Good evening, Sir.
There's peace today, more quiet, more joy. What do you wish to discuss
today?

Sir, Roxanne is not well....

She wanted to know if this is a process of cleansing.
(Sir raised his hand) She is well.

Sir, our computer has been baffling everyone. It seems as though there
is something else at work here.

They will not be able to anything. The problem lies not within that
machine. There is no problem. There is only a change of electricity
within the body of this child.

Does this account for the microwave, fridge, not working?

Everything, it accounts for everything. Son, her vibrations are now
being taken to a level that she is not used to. WITH HIGH VIBRATORY
LEVELS COME VERY HIGH ELECTRICAL DISCHARGES. For a while this will
continue. There is a conflict within her, due to the high levels being
introduced and the older vibrations being at the lower levels. This
internal agitation between two differing electrical discharges will,
naturally, come out. What is disturbing all your electrical machines is
this conflict between two electrical discharges. You can only help in
one way. The less conflict she faces in external surroundings, the
easier will it be for her system to deal with the internal conflict. The

external environment must be one of peace and calm. The slightest
conflict in the external environment will cause a tremendous
misalign-ment within her system. When the body changes to high vibratory

levels mental disturbances are the greatest danger. We do all we can to
take care but the external environment must be one that comforts and
does not further complicate.

Sir, the last week was very difficult with all the problems at work. How

does one protect her from this?

She has to learn to protect herself. My son, she has been told
repeatedly to give at least half an hour to prayer, which she is not
following. At least half an hour of prayer, alone and in quiet. Unless
she does this, my son, there is grave danger to her from mental
disturbances.

Sir, can we give her peace and light?

No. This is an internal disturbance. This is always a transitory
process, which she will have to go through. It is very easy, my
children, for vibratory levels to rise and be one with your system if
you are away from the external world. So if you are in places that you
call ashrams and resorts, it is easy because the environment lends
itself to this. In a situation such as hers the environment is in
constant conflict. High vibratory levels need peace and quiet. She must
learn to find this within herself. SHE MUST LEARN TO FIND THIS WITHIN
HERSELF, or else...
Son, you must take this up with her.

I will do that, Sir.

There is yet another thing which she must do. She must completely change

her diet. She will strongly resist this but it is now of vital
importance. We cannot now permit her to continue with her obstinacy.
There must be a process of complete cleansing. There are only two
leaves, which she has to chew at least six times a day. One neem leaf
and one tulsi leaf. At least six times a day, my son, she must chew them

and swallow them. She will fight you tooth and nail against this because

for this child of mine, taste is very important. She must be made to
understand that taste is an illusion. She must also drink at least ten
glasses of water in a day. Water, my son, conducts electri-city very
well. What is happening right now is that she takes in hardly one glass
of water. The electrical charge is therefore using her body tissues to
flow, thereby causing even more harm to the system. The body tissues
will wear out due to constant use like this because the electrical
charge is very, very strong. She must have at least ten glasses of water

in every day so that the electrical charge can flow with the water. For
the present this is enough.

Sir, her appetite has also dropped very  drastically .

Yes. Remember the body tissues in the stomach are the most vulnerable of

all because they are in constant use due to digestion. Son, if she does
not follow this diet there will come a time when she will not be able to

eat more than one morsel because the body tissue will be so weakened it
will not be able to handle more than this. This child's greatest
weakness is her stubbornness.
She only listens when she is delivered a blow and we strongly do not
wish this blow to come to her, because if the blow comes to her it will
disrupt completely our process with this entire group. She must take
responsibility, my son, if not for herself then for this entire group.
There is a greater responsibility upon her, which she has not yet
realized. She is not a medium for herself. She must be made to
understand that. She is a medium for everyone else, and if she is not
willing to carry out this process she must stop.

Sir, how long does this diet go on for her?

Till we tell her to stop.

Sir, in what way would the mental disturbances manifest?

Complete break down of all mental faculties. Remember, son, vibratory
levels once they rise will not come down.

Sir, is this what is causing the conflict between her and the children?
The children, my dear son, are causing more conflict for her. What she
could tolerate a month or a year ago she will not be able to handle now.

You must make the little ones understand that. They are too young to
understand the gravity but do try.

Sir, everything just seems to accelerate so quickly between them.

It will. It will, because even a shout from another is only a catalyst,
my son, for the inner disturbance to come out. The catalyst must not be
provided at present. The next three months, my son, are very vital. For
three months if she follows our diet the vibratory levels will even out
and she will have complete, high vibratory levels all over and there
will be no conflict. The environment must not provide a catalyst because

she has not yet learnt to deal with it. This she must learn but till
then the environment must be a little helpful.

Sir, in such a case will it help if I keep the children away, take them
out?

No. Remember, my son, at present the only source of love for her,
according to her emotional balance is that of the children.

Sir, I am doing the salt cleansing that you had told me. Is there any
thing else?

Yes. Include her in this. Make her stand, place the salt below at her
feet and pray that all vibratory levels that are causing conflict be
removed by the salt. There is no negativity, my son, so do not use that
word. It is conflict of electrical discharges. Those must be removed and

that salt must be thrown away at once. Do this once a day, preferably in

the morning.

Sir, how long is this to be done?
Till you find that there is a calmness.

Sir, with relation to last time's discussion on obesity, how do I help
myself?
Same situation, my son. What clarification do you require? Son, let us
be what you might call brutally truthful. My son you use all our words
as merely crutches. Every word of ours is used as a further crutch. You
do not wish to help yourself so you grab hold of our words and once
again you use them as a support to lean against. You do not wish to
stand on your own feet. Our words are not meant for that purpose and
till you have learnt to say, "I can do this" instead of " How can I do
this?" this situation will not change. You ask for clarifications, you
ask for help because you know that what you are really asking for are
even more walking sticks. Son, that walking stick one day will turn
around and hit you. If you need a clarification, from now on you will
sit with your own guides and your own higher soul and ask for
clarifications yourself. You have the ability to do this but you do not
desire to do it.

Sir, as the biological father of this father...
You are merely the biological father, son. We are there to see that her
every need is taken care of. Do not worry, my son. Do not worry.

No. You insist that she become less stubborn. As her father you must do
this. This child's stubbornness has always been allowed to have its way.

I change this?

SUSPICION. This is a very good subject for today. You, my dear one, are
not the only one. All of you are suspicious. Suspicion arises when there

is no truth within you. You only have knowledge of the truth that
resides within you but there is no TRUTH. When you have no truth what
you see around is what you have within. Your only point of reference, my

dear ones, is yourself. You judge another the way you judge yourself.

Did you see what lack of water has done to this child?
Yes, Sir.

Today the High Lord will not speak. I will speak.

SUSPICION, my children, comes out of fear. The fear of knowing the
truth. As was told to you, when there is no truth within you, what you
see around you will also appear as untruth. Children, you have only your

own feelings, your own thoughts, your own emotions and your own
conditioning. You have no one else's. And what you portray outwardly is
what you are inside. Sometimes the external seems completely the
opposite of what is inside. But that is because you only see the
external manifestation, you do not see the external portrayal of the
truth within. You then judge the person by his actions and words without

knowing or recognizing the external manifestation of the fear that lies
within. The more suspicious you are, my children, the more you should be

aware of the lack of truth within you. Now some of you might
misinterpret our words. When we say lack of truth we are not judging you

as dishonest, or mean or deliberately unkind human beings. No. We are
asking you to look at the separation between you and your higher soul,
which is TRUTH.  That is the lack. If there was no lack of TRUTH when
you saw another doing something which you considered wrong, you would
not see wrong, you would not be angered by it, you would not judge it;
you would only see a process of another soul trying to find its own
TRUTH. Do you all remember what we had told you about god realization in

another?  When there is TRUTH within yourself, god realization within
you and another is not something that you have to try for. IT IS. That
is TRUTH, and that is the TRUTH that you lack. My child, when you are
suspicious of another, when you doubt, these are only the mental
conditioning, the devices that you used as a child to protect yourself.
When there is fear of hurt there is a lack of TRUTH within you. There is

a separation. That is why you are suspicious. When there is no TRUTH
within your self, when you have not realized the god within you, is it
really possible to realize the god within another? And as long as you do

not recognize god within you and another, you are not mastering the
mind; the mind is still mastering the soul. The mind is your instrument
of doubt and suspicion. Is this clear?

Sir, in my case we, my mother and I, started off being gullible. I think

I need to learn a lesson here to be more suspicious.

That is what your mind is telling you. When you feel that you are
gullible, that you have been taken advantage of, that someone has taken
you for a ride, that is all within the mind. The lack of truth, my son,
gives rise to all of these 'truths'. The TRUTH is replaced by these
'truths'. If there was TRUTH present my son, you would never feel that
you have been taken advantage of, but you would realize that by doing
this that soul has used you and your soul to go on its path. Yes, you
have been made use of but the mind does not permit you to realize the
extent that you have been made use of. You have been made use of in such

a large universal sense. Yes, you have been taken advantage of. The
advantage you have given that soul is that of support. Yes, you have
been taken for a ride, but it is a ride that you have permitted him to
take upon your back. But, in order to realize this one has to realize
the god within. When you don't realize the god within, the mind
conditions you into making you believe that you have to be tough. And
what is tough? Tough for you all is building up your walls. Tough is
breaking up every wall and leaving yourself vulnerable so that every
soul that requires your help can get it.

Sir, in our world if you do this everyone will take you for a coward or
a fool.

And of course you will mind that. You will MIND that (pointing to the
head)
So what if he calls you a fool? You mind that, my child, because if he
calls you a fool, the external validation that you require is not
forthcoming. You, in your world, live by the opinions of others and that

is why you constantly judge others. When there is TRUTH within you, will

another's 'truth' matter to you?

Sir, I accept that we must accept the god within others, but isn't there

a process of learning also involved, where we must be more cautious?

No. No caution, my son. There must be a mere awareness of each one's
process. We are not asking you stand in the lion's den. That would be
foolish. If you stand in a lion's den your connection with the TRUTH
must be so great that even the lion will realize that and walk away. But

you need to build up that connection. Yes, till you have built up that
connection you must take some precautions, but don't let that stop your
process and your faith. That caution is only an external protective wall

and the endeavour is to break all external and internal walls. Do you
understand, my son?

Sir, I will have to give this some more thought in order to understand.
Sir, but in my case, at work whenever I am vulnerable or gullible, I am
accused about this, as though I am doing something wrong.

Child, now it is your time for the truth. Your vulnerability, your
gullibility, your emotional nature are all your defense walls. You are
not truly vulnerable, gullible, sensitive or emotional. You have made
yourself this way, because when you are this way you feel that you will
be protected by the external environment and will not need to look after

yourself. You are accused because another soul has recognized that and
has provided you with a mirror. There is no accusation, it is a fact.
Don't consider it an accusation. You have raised these walls and now
they are not protecting you as well as they used to. Child, when you
were very young you learnt to raise these walls because you learnt that
aggression did not give you as much protection, as much attention or as
much love. And you see, my child, the lack of TRUTH within also results
in a lack of love within. When there is no love within you will look
outwards for that love, for that external validation, for that
protection, for that attention. Are you clear this far?

Yes, Sir.

Now, these walls you used as a child and very soon your entire system
was conditioned into believing that these walls are required by you.
Now you cannot function without these walls.

You mean I created them, Sir?
Yes, very, very deliberately, as all walls are created. All walls are
created deliberately.

Sir, can these walls be created by an overprotective parent?

No wall can be created by anyone else. They are created by yourself. How

did her father add strength to these walls? These walls of vulnerability

were created by her to get protection and attention. Isn't that what her

father gave her? Would he have given her the same if she were stronger?
We are not doubting the love this man had for his daughter. But he added

strength to her walls.

Sir, but why did I create these walls?

Now let me give you this example. I have said that the walls are now not

suiting you, not helping you. This is a good example. Not even five
minutes ago, my child, I said that these walls were built to get
attention, protection, external validation and love. And yet did you not

ask me this question again? Now the walls are stopping you from growing.

Your mind is now is now constantly playing the game of external
validation and confirmation.

That is why so much of self-doubt? Lack of self-confidence?
That so much of self-doubt, that lack of confidence is the wall, not the

result of the wall.

Sir, can you guide me as to how I can break this wall?
Do you really want to break this wall? You will take fifteen days of
silent contemplative work. Remember, child, the walls have protected
you. You will now have to be entirely on your own. No asking your
husband for confirmation, your children for validation, your friends for

attention. Take fifteen days and do not make yourself believe something
that you do not really want. What you can do, along with the silent
contemplation for fifteen days, is to force yourself to rely only upon
yourself. If a question has been answered you must not ask that same
question within ten minutes, and if it is done, ask those around you to
point it out so that you are aware of it and can stop it. You will make
excuses when this is pointed out, my child. You will use all the ifs and

buts, but stop it.

Sir, what colour are the two chakras above the crown chakra?
No colour. They are a merge of all colour. There is no colour. There is
only brilliance.

Sir, if while meditating we see them as a colour it is because we
require that colour?
You have answered it.

Sir, is there really an evil entity called ______ that overcomes and
harms people?
Child, there are entities upon entities upon entities and all entities
do have the power to overcome a person. Why do you wish to ask?

Sir, I saw a movie where this evil entity..
There is no evil. Son, when earthbound entities take possession they
'live' out their desires whatever they might be. This is a good time to
tell you about the different kinds of mediums. You are living in a land
of superstition. You are living in a land where the energy is high. You
are living in a land whose geographical location, in conjunction with
the position of stars and planets, makes it a very ready conductor of
energy. That can work both ways. That land conducts good energy but it
can also conduct energy that has not been used wisely. You are all aware

of people who get into trances and allow themselves to be poked and
pierced, who go into fits and shiver, and rant and rave. That is a
trance and that human body is certainly a medium. But that medium has
channeled an entity that has not even crossed out of the sphere of human

energy.
There are mediums who have gone beyond the sphere of human energy and
into that sphere where souls have realized god but are still striving to

accept this truth completely. Such mediums will not shiver and shake,
such mediums will be able to give you knowledge of a kind that is
peripheral. So the medium will be able to tell you the colour of the
clothes you wore yesterday, or the name of your father who has passed
on, or as you have in your TV shows, the number on a paper that you have

in your pocket. The reason why they can do this is because those souls
have moved beyond the human sphere and are not held by human desires,
but at the same time the plane they are on has not yet completed the
cycle of all knowledge. So when these mediums channel such souls their
answers are no doubt surprising, but they are peripheral.

Then you have mediums who are able to channel higher energies: not
ascended master energy but certainly very high energies of spiritual
guides. They give you knowledge of the universe, they tell you divine
truths, and they lead you on to your guides and masters.

And then you have mediums that have the power to go to ascended master
energy and beyond. Those mediums are not meant for small limited work
but for a larger universal purpose. They will reveal to you truths that
will shock you. A spiritual guide that channels through a medium will
never give you those truths that will go against your basic beliefs,
because the spiritual guide knows that the truth to be revealed must be
within their sphere of acceptance. The ascended master energy is an
energy that is an energy that can be channeled when the acceptance of
your own truth can be shattered.

Those are the various mediums. No medium is better than the other. The
medium that channels through human energy spheres is as strong a medium
as that medium that channels ascended master energy. The only difference

is that the medium's plane of energy is different from another's. In
order to channel a higher energy a medium must be on a higher plane of
energy.

The medium that channels ascended master energy will not be a very
'creative' medium and will not be able to tell you the colour of your
shirt or the number in your pocket, and therefore because you consider
such things as wonderful and beyond your power of comprehension, these
smaller truths impress you far more than universal truths.

In times of yore there were mediums who were used in a different way
entirely. Their bodies were completely taken over by the channeling
entity. In order to once again impress the viewers and listeners, so
called wonderful things were permitted to take place. Things would
materialize and move. Children, this is possible for all of you. But now

if this is to be made possible, it must be made possible by your own
conscious deliberate volition. No entity can now take over the medium
completely.

You do not need to be a medium to materialize or dematerialize objects.
All you need to know is how to use your energy and the energy forms that

are around. It is only knowledge of science, there is no mediumistic
skill involved. It is only knowledge of science.

Is it because we have all evolved to a higher level?

Yes, completely....It is only a knowledge of science.

Sir, earlier you had said that everything the scientists do, they are
doing because 'you' are permitting them to do.

Including the human cloning.

Yes Sir, that is what I was coming to. Also permitted by you Sir?
Yes, because the Earth is changing.

But what about the soul in such cloning?
The soul has agreed. When the earth changes of this magnitude take
place..we must explain this carefully. When earth changes of this
magnitude take place, all and everything that will go against the earth
changes must be made to manifest in the physical because when they are
manifest in the physical, my son, they are out... Look around you all
over and you will find that there is greater manifestation of all that
we have taught you is not desirable. And that is good, because when you
see the outward physical manifestation, you know that the soul is
expelling the undesirable from the system. The earth must go through the

changes.

Would the Earth go through the magnetic shifts Sir?
Ofcourse. It is the magnetic change that takes place first.

It affects our magnetism also, Sir?
Yes, that is why greater conflict.

Sir, I have read in some channeling how cloning can be used
beneficially because the human organs can be cloned.

Child, an organ cannot be cloned. When an organ is used, it has to be
used carefully. There is no cloning of a human organ.

But, what about the soul?
It is only with the permission of the soul and it is an extremely
evolved soul who will undertake to go through this. Souls who are on the

path of evolution will not be permitted to come back to earth through
this method. In any case, human cloning will not be a success. Your
scientists will have short lived joy because their own experiments will
teach them bitter lessons.

Sir, what about experiments in outer space, do they cause imbalances?
No experiment which is conducted in outer space will cause any
imbalances because electrical discharges in outer space are so strong
that they come back to alignment as soon as the object disappears.

Sir, there was an article which I read that said that certain living
organisms were found in outer space, in the extremities of our
atmosphere.

Yes. Child, when your scientists and astronauts have found no lifeform,
what have they looked for? They have looked for a form of energy, which
they associate as life. When they see anything which they cannot
associate as life, they consider that planet to be empty.  There are
certain planets, my son, where life forms do not  need to take any
physical forms. The entire planet exists only in energy.
Sir, including the planet itself?

No. The planet itself has physical properties. All planets, my son,
share the same dimension; the physical. It is the soul that has evolved
much further.

Sir, are you working with the Arcturians and others to help us?
No, that is not my task.

Are any other Masters working on that?
Yes, the Master Kuthumi is busy on this.

Sir, I have read about the 365th level. What is that Sir?

That son is what will take you closest to the Divine Source. But these
numbers are again not accurate because who is to judge the exact number.

It is only a concept, which your mind can readily accept. There are no
numbers.

Sir, recently they showed a truelife incident about a foetus putting out

its hand and holding the finger of the surgeon. What is that Sir, can
you just explain.
Child, you will now see such wonders of science. Science will now take
you on the path to spirituality. Science will tell you that spirituality

is nothing but energy. You will all wonder and call it miracles but
remember what we have said; that a miracle is nothing but your self
re-claiming your truth.

Sir, even United Nations has a special room for spiritual conferences.
My son, this body will soon lose all its powers.

Will there be more conflict then in the world, Sir?
Wait and watch.

Sir I have read somewhere that our day does not exist anymore as a
24-hour day.
It has been told in one of my very early talks that the 24 hours is no
more, and that is why you have all been rightly feeling that you have
'no time'.

Sir, they say that the day is actually 16 hours only.
Read up  on what I   have   said earlier.

Sir, a question about Masters like you. Are you also subject to moods?

That is interesting.  Moods as human moods, no. Yes we also subject to
electrical imbalances, because our electrical balances are so  fine that

a very small catalyst is required to imbalance that. We too are required

to get back our balances. So they are not moods but they are
disturbances in the electrical energy, and we strive to endeavour that
these disturbances will not cause imbalances. But remember my son when
our energy is in imbalance; a high energy will not permit itself to be
channeled because its own imbalance will geometrically increase the
imbalance in the medium. That is the safety of channeling very high
energy because when other energies have not yet evolved to the level of
truth, they sometimes unknowingly cause imbalances within the medium.
That is why sometimes you will hear of certain mediums that will have a
complete breakdown and become what you call 'mad', because the
electrical imbalance of the energy channeled immediately causes an
imbalance in the electrical circuit of the medium's brain.

Sir, are 'your' electrical imbalances caused due to negativity around?

 No negativity, there is no negativity. Electrical imbalances for us are

caused by so many different things; environments and situations which
you will not even understand, but no negativity. My dear child,
negativity is something that is kept behind when you move away from the
lower level into higher and higher vibratory levels. You can only do
this if you leave behind negativity: and there is no leaving behind
either, it is merely becoming one with who you are, and who you are is
COMPLETE, without any negativity.

Sir what do you do in your spare time?
We have no time.
( all laugh at Sir's gentle 'dig' at us all)

Do you do things for pleasure?

Our pleasure my son is so many things. We hear music, we create colour,
we take joy in merely being and we can do all of these simultaneously
while doing all our tasks. We have meetings, we have discussions, we
have our own guides who are in our fold, and we have all of you to look
after, and yet we have no time.

Sir, you had said that the seven notes of music are also related to the
seven charkas. So the note 'doh', does it start with the Crown chakra or

the Root chakra?

(Sir pointed to the root and said) Do Re Me Fa So La Ti Do.( the last
note pointed to the chakra beyond the crown.) We merely go one octave
higher. That is what LIFE is; moving from one octave to another like a
beautifully tuned instrument. And as in a musical instrument the higher
octaves would not sound as beautiful unless the lower octaves also play
their part too.

Sir, we would like to know more about the Arcturians and others around
our planet right now. How can we get in touch with them? By meditation,
etc.?
Son one thing you must know. There is nothing you can do to get in touch

with them. They will communicate with you when they find you are ready
and open. So what you can work on is to make yourself ready, to
constantly send out messages which you mean, because they cannot hear
words; they only see the truth energy that comes with them. They do not
hear anything, so when that truth energy is sent out, it will certainly
be one day answered. And you do not have to try very hard. Patiently
wait, the day is not too far.

Sir, very often I ask for recollection in the morning about my astral
travels in the night, but I do not get any recollections. Am I not ready

to have such recollections?
Son, your mind is not ready. The conflict between the solar plexus and
the heart is still on. When that resolves, you will be ready. But don't
push too hard because again when you push, you push with your mind. You
then merely strengthen the solar plexus chakra.

Sir, at night when I say a prayer to St.Germain to take us to his
etheric realm what are we really doing? And what happens?

Nothing. You must understand child that prayer is not some short cut way

to get into the etheric realms. A Prayer is only an aid, a very small
aid, and that aid will come to your help only when you are ready. And
you are not ready.
Yes my children, there are several prayers given to you which promise to

take you to the etheric presences of the ascended Masters. You may pray
them if you desire but please note that these are not short cuts. In
order to get into the etheric presence of the ascended Masters, you have

to work very hard in increasing your vibratory levels.
My son the exercise given to you of chanting Ahura 51 times is doing
just that. What you are doing is striving to raise the vibrations.

Sir, it's a wonderful meditation.
Do NOT recommend it to all my son because if it is in conflict, it will
cause greater agitation. Be very careful to whom you recommend it.

Sir, I do it everyday and find it very peaceful.
If you are finding peace the exercise is not raising your vibratory
levels but cleansing the present ones, so go ahead. If the 51 times of
Ahura cause peace, it means that it is cleansing; if it causes a process

of energisation, it means it is raising your vibrations. If at all it
causes slight disturbance, you should stop and reduce the number from 51

to 21.

Child, you do so much, but because there is a huge knot of self-doubt
within you, so many things that you do lose their efficiency because you

stop them.
