You were all warned a long time ago of the impending disaster, and you
were told to bind yourselves and your homes, vehicles and places of
work. This was not done and when it was done it was done 'generally and
'specifically. That is why the release of the energy that manifested
itself as the Earthquake, has also left you all shaken. You MUST LEARN
to HEED OUR WORDS, because, though not repeated, they hold great
significance. You have entrusted us to guide you and when we do so, our
guidance is often not followed, or followed half-heartedly.

It may benefit you all to understand the working of Energy WITHOUT and
WITHIN you. When there is a manifestation of energy WITHOUT, it brings
from WITHIN a 'LIKE RESPONSE' and your physical, mental and emotional
bodies react to the inner manifestation of 'like energy'. That is why
you all feel so good after your meetings on Sunday. The energy
manifested by us is that of love and regeneration and that is what is
manifested WITHIN you.  Our energy merely serves as a catalyst for your
own.

When we say 'take in' energy, what we really mean is 'draw forth'
energy, your own energy. And this is possible because 'LIKE will DRAW
OUT LIKE'. When the energy manifested is destructive, it draws forth
from youa similar response.  That is why the advice 'to SHIELD'. You do
not need a shield from outside negativity, you need a shield from YOUR
OWN energy being released by the catalytic process.  THAT IS TRUE
BINDING, that is the shield you need.  Your negativity needs to be
released by you in A DELIBERATE PLANNED MANNER, in which YOU play the
Master, in which YOUR WILL is completely involved.

When it is released as a result of a catalytic process, be it as small
as the tantrum of a child or an earth-moving  quake, YOU ARE NOT IN
CONTROL of this release and therefore you reaction is 'irrational and
uncontrolled. You then year yourself say 'I don't know why I am doing
this', 'I don't know what I am feeling of 'why I am feeling disturbed'.
That is true, you don't - your Mind (the worker, nor the master) has not
been able to make a plan for this release, and all thoughts, feelings
and emotions are ragged because they are all responding to something
they have NO CONTROL OVER, because a catalytic process that was not
foreseen.  So true binding is shielding yourself from the UNCONTROLLED
RELEASE of YOUR OWN NEGATIVITY and FEAR. External fears and negative
manifestations of energy cannot harm you, IF YOUR NEGATIVIITY IS BOUND,
so that it is NOT released in an uncontrolled manner.

HOW CAN IT BE RELEASED IN A CONTROLLED MANNER ?

By following the path of meditation and exercises that are deliberately
and willingly done by you.  This CONTROL will NOT PERMIT a
conflagration. Even if fires burn, they will burn low and in a manner
over which you have the command and not an external source. As your
energies raise vibrations within you, reactivity is also heightened, as
all your energies become regenerative. A positive regeneration will make
you feel healthier, happer and filled with love for yourself and others.
Negative regeneration brings forth anger, destruction, violence and
fear.  These may not all be evidenced by the physical, but the mental
and emotional will certainly bear the brunt.

What did the earthquake bring out in all of you ? It brought out old
fears and unresolved 'faults' within your psyche.  Faults that you may
have carried forward from your past incarnations, faults that widened
and groew to great cracks, and which reacted to the splitting open of
the earth and thus split open themselves. The turmoil and tension that
you have all undergone is due to this.Oh yes, you will all be able to
find some ready physical day to day excuse for your agitation and
disturbance, but you MUST KNOW the truth and acknowledge it. The
GREATEST SUB-CONSCIOUS FEAR, which is at quite a conscious level for
some, is the FEAR OF DEATH. This fear you have come conditioned with and
no amount of wisdom can completely eradicate it. The death of so many,
manifests as FEAR ENERGY, the fear of the dead and dying. This energy
DRAWS FORTH a similar response from you. Other manifestations are SORROW
and ANGER at parting from loved ones, fear and greed from the parting of
material possessions. And the greatest of all manifestations,  the group
negativity of people. All these draw forth from you a response. The more
sensitive you become, the greater the response, because your true self
will take this opportunity to release more amounts of negativity.

To prevent this,
DO A DAILY EXERCISE of DELIBERATELY RELEASING NEGATIVITY

so that your true self does not look for opportunities. After the
deliberate release is over, then BIND YOURSELF, asking your true 'Self'
NOT to react to external manifestations, assuring it, that the exercise
will be done again the next day. This is the TRUE SHIELD that you
require. . . not from external negativity but FROM YOUR OWN.

When we say that you all MUST take equal responsibility for the
negativity manifested, this is what we mean. Your uncontrolled
manifestation will certain draw forth a similar uncontrolled release in
OTHERS. These others need not be ONLY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. It is enough
that you have released uncontrolled negativity. By merging with the
uncontrolled negativity already present, YOURS will grow to gigantic
proportions and AFFECT OTHERS. This is GROUP KARMA and group
responsibility.

Your responsibility is NOT limited to the limited amount YOU have
released. It extends completely to ALL because your personal negativity
when released in this manner becomes the Universal negative energy. So
you see, my children, YOU are AS MUCH a participant in every natural
disaster, wherever it is, on your planet. In order to start playing a
more responsible role, a positive responsibility this time, TAKE THE
REINS OF YOUR NEGATIVITY IN YOUR HANDS and ACKNOWLEDGE that the time for
TRUE POSITIVE RESPONSIBILITY is at hand.  The more persons who release
negativity in a controlled manner, the LESS  UN-CONTROLLED negativity
there will be.

There are 2 benefits of a controlled release :   Your  CONTROLLED
negativity is by its very nature CONVERTED into healthy  re-generative
energy, which benefits YOU at all bodily levels. But this benefit will
not be restricted to you. It will draw forth from others of like
vibrations a like controlled release and will also spread health to
others.  As positive manifestations of energy become voluminous  the
very strength of its volume will be able to effectively combat the
little uncontrolled negativity that will be present.  Just as your
'limited' uncontrolled negativity grows geometrically, so does your
'limited' controlled release of it.

Your planet is pre-destined to raise its vibrations - whether this is
done with the least manifestation of destructive energy or not, and how
long it will take, lies in the hands of EACH ONE of you who have chosen
to stay back and do this work for yourself and your planet.

You all, in some way, wish to be healers. As healers what you do, is to
MAKE the person's OWN REGENERATIVE POWERS to be DRAWN FORTH and SENT to
the DESEASED PART of the mind or body.  Do remember as your abilities
grow, there is an inherent danger. The positive cannot be heightened
WITHOUT the negative following suit. Therefore your OWN reactivity
increases and also the reactivity of others to YOU. You have then a
greater responsibility to see that while doing good, you are not
UNWILLINGLY doing HARM to OTHERS, by DRAWING FORTH from them an
UNCONTROLLED RELEASE OF NEGATIVITY, in answer to your own. That is why
ALL THOSE on the path of spiritual growth are URGED TO FACE ALL that
Nature puts in their path because they are AIDS to a CONTROLLED RELEASE.
Do not wish to control illusions, control the real.
