ‘conceptualizing’…and it is in this gap that what you call ‘energy exchange’ is most required.

Prior to this stage, the question does not arise! Yes? Those who are not yet aware of the concepts of oneness …take it for granted that a payment must be made for services rendered.

Once you have bridged this gap and crossed this stage, then again the question will not arise…(no we will not tell you why, and in fact we shall ask you why, once we have finished with today’s talk…) you must grasp for yourselves…only then will your doubts be truly answered. Otherwise every time you reluctantly offer an energy exchange, it does your growth much harm…

Note the importance of the words; we tell you this repeatedly. Words are not empty shells … but powerful symbols behind a vastness that seeks to express itself through a symbol strung together.

So…lets take ‘service’ in this context…what does it mean to you? That someone, or you, are doing some work/help/aid/action…. whatever … for the other? Yes, perhaps out of what you call ‘love’. …But as long as the ’other’ is present my dears, however remotely; it is not truly ‘service’ in its purest form. ( even love in its purest meaning implies no ‘other’)  This is the key beneath the need for energy exchange: Oneness, Selflessness, Love in their purest essence! Not merely as concepts…but actualizing them deep within.

My dears, my lovely dears, you are all far from this…and we do not say this to discourage you; we say this to encourage you to put things in perspective so that your growth which is unfolding may do so more smoothly as you become aware of these unconscious impediments! So that you do not ‘hide’ unknowingly behind your ‘’knowledge’….

            So understand my dears, that with even your nearest and dearest ones, whom or what you perceive as your most selfless relationships and loving interactions, are still (with) the ‘other’…

            Do you know what sacrifice truly means? The word infact brings images of some discomfort to your mind, where ‘you’ have ‘overlooked’ self in the action expressed through it for the ‘others’ sake!!! No my dears…sacrifice in its purest expression is so far from the image that the word ‘sacrifice’ has now come to imply! Sacrifice, in brief, did NOT imply forfeiting self in any way whatsoever; it implied an action where you added to self. And when any action of yours truly adds to self, there can be NO pain, not even a glimmer. No discomfort whatsoever either… not for the ‘other’ or the self who is taking the action. Selflessness, sacrifice is is all about adding, enhancing expanding…but more on this in another moment of your now. We only open the higher potentials of these words so that you may glimpse the essence behind ‘energy exchange’ and try and go beyond it’s more apparent ‘reasons’….

So now let us take the polarity: your manner of energy exchange is not required at our stage! Do your Masters ask for an exchange of energy? Do your Gods? No, it is your own lack of oneness with them that makes you ‘give’ your material offerings…(again, note the word give: give always implies another!! Next time ask higher selves to partake in these beautiful gifts to Self!  Enhance the feeling of a self…sharing with Self! Feel the frisson of pleasure in the beautiful flower and revel in its sweetness so that the Whole enjoys it)

There is no need for energy exchange with us because we come from oneness and completion and thereby abundance is an aspect of our very being; thus we can welcome all to partake freely from this; in your words, we can 'give' freely because there is no perception of ‘another’…and in our completeness there can be no feelings of depletion whatsoever…

When there is truly Oneness or Union there can be no ‘energy exchange’ in your meaning of the word. Because energy is being blended at far deeper levels, self is combing with self. Oneness and completion is a constant and there is thus no scope of depletion. Here the sharing of knowledge is not merely through communication but through communion. (Again note the subtle difference in the meanings behind these two words; briefly: in the former you give, take or exchange; in the latter you draw into yourself)

So do you ask your left hand to do an energy exchange with yr head when it helps in shampooing yr hair? No you will answer indignantly, it my hand shampooing my hair!! How confident you are of that unity!

So we come to the main point… which is do not jump ahead of yourselves... whilst you are on the ‘path’ you must acknowledge and accept that you do not come from complete oneness and abundance. Neither do your human healers and teachers. They are all on various points on the path, and those who have something to contribute do so… many share willingly and lovingly with the ‘others’…some are perhaps far closer to that unity, to bridging that gap than you…but the gap is still there my dears. Appreciate that. Acknowledge that. For they do!! That is why we emphasize that they ask for an ‘energy exchange’…so that in teaching/healing you they do not ‘forget’…! The human ego, terrified now of losing its ‘presidency’ in their growing alignment with larger-higher selves, is always waiting for a chance to spring back by precisely such devious coalitions with the ‘other’…( much like your political forays ;-)…. Ummmm?)

And this is why an energy exchange must be present: This is the way you as the receiver of whatever you have received; be it healing or learning or help; help the giver! Yes! energy exchange is to aid the giver! It is not to pay for services rendered or for you as the receiver to assuage any burden felt and thus ‘balance’ it out by this exchange.

It is so that your teacher or healer, who so lovingly shares her/himself with you, may, now by your love, be facilitated towards bridging that gap which she is helping you bridge…even whilst she is on it herself! Do you understand my dear? Your acknowledgment of the steps that your teacher/healer is taking just as you are taking them; your appreciation that he/she is ‘risking’ (for want of better word) the various hurdle’s of ego coming up by not continuing her journey in the security of a more solitary inner journey of working only on her/himself! Surely if you appreciate his/her help in helping you with your pitfalls … you cannot grudge your help in aiding his/her journey, decreasing the chances of his/her pitfalls, though something so effortless as an energy exchange?

Energy exchange must be made in this spirit!!! Not as a compensation for your teachers help, love, time or knowledge, but in appreciation of the pitfalls of your own and thus another’s journey, and your willingness to help in minimizing the same…

So how are you helping? How does your acknowledgment and appreciation of your teachers/healers journey indeed help them through this energy exchange? What are the pitfalls you are aiding them through…? Understand this well my dears so that no doubts remain…Because when the teacher/healer is in the process of bridging that gap, and in that freely and willingly sharing all they have to offer, they still have in varying degrees (depending on each one’s inner journey) in some corner of their innermost being, that they are sharing with the ‘other’ their self and energy…they are sharing it lovingly, they are sharing it willingly, but they are sharing it with ‘another’…there is some depletion…

This ‘other’ does not go away completely at your human levels, and there is no need for alarm at this…. and surely your teachers/healers however evolved, are human!

So what can happen when no energy exchange is made? The teacher/healers path just gets that much more lonely… and whilst many can and will do it ‘themselves’, it is only one more obstacle you place in their way by not offering your little help!

 Because when no energy exchange is made the teacher/healer ego is given that ‘space’ to pop up and make its coalition with you and remember you/the other as the other! Which then can bring on ‘depletion’ of energies. So instead of helping them bridge the space and align ego self with higher self like they are helping you bridge and align… you are infact encouraging them to become aware of this space as chasm and allowing their otherwise reducing ego to make re-conciliatory coalitions with your ego!

When an ‘energy-exchange’ is made they cannot feel this!! The ‘other’ has given of his or her self too!!! There is blending! Like the universe! Like creation! There is gestalt of energy! You are by this exchange merging into a unit!

But of paramount importance: Do you understand the spirit behind energy exchange?? Can you go beyond the words and grasp that it is not about paying back or settling scores! It is not even as this might superficially appear: that it is the ‘equalizing’ of contribution that prevents the imbalance of no energy exchange? It is only about easing, facilitating, and helping their path… who ease, facilitate and help yours… by a gestalt of energies (forming a unit with them)!!

So your ‘energy exchange’ is your little way of helping the teacher cross his/her hurdles which he/she faces in her helping /aiding/healing you…of facilitating your teacher/healer towards his/her larger growth (of reaching towards oneness and completion) by not giving them the chance to experience these last remnants (or more, depending on the teacher/healer) of ego trying to re-assert itself…of having helped/shared with ‘another’ and thus any depletion they may feel!! It is only expressing in a heartfelt manner: “I am on the same path dearest teacher/healer, and indeed see these ego hurdles of my own, and therefore acknowledge and appreciate your steps to transmute them even whilst you aid me in mine, and in that appreciation I offer my help… my energy…”

So we come to the moot point of many! How many grudge the giving of what they ironically term (as though trivial)  ‘only’ material (what you call ‘money’) exchange!!

Many say why ‘only’ money? why not an exchange of something grander: love?  Smile…. We say till you ask that very question…it must be a material exchange! Because otherwise you are again playing with your concepts and fooling yourselves!!!

The exchange must be valuable to you… valuable as what you are receiving is valuable; as precious as the teachers/healers energy, if it must combine seamlessly with them. We do not imply a ‘price’ here, or quantification either, but once again the spirit behind that!  And as one of the most valuable facets in your earthly reality is still considered the ‘material’ …the energy exchange is usually through this. When the value of money is replaced by Love on your planet…sure…then Love will be a far better medium of exchange. Not till then, not now…

This is to be perceived in the larger picture! Many will jump and ask hands up: what about those who cannot afford it!! Ah such concern! Yes we laugh gently at you my dears at the games you all play! The teacher will know that my dears, the healer will know that my dears, and in that inner knowing their picture changes…

So we come back full circle to your initial query of why amongst friends or family groups there need not be this exchange! Perhaps now you already know why? We can only speak generally here as different groups, and purposes vary so…

But yes when you meet as friends for an afternoon of learning and bonding or enjoying together…

Got it?

The purpose is joint; there is an inbuilt exchange implied here! Of knowledge and other aspects …some of you contributing something and the others contribute another! You are already a ‘unit’ blending in many ways. The family or friendship group has its own identity of oneness and unity within which you meet! And there is much give and take, ever-present, even outside the purview of that one afternoon! Energy exchange is indeed ever-present within its own parameters here…where it is not… the ego is present, even in friendships and family!

If you still doubt this…test yourselves!! Yes!! See how you feel truly deeply inside of you when you are the only one ‘contributing’ in whatsoever manner!! However minor!! Only you ‘bring the food’ every afternoon, every time…and soon you will begin to feel a desire to do less than your ‘best’… your concern with its fineness will dissipate towards a certain nonchalance…ok popcorn will do!! Or only you adjust your timings whilst others refuse to do so…and you will feel reluctance to do so further…or only you … do you get the picture my dears…? Even the most ardent lover feels a “why should I give my best” if his contribution to the relationship is perceived as ‘more’!!!

So energy exchange is offered so each can give his/her ‘best’ by circumventing these ego issues which whilst you are human and on the path and however ‘evolved’ must crop up time to time…. in the receiver and giver. And whilst these issues maybe part and parcel of your learning within those forums of friendship and family, we seek that through ‘energy exchange’ you minimize/disallow that to creep in where it need not be: with your teachers/healers! Where the purpose of coming together is to learn avoiding the pitfalls of ego!  Why add another area of ego here then? You have enough.

Lastly we come to ‘karma”… That buzzword you all fall back on!! A lack of Energy exchange builds up ‘karma’, yes, but in the above manner my dear! You as the receiver do not build up ‘karma as in debt’ due to not paying back your teacher/healer! The teacher/healer does not accrue karma as in debt on your behalf if the exchange is not made!

 No… the karma referred to here is the karma that is added, the learning that is added to your teachers life through his/her very act of trying to help you!!! When in their helping you, you permit them to undergo the obstacles of ego him/herself!!! And burden him/her with fresh lessons/karma!

You also add to your karma/added learning: the lessons of co-operation, generosity of spirit, give-and-take beyond its usual parameters, oneness…. you add all those many lessons that prevent you from the simple doubt-free heartfelt gesture of energy exchange…

Again, please go beyond the words. We have tried to present you an inner, enlightened amplification of the reasons behind the much hyped ‘energy exchange’!  You all ready to move beyond the more plausible, superficial explanations…beyond simple “yes energy exchange is required due to 1) point this 2) point two 3) point next… Understand for yourselves the underlying essence…and make your own ‘points’…
