An ascended Lady - 'Spirit of the Air' :

Good evening children!

Good evening Sir!

You do not know me.  I am one who works silently. I have been asked to come today in order to help this instrument to accustom herself to different vibrations.  Some may know me as I am called by some as the 'Lady Helena’. I look after the 'air' and all the airy elements.  In that capacity, you might say that I am with you at all times.  It is difficult in present times to cleanse the air. The visible pollutants make it so difficult for our helpers to come through.  But what is even more difficult to enter through is a thick haze, a black smog of negative energy that we have to pass through.  The element of air is one that must be protected.  It is in this element that the Spirit World must pass before we reach you, for although we share, in a sense, the same space as you; the air, as an element, is only around you. We need this air in order to cross from one side of the same space to the other. You can help us to purify this air by very simple things. By burning incense sticks, lighting candles and a loud chanting of words with a power that bring with them peace, that bring with them love, that will eradicate this thick smog. Air is purified by smells and by sound. The waves of smells and the waves of sound, work, you might say like a 'vacuum cleaner', drawing out from this element, all that is heavy and dense, and making it light.  Air is an element that must never be felt by you.  If you feel air through any of your senses, you know that the air is heavy.  A light pure air touches nothing physical, dense or any of the senses.  It goes beyond what is physical. A light pure air sometimes makes you feel giddy. Thank you for permitting us to come today.

There is silence, but this silence is the silence of peace. Agitation has diminished. And now we can proceed with our purpose of the day.  Yes, children what would you like us to discuss with you today?

Can you tell us something about 'destiny' and 'free will’?

Of course we can. Let me take you back to that time when you first decided to take human embodiment on this planet, that you all so dearly love and never wish to leave.(Laughter from all) Before your first embodiment in the human form, you had already gathered knowledge of the Universe in its other embodiments in physical. Once this knowledge was completely absorbed, you were ready to move into human embodiment. But, each one, before taking the first human embodiment, has to draw up a very large, very, very long-looking 'chart' or 'plan' of the 'course' that you desire to take through all your human embodiments. This sounds like a very difficult task, doesn't it?  And it is. But it lays down a broad framework which has to be adhered to over every human incarnation. Once this broad framework has been laid down, you now are given the task for laying down for yourself a smaller 'plan', which will not go against the larger plan, but will in fact help you to fulfil the larger plan, however miniscully it might be. This small plan is what we have referred to so often here, as your 'blueprint'. Let us give you a physical, tangible example. The broad framework that you have laid can be compared to a very, very large and tall 'monument' that you wish to erect. And you have that general plan, you have a picture, you have the idea. But one cannot start building a monument by just visualising it, as it would be, when it is completed. You now have to chart out smaller blueprints, of how each 'space' within that monument is to be constructed. Every time you construct the small space you have to keep in mind the large monument that you have visualised. Each little space that you construct can be compared to one human incarnation. How many spaces will you construct, will depend upon how large a monument you have decided it will be. It will also depend upon how you created, constructed that space. On reviewal, if it is found that the space constructed has not quite matched the 'blueprint' that you had drawn out, you cannot move on to the construction of another space, till you have perfected this one. This blueprint is your one life-course. In that life-course that you chart, you make certain important decisions. We have sometimes called these as 'cornerstones'. The reason is these cornerstones are events in your life, which you must see through. They cannot be changed. No matter how hard you pray, no matter how much you beg, cornerstones are never changed. And there is a good reason for this.  When you were not yet in this human body, but were part of your Higher Soul, that was all-knowing and all-seeing, you 'as the Higher Soul' took these decisions in order that your space might be constructed perfectly, so that very quickly you can move on to the construction of another space. And so these cornerstones cannot be changed, even though there are times, when you in your 'physical being' desire to change what cannot be.  There is a conflict here between 'you' and the Higher Soul. And you as this physical soul, that has forgotten its link to its 'higher soul'.  So this 'blueprint', dear one, is what you call 'destiny'. Often between you a debate is held "does destiny master man, or does man master destiny”?  And the answer is simple. Both are true. The blueprint that you as the higher self laid out is your 'master plan', in this one incarnation as a small human man. And you, in a larger soul perspective of man, are the master of your destiny, because 'you as the higher soul' is the only one completely responsible for this plan. Now this blueprint has two aspects to it. It has cornerstone events and incidents, which cannot be forestalled, or prevented or avoided. But it also has another part. Let us go back to our example. As you are constructing your 'little space', all the time keeping in mind this large 'monument' that you wish to complete, you look around at this space that you are constructing and you wish to have a picture there; you wish to carve into this stone a statue of appeals to you, you wish to look down and see not just bare earth but cool, soothing stone; you wish the door height to be raised a little, so that you can comfortably walk through. You wish to build a little stone bench where you can sit and rest in periods of exhaustion. These are the choices that you take as you are constructing, and these decisions are taken after due thought and consideration.  And those are your moments of 'free will'. The stone bench will not detract from the monument in any way and if you desire to construct it there, you are free to do so. But if while walking in that space you stump your knee against this stone bench, then you must not cry or complain. If you took a decision of not making the stone bench, then in moments of exhaustion, when the floor is all that you have, you must not look at the mason who helped you to construct according to your plan and blame the mason for inefficient work. That is 'free will' dear one; those moments in your life when you had the freedom to decide one course or the other. Destiny rules you, the blueprint is certainly a master that you have to follow but you are no slave, because every moment in your life, a 'free-will' choice comes your way. It may be as a small moment as looking out of a window and lovingly greeting one who has passed, or looking out and seeing only a neighbour you dislike. That is again your free will choice. It may be as important as taking a decision of holding up a sword in your hand and running it through the body of another, because the other gave you every provocation. Or to take a decision to take that sword in hand and to pass it through your own negative emotional body. These are free will choices. Now you are questioning, ‘How do I know that a moment is a cornerstone or a free-will choice?’  You do not.  You cannot know.  If you did, several of you would make no attempt to strive hard for your goals and several of you would decide to resign in despair.  You have to strive for what you desire. But let all your desires be one with your 'monument'. Do we know what your 'monument' is? No. Do you know what your 'monument' is? You do. With the help of your own personal Guides you visualised that monument, but you say ‘I have forgotten”!  Alright. We tell you now - alright! Create anew! Create a conscious, deliberate, willed 'monument' anew! What do you desire to put into this consciously visualised ‘monument’?   Do this and then you will not forget it. If your monument is built upon the foundation of love, is erected upon the bricks of your own pain that has not been resisted, but has been treated as’ stones' that you have picked up and learned lessons from. If your monument has a roof of unity with the 'divine one', if your monument is large enough to bring within it all that is in physical form so that you can shelter; then this conscious monument will not be different from the one you visualised as a higher soul. So make no excuses. If you desire to be a good builder, look at your own hands and see not just the physical shape of these hands, but see within them the strength and power to create a universe. You also dearly wish to meet your creator. Dear ones, you are the creator. But you do not desire to meet 'your self'. For a desire to meet your self would have you go through a path of looking at truths which often you do not wish to accept. And what are these truths? You do not wish to take responsibility that a dead husband is no more in physical form because you and he contracted to part physical ways at a given point of time. You do not wish to take the responsibility that for every disillusionment in life, there has been a lesson that you have needed to learn, and not learnt yet. You do not wish to take responsibility that your every wavering thought is only an excuse for others to decide for you. You do not wish to be the builder. You only wish to reside within the mansion. You do not wish to be the creator, because then who will you blame for all that you have created? Destiny, master-plan, free-will, all come together in every moment that you live.  It was your destiny to have lost a loved one. A cornerstone decision that cannot be changed. But in that moment of grief lies the free will choice, of acceptance with joy in your heart or resistance so that the grief envelops you and stops you from taking one step forward. There is no moment in your life when all these three are not present. Have you been forced into a loveless marriage that has trapped you? It is a cornerstone, yes - but here comes a wonderful free will opportunity; to empty it even further, or to infuse within this loveless relationship the wealth of your own heart. But you will say 'I am not in love with him'. You can never be 'in love' with anyone. You can only be 'in love'. And when you are 'in love', then 'him and her' and 'they and them' all merge to become one. If it is in your 'cornerstone' to suffer a disease that will cripple you, that will take away from you the very legs that you stand upon, the very hands that you need to embrace with, this disease will come. You have now a free will choice, of fighting what had to come.  You can fight it with anger, you can fight it with depression, you can fight it with drugs, you can fight it with alcohol, you can fight it with so many things. All of which you so readily will take up. But there is another free will choice. And that is 'to smile’! And thank the higher self for taking away these very same legs that were taking you far away from your 'monument'.  For taking away the same hands which you used to strike with and inflict pain. You would thank with fervour and gratitude in your very being, that now you have been given this opportunity to be not for a 'body' but a 'soul'.  That is your free will choice. If there is a karmic debt to be paid, which you have charted out as a cornerstone, that debt must be paid. But how will you pay that debt? Will you pay it with revenge and vengeance in your mind? Or will you pay it gratefully and joyously? One path will continue the karmic debt process; another will free you from it forever.   Which path will you take? That is your free will choice. Will you see the heinous death caused to your own brother and desire to take revenge by killing several hundreds, who in one way or another reminded you of that murder? Or will you accept that what has transpired was a cornerstone for all three, your brother, the so-called murderer and you.

Can you see now see how all three come together every moment? Now the question is does free will choice ever hamper or hinder the growth of this large monument? Very rarely does it hinder. But yes it can certainly slow down the process. But very, very rarely does it really hinder it.

Sir, you mentioned that the human manifestation is that of the higher self and the higher self decides what you do in your human embodiment. But if there is already a higher self or a higher soul what is the need of that higher self to acquire a human embodiment?

This 'higher soul', my son, for purposes known to the higher soul, decided to come to this planet for its growth. When the higher soul comes to this planet it takes on human embodiment. But that is not its purpose to come to this planet. There are different paths of growth; there are different paths of evolution that are available to all souls that have separated from the 'divine light'.  One such path, one such path, is taking on human embodiment, life course after life course. There are other souls who have decided upon different sources of growth that are present. They do not need to take on a physical embodiment like your. Their embodiment is different. So each soul desires a path of growth. Is this pathway always maintained? Yes, if it is the pathway to growth. If it is a pathway of experimentation before the final decision of growth, then the pathway can be changed. Now what does this pathway offer? The higher soul, my son, always remember, the higher soul that separated from the 'divine light', did so only to experience all the knowledge that it already has. Let us give you the example of light itself. Its physical manifestation is fire.  A growing child is taught, and knows the wisdom of not placing its little hand into the fire because it will be burnt. It has all the knowledge, it knows the truth.  But does it not wish to take its little finger and place it into that fire to experience this wisdom that is already prevalent within its soul?  Yes, there is burn, and yes there is pain and the little one cries and howls, but there is also a joy, a joy of having experienced what you only knew till then. And that is what the higher soul desires? This experience. Why does it desire this experience?  With experience, dear one, the higher soul moves ahead from knowledge to true wisdom. Experience is only one pathway to growth and evolution, the evolution to true wisdom.  When you separated from the wisdom of the Divine Spark, you brought with you all knowledge, all truth which can never be erased. And you built your monument so that very proudly you could say 'this is my wisdom'.  And once this monument is being erected completely, you then have a further choice. You can use this monument in order to help others who are moving towards wisdom or you can decide to merge again with the Divine Spark. The life course that is charted out is the higher soul's attempt at experience.  This experience can be vast and diverse and it comes in many shapes and sizes and forms, all of which are illusory. Why are they illusory? Because you believe that your purpose on this earth is to have that experience. Your purpose on this earth is not to have that experience but through that experience to put one more brick into your monument of wisdom. And when that is the purpose, what is grief, and what is happiness and what is anger and what is fear?  No things.  Because all you are doing is merely 'playing' with these experiences.  We have often asked you to have joy in your heart when your greatest test in life stands before you. Have the joy because truth is experience.  Your knowledge will be transmuted to greater wisdom which sees reality for what it is and illusion for what it is not. And that is why the higher soul decides on human embodiment.

But why is it that experiences keep coming over and over again? Despite that the lesson has been learnt, that the knowledge has been received?

(Sir pointed to the head) Have I answered? Experience, little one, can never be 'intellectually' acknowledged because the 'intellect' keeps knowledge as knowledge. It is the soul that transcends. So you will look the next time at a problem that comes your way and very intellectually tell yourself, “I know this is an illusion and I am not troubled by it".  And the next moment will see you biting your nails off in fear. And so experience comes again, presenting itself to you in play, in play, giving you the opportunity that you desire, to transmute knowledge to wisdom. Once you have done that, the experience will go to look for another 'playmate'.

 
You spoke about desire, experience and mind. I would like to clear the confusion that it has caused me. In the previous questions which I had asked, you had spoken about a desire and longing, when I said that I desire to merge with my higher self. I long to grow spiritually. And you said because it comes from the mind. But Sir in the human form that I am in, in the 3rd dimension where I don't have the purity , how else can I long for and how else can I proceed and go forward?

You have the purity. Because if you say that you do not, then how can you expect to deserve any attention from anyone.

But then if you say that the longing comes only from the mind, then what I do I do?  It is an ‘impasse’ for me Sir.

It is an 'impasse' for the mind. Because once again, my son, it is your mind that asks you “what should I do”?  The Soul KNOWS.  It asks no questions. Let me clear even this 'mental' impasse for you. I repeat again, my dear ones, the longing are in the mind.  Some present here might say ‘But so what? It is a good longing. He wants to evolve spiritually. What is wrong with that’?   There is nothing wrong with anything. But when the longing comes from the mind, my son, the mind again does what it always does when there is a longing and desire. It clings. You wish to run this race, but you can't see that the mind has 'tied' you.  The mind does not permit you to see these ties. So how will you break this impasse? There is a desire to move on spiritually. And we are aware that this desire, although locked within the mind is also much present within the soul. Your mission in this life course my son, was to move away from the past material desires and go towards spiritual path.  And that free-will choice you have made. But your mind with all its conditioning of the past is habituated to desire and so one desire has been replaced by another.  We ask you: have no desire - not even spiritual ones. My son, you can only desire something that you lack in. How can your soul ever lack its spiritual growth? Your every moment is a spiritual change. Your acceptance of this one simple fact will stop, will break the impasse completely. And you will just joyously accept all that life is placing before you, every moment, minute by minute as a step that you taking on this journey, without longing, without desire. Because that is the only journey that you know how to take. There is no other journey. It is like saying, my son, ' I wish to go to my daughter's home'. You are in the car, and you are driving, but you say that 'I wish to go to my daughter's home'. And be warned, you might get so caught up in that 'wish' that your daughter's home might come and go and you will still 'wish' to go to your daughter's home.  Have you understood, my son?

But how do I know? You say the 'purity' is there - how do I know that I am really evolving…...

Because you ARE!

I do not wish to  .. . .

Because you ARE. We had asked you, my son, to say just one affirmation  every day. "I am God and I am his name".

But I do that Sir. You will now tell me that I am doing it with my mind. How do I do it Sir? I do it every day, every moment. . . .

Do you BELIEVE it?

Yes Sir.

NO YOU DO NOT!!

Now THIS IS THE IMPASSE! When my heart tells me I believe, you
say my mind does not tell me that. This is the impasse that I am talking
about and the confusion Sir.

BELIEF, my little one, belief comes only when there are NO questions left to be asked. But do not be so disturbed.  Ask all the questions. Believe with your mind, if you have to. And KNOW with all the wisdom that you ARE building up every moment, that each question you ask is bringing you closer to the time when there are no questions left.

Thank you for saying that Sir, but now I am afraid to even ask the question. I am afraid it will come from the mind.

Sir, a short question about 'free will'. (Sir made a two-finger sign, to ask if Z as usual had 2 questions ?) No, just one question ! (Laughter) If free will does in fact hinder one's monument, how then can the soul grow .. . . .

In that case Sir, how does the soul grow? Do YOU directly interfere, does the Guide interfere?  OK, that's all I wanted to know.  Thank you Sir.

 We are prepared to take another subject, if it is a short one.

Sir you told us very briefly about 'nature souls' and 'nature spirits'. Could you elaborate on that Sir? How are nature souls and nature spirits different from us, human souls?

When you look at 'nature souls' dear one, you are looking at souls, in their initial stages of evolvement. But let this not make you believe, that nature souls do not evolve. When you look at a nature soul you are looking at all nature, which is infused with life. Each tiny speck, each tiny soul. Every plant is a soul. Every insect is a soul. Every angelic being is a soul. Nature souls are given two pathways to evolve. And every one here has been a nature soul at some time. And there is one common decision that you each took.  To further your growth you have taken the decision to move on a pathway from nature to human body. You often erroneously believe that this evolution is a 'natural' course of action that happens without any decision. It is not. Nature souls can also decide to continue as nature souls in their path of evolution. Now the distinction is interesting.  For all souls, in whatever embodiment, the one common goal is ’from knowledge to wisdom’.  And how the human soul goes on this path has been explained.  But what about the nature souls? There is a question in all your minds.  Is the tree a tree because it wishes to 'transmute knowledge to wisdom’? Yes it is.  And what knowledge, does it wish to transmute? It wishes to transmute that knowledge that it has of its existence.  It knows, with what can be very, very sketchily compared to the human mind, it knows its purpose.  It is when it completely experiences its purpose, that it transmutes it to wisdom. The evolution pathway of nature souls is a slow process. It is not as fast paced as one like yours. But it has been deliberately and consciously opted for, very often out of the universal love which it has not only known, but experiences within, and that is another difference between the two.  Nature souls never forget universal love. In your Veil of forgetfulness' in the human embodiment, universal love is concealed by personal, individual love. And many, many, many nature souls, dear one, out of universal love opt for this slow but wonderful pathway to evolution.  It is an evolution pathway of merely being, of accepting all that comes in your way, without being able to resist.  Without any desire to resist. It is a pathway totally spiritual without any expectation for physical.  It is a pathway that is slow, but completely shielded in peace. It is this peace that the human embodiment destroys by its actions, words and thoughts.  When this peace is disturbed, the Masters and Angels who have undertaken charge of such souls infuse in them a power that is not latent within them, but which needs to be infused.  It is the power 'to resist'.  And how do they resist?  Not in the way you do.  Their resistance is possible in only one manner.  'Returning' the disturbance that has come to them. And returning that to those who caused disturbance.

The love that 'nature spirits' can bring into your existence is one that cannot be compared.  A single bowl of water placed in your home with love, can release its wonderful strength of peace and cool and calm flow, and the vibrations in the home will not cause you agitation. A small plant tended and nurtured with love by you, will release its strength of giving and growth and simplicity and worth and creation and all will be new within your home.  A fire kept aglow with respect and joy will release for you a strength to transmute all that hinders your evolution and make it into something strong and powerful which by its very creation emits a light that can illumine a dark world. A fistful of earth thanked with gratitude and joy will release for you the power to create all that you desire. The air that surrounds you, when looked after by not releasing anything into it which is poisonous or toxic, will bring  into your life a breeze of purity which will keep you swaying in the air of ever growth, ever peace and ever joy.  And YOU CAN DO ALL THIS FOR YOURSELF by doing this . . . . .see how it pays to be ‘selfish’ ?

 Sir, may I ask you one small question please? You talk about nature spirits, could you please tell me whether the Unicorn was a little animal who lived in the old days?

Not quite in the way you have pictured it.

But it seems so close and so real to me. I feel it is something I must have known in my old days, when I was a nature spirit maybe?

Maybe you were one? Dear one, each one, each one often finds closeness to one particular nature element. That is because your memory comes back to you.  You were an airy soul, you were an insect. You were a plant.  You were an animal. And you still are. So the next time your actions result in the destruction of peace of nature souls, you know they have resulted in the destruction of your own peace.

Go in Light and Be Light. The darkness on the fringes CAN be eliminated if you will permit your
light to expand. The fringes are not very far away. Do all that you can to not only to push the darkness back, but to eliminate it completely.

Go in Light.
