Sir, do we need to pray anything?

Only light is required. This is nothing but the pent up fear of her entire life, which has now manifested. No prayers are required, only light. Light will give her strength.

(to J) Child, you will be tested. You must not permit yourself to be filled with fear again. Do not forget, my child, this is only the physical manifestation of the fear you have lived with all your life. Do not fall into its trap again, otherwise the physical manifestation will not leave you. There is no medicine that will cure you, because no cure is required. There is only a freedom from fear that is required. Do not permit the doctors to put fear within you. They are merely instruments in order to test your fight with fear. Is this clear to you, my child?

(to S & P) Fill her mind with light. She needs a lot of light. All of you, everyday, for at least 5 minutes for 31 days will send light to this child. Only light. The healing will be carried out by my child, Roxanne. She will know what to do; she will be guided by us. You will send no healing; you will send no prayers, children. Sir, is N's eating out causing her any imbalances that she is going through?

Most definitely. You know that her vibrations are being raised. When she eats out, if the food is of a lower vibration or has been cooked by one with low vibrations, it will cause her trouble.

Sir, should she stop eating out?

We will not say stop it completely but yes, certainly try to avoid it. If she must eat out, it must be in very small quantities, which she must first cover with her own vibrations. But, son, she must now completely avoid all non-vegetarian food. This food has very dense and low vibrations. Her finer and higher vibrations will collide with those. It will be an attack, and the attack must manifest outwards.

Sir, is there any fixed period till she has to stop?

Yes, we are aware, we are joyous. We are also happy that she let out the anger first. If the anger had been pent up it would have caused her harm.

Sir, R wishes to know if it is possible to heal and go into trance on the same day?

If a gap of two hours is maintained, it is fine. But you know that son of mine. He is stubborn in his own way. Please tell him that we do not once again wish to give him another blow. His work is of vital importance to us, my son, and those whose work is of vital importance must allow their egos to be sacrificed. When there is obstinacy, my son, there is ego. If he can permit two hours in between it will cause him no harm. Even between two patients there must be at least 45 minutes.

It must not be so.

Sir, of late I have noticed that I am having some unusual rumblings in the stomach.

Allow them. Ignore them. They are part of a process. Eat far more neem than you are eating now. Eat it as a daily diet, as much as you would eat any other food item.

Do not be disheartened, my child, you will soon get used to its taste. Why do you all cling on so much to an illusion like taste, my children? Food is only an aid. You give it so much importance. You attach yourself to taste just as you attach yourself to everything and everyone. You have been told repeatedly, my children, that attachments, cling, are all obstacles to your path of evolution but you pay no heed to us. You cling to taste, which really does not exist. There is no taste. My child, if your tongue did not have that part which recognizes bitterness, you would have no taste of bitter. How illusory this taste is. You cling to all your things. You cling to your children, you cling to your parents, you cling to your wives and husbands, and you cling to your brother and your sister. And all theses attachments are strong cords that stop you from growing. If you were a rider would you sit on the horse and whip it, asking it to move without releasing it from the bar that holds it back? That is what you are doing now. You are riding the spiritual horse and doing so many exercises and praying so much, all in order that this horse might move. But do you not see that the reins are not in your hands. You have given up the reins to this cruel master that is your mind. Attachments, my children, are only the creations of your mind. Your mind tells you that if your child were to die you would suffer. Your mind tells you that if you were to lose a wife you would live no more. Your mind tells you that if your material possession is stolen you would feel its lost. You are not the mind, you are a soul. The soul needs only itself. And that you do not heed. That you do not even think of, my children. Only your mind is allowed to play its little games with you again and again and again.

Sir, when I am chanting Ahura 51 times...

Your vibrations are being raised, my son.

When I come to the third eye chakra and crown chakra I feel quite a lot of tightness.

Yes. The mind is still not permitting. Do not worry, my son, do not even try. The vibrations will take care of this.

Everything. The entire upper body that is ruled by the third eye and crown chakra, all will feel discomfort and pain. Let it go. The more you think of this the more your mind will reign.

Sir, you have spoken of your child and the other one in relation to their stubbornness. How does this stubbornness arise?

Very good subject. My son, not only this child, you are all stubborn. What is stubbornness? It is a rigidity that does not permit you to let go. The origin of stubbornness, my children, is never in only this one lifetime. The origin goes back to all the lifetimes that you have led. In every lifetime you have lost either a dear one or something that you held dear. That made you feel vulnerable because of your separation with the Divine One. Are you with me so far?

The separation made you feel vulnerable. Do you remember, children, what my son S said the last time? That he felt he must get tough. That is what you all, all, feel. As soon as there is a separation of your soul from the Divine Soul, the mind becomes the master. This advice is given by the mind; that vulnerability must be conquered by becoming tough. How do you all become tough? By putting up your walls: internal walls and external walls. Stubbornness, my son, is a wall. It protects it claims to protect. And you feel its protection when your mind is the master, because when you are behind that wall of stubbornness your mind tells you that you are in control. Is that not right? Do any of you like the feeling of lack of control?

When there is a situation when you feel a lack of control what do you do? Do you not become rigid? More stubborn. For this child of mine, in particular, her lifetimes have been hard. She has lost a lot. Now do not blame that upon us. She opted for this and she grew with this. Today her position is due to those lifetimes. But, not all lessons taught by the mind can be forgotten. Her vulnerability, her losses, her hurts, have caused her to raise this wall and to keep it. You will all recall that we have told you that personality and character traits do not die when the physical body dies. They are taken with you and they are brought back with you. For every defence mechanism and wall that you raise, my children, you have to work through it. Now here lies the complication. When you have no physical embodiment that restricts you, the wall seems futile, and you can see very readily, in soul form, that the wall did not protect you at all. And you learn that you require no walls. But then you draw up your blueprint and come back to physical embodiment with all your characteristic traits. And you find that the lesson you have learnt has not been learnt too well. You can experience your lesson only in physical embodiment. Does that answer your question?

Sir, we are told that we have intellect. Does the intellect influence our mind?

Child, the mind influences the intellect. The intellect, my child, is your lifeline to your higher soul, which has all wisdom. Your mind enslaves the intellect, my dear child. How does it to this? Once again I repeat the intellect is your lifeline truly your lifeline. It connects your physical soul to your higher soul, which has wisdom. Your physical soul and physical mind has only knowledge. The difference between these two terms has been explained to you in the past. Your higher soul has wisdom. The intellect is a pipe through which the wisdom flows into your physical soul. But when it flows into your physical soul, it must pass the physical mind. When it passes the physical mind the wisdom gets completely contaminated with all that the mind has fed into itself. All conditioning, all attachments, all negative fears, all angers, are all stored in this little physical mind. When there is contamination, my child, the intellect that flows out of this pipeline has lost all wisdom and is again converted only to physical knowledge. To free your mind is to free your intellect.

Yes, Sir. But that is so difficult.

Yes, we have never said that is easy. My children, we do not mean to be harsh, but why do you all want everything to be easy? When have you learnt anything of value from 'easy'? My child, do you think that we have not passed through the stage you are passing? And do you think we are better than you?

No, we are not. How can I better than you, my child, if you and I are the sparks of the same Divine Light? Can this candle be better than that?

But yours is the more powerful one, Sir.

Yes. Why? Because we have given up all contamination. And do you think it was easy for us?

How did you do it, Sir?

Child, we did it because there is only one desire overwhelming all thoughts, all words, all actions. The desire to merge with Divine Light. But in you, my son, and in all of you, yes, certainly there is this desire, but it is not the only desire. Do you now understand why we urge you again and again to rid yourself of attachments? This does not mean to forcefully push it out of your life. When you do that the attachment gets stronger. Think of it, my son. If I forbade you today never to see your two children again and to give up all your attachment to them in order to grow, and if you did that, would you not think of them even more than what you do today? Would the attachment not grow?

So, my children, you cannot do this forcefully but you can do it. If before every word spoken, if before every action taken, and if before every thought leaves the mind, you would give one more thought and say the words 'I am a part of the Divine Light. I am God and I am His name', no word, no action and no thought would be wrong. That is how we did it. Our only one overwhelming desire, my son, was this one desire.

Son, do you understand the attachment to your children? There is an attachment, and this attachment is an illusion. And yet this illusion has such a strong hold over you. You all use the word love and how many of you have not said at least once that you are 'in love'? Oh, my children, if you would know the vastness of the meaning of 'in love' you would know that you have never loved. To be 'in love' my children, is to be completely drowned by it, to breathe it, to live it, to be it. And when you are in love you can never love one or two or ten individuals, because you are love and you can only love all. And no individual will be so important because then, my son, if your two children are taken out of your sphere you are so completely engulfed by love that you feel no loss. Now, my dear ones, I ask you have you ever been in love?

Yes, this child has come very close, no doubt. What she gives out is such a purity that it is difficult for others to resist. But, even in this child there is a contamination of the physical mind. So, my children, love is not a bond that will tie you and suffocate another. Love is freedom. When you do not wish anyone to do anything for you, when you do not wish the world to change because you have changed completely, that is love. When there is love, there is nothing that is difficult to achieve, because when you are love you have already achieved it all.

Sir, I pray everyday that you should give that quality of love.

Child, but we cannot give you anything. We have repeatedly said this. We will not give you anything. We respect your ability to get whatever you desire. My son, if I were to give you something I would disrespect that ability and I would give it out as dole. Do not pray to us. There is only one GOD and you know who that GOD is (pointed to the heart).

How do I change the mind pattern, Sir?

If you pray to this (again to the heart) GOD there will be no mind pattern. But all of you pray again to illusion of GOD. And where is this God? Within. So there is only one God for each and it is within you. And you all run from pillar to post looking for God, and you get disheartened because you do not find this God anywhere, and then you complain and blame that god is cruel and god is blind, god is partial. Now which god is cruel, which god is blind and which god is partial? You are blind because you cannot see the god within. You are cruel because your physical mind is holding on with a tight rein, refusing to let you move an inch. It whips you into subservience. You are the god that is partial and you are the god that is judgmental. Hear yourself and find the number of times in a day when you have an 'opinion'. Now that we have told you not pass judgment you replace that word with 'opinion'. If that makes you happy, then continue with your opinions, knowing that it will not help you to grow out of the clutches of your mind.

Sir, there is an intense desire to love.

There can be no desire. How can you desire to love another? Can you see the futility in that statement, my child? How can you desire to love? You can only BE love. There is no desire.

Sir, that is what I mean. There is true love inside.

There is no true love. You have still not understood. How can love be true? And how can it be false? LOVE IS. Your love, your physical love, has a mental idea of false and true and that is why you ask others 'do you love me truly?'. TRUTH IS. LOVE IS. LIGHT IS. By calling it true, my child, you are judging. Your love is true and his is not. Ego, my children, ego. Your mind is the master of your ego. True love. Never say that again. Love IS.

Son, how deep, how low will you allow yourself to go till you realize that you are harming yourself? Son, what are low spirits if not ego? If there is no ego, my son, there is no mind, and you can not then have high and low spirits.

Have you all never questioned the word 'spirits'? Do you all not understand it still? SPIRIT is the soul that is within you, that is connected to us, that is connected to the Divine Source of Light. How can that spirit be high or low? We tell you that words are used by your mind to trick you, and you believe them without question.

If tomorrow the medical faculty tells this child of mine that there is an illness, she will believe, because all she believes in is her physical body. How can the soul be diseased? And if your soul is whole, can the physical body be diseased?

Because they are an illusion and if you wish us to help, as you have asked my child, you must recognize the illusion. You will find a strength that will never leave you. At the end of fifteen days, my child, if your entire world were to taken from you, you would still be strong in reality because what you will find is within. It can never be removed from you.
