SPIRITUAL GUIDES

There are guides at all spheres . When you all say that you are moved to higher guides you are not quite correct. You are not moved or promoted in any manner. You grow by a process of evolution and move upwards from one subplane to another and then leaving one plane behind go up to another. In each subplane of each plane you have different guides to help you through your path. They will not make any attempt to help you grow but if they see that you are ready and willing then they will start their process of testing and helping. Q: Sir,if they do not help us how will we know that we are straying?

My child, they will be there to see that you do not stray from your chosen life’s purpose . Growth is everyone’s purpose ultimately. Each one has also chosen primary missions to reach and complete and issues to sort out. These guides at lower subplanes and planes are not there to teach but to ensure that the plan you have set out is followed through . They do this at all times in complete consultation with your higher self that knows the plan even though you think that someone else is pulling your strings. Once they see that you have finished your mission of that subplane and are ready and willing to move on they start the process of testing to see if you are really ready for greater and more difficult tasks.

Now these guides are appointed with great skills. The guides you have at higher planes are generally the same for several lifetimes. They appoint your lower guides. These lower subplane guides are all part of a very large team headed by one guide whom we may call your master guide. Your master guide can never change, never. So your master guide and your spiritual guide's master are the same because we are all part of one team . Each guide has a different task. At lower planes their job has been explained . At the plane where you are and at the higher planes our tasks are different. At higher planes we have our own sub-teams. So when my child strays from her goal of this sub-plane I personally will not guide her at every minute but my appointed messenger or guide will. Because it is not necessary to have identities for each one all these guides go by the common name Jade Fire.

Q: Sir, then when she is auto-writing is in trance is it you or your other messengers?

No, my child, that is only me and can be no other identity because I am her master guide the others are my helpers. Now each helper and each guide is selected with great care. They must understand the temperament, nature, calling, habits and characters of the subjects under them. For this reason it is seen that the problems you deal with now have also been similar problems for us. Only then does true understanding and support come from our side. If your guides are of a very different personality there will be a conflict between you, your higher self and your guide.

Q: Sir, how many years have guides like you been in your realm?

Several, my dear. Most have to be here for more time than you can imagine before they are appointed as higher guides. We also evolve gradually. But my child, the soul never forgets an experience and so we do not forget what we have gone through when we were where you are now. So we can give you the benefit of where we were and where we are at present.

Q: Sir, you mentioned that as we evolve the guides of the subplanes and planes change . But some mediums have the same guidefor a number of years ? How is that possible?

My child , you must understand that as you go ahead the guide of the subplane is the guide of the plane. He is in charge of all the subplanes of that plane , and to evolve from one plane to another takes a very very very long time. So it seems as though they always have the same guide . Besides this there are certain mediums who do not wish to use another channel (of instruction) except the one they are used to for years. Sometimes they themselves hold back their progress, and at others the new guide merely assumes the same name so as not to disturb the medium.

Q: Sir, but won’t the medium recognise the difference between the guides?

No, because we can cover our identities very smoothly if we so desire. Of course very gradually the new guide will reveal himself when he thinks the medium is ready.

Q: Sir do guides come back to earth in the physical form?

Guides, true guides, do return , but very rarely. We have undertaken to work from here , although this sometimes means stopping for a while our own growth.

Q: Sir,how does this stop your growth?

My child, if I have undertaken to take charge of a plane, then even though my progress is made upwards , I will stay back and do my duty .

Q: Sir, so you cannot go to the higher stage at all?

Yes, I can, but not stay on that plane all the time, so this impedes my learning in the upper plane.

Q: Sir, thank you so much for doing all this for all of us on Earth.Thank you so much.

Q: Sir, do you remain a guide of one plane for many years?

Several, my son. Remember, we are not only looking after your world but many others.

Q: Oh . Sir, may we discuss these other worlds?

My son, those who claim to have this knowledge have little or very poor knowledge. This is because we on this side have been instructed to keep it that way but in the future the time is nearing when we will be allowed to reveal this.

Q: Sir, on your plane are you like a principal of a big, school or like a father looking after his children, living separately from other planes?

Ha,ha, ha……. My child, not that way at all. Firstly, all planes co-exist but souls of a similar level of evolution naturally gravitate towards each other and so that is a subplane. But all these souls also move about in an area where they are very comfortable .That is the plane. When the soul grows more than the other souls around , the soul will naturally move away to where it has its own kind and this progress continues. Sometimes a soul may remain in one subplane or plane for many many many years and its progress in another may be very rapid. This is how the soul desires it and so it shall be . Guides and Masters are here to see that all souls get the help and guidance they need , and I may do this personally or through my helpers.
