Good evening children! My children, when the Great Master Himself opens the meeting, you must greet Him in reply. He is here at the express biding of his devotee and you must pay your respects to the Great Master. Now my children, we who are present here wish to thank each one of you individually for the prayers which you have sent up, which have aided our efforts without any description being needed. Your prayers made our difficult task a little easier. Do not stop your prayers, we still need them. Your prayers and our efforts were able to allay a very great disaster, but as was told to you earlier, the inevitable must happen, and so these prayers are now needed to protect every individual from the disaster to the extent that the individual desires protection. Remember my children, some souls were born into this world at this time in order to experience what they will go through. Our prayers must not take away their experience but our prayers and yours can join together to see that protection is given to every individual, plant, animal and every form of life that protection which the life soul desires. So continue your prayers.

Yes my children, which of you today has questions to ask?

(Silla) Sir, may I ask a question?

Yes my child.

My child, faith and reason are as different as the mind and the heart. Reason appeals to the mind, faith appeals to the heart. Reason, my child, will give you answers which you more often than not desire; your mind will look at a set of circumstances, will evaluate them, judge them by its pre-conditioning and the knowledge that it has, and then tell you a ‘reasonable’ yes or no, true or false. Faith on the other hand, my child, looks at the set of circumstances, does not evaluate them at all. It accepts, looks, sees the reality and says ‘Thy Will Be Done’.

There is no right and there is no wrong for faith. My child, let me here give you an example of what has been troubling you for so many days----the step you took to put your dear little pet to rest. This will give you an example of reason and faith. You saw your pet suffer, my child, your heart which is so filled with love for all, could not see the pain of this little pet. You saw the circumstances, you evaluated them, you realized that there was no hope for the little dog and that he would eventually suffer more and more. After having evaluated these circumstances, your pre-conditioning told you that there is no hope for betterment. ‘If there is no hope for peace in this life for this little soul, and if the only option is pain and suffering, why must I put this little helpless creature through this?’ After having evaluated these circumstances, your reasonable answer was ‘let me put this little animal to rest’. The only reason you did this, and I repeat, the only reason you did this was out of complete love for this little animal. Now my child, Faith---- Faith would have seen the suffering, would have felt the pain of the animal with the animal but faith would have said ‘Thy Will Be Done’. You would have then again out of only love, and no other selfish reason, been able to accept that ‘I will see this animal through whatever suffering my little pet has chosen for himself’. That is Faith! But here again my child, let me again comment. I will not go so far or be so unfair to say that your faith wavered. Your faith in our Lord did not waiver at that point. But my child, the faith in your self waivered, the faith in that little animal waivered; you did not have enough faith in that little pet to give that pet the chance to go through whatever the pet had desired. That faith waivered my child, not your faith in our Lord, Am I clear my child?

Silla: Sir, may I just ask another question on this point? We are always told that it is always decided when and how we will pass over; so was it not decided that he would end his days like this?

I am so glad that you have asked this question because this is a very important point for you all to pay attention to-. My child Yes, you are right; it is pre-ordained but my child also remember that the time of death though pre-ordained, is sometimes kept in this manner flexible when others around are also involved. Let me make myself clear as you have not understood. Yes in all cases, death is pre-ordained, but in some cases, the type of death is left right to the end. This is because till the end moment that soul and the souls around are learning their lessons. My child, your little pet came into your life for you to learn this lesson that sometimes pain and suffering is not unhealthy. Pain and suffering is health. How you might ask; because pain and suffering will lead your pet on to a higher path of evolution. Do not think that you have come in his way because you have not. Your pet will not have to pay the price for your act of kindness. And it was kindness, we accept it as such, but again my child, it was also a lesson that needed to be learnt. Your pet would have died at that same point of time, with or without your intervention. But your pet allowed you the experience. Your pet went through its pain and suffering for two reasons; one, through its pain and suffering it moved to a higher plane of evolution and two, it has helped you to learn that we are no one to interfere with another's pain and suffering. When I say ‘we’ my child, I do not mean only you. I mean We as well. Do you think my children that it is not in our power to take away pain and suffering? Do you think that one touch of our Lord could not alleviate all the disease there could possibly be? And yet my child, our faith,( because we have no reason) our faith helps us to stand aside and see the suffering in a dispassionate manner, because we know that this pain and suffering has been chosen and desired out of free will. Who am I and who are all the Guides and Masters to interfere with the free will of one soul?. That my child was the lesson you had to learn. There was no other lesson. And do not think my child that you have harmed your pet, that you have come in his way; that is not true. Your pet will not pay the price of the little mistake which you have committed, and it was a mistake. It was not done out of a deliberate or selfish need to get the pet out of the way. My child, you have been berating yourself for so long over this one act. Stop, stop now! My dear, you have been a teacher all your life. If one of your students did not do well in a small test, would you stand by and allow that student to berate himself or herself? You would not; as a teacher you would guide and explain and make that student understand that it is okay to do wrong, that there is no such thing as failure, there is only an effort to be made again. Stop my child and do not think of this anymore.

Silla:Sir, does this mean that we cannot help people who are suffering? Of course my child you must, each and every one of you has the duty as a human being and more importantly as a soul to help. Children, I am very very happy with the questions we have been asked because it shows a sincere desire of each one of you to grow. Help, my children, must be understood correctly. Help in some cases, even when it comes out of love,is not enough. Let us take a small example which will help you to understand. I again put this question to you my child, (Silla) this time as a parent. My dear, throw your mind back to several years when your children were in school, when they had homework which they would find difficult or unpleasant and would turn to their mother for help. Did you do that work for them my child, or did you explain their difficulties and then leave it to them to find the right way. You have always done that my child. You have never stepped in and been a person who will try to grab the child, make him cling to you; why do it with others? So how can you then help? You see a person suffering, you see great amount of pain and you see that all your medicines and all your science have no hope and have no cure. It is at that moment that your trial begins, my children, along with the person who suffers, especially if the person is one you have loved and held very dear. This child of mine (Niloufer)has also always held it very strongly that if she were to see her parent or any other dear person in pain, she would do all in her power to alleviate that. She would not be helping her parent, she would not be taking away their pain, she would only be helping herself not to see the pain. That is not help. Now when you see a person or an animal suffer, use all the power of love within you to help yourself to bring out this love and shield the person with this love. You will not take away the pain.Why? Because the soul has opted not to, but you will give the soul solace, comfort, strength, courage. That will be help. Help is not putting a Band-Aid, help is not cutting your arm so that you feel the pain and not your child; help is not putting someone out of his or her pain. That is not help. But yes, if you see that a person is suffering, there is one tendency among some of you in the world, those of the people who have learnt to just cling on and on and on; that is not correct either. Do not poke and prod till the individual's body is filled with more holes than it should be, let your medication give comfort, let your medication give solace, let your medication give rest. That is all. Do not try by artificial means to prolong someone's life because you know it is not possible.

Let me give you another example. You have a person in a coma. All of you have seen that some doctors are of the belief that they must do everything in their power to allow the person to survive as long as is medically possible. How foolish ! How can medicine prolong life when it does not know how to create it! What you can do as the loved one is to ensure that only that kind of treatment which makes the person comfortable, is given; do not get trapped by what the doctors tell you. Science has for long strived to battle against spiritualism and to its ire, science has always lost the battle. There is a good reason for that. If only science would see that spiritualism is also only science, there would be no more battles. What is spiritualism if not science. It is a science that yet several do not understand it. There will come a day when this science will open the eyes of all and then the medical faculty will look at themselves and laugh at their foolishness. Spiritualism is a science based on physics and energy; it is nothing else. Our Lord is the greatest of all physicists because the entire Universe is built on the laws of energy and matter, the two pillars of physics. And yet, science tries to fight us. There is no fight. And if you understand that your spiritualism is also a science, you will be able to help the suffering and the ailing in a much better manner, you will be able to realize that love has the power of healing that no science and no medicine can have. You will realize that your faith to stand by and to give silent support to the suffering has the strength that no medicine will ever be able to match. That is your help. That is your spirituality and that is your science.

Silla:Thank you Sir for explaining it so well to us.

My children, today's talk is an extremely difficult one to follow. To see one's loved one suffer, to hear their cries of pain and to be dispassionate about that is so difficult. But my children, do not mistake dispassionate for indifferent. We are not indifferent when we allow you to go through pain. No, not at all! We weep with you, we cry with you. We feel your pain; every single moment you are in suffering, we are also suffering. But we love you so so much that we do want to extend this suffering beyond what is really required. Now this seems at odds, doesn’t it? Right now I told you that you must not try to stop suffering, and here I am telling you that we don't want to extend it. Understand the difference, my children. Suffering that has been opted for, out of free will, must be borne as there is no suffering without a cause. This is important for everyone to absorb. There is no pain for the sake of pain, there is no illness for the sake of illness, each has a purpose. The purpose is not known to you, but it is known to the person who suffers. No, it is not known in the physical form, but remember, when we speak of a person, we speak of a soul. The higher soul that he and you have left behind, will always guide you, will always be there to see that the plan that you had chalked out is followed completely. So the soul knows the reason; the physical body may not and the physical body should not, Why? If the physical knew the grand plan how easy faith would be, and faith must come out of trauma. Faith must be squeezed out of pain, it should not be handed to you. The physical body does not know the meaning, but you, my wise, learned children, you know. You do not know the exact cause, but you know that there is a cause. So you and I stand aside, give all our love to the person who suffers, the animal who is ailing; we give all our strength, we give all our energy and you use this (pointing to the heart) to channelise all the energy which is around you so that this ailing , suffering soul can be shielded in this wonderful warm energy. You feel with the soul, you cry with the soul, till the moment when the suffering vanishes. Now at this point if you stop the suffering in the middle, that little part of suffering of that soul will have to be carried forward, You don't want that.

Sohrab: Sir, may I ask a question? I have heard you very clearly and you have said that when someone is in physical abject pain, we should use medication to alleviate the pain. Are we then not interfering with the karma of the person who has to undergo the pain?

No my son. Remember my son, the pain will not be alleviated, the suffering will not be alleviated. If the person has a cancer which is eating up his or her insides, there is nothing you must do to stop that and yet you can give some comfort so that this person does not have to go through an excruciating experience. But even that my son is permitted in one, and I repeat it, only one circumstance. Are you giving the medication because you cannot bear it or out of love for your loved one? If there is selfishness involved, your karma increases. You don't ever hinder the person's karma, but your karma increases. So, my children, do whatever you need to do out of complete love; and that is what I told this wonderful wonderful child (Silla) that what she did was out of complete pure love. There is no one in that household who misses her pet more than she does, there is no one in that household who feels the loneliness more than she does. She knew she would be lonely but she was not selfish. What she did, she did out of an overwhelming sense of pure love. Remember children, mistakes will be made but when mistakes are made out of pure love, they never never have a repercussion because your reason was unselfish. Karma is formed when there is selfishness; either deliberate, knowing selfishness or a hidden selfishness which a person will not want to acknowledge. That is karma. When you see the God in someone and feel pure love for this God, how can you create karma?

Roxanne:Sir, may I please ask a question? Sir, you were talking about alleviation of pain. What happens in the case of certain poor patients who are in excruciating pain, wanting to kill themselves and are kept in barred quarters,who are begging for relief to be given something to relieve their pain. Should they not be given something to ease their pain and suffering, for example, morphine.

My child,your heart is so tender,and sometimes it is this tender heart that makes you forget a few of our lessons. My child, those patients could have been given something but my child they opted for this poverty and this suffering. If it is not in your power to do something about it, there is one thing you could do which I have already mentioned. Shield each one with this energy called love. My child you can literally create a shield.

May I give you all an exercise which you can follow when you see someone in pain? Close your eyes. I want you to do it with me. On the Christ Center, make a person who is suffering lie down, ask this person's permission to heal. My children remember, even if a person is in a coma, the soul of that person will immediately tell you while you are doing this exercise, whether the soul wants healing, alleviation of any kind or not, and my children you must respect the decision of this soul. Ask the soul of this individual whether it wants healing or alleviation of any manner. Once you have the acceptance, let the green light flow upwards (from the heart to the Christ Center). At this point, the green light is in front of your Christ Center. Now the green light will turn and begin to envelope this person slowly , all around. Remember to envelope the person leaving about 5 cms. on all sides. There is a reason why we do not envelope a person close to his body. Sometimes out of pure love you might suffocate the person. This 5 cms. all around allows your love to circulate freely without binding the person tight. Once the person has been encapsulated by the green light, ask our Divine Lord to shine His white brilliance on the encapsulated person. The light will be white when it leaves our Lord but as soon as it comes in contact with the green capsule, it will turn golden and glow brightly. With this golden glow around the person, leave the person, shut your Christ Center, and let the green light now surround you completely from head to toe. As the green light surrounds you , say to yourself ---- I am not taking away the pain of (say the name of the person), I am giving strength and courage, I am only a channel for the love of God to do the healing in the way He desires. Thank our Lord and then open your eyes.

Silla: Sir, if you say that a disease is meant to be there, then would you say that if a doctor operates that cancer he should not do so?

No my child that is not at all what I am saying. My child, there is disease and there is a cure for the disease. Why do we permit the cures to be found? Some individuals have to go through that limited suffering and then stop. Haven’t you seen my child some individuals who have a cancer in the very last stage and get cured and others who have a small, tiny innocent looking lump who will die? The cure is meant for those individuals who have opted for that limited suffering. So the cure is there and it must be used, medicines are there and they must be used.. Why are medicines permitted to be discovered and invented my children, if not for use? It is wrong when someone says ---‘ I will not take the medicine and I will suffer’. Yes, if you do not take the medicine because your faith in Him and in you is so strong that you need not take the medicine, that is perfection.But if you are not taking the medicine so that the whole world knows, that is foolish, that is not faith. What each of you should do is to take the medicine in the palm of your hand, hold it close to your Christ Center and let the green light encapsulate the medicine, then take it. Now He has added His strength to your medicine. Your medicine cannot help you without His permission. You can take a whole bottle or an entire factory of medicine and you can still suffer. Why? Because your higher soul desires it. All suffering has a reason. As soon as the physical body learns its lesson, there is no suffering. Some souls have opted to have lifelong suffering. In this situation learning a lesson is good, but it will not diminish the suffering, because the true reason will only be learnt when the soul is freed from its physical chains. So you see, there are types and types of suffering. All you can do is to give your strength. That is all WE do. WE do not take away your suffering. It is also wrong to think that suffering disappears with prayers. Somewhere within your soul the lesson is learnt. When you pray and say "Lord, Thy Will be done", at that moment you learn your lesson and place yourself at the feet of the Lord. Thus you are healed. It is not that your prayers are answered, it is your lesson that is learnt. That is what happens when prayers seem to heal miraculously.

No my son. As a father you know that you would be very ready to do anything to help your children and loved ones. But by interfering with their free will you would be prolonging the suffering to another lifetime. Would you want to this? Would you not do anything to see that the suffering does not extend? At this time, my son, your pain would be worse than theirs, but is would also be your trial. Your faith must be strong enough to believe in the Lord right through the ordeal, and your love must not be subordinated, but in fact expanded so much that you can keep aside your own suffering and give support and strength to your children and loved ones when they need it the most, knowing all the time that your love is helping them not to extend their suffering.

From today we are going to train this child to take up a different form of trance----a trance in which she will keep her eyes open. We will do this at the end of every meeting. When the eyes are closed it is easy to maintain the link with us. When the eyes are open the medium must be very strong because the mind is taking in all the information through the open eyes. And yet the medium must not permit this information to come out of its little box. This training is important as very soon she will have to work for us with her eyes open. As she is new to this please keep all your actions to a minimum. Do not whisper or talk amongst yourselves. Initially she will find it difficult, so do not do anything which will break the link.

In case the link is broken suddenly, she may drop to the floor. Please do not shout or panic. We are looking after her and will permit no harm to come to her. At this time, I will again my son , Sohrab, to help us. Place one hand upon her Christ Center and one on the top her head and pray Yatha Ahu Vairyo loudly till she is able to stand up again. But this is to be done only in case she falls. If she is falling the person closest to her can hold her and break the fall, but otherwise do not touch her.
