It does not mean not doing your level best. It means not panicking, it means no anxiety, it means no fear. Why? Because you know that your guides are there to ensure your highest good.

Sir, what should we have done differently in this matter?

You both handled the children so wrongly. You transmitted your fears on to your children and now you expect them to have peace of mind when they are alone. How will you bring back their lost confidence in us, my son? How will you and this child of mine bring back their lost confidence in us? When you can answer that we will answer you.

No, my son, we do not have any problem, but we have done this because in a circle like this, which is not really a circle, no member must feel not a part. It is very very essential that everyone believes that each is an integral part, because that is the truth.  Without any one this circle is not complete. Why do we insist on leaving a place for the absent one? Because they are not absent for us. Their energies will be guided here so that even if they do not know it, their higher souls take in all the rejuvenating energy that is required. Each member of the circle is extremely important. You must note for yourselves the next time that when every one is present the energy will be at a much higher level. And then note the energy level when a few of you are not present. Our energy remains the same. The lower energy is because few are physically not present. So you are very important. And if it makes each feel a sense of belonging to be seated here, near this child of mine because they think I am present here (and I am present here again!...laughter)   let this continue. Yes, if the entire circle agrees and can come to amicable seating arrangement then we have nothing to say in the matter.

It will not interfere with the vibrations?

But, then, my son, who will sit outside the circle all the time? No, it will not interfere with the vibrations.

Sir, sometimes I find that I get completely thrown off balance after a meeting. Why is that?

Son, in the meeting your bond with your higher soul is at its optimum. Without your physical mind being aware of it, your higher soul is helping you to unearth from the depths all that is hidden. You do not know that consciously because you are not meant to. If you did you would try to obstruct. So it is unearthed and brought to the fore. Next time you feel out of sorts, my son, pay attention to the next week. You will find that one particular kind of problem will trouble you for the next whole week. That is why a fear has been unearthed and now the physical manifestations are put before you so that you can deal with that fear. You need not name that fear, my son, but study the experiences of the week and you will know which fear had been unearthed.

Sir, I wish to ask about my grandmother..where she is, how she is? I know for sure she is with me every night.

Son, it is time for you to start communicating with your grandmother. You must start with the process of auto writing. You can learn that either from Mehru or through the other son who is present on Tuesdays. Either of these two will guide you through the process. The time has come to start a communication channel of your own. Your grandmother will be with you till you are open and your guides can communicate with you. But that does not mean that you are stopping her progress. She is there on the last vibratory level of the fifth plane.

Sir, if we are in communication with our guides, is it wrong to ask other guides for help or any questions?

Child, just because you have a family is it wrong to talk to others? Is it wrong to turn to friends for help? Not at all. This question comes out of an expression of a personal ego. We have none. We recognize that you and we are one. When you talk to us you talk to one.

You all still do not understand this concept of an ego. You don't. All of you still, somewhere, think of ego as personal pride and vanity and arrogance. That is a very small part and a very negative part of ego. Let me play my tricks with words again.

I don't know the answer to that one, Sir.

The words 'god' ( and believe me there is no word 'god'..it is just what you humans have coined so we will go along with it) and 'ego'...there are two alphabets that are common in both. G and O. The D has been dropped and the E has been added. Now my son you give me the answer. The D has been dropped. What is D?

Devil.

There is no devil except the one within you. D----Divinity has been dropped and E------External has been added. And you have your ego. That is ego. When everything becomes external because there is a separation from divinity that is ego. So every human being has an ego. You have to, otherwise you would not be in physical form. Now, we are telling you that although you have to have an ego, you must endeavor to overcome the E and join yourself with the D. When you do that, questions like this will not arise. Questions like this arise when there is a separation. You call that separation ego. Is that clearer?

Sir, in today's world with e-business, you also have e-go.

Yes, E--- business. Everything, my son, in this present world deals with E----external.

Now, my child your question on diabetes. An illness that so many suffer from. Do you know what diabetes stems from? Can anyone fathom a guess?
Lack of Joy.

Aaah! Lack of sweetness in your life. So what does your body do? It overcompensates with its own sweetness or joy as my child put it, without which you cannot live. Lack of sweetness comes from a very, very, very early age. The diabetes, my children, may come when you are sixty, but the lack of sweetness may stem from when you were not even sixty minutes old. The lack is experienced by the child who tries to deal with it, fight it. But sometimes , the child who is very, very young and has never seen or experienced sweetness, cannot, does not know how to bring sweetness into its life even though at some sub-conscious level the child knows that it needs the sweetness to survive. So it gives its physical body the permission to make it. The physical body is merely that. It does not when to stop. The physical body will carry out whatever instruction you give it. It does not know when to stop. If you give the physical body to move your leg it will do so till you give it the instruction to stop.
Diabetes. The only joy, the only joy, comes from a heart of love. That is the true meaning of sweetness. When the environment is an unloving, uncaring environment it is a very good foundation for this sickness. Now you may look at a person who is suffering from this, and study his environment, and you may think 'I do not agree. This person's environment is always very loving and very caring.' But who are you to judge? You see, my children, all, all of you have a conditioned love. There is no love of the divine in your world. That is true. Now because your love is a conditioned love, the kind of love that his(pointing to one) whole body and mind and soul will be satisfied with may not be the same as what he (pointing to another) needs. So he may look at his ( the other) environment and consider it fine. The sad part of this truth is that he(the other) too, may look at his own environment and say that it was fine. Why? Because if he were to acknowledge that he had never received the love he needed to survive, where is his survival? Wheels within wheels within wheels.

Sir, but is this a personal thing or environment?

It is personal. Your environment merely aids you, my child. Your environment is never at fault. It merely aids you in a process. You, my child, then have to learn from that environment. Now when you know that the basis of your illness is a lack of sweetness in your life, which the environment could not provide...aah, you must look within. Is it not said 'love thy neighbour as thyself'? But where is love for thyself? So how can you love your neighbour? Just as you lack the love within those forming the environment lack the love within themselves. They can only give you what they personally have. If I am empty I have nothing to give. But you choose an environment that is empty because you wish to learn from that environment. You have not been put into an environment. And what do you need to learn? That the more I look outward at my environment the more empty I will be within, and the only joy comes from a heart of love. And you, my child, have control over only one heart. Your environment, my children, is sometimes a very, very good manifestation of the environment that is within. If you find yourself constantly in an environment of anger, look at your self. If you find yourself in an environment that constantly scorns you, condemns you, jeers you, look at yourself.

Is it a reflection of ourselves?

MIRROR. Because you do not have the eyes to look within, we give you what you can look at. But when you look at it, more often than not, you blame it. No blame, my child. It is personal.

Sir, would an excess of love an overprotection by a parent also work towards the child's detriment?

There is no over protection, ever, my son. When you find ...and this very important for all of you to pay attention to..when you find what seems to physically manifest as overprotection, overcaring and an over expression of love, be aware, my son, that the person is doing this to cover just the opposite that is within. The mother who does not really care for her children, will show the whole world and her children and herself, how caring she is. The father who feels no love for his son will do everything physically, outwardly, externally, so that everyone can notice his efforts and praise him. There is no overprotection.

Is it a mere façade?

Not deliberate. Do not condemn. And why is it put on? Because this woman, this  man, does not know how to love and care for others, having never loved and cared for themselves. Do not condemn. The word façade is a word of condemnation.

Sir, could it also mean that he is unable to love because he has not received the sort of love he needed?

You may receive love from every single human being in this world, but when you are closed to your own love how can you open the door to another?


Sir, I would like to ask you about my nicotine addiction.

Good, because then we can answer the question put by this child.
Any addiction, it might be alcohol, it might be nicotine, it might be eating, it might be...

Addictions are safe havens. A ship that is tossed finds shelter in addiction. How quick you all to judge and condemn an addict? Remember, children, an addict is one who is empty within. The higher the degree of emptiness, the greater the addiction. Do you not run to your computer when you are upset?

Do you not reach for a cigarette when you hear a harsh word?

Yes, sir.

Because you know that your ship will start floundering if you do run back to your safe haven. Now you might ask me in which sea is my ship. We do not know...may be do but we will not tell you. But very often we don't. The one who will know is your guide, and the ones who knows even better than the guide is yourself. But that sea is so fearful and so dark and so stormy that you do not wish to enter into it. Because you have to give it a name. But you have to enter that sea first. Your sea, my son.....we will tell you if you permit us, or you ask my child later.

Yes, sir.

Do not ever condemn an addict. What is the difference between an addict and others who face stress? NONE. It is just that you cannot see it. You can see his cigarette, and you can experience that man's alcoholism, but you do not see his running away to fantasy (pointing to one). It is an addiction. You cannot see how she turns to self-flagellation. Ah, it feels good, it feels good. Instead of waiting for another to tell me I am wrong it feels good to tell myself. You do not see the addiction behind a man who is constantly ill. He is addicted to illness. He forces himself to fall ill every time he has to face a deep problem.  But you do not see that. You only see the bottle, and the drug and the tablet and the cigarette. All of you are addicts.

Sir, would guilt also be addiction?

Of course. What did I just say of self-flagellation? It is an addiction, very pleasurable. My ship can come home and feel safe.
Chocolates are an addiction, anger is an addiction, fear is an addiction. Not deep emotional fears. The ones that are externally manifested. 'I am scared to do this.' 'I am scared of that.' Do you all not know at least one person who is always scared of something? Who loves to talk about his or her scares? You have seen an addict. You wanted a prayer, my child. The same prayer which every one can pray who is an addict. It consists of only three words... I AM GOD. His behaviour causes problems for others. Just because you may not have what is considered by society and others to be an addiction, do your behaviours not cause problems for others? Yes, she wants to help him. And she can. She can by first praying to her guides to point out to her where his area of emptiness lies. Believe me, my children, you can tell this person that this man has never had one moment of experienced love. Never. Now when you will try to show him love he will push it aside. It is dangerous. He does not know how to deal with it. He is happy in the familiarity of not being loved, and he deals with it, by his addiction. It is his defence and at present his greatest ally.

Sir, is it because he does not love himself?

How can he? How can he? He has a past history of having done what he considers so wrong to his family. We will not go into what he did to them but he considers it very, very wrong. This soul refuses to accept what he has done as an experience that he had to undergo. He refuses to accept. The guilt that he has brought with him will not permit him to love himself, will not permit him to receive love. That is why we said that he has not experienced one moment of love. You see, my child, with the experience of that one moment his guilt will be crushed. He knows that and what is a greater addiction than the alcohol is his addiction to his guilt. Children, you speak of attachment to pleasure. A far more severe attachment is attachment to pain. You do not wish to let it go. You are comfortable with it. Everyone is attached to it  because you enjoy it. Enjoy. Attachment to pleasure is easier to let go than attachment to pain. Because you see you have been conditioned to believe that if you have done something wrong you must constantly pay the price. And do you know children, this happens throughout your life. When you do a wrong as a child, how many times do your parents remind you of it, and remind you, and remind you, till you learn that what I have done must never be forgiven or forgotten. Then you go into your education system. And what you do as a tiny tot is remembered till the day you leave as a teenager. And not only is it remembered but it grows with you, till finally the child himself or herself accepts that ..I am a liar..that I lied once is irrelevant but I am a liar. And therefore I must now lie constantly. I am a cheat..the fact that I just slipped up once is irrelevant, I am a cheat and so now I must become more and more ingenious in my ways of cheating the entire world around me. And this goes on and then this child marries. And, oh, can any spouse forget the wrong done by the other? Please, my children, detach yourselves from your pain. Remember you did wrong because you are a human being. Be proud that you are a human being who is trying so hard to walk the path of truth. And, yes, on the path of truth you will fall, you will falter, you will leave the path completely for a while, but when you hold on to that guilt you can't move on. It is like the reins that are pulling you back. And your efforts have to so much greater. Haven't you all found that the path of truth is so hard to traverse? Haven't you all complained that we do not understand the physical experience? How can the path of truth be hard? How? It is the only path there is. But your attachment to your pain holds back and that is why your efforts have to be so much harder. Learn your history, my children. Learn the lives of your saints and your sages and find out how many of them were thieves and murderers and liars and cheats...all in one lifetime. Aah, but you canonized them.
And why did they have the courage to go on? Because they could look at their deeds, learn their lessons and say thank you to themselves. And then traverse the path of truth that was so easy. Is this clear, my son?

Sir, then shouldn't there be any repentance?

NONE. What is there to repent? For being human?

But, then what should we do if we realize we have done something wrong?

You have realized, you have learnt, you have acknowledged that you are a being with weakness. That you must acknowledge, because then when you see another being with weakness you will realize that 'I am the same'.

Just realizing and acknowledging is enough, sir?

No. You forgot what I said. I said learn.
 
That's right.

That's not right. That is sometimes very wrong because how do you learn? If you learnt from one, there wouldn't be another one. Have you learnt?

Sir, learning is earning something with an L that is love. (laughter)

Now that one we didn't think of. Your initiation has worked! (more laughter)

He is always throwing these one liners, sir.

That is why I always look at him, because he enjoys it more than any one else. And he can learn that way. That can make him learn so quickly and so easily as no other explanation can. Now I will tell you all a secret why he likes this. In an incarnation, many ,many past incarnations ago, he, along with a big group of others was responsible for the origin of the English language.

Which part of the world was that, sir?

It all started with the basic language of that time which was Latin. When that language was found too complicated for the common man, because the scholars made it so, you, along with many others, decided to bring in a language that the world would be able to speak. And you did a good job of it. (laughter)
Of course I never spoke that language.

What language did you speak, sir?

The language of the Jews. You have no word in your language for that. It was a language of the people of the soil.

Is it spoken today?

Oh,no. What is spoken today is what has come down of what was spoken by the priests of that time. But the language of the people has been forgotten.

We must close today. Do you wish to continue with illnesses or should we have another (all shouted 'yes, sir).I do not think I need to ask. Are you going to write a medical encyclopedia? That would not be bad. If this knowledge were to be circulated amongst the people it would help. But do be hasty, my children. Not everyone will like to hear that he is empty of love. Don't be hasty. What must be taught, must be taught in the correct  manner, at the correct time, to the correct person at the correct place. Even if it means if a little deviousness is to be employed. You must. Sometimes outright frankness, my children, does not help. We are not asking you to lie, or be dishonest. No. Never let a word of untruth escape from your lips, never let a thought that is untrue enter your mind. But present in the truth in a manner that will be accepted by the other.

Sir, I will convey this to your child.

Oh, she requires this lesson. And, my son, she will learn that lesson after tremendous blows. She has already started receiving them. For my child, and this is interesting because others too maybe like her..she makes truth to be a king which she has crowned. And this throned monarch is what everyone must bow to because it is the truth that she has crowned. Do you understand what I am saying? If he had crowned it you need not bow to it. So you see, my son, it is not the truth here which is the important factor, but it truth which she has crowned.

Sir, how can she helped in this?

She cannot. How can any one help her? She must drop the E and find the D.

Sir, are you sure that she wasn't part of the same group as Sohrab?

Oh, she has always been part of the group where this son of mine has been. Always. Always. Whether here or elsewhere, they have always been part of one group. They have grown together, spiritually evolved at the same pace...they have always been together.

Brother and sister once.

Not once. Many times. But protectors always. Sometimes you, sometimes her.

Sir, then wouldn't he able to help her in this?

He has the same weakness. (laughter) When you look at him you are looking at this child, when you look at this child you are looking at him. A lot of their strengths and weaknesses are the same. And that is why their spiritual evolution has almost been at similar speeds. Whenever one has faltered the other has pulled the other up.

Sir, would you call them soul mates?

Of course, of course.

Even ego mates?

(laughter)

That, my son, you all are.
 Children, continue with the chakras. It is very, very essential. After a fortnight we will now be activating the various nature elements within you. You have already been told this. Each chakra will use the nature element and if the chakra is not functioning that element cannot be correctly activated. We wish to activate these elements so that your vibratory levels raise so that you can survive the changes.
