Good evening , my children. So you are all in good spirits today I can feel that. That is good. Your energy levels makes our work so much easier. Do you know the reason why you are feeling good? Today my children, we are all present here. Your guides, your higher guides and your highest masters are with you today. Draw upon their energy. They are here for one purpose….to make you aware that their energy will always be linked with you, even in the future when you might require reassurance that we are truly present. Today the chain is complete….starting from your highest master to you. That is an occasion that is very rare because the energy passes smoothly. If you allow yourself to be open you will feel its flow within you.

My dear dear girl, thank you for coming (nilanjana). My dear child you are such a beautiful, sensitive soul and I must keep my promise and explain to you your bond with your dear, dear dogs. Children, this will surprise you but in your midst today is a soul that once for a long, long while, was a nature soul. She worked for animals and as a nature soul looked after them. It has been a long time since she has been in human form but every time, my dear one, you have looked after your dogs. You have not forgotten your responsibility to your animals. Children, this does not happen very often. Nature spirits move on only along their paths. Now do not mistake her for those nature spirits that you call fairies. She is not one of them. She was a soul that had opted to live and be only amongst nature. She has looked after plants, she has looked after birds, but what she dearly, dearly loved were animals. When she decided to take human form it was to see that the animals in physical form were looked after by her in physical form. Surprised, my child?

Nil: Yes, sir.

Nil: Very.

But, my child now I am going to be a little severe with you. Do you know why, my child? Sometimes, no not sometimes, but very often you use this love to hide from hurt. Truth? You don’t use love, my child.

Hurt is there not to hide from, but to feel and experience and overcome. Do not hide from failure….do not hide from people. I know, my child, that you more than others will feel more of an affinity with animals than with humans. And that is because of your past. But, my child, you have voluntarily surrendered that path. Now you must make an attempt to build up an affinity with human beings too. Do not fear them. Gather around you, at first a few who will make you feel comfortable in their presence. Then, very gradually, my child, widen this circle of humans around you. Do not give up on your animals, but you must build a bond with human beings as well. Do not fear them . They will cause you pain, they will cause you harm, but, my child, they will also love you, be with you, support you in ways which are so wondrous. So my child, do you promise to try? No running away from strangers and strange situations now?

Nil: Sir, why is it so difficult for me to love humans as I love animals?

I have already answered that. You have to try so hard. See, my child, there is a difference between your soul and this child’s soul. This child has never been a nature soul. You have for so long been one. How can you expect that same affinity with another life form as you have with one you have been so close with? My child, it is your duty to build it up, not to run away from it. Do not hug a dog so that you can put out a human…..hug a dog so that you gather more strength to hug another human being. That is where you err, my child. That is where you are wrong.

Sohrab: Sir, what is the difference between her kind of nature soul and a fairy?

My son, a fairy will never be able to take on a human form. Its evolution is on a different pathway altogether. The large whole soul is divided into several different kinds of souls. Nature spirits are a different kind of soul. They cannot move from their path onto other paths. The soul that exists in animals, as well as human beings are the same form of souls, so they move ahead on a certain pathway. Nature spirits move as fairies looking after a plant, then a tree, then a forest and then an entire species of plants. And then might move on to looking after birds, and other animals. She is not a nature spirit, she is what you call a nature soul. Her soul is the same form as yours, but from the moment of separation the soul decided that it wished to spend all its time amongst nature. She did not move on to animals and particularly dogs immediately. She went through the whole evolutionary process and then came to where she was. And then she made her decision to take on a form that her soul could accept. And she did it because she wished to look after those souls that had taken on physical animal form. And not being well equipped to look after them in a non-physical form, it was decided by the soul to take on a physical form which would give her the closeness, and affinity and capacity that was required.

Roxanne: Sir, I have always believed in fairies.

Of course you have and of course you must. How can you not believe in something that exists? My child, their role is of great importance and on one day, if you all so desire, we will have meeting to discuss nature spirits, but today we must allow this son of mine to have his say.

Zaf: What is the purpose of dreams and how can we learn from them?

Wonderful subject, wonderful subject. Dreams are of such immense value to you all that from today you will never brush off something as a mere dream. Dreams are of two distinct types. One dream, my son, helps you to cleanse yourself, purge yourself, to complete what remains incomplete through the day. Let us take an example. Let us assume that this young, little child of mine (sanaeya) has been shouted at by her mother. As happens very often, does it not, my child?

Sanaeya: Yes, Sir.

But she does not have the permission to tell her mother to keep quiet, not to shout at her. Now, my son, this child might dream at night of having shouted at her mother, of having told her mother the hurt that is within. This is important to her, my child, because if she does not complete this, this incomplete feeling would turn into a poison, and it would mar the relationship of love that exists between her and her mother. In other cases where you might have someone who is good to you, very, very good to you, but for some reason you were unable to thank that person or you were unable to do something that you wished to do. Now this may come to you in the form of a dream. You will be doing two things. Completing an incomplete feeling, which is very important. Incomplete feelings lie within you and become poisons. That is why people require help from outside to pull these poisons out. So dreams help you do this, not to pull them out, but help you not to develop new poisons. In such a dream you might see yourself doing something for this person. This is your higher self giving you help, because you have been thinking ‘I wish I could have done something for this person.’ Your higher self tells you what you could have done and when you can do that. That is one kind of dream. There are other dreams which you mistake as dreams. They are not dreams. They are the soul that has gone and done things through out your time of rest which, when you awaken your soul recalls, but you recall it as a dream. Haven’t you so often had dreams when you seem to flit from one place to another, to a third to a fourth, without any kind of connection? That is because you as the soul have been flitting about all night. Why? That is because the soul has connected with the soul of another, anxious to make to contact. So if dream of this child, and then this child, and then this child, what you have really been doing is, not in your physical form but in what you all know as astral travel, you have been meeting her and him and her. That is what you will recall as a dream and wake up and wonder what the connection was with all these three. There was none. The only link was that you, in a non-physical form, desired for whatever purpose, not the physical form, but the non-physical form of these persons. This same kind of experience is taken on to a higher level where you come to our side. My son, remember what I have said earlier. You can never come onto our side completely, but there is a certain area before you finally reach our side, which is an in-between area. This is where you meet persons who have passed on, this is where you meet your guides, councilors and friends and this is where your problems are solved because this is where you meet your higher soul. Sometimes you might dream of yourself as a very young child and you might wonder why. If this child resembles you as a child it is because you making contact with your higher self who wishes to remind you of some experience that you had as a child. If this child does not resemble you, but you are certain that you are this child, what you are looking at is a child of the past, or, my son, a child of the future. There are several reasons why you meet this child. If you meet the child of the past it is probably because you are carrying over old issues of that child which you must face now. If you are meeting the child of the future some kind of help is being to you, for reasons best known to your higher self and to your guides. That is the value of a dream. No dream is without significance, but you must be able to differentiate whether the dream was a completion of an incomplete feeling, or act or thought, or was it an astral travel.

Zaf: Is it possible for us to differentiate between those two?

Of course, my son. It is very simple. The next time you recall a dream ask yourself that question and the very first answer that comes you will be the right one. But do not ask this question, my son, to the mind ask the question to your soul.

Zaf: What about bizarre dreams, or nightmares?

My son those are not bizarre dreams. Those my children, happen when you are trying to cross over onto our side and you are stopped by earthbound spirits. Those are nightmares.

Zaf: Sir, is there any way you can battle these?

Yes. Every night before you sleep bind your self. Do not bind your bodies….never while you rest, because if you do this the soul when it wishes to astral travel, it will not be permitted to do so. Bind your soul.

Place your soul on your third eye. How? Let yourself be in a meditative mode and then say ‘My soul is on my third eye’. You might see the picture of yourself, you might see a picture of someone you do not recognise, or you might see a grey mist. Please believe that it is your soul. Now pray, whatever prayer you like, and bind your soul so that even if earthbound spirits try to trap it, the soul will always have your energy to push ahead and move on. You can prevent your nightmares, if your nightmares are due to this reason. Remember they can also be due to incomplete fear. You have experienced something through the day that scared you, hurt you, angered you…..these also come out as nightmares. Those are your only your mind giving forms to vicious feelings. You cannot stop those nightmares and you must not try, because what these nightmares do is to allow you to feel these feelings completely.

There are other kind of dreams, which are not again dreams, but a real look into the future. You might see an accident of a loved one, or a fire being caused, or a war being fought. That might be a real look into the future. Remember, my children, there is no future, there is no past, there is no present. It is all IS.

Zaf: So, sir, it is possible to contact our higher selves and our guides and ask for help?

Completely possible.

Yez: Sir, how do you remember this when you wake up?

That, my son, is not our job. It is the job of your mind. It is your mind that makes you forget, because if your mind has to face competition that it does not need, it will fight back viciously. That is why I repeat again and again and again that your mind must be restrained. Now if you desire to train your mind and recall your dreams then make it a habit every single night without fail, to take five minutes to link with your mind and very firmly tell your mind ‘I remember all dreams, all astral travel’. Continue to say that over and over again. One day your mind will learn.

Sohrab: When you have a dream that is completely disjointed and unintelligible, how do you figure it out?

You don’t. When the meaning is not meant to be revealed to you, you will not be able to make any sense out of it. Let it pass. That meeting which you had was not for you in physical form. It was for your soul. Your soul has had the benefit. You be able to recall that meeting or meetings. And so you might have flashes which seem completely senseless. Do not try to make sense of it.

Rehana: Can we evolve spiritually in our dreams?

NO, no, no, my child. Don’t you all wish that were possible? That would be such an easy way for you. You cannot evolve even one single hair’s breadth. Yes, you can have guidance, you can have advice, you can work through your anger or pain or hurt, which would definitely help you. Evolution is conscious process, not an unconscious one. You have to work to evolve it does not just happen.

This is the reason why my son (Sohrab) was asked to work at his problems, because, my son, your evolutionary process is, at present, at a standstill. Now the conscious decision has to be made to move ahead. Do you understand our message, my son? And, my son, do not fear. We are with you every step of the way.

Yez: Sir, over the past few weeks I have noticed that over the weekends there is a lot of tension in the house. Is this related in any way to the meetings?

Absolutely, my son. There is a complete relationship and I would like to explain it to you so that you can take steps to control and reduce it. What happens has nothing to do with you or your two beautiful children. It is completely to do with this child of mine. As the meeting comes closer her fears and doubts come to a pitch (which of course she does not acknowledge on a conscious level at all). This comes out as anger and irritation and when she is angry and irritable so are the children because they being so sensitive pick up all the vibrations of their mother. You, my son, you know very well that you find it easier to feel what others feel rather than what you feel yourself. So you see what is happening in your home.

Yez: How can I help?

You cannot, my child. She must go through this herself, till she comes to some level of equilibrium, some level of assurance, some level of certainty within herself. Do not worry, my child. It will be a slow process because she fears her mind more than she fears anything on this earth. And this fear must go before she comes to our side. It is this fear of the mind that makes her scared of the darkness, it is this fear of the mind that makes her scared of loneliness, it is this fear of the mind that makes her so suspicious…. All these are related only to the fear of her own mind. And, my son, there is nothing that you or anyone else can do. But yes you can give her encouragement and support. In fact, my son, the humorous way in which you give her your support is the best. The more you tell her that she is not with her mind at times like this, the more she will believe that she is. So go on making fun of her. The more you laugh at her, the more you laugh at her fears, she will learn one day to smile at them.

Yez: Sir, at these times would it be better to leave her alone?

Do not do that my son, because then her fears will completely envelope her.

Yez : That is what she desires.

What you should do, is not what she desires. Take her out like you did this morning. Let her be in an environment that calms her. You will find that that will work the best. And the children must be gently taught, that particularly on these days, they must try not to do things which will make her even more agitated. That must be your responsibility.
