INTERPRETING THE MESSAGES OF THE MASTERS

Do not give meanings to our messages. They must be delivered as given. No, you do not do this deliberately or consciously but your very keen need to help and your own issue of self-doubt and fear always brings out in you a great desire to be correct so that your self-doubt can disappear. My child, the doubt in yourself will not disappear in this way. You can be right over and over again and still you will doubt yourself. This is because, my child, you identify yourself not as the pen but as the writer. Remember the words you were told at the meetig ‘You are only the pen, not the writer.’ You never take credit for your successes, but you are very ready to take the blame for your failures. Why? Because you think that you wrote and you were wrong. You, my child, do not write or say anything. Words are ours, pictures are ours, thoughts are ours. Only interpretation is yours. And when you are not completely with us but caught up in your web of fears and anxiety you can never, never, never interpret correctly. You all who are training to be mediums must learn from each others’ mistakes. All must remember that you are only channels and nothing else. Do remember, my dear child, that ego is not only involved in taking credit for a success, but it is equally involved in taking blame for a failure. So why be fearful of the result? The result is not yours, was never yours and will never be yours. So leave it be. You have learnt to let go of so many things. When you let go of the fear of the result you will become a very powerful medium. You have repeatedly been told that you have important work to do. Are you going to do this fearfully? Then it will never be done for the Lord, it will be done for you and you alone.
