We wish to briefly talk to you about Mediumship. Each one of you is starting on your process of mediumship now. And it is important that you and others know the true essence of Mediumship.

Every medium’s greatest trap is Ego. As you grow, so does your ‘Ego’. But remember, when Ego grows with your mediumistic abilities, you will reach a plateau and not ascend. In fact what will then happen is that the Ego continues to grow but the ability does not, as a result of which, more and more imperfections enter into your work. More and more of those who come to you, will be aware that not every word is purely channeled. More and more the Ego will insist on your Ego having its way and not the Masters. All of you MUST be constantly aware of this. If you get complacent, so secretly will your Ego slip ahead of your abilities that you will not know when it happened. But you will know it, if you are aware of how others react to you. It is hard when someone doubts your mediumistic abilities. But that is a moment that you must not let pass by. Search!

When there is doubt, when another person sees clearer that the race is being won by your Ego, it is not an opportunity to blame. It is an opportunity to search within for the truth. Several of you have in your future, mediumship, all kinds of mediumship. Be aware constantly of this trap. The Ego will not surrender. It MUST BE CONSTANTLY battled with. And when we are referring to mediumistic ability, Ego is two-pronged. It is not only your physical reactions and feelings, it is also VANITY. Vanity that you can do what another cannot, that you know what another does not. And that is your greatest obstacle to your growth. When as a medium you think that you have all the answers, your mediumistic ability STOPS to grow. Why? Because when your mind is convinced that you have reached a peak, it does not leave itself open for further improvement, for further growth.

The SECOND VITAL NECESSITY for mediumistic ability is KNOWLEDGE. For this it is essential to tell you about the kind of mediums there are at present and those that were in the past. In the past, mediums were completely overcome by the Guides and the Entities that they channeled. And it was not essential for a medium to have any knowledge. That is why, so many mediums of the past wrote Music that they had no knowledge of, painted when they had otherwise never picked up a brush, spoke languages that were alien and strange. Because the medium was completely overcome by the channeled Entity. Why were those mediums overcome? Their vibratory levels were very, very low. With each generation, the vibratory levels automatically reach a new high. So the level that you were born with and your children are born with and your grandchildren are born with are always different. Haven’t you found that what you may have taken years to learn, a child of six knows instinctively? Why? Because the entire generation is born at a higher vibratory level.

When the vibratory level of a medium is low, in order for a higher energy to channel through, in full purity, the channeled entity completely takes over, forms a kind of shield or covering over the natural energy of the medium. And does not allow the natural energy to mingle with the higher energy that is channeled. But since then, generations have passed. Mediums have evolved. The level of vibrations required to channel higher energies is now automatically, by a natural process, at a higher level. The medium does not really need to do any work. In being born of one generation the medium accesses this advantage. This child‘s daughter will be a far better medium at initiation than this child was. The little one (Sanaeya) already channels. And finds no surprise. For the little one it is a matter of natural communication. And she is not the only one. Look around you. Hear what your children are saying. See the world through their eyes and you will realize many, many of them are natural channels. So when the medium’s natural ability has risen itself to this level, there is now no need for overcoming the medium at all.

But now there is another need. In order to come ‘in purity’, this medium now MUST be as free of EGO as possible. In earlier times, however egoistic the medium might have been - and there were mediums whose ‘Egos’ had swelled – it made no difference, because the Ego was overcome. The Ego is now not overcome. That is the medium’s battle to fight. Another effort the medium has to make is to make the field ‘fertile’. We Masters merely sow the seeds. But if the land is infertile, unwatered, arid, our seeds will give no fruit, or the fruit will be not very sweet. How dos the medium ready this land for us? By gaining knowledge. The more knowledge you already have, the more we can place into this ‘fertile mind’ that we use.

Do you now understand why we constantly tell you, not to be so concerned “that it was it my Mind”? It IS! IT IS YOUR MIND! Whose Mind would be used if we have to channel through you but your own? Why is knowledge made available to you? So that in reading and hearing and experiencing that knowledge, not only does the arid field become fertile, but the Ego is overcome more and more. So those of you who have this great desire, and those of you who have no desire and yet do not know that mediumship is in your future, let your Minds grow, let them EXPAND.

Must you accept all that comes your way? NO. Accept the truth that YOU are ready to accept. For this child (Roxanne0 the truth of extraterrestrials is one that she readily accepts as her truth. Must YOU accept HER truth? NO. If you are not ready for that seed of truth, do not force the seed in. It will not germinate. Do you therefore become small? Smaller than her? NO.

Mediums are not the happiest of souls. Why? They are constantly fighting that part of their inner selves that you may not even think of entering into. A good medium is always looking inwards at a place that is dark, scary, strange, and filled with so many demons. Are we with the mediums when they fight their demons? Yes. We are standing at a distance while the battle with the demons is being fought by the mediums. We do not interfere. Yes if the mediums lose those battles, we will try to caution the medium about this fact. But that is all.

If the Medium does not accept our messages, our help, then the Masters channeling through the mediums, move away. So do not be under this misapprehension that mediums lead a very, very easy life because the Masters do all the work. THE GREATER THE WORK THE MEDIUM IS MEANT FOR, THE LESS HELP WILL BE GIVEN TO THE MEDIUM. Unless the medium fights battles with all demons, how will the medium help others to fight their own demons? So, no, we do not help our mediums by doing their work for them.

In moments of great stress, this child sometimes shouts: “where are you when I need you?” We are with her only giving her love and sometimes that is not enough. Because Mediums are human beings. Like this child, some of you may also say: “Do this for me. We know you can do it”. Of course we can. But should we interfere in the growth of one we love so dearly? Is that love? Is that help? That is point three.

Four: A true medium will never abuse, insult or run down another medium’s ability, another medium’s Guide, another medium’s master or instructions given by the master. Yes many, many times as you grow, you will be able to ‘feel within’ that what another is channeling is ‘impure’. Yet we caution you in your growth, there is no need to ‘gossip’ about the medium. Gossip is the best friend of your Ego. It holds its hand very tightly and as Ego grows, gossip thrives. Learn not to gossip. There are so many, many different events that play their part in the lives of others and you only see but a small glimpse. And from this glimpse you decide that you know all that is true. And you take it upon yourself to ensure that everyone knows what YOU say is true. Oh you do not call that ‘gossip’. You call that ‘being a friend’! My little ones, it is GOSSIP.

Yes, when you find that a medium’s channeling is imperfect, you are at liberty not to go to that medium. You also have another course of action…a course which takes a lot of courage… to speak to the medium directly. Whether the medium accepts, depends upon the growth level reached by the medium. But when you approach, you must do it with love. Not out of a sense of judging or a subtle ‘put down’. That is important.

There is another important aspect of any mediumship. If mediumship brings with it a desire to make – what is that word my son (Yezad) uses – “a quick buck”, (laughter) again mediumistic ability stops. And yet it is equally important that for every medium an energy exchange must be made.

Let us explain ‘energy exchange’ to you. Why is it essential? When a medium ‘channels’, the medium is using natural energy. Remember the medium is not being ‘overcome’. Whether you are healing, whether you are talking, teaching, it may be any kind of mediumistic ability. Natural energy is lost. When energy is expended, something must take its place. Now in YOUR material world, the energy MOST EASY to access, is material energy. It doesn’t have to be material energy. But in your world it is the easiest and therefore as Masters we recommend that. If this expended energy is not replaced, there is then a small vacuum in the natural energy of the medium. What can take its place easiest? Ego. You understand? Why is Ego so easy? Because it is already an energy form present within the medium’s physical. So an energy exchange is imperative.

 
And yet, this is a very, very thin line that you must tread. And that is why we ask you more often than not, to ensure that the person for whom you channel is charged of the value that the person is able to give. Why did we set a limit with you (Piloo)? Because we knew that if we didn’t, you would have set a limit so low, that it would not compensate for your energy expended. You have done this in the past and that is why for so many years we did not permit you to access your mediumistic ability. So when we are aware of certain weaknesses in our mediums, we set a limit. Do not let anyone fool you into believing that ridiculously high amounts are set by the Masters. It is never so. Do you now understand what mediumship is?

 Piloo : The limit you have set, you said I should charge Rs.150 for healing, but if I know that person cannot really afford that can I take……

Ask that person to give you a cup of tea.

Yes that’s what I wanted to know.

Certainly.

 Banoo : Sir, when I take classes in religion, the students every New Year they try to give me a present, you know, monetary, which I just don’t accept . . .. . .

What are you doing? You are expending your natural energy, and little one, that is your path. You are a teaching medium. Why not allow them?

Banoo: I mean, they always give a present in a monetary form.

And what is wrong? In a material world, they find this the easiest way to show you that they need to instinctively replace your expended energy.

What happens when you channel out of love for that person?

Child, you must understand that there are different relationships. Now when this child (Elaeenah) channels for my dear son (Yezad) she will not accept an energy exchange, because between them energy is constantly being exchanged in a cyclical form. So one has to be aware, be discriminating about relationships.

What about public meetings like this one and Sohrab’s? They are not accepting any energy exchange.

All mediumistic ability expends natural energy and MUST be replaced. In meetings like this one, when there is no energy exchange being given to the Medium, there is a specific reason behind it. This child (Elaeenah) has undertaken to remove numerous, numerous karmic transactions. Her teaching both here and in her place of work is HER way of giving of herself in order to REPLACE energies that were expended for her in the past. She has been told that in other situations she has to accept an energy exchange. The same is the situation for my son (Sohrab). He has accepted to share his energy with large numbers, so that their karmic debts are erased. In such situations, the expended energy is immediately replaced by natural energy, not by ego.

What should you do with the material energy that you accept?

Why not enjoy it? Do you have to be so self-righteous and say ‘I cannot use this’ for my own self? That we can put as point No. 6, which really is Point No. 01. Self-righteousness is nothing but an expression of EGO! The energy which you had was your own. The exchange now is your own. Use it in whatever way you desire, BUT, let the HEART decide, not Ego. It must not be a talking point that “all that I get, I give away in charity”!

In this healing circle, we have specifically stated that the energy exchange must be used to heal others who need this energy. Because several, several are giving their energies and they are being completely replaced by the Masters in the course of the channeling.

Jimmy: Sir, you mentioned about gaining knowledge. Can you give us some idea what sort of knowledge? How do we go about it?

You must read ALL. Listen to ALL. Talk with ALL. Then your heart will tell you, THIS is the knowledge that most appeals to me. If you talk to this child (Roxanne), she may tell you about her beloved ‘crystals’. And you may not feel any inclination to know more of this knowledge. But this child, (Irawati) may pursue that knowledge. You must pursue knowledge which appeals to your mind. You my son have a path. Your path is a personal path of emanating and disseminating Universal Truths of a complicated nature to individuals in simple terms. This is your path.

This child’s (Yasmin’s)….. She may not even attend our meetings because this knowledge will certainly help her, yes, with her Ego, but will not add to her mediumistic ability which lies in ‘healing’.

Pari: If in the past we have not given an energy exchange does this affect us in any way?
If now, after knowing, you still ignore this, and do not give an energy exchange it will affect. But if you insist on an energy exchange and the medium through its own process or own Ego, which we do not question, REFUSES, then that responsibility is not yours.

When mediums are in training and the medium is in trance, is it possible that he does not connect to the Master and his Higher Self will answer?

Very, very often. You have raised a very good question. Not one that we were planning to explain. There is a reason why. Because this will make others now ‘doubt’ mediums even more. But no matter. We will now answer this question.

When mediums begin to train, they first connect to Higher Soul energy. It is easier to connect to your own Higher Soul energy. The Higher Soul energy then connects you to your Master or to your Guide. NO MEDIUM CONNECTS TO THE MASTER OR TO THE GUIDE WITHOUT THE HIGHER SOUL. When a medium is raw, under training, the connection between medium and Higher Soul and the connection between Higher Soul and channeled entity is FRAGILE. Sometimes the channeled entity will come through. Sometimes the Higher soul energy will come through because the higher connection was broken but the lower one still exists. At times there is no connection. Even when a medium is experienced and knows how to sustain BOTH connections for long periods of time, IF there is Ego this will break both connections regularly.

You as sitters have your own responsibilities. Have not Jade Fire and all Masters told you: Do not accept our words without allowing our words to resonate with your Divine spark. You must BE DISCRIMINATING. You must have enough confidence in your own ability to search and find the grain from the chaff. And if you are unable to do this, if YOU mistake the chaff for the wheat, then the responsibility is not the Medium’s but your own. Is that very, very clear?

So go for personal meetings. But be discriminating. You little one (Irawati) are not. You are so strongly desirous of hearing something pleasant, of hearing someone that consoles you, gives you the answers you want! CAUTION! Ask this medium (Elaeenah) what she was told by us a long while ago. And there was no public meeting then. Do you remember child (to Roxanne) when we reprimanded her and asked her to STOP her mediumship at once! Do you know why? In a personal meeting, when I gave answers that were unpleasant to you, that promised doom and not hope, this child resisted and fought. And then after the meeting, chided US for being ‘insensitive’. We do not mind our child fighting, but THIS TIME she fought out of ‘EGO’. She wanted to give answers which were good, so that SHE would look good. She felt that in giving answers like this, her mediumship would be questioned. THIS EGO we do not permit. And she was told to INSTANTLY STOP HER MEDIUMSHIP, if she could not overcome her Ego. So be discerning.

Master, the issue I face is doubt…..

We have never asked you to stop mind from cautioning you…. You call it doubt. We have asked you to NOT VOICE IT or gossip to another. When you have an intellect, when the Universe has gifted you with wisdom and discernment, are you NOT supposed to use these gifts as you use all else ? Then why do you show doubt, about something that you is so relevant to you and feel a sense of guilt? You are not discerning Child, and we urge you to be more so.

Is it possible that those who are not mediums too can on and off have a connection…..

Completely.

Those who are not mediums too can be used by us. You may be walking on a road and a stranger will stop by to tell you two words, which we will channel through him, which is what you need to hear. Oh no little one. Mediums are NOT the ELITE that we choose. Mediums are only instruments. WE certainly give them no more importance than that. But YOU ALL DO. You forget that this is only our instrument. Would you give a pen that writes well the same importance that you give this child? And that is exactly what this child is. A pen that we use, a voice that we use.

Sitters play a great role in the Ego growth of a medium. This child’s (Elaeenah) lesson over lifetimes has been one of ‘arrogance’. Mediumistic ability is an excellent way for her to become even more arrogant. Fortunately, she has also the courage to look at her arrogance and to overcome it. Each one has a weakness. All it takes is courage to acknowledge it. Once you have acknowledged it, at every given moment when the weakness is exposed, you will be instantly aware. Do not give mediums, dear ones, an elevated position in your society. And if you wish to be on this path so that you can one of the ELITE, (laughter) my little ones, you will never there. Your purpose for this mission must be very clear.

How do I know what my path of mediumship is?

Self-search and follow the string that your heart pulls.

How do we know when our own mind or ego enters the channeling?

Walk that line on your own. We will not hold your hand in that. Sometimes you will fall ‘here’ and sometimes you will fall ‘there’. Every fall will teach you how to be a cautious walker on this path.

 Syrus: This mediumistic ability… is it present in all human beings?

All divine sparks.

Syrus: How we do arouse it?

You arouse it by CONSCIOUS WILL. Conscious Will is NEVER in YOU. It is IN THE HIGHER SOUL.

Syrus: Sir what sort of human beings have you made? (Laughter). . . is standing in your way, Ego is standing in your way, Higher Soul is . . . .

YOU chose these STRANGE beings! (Laughter)

And a lot more will come. When the Earth releases, all of you who are part of the earth must also release. There is no easy way out. When the Master spoke about release, the INITIAL RELEASE will be with INDIVIDUALS. It will then be global. So become tough. And become HONEST. Where there is honesty there is no fear. It is dishonesty that makes you scared. When next time you fear, find out where your dishonesty hides.

Yezad: Sir the phenomenon in my office, is that also mediumship?

Completely. The lady is far more wise that you give her credit for. She channels Higher Soul energy and in this she is an open channel all the time. She doesn’t need to work at it. She is open ALL THE TIME. She has opted, NOT to forge the higher connection. So pay heed to her words.
