FOOD. . HOW IT HELPS

Besides these meditations, dear children, there are other things that you can do which will make you an open, clean channel. One is your food intake. Foods that are rich in protein must be consumed. This channel does not know enough science for us to channel scientific knowledge through her, but for those who are in the know you will know that proteins help to release enzymes which are useful for raising the vibrations within your body. How these enzymes work we are unable to tell you because this channel is not a good channel for scientific information. But you must take in large quantities of protein rich foods. This protein must come, not from meat or fish, but from other sources. Sources where ‘death’ is not involved. So milk, and eggs and cheese and nuts are very high protein foods and do not involve death. Now you will wonder why we do not wish you take in protein rich foods that involve death. Children, you are trying to increase the speed of vibrations within yourself. However remotely death is involved, that pain of death releases itself into the meat that you consume which slows down and hampers your vibrations. Also meats of any kind are extremely difficult for the human physical body to digest. When you consume meat your body has to send all its energy (and I mean that children, all its energy) for digestion. So once again your vibrations get hindered. Do not force yourself to stop consuming meats because if do so and there is a desire to consume them, you are again hindering your vibrations. So if there is a desire consume it but try to consume it in small quantities, try to see that there are large time periods between the consumption of meats. Increase the intake of other protein rich diet, which you have already been told.

When food is cooked there are two ways in which you hamper your vibrations. The way in which food is cooked at present and the various electrical implements that are used take away the good vibrations of food, and release within it base vibrations. When such food is consumed your vibrations come down to the level of that consumption. The easiest way to avoid this is to include a very large proportion of raw food in your diet. When food is consumed raw you get the full benefit of its vibrations, and believe me children plants and fruits have vibrations different to yours, yes, but they are so speedy that they will help you to move ahead. That is how food intake helps.
