Good evening, my children. Today, my child, we will not take your questions. We
will postpone your questions till the next week. Yes, we are aware that there

before we do that let us review the past fortnight. Ever since the meditation to
release negativity into the pool of water you have all been either physically,
emotionally or mentally troubled. (N coughed) There are two reasons for this.
One, by permitting your negativity to be released your soul uses the physical
body for this purpose. Be aware of the physical ailment. (N coughed) You are all
witness to what is happening to this child. Like many of you, for the last
fortnight she clung to her negativity. She does not want to let it out. She is
comfortable with it. There is comfort in the fear because it is what she is used
to. She does not speak when she should, and when she does, the pent-up
negativity is released with aggression. And that is why she coughs now, because
when we are within there is no stopping the negativity from being released.
That is the second reason for your ailments... when you cling to negativity and
resist. When you carry on the meditation you give the instruction for
release but your heart is not in the meditation, your soul is certainly far
away. Only your mind is with you. And as soon as you permit the negativity to be
released your mind puts up a barrier, which stops the release. You are then
seeing a tug of war. This tug of war results in an imbalance, physical, mental,
spiritual or emotional. You have to ask yourself what is the reason for your
ailment? Was it the physical body permitting itself to be used as an instrument
or was it the resistance that you put up? In either case, my children, study
very closely the ailment. Whether it was a headache, whether it was a throat
infection, whether it was a stomach infection, whether it was problems of a
urinary nature, whether the turmoil was within the head or within the heart. The
nature of your ailment will point out to you that energy centre which is not
functioning well; where the block is the maximum. For those of you who are like
this child, where the release from other chakras has been permitted but where
the release from the throat is blocked, you will face great amount of throat
problems. What, my children, is the purpose of releasing negativity from other
energy chakras and then not permitting yourself to give voice? Not everyone
needs to give voice for release to be completed. Different bodies are built
differently. Those like her are required to give voice so that release is
completed. When that last step is not taken all the negativity gets collected in
that energy centre. That energy centre gets blocked more and more and more.
Those of you who do not need a physical voicing will find that the rest of your
chakras have become imbalanced. It might be the root or the solar plexus. These
two, my children, are the worst affected in all of you. That is the seat of
anger, resentment, fear, sexual frustration, all of which need release. So many
of you have done the last meditation only because you have been told to. There
has not really been an intention of release behind that meditation. That is
because you fear this release. Sometimes a known devil is easier to clutch and
handle than an unknown, even if that unknown may be angelic and divine. The
master who came before me did you all such an honour by taking from you your
negativity upon himself. Do not think, my children, that is easy just because he
has reached ascension. Now the master has to work himself with your negativity
which he has now made his own. Our love has been revealed to you through this
master. We will do all that is our part to help you on your way. Sometimes the
simplest step is left to you, and that step you do not wish to take. Now when
you sit for the meditation, because the same meditation will be continued for
another fortnight, but there is a small addition to it. I request you all to
play soft, soothing music. It may be meditational, it may be any other music
through which you can feel complete love for yourself. Along with the music let
there burn an incense stick, let there be a few flower petals of those colours
that appeal to you. They may change. It may not be the same flowers that appeal
to you everyday. Go completely with what you feel. And have an open flame
burning. Also have a glass of water close by. After you have released your
negativity in the pool of water, then before you expand yourself take that glass
of water and this time physically pour out your negativity into this glass. Do
that by holding the glass closest to that energy centre which you instinctively
know are causing the major problems. If you know that there are more than one
centre, have more than one glass, but there must be one glass for each energy
centre. Place the glass close to that centre and physically release the
negativity into the glass, by a physical movement. Keep that glass away from
your reach and then expand yourself as per the meditation. After you have
expanded yourself and then come back to yourself, study your body internally for
any physical ailment that you have. You might have no ailment and yet when you
study your body internally, instinctively you will know that a certain part
needs healing. Do not let your mind question why. Just know that your heart has
led you to the right place. All the light that you have gathered through your
expansion, let that light be focused on that area till you feel a warmth and
then permit the warmth to travel through the rest of your body. Remember also
the master's request to give up your negativity to him. You can do this
before you sit for your meditation so that when your negativity gets released
from you, the master gets filled with it. When you come to the end of the
meditation you will then make a promise to yourself, with the words which this
child will give to you later.
(Jade Fire bent low and touched the floor) We bow down to you, my children,
because although we see resistance we also see a true desire to evolve
spiritually. Do not let go of that desire, my children. Through times of stress
cling on to nothing but that one desire. When you cling to that desire we become
your slaves, doing all that you ask us to.

benefit.

S: Sir, I am very appreciative of what you did last time.
My son, you did not experience the love we have for you. You are very dear to

working on his crown and heart chakras) May you always be within this tube of
our love.

(to R) Child, break his resistance, three times a day . Physically break his
resistance.
R: Sir, how do I do this?
You will be told. But it must be broken .
R: Sir, by absent healing?
There is no healing, there is only resistance here, child. All your healing will
be in vain. If it is possible, take a very large fragment of earth or salt and
break it three times a day. Those broken pieces must be released to the universe
through the earth and then both you and he must thank the mother for taking away
that resistance. This must be done for 28 days three times a day. Son, we are
answering your call. Resist this call and this will be our last answer. You my
son have no courage. You must. All the weakness within you, my son, must be
converted by you into strength but it cannot because your strength gets absorbed
by your negativity which you do not desire to release. There is no desire to
release that negativity. Do not waste our time or the time of this child. If you
can, try and arrange a time three times a day, when you know that she is
breaking your resistance and then aid the process by breaking it yourself. It is
time, my son, to grow. The boy of past incarnations must now be the man of this
incarnation, or else you have lived in vain. You have chosen only one mission,
my son, you have chosen to grow. In the last three incarnations you have not
grown. You have been the boy you left behind. Every time you have come to us,
you have learnt your lesson and every time your resistance
