Jade Fire :
Good evening children!
Good evening Sir!
The Master Buddha has answered your call and will take the first part of
the meeting today. With him come Helpers from the Healing Cadre. We ask you to
take two minutes of silence to communicate with each Helper who is standing with
each one present. Tell the Helper of TWO ailments that trouble you, which you
desire to be rid of. Open your heart to any communication that the Helper might
wish to pass to you.
(The members observed two minutes of silence to communicate with the Helpers.)
Master Buddha:
Greetings beloved ones!
Greetings, Sir
We await your questions.
I just wanted to know which is the right time to change
if a certain situation exists in your life and how much do you do to avoid and
. . . . . . . .
When is the need to change?
No answers.
What should you change? Not the situation……your role in it. That
requires change. When your role in a situation becomes one that is adding to
conflict, stress, agitation that is the time to change; to change your role.
No situation welcomes you as a contributor to conflict. Blame not, look not, for
what the other has done to you. Only look at you. Some situations will
not go away from your lives, because in their vastness you have soul lessons of
equal vastness to learn. There are others which will disappear instantaneously
as soon as you change your role. Others will seem not to respond
to your change, because the lesson to be learnt is not merely one of change, but
one of acceptance of non-change. The Buddha's preachings have always
shown the path from physical smallness to soul magnitude. What particular change
is required can only be answered by you. But how will you know the answer if
there is noise within you? Silence! The practice of Silence is one
that is ignored by you all. What is Silence? What is Silence?
What is silence? As I speak is there silence? Answer!
No
You say 'no' because for each, silence is the physical absence of sound. Silence
can be experienced even in clashing, in the discordant sounds, in music. Then
what is silence?
Silence is going beyond sound; where sound matters not. Many, as you leave this room, have spoken of a peace that you have felt and yet for two hours you were, according to your answer, not in silence, because there was the sound of a human voice. Your heart was able to overcome and go beyond the sound of this voice, and experience the peace of Silence. This Silence you must get into your lives consciously. How? I hear your question. Every day, the first ten minutes must be spent in silencing yourself.
You are caught up in a whirlpool of inner sound. Sound of
happiness and sound of pain. Sound of harmony and sound of imbalance. Sound of
calm and sound of anger. Let all your sounds be. Silence is going beyond all
sounds, all sounds, to where you are. Are what? Mind? No. Body?
No. Heart? No. Soul? No. You just are! One with the whole Universe,
without any individuality. MERGE! In that silence the Universe opens all doors
of knowledge to you. In that silence. And it doesn't happen now. 100 days
later? 2000 days later? It can happen NOW, if you can lose yourself. But do not
look so far ahead. Do not permit what seems to be an impossible goal to you
just now, to scare you away from starting. Ten minutes of every day is all
you need to reach that goal. “What do I do in 10 minutes” you ask? Nothing!
Just BE. Feel yourself as water, feel yourself as air, feel yourself as
the tree, as the earth, as the Light, and feel nothing at all. Will you attempt
to quiet the mind? You are not your mind. Why try to control that which is not
you? Will you stop your restless body from moving? Why try and stop movement in
that which is not you? Will you try to stop the feelings that come up? Why pay
attention to that which is not you? Become Light, only pure Light and in that
Light you will get your first glimpse of silence. Do not feel but
experience Light. In that moment of expansion you will experience no body,
no soul, no heart, no mind, no feelings. You will become just Light. That is
your small moment of Nirvana. And then there is no change. Because you
are what you are. Light. Do not try. BE. How can Light
try to be Light? The Silence of the waves can fill your being. The Silence of
the air can remove all dust. The Silence of the fire can help you to become
fire. The Silence of the Earth can teach you the patience of silent bearing and
fortitude, of shelter and protection, of comfort and support, and all by just
BEING. Not by trying. So beloved ones, Nirvana is not attained in a
moment. And yet when attained, all that has passed seems to be just a moment as
you face the wondrous infinity of ever and never.
Sir, when I do the exercises in the morning, and when I am expanding, at that
time I definitely feel that that there is no body. Is that the same as linking
to God?
To your higher self, to God.
When I am meditating, I can never eave my feet on the
ground, because my feet and especially my toes get restless and so I have to sit
in the classical pose. Why is that Sir, what is happening to my feet at that
time Sir?
The Mother energy strongly enters your being. Place between your feet and the earth a golden shied of light. But at present, when the physicality has not completely been overcome, stay in a position that gives you physical comfort.
Sir you spoke of change. What about resistance to
change or fear of change?
When there is resistance what more is left to say?
I get a lot of tingling sensation in my feet and hands I don't know if that
is physical,….
Drink more water so that energy can flow without harm to the nerves.
I would like to ask about the non-separateness
and duality on this planet.
For that I wish you to look
at yourself. Look down and tell me what you see. With your physical eyes what do
you see?
I see my self.
You see your body.
Yes.
You see duality. What you understand intellectually, but do not see is Unity.
Within each there is a possibility of both. And within each is the potential to
reach either of these two. All on this earth, all has this possibility. Duality
is present in physical. You have called it good and bad, truth and lies, rich
and poor, light and dark. And yet there is no separateness between them. Within
each creation is the potential to Be or NOT TO BE. Duality exists
only in the physical world. The physical world that is predominantly ruled by
mental, intellectual concepts that have been built up over generations of
embodiments. Duality is essential. If duality were not present, you would have
no choice. It is illusion but it is an essential illusion. Good and bad -
illusion. But essential to your growth. Because lying in this illusion is a
foundation of reality. The reality of NON-JUDGEMENT, TO SEE THAT ALL IS ONE.
Truth and lies - illusion. But in that illusion is the reality of WISDOM TO
SEE THAT ALL ARE JUST DIFFERENT WAYS OF LOOKING AT ONE LARGE PICTURE. Rich
and poor - illusion. But it is an illusion that has within it the reality of
DISCERNMENT OF WHAT IS TRUE WEALTH. Light and dark - illusion. In this
illusion lies the past truth of who you are. Names are the doorways to
duality. Names welcome you all into a web of physicality and yet names are
an illusion. But in this illusion lies the reality of who you are and the
lessons that your soul has learnt. Sight is an optical illusion of duality.
And yet in this duality lies the reality of seeing what cannot be seen.
Thought and Word and Action are expressions of this illusion of duality.
And yet in this illusion lies the truth, that all expression is just the
expression of light. There is no separation. There is no death. And yet
there is separation and yet there is death. There is no separation from the
Divinity, but to attain this state of one-ness there must be separation
from the physical illusion. There is no death. There is only the infinity of
light that expands ever outwards and yet to experience completely this infinity
there must need be death. Death that you must physically experience; not death
of the physical body, death of physicality itself. Duality is simple to
experience. You experience it in yourself at every moment. It is essential for
choices that you have to make, because all choices have within them duality. And
yet do you in all reality have two choices, or is there only one real path?
Blessings, beloved ones.
Jade Fire:
I wanted to know. There is Ego. You know, you are aware of it.
You know that 'I' and you want to really squash. You say 'I’m trying' it
shouldn't be there. It's there already, can't get rid of it. There is so much
'I'. 'I', 'I', 'I' in myself in me. It's so difficult to get rid of.
What my child are you?
I know I'm nothing.
If you are nothing, you wouldn't be invited here. What are you?
Ego?
What are you?
I don't know!
That is the answer. When you now start from this point, all answers will be
yours. It is only when the Ego is ready to lay itself down to surrender to the
Self, can you answer 'I don't know'. Because the Ego does not know. And yet, in
some small corner of your intellectual mind, some of you had the ready answer "I
am the soul". Some of you had answered "I am Light". And we say to you, 'You
don't know'. Are you the soul because you have read so? Are you the soul
because 'we', because WE have said so? Or are you the soul because you have
experienced soul? Do you understand the importance of the answer 'I don't know’?
When the mind gives you these ready, quick, very boastful answers, 'I am soul',
you stop the process of learning further. 'I don't know' - and the door opens to
all knowledge and wisdom. But once again, to answer this question we have to go
through your intellectual mind, because humanness is that all knowledge must be
sieved through this intellectual mind. All truth must first be experienced in
the intellectual mind and then in the heart. But very often, the reins of the
mind are held so tight, that the seeping down from mind to heart
to 'being' remains incomplete. So the answers that you gave of 'I am
soul' and 'I am light' are all correct and we cannot add or detract from this
truth. We can only tell you again, 'you don't know'. Those of you who truly wish
to experience this intellectual knowledge of the soul can go through a number of
meditations and exercises which this child of ours can give you individually.
Do not condemn the Ego too much dear one. Today I am going to turn the tables
completely and my son(Syrus) will have so many questions then! He will at once
tell me, 'you said Ego is bad and now you are saying it is good? Now I am
confused. I have a mental impasse'.(Smiles) Ego is good dear one. In a physical
embodiment, you must have some physical defences which will shield the spark of
light that resides within. Why are these shields essential? When the light
within has not expanded itself completely and remains within, instead of
enveloping you completely from without, it needs a shield. The Ego is 'that
shield'. But as with many of your defences, you have lost, completely in a haze,
the reason for the defence and you have erroneously considered that this defence
is you. That is the abuse of this wonderful shield. When the Ego, which
is the physical you, is omnipresent, that is an abuse. You rightly said, that
'I' comes into everything and I respond, 'I' must come into everything. Which
‘I’? That is the important question. Is it the small 'i', that is here
and now in an illusory world, experiencing all illusions, so that it can
experience reality. Is that small 'i' of greater importance to you than
the large ‘I’? My son Sohrab is not here or he would have enjoyed this
little game that I play with you. Let us take a look at the way you write 'I'
and from there you will understand all of 'what is you'. We will take the small
'i' first, because to your mind, that is more important than the larger one.
There is a straight line and quite separate from this straight line is a round
dot. That one straight small line that is separate from the dot is an extremely
real manifestation of who you are, in physical embodiment. You are one being,
mind and body, soul and heart. But there is a separation which we have often
called the 'Veil of forgetfulness' and the separation, (some bit of the
discourse is lost here due to the malfunctioning of the microphone) … . . .
the dot that is always present, without which the 'I' is incomplete, and within
which, there is a small point of light that is your higher self. And now let us
look at the large 'I'. It is either written as one straight line, connecting
all without a seam. It has no two sides to it. It is an expression of Creation.
And there is another which has one straight line which is the Physical Creation.
It has a line at the bottom; it has a line on the top. All that is Unity was one
expanded whole, and when all is in Unity again, will become one expanded whole.
Now the choice is yours. Both 'I's are important. The small 'i' is used
repeatedly, so that you can see it, so that every time you write it and place
the dot above it, you are aware of that 'veil of forgetfulness' which is present
between you and the higher self. If you place that small dot directly above the
straight line, what you will get is again just one straight line. There will be
no separation. So my answer to you dear one is, use the ego as a defence. Do not
become the ego.
My question is, that if my mental, intellectual concepts are not letting me
be a better person, and if changing them would hurt my near and dear ones, what
should I do?
That can never take place. Neither can you change your intellectual concepts,
nor can you hurt another without truly intending to do so. Your intellectual
concepts dear one, do not change, they EXPAND. They expand enough
so that the view is not narrow but all-seeing. And when the view becomes
all-seeing, you cannot hurt another. Yes, the other may not be able to,
or may not desire to be a part of this wide vision. Yes, that is
completely possible and so what? Will you tie yourself to a pillar because
another wishes to tie herself to a pillar, or will you desire to break free from
these restraining cords? And will you break away from these restraining cords
by gathering your own inner strength, so that you become so powerful that just
one small nudge is enough to let fall the cords to the ground. Or will you take
up a sharp instrument and cut through one who is restrained and who wishes to
restrain you? In both ways the cords will fall. Intellectual concepts are
narrow by their very definition, my son. Because they are only restricted to
the intellect and they are only a concept. Concept is something abstract which
you have given a physical reality to. It does not exist. And so there is
nothing to change, but there is all to expand. Let concepts expand into reality
and let intellect expand into self. When this expansion takes place my son, all
that are in your ambit of influence will be drawn into this large expanse of
reality, will find that their own reality expands quite unconsciously, without
deliberate effort. And there will be also be those, those with rigid, narrow
view will be threatened by the expanse and who will desire to move away, because
they experience and feel this threat. They will blame this upon you. But when
your vision is wide, guilt will have no place within it, because you will see
with your all-knowing reality, the truth and the illusion.
Is the Earth planet moving into the 5th dimension? How and when?
The Earth has not yet moved completely into the 5th dimension. But it will do so
very, very soon. The question is HOW? We have no answer. It is a natural
course of the earth's blueprint. You are asking whether this movement will have
physical consequences. Yes. We do not wish to go into those, but the
consequences will cleanse the earth of all that stops her movement into the 5th
dimension.
Is living in the now, entering into the 5th dimension?
What is now? If you live now, will you not live two minutes later? Little
one, there is only now. And there is only here. And that is why
there is nowhere (now-here). Does that answer your question?
Yes.
Sir, it is said, that the regular practice of
meditation leads to self-realisation. Would you kindly comment on this?
Let us first study this word 'meditation'. It has in the present times become a
word that everyone is proud to use. There is an 'ego' attached to meditation.
Everyone wishes to meditate; from politicians to spiritual leaders, heads of
industrial houses to yogic practitioners. All wish to meditate. And they all
wish to 'realise self'. More often, the only 'self' they 'realise' is the
physical one. Because meditation can never be a small one-time process. To
meditate is to experience yourself as one with divinity. In that there is no
realisation of self; there is a forgetting, transcending, overcoming all self,
whether ego or higher self. There is only a realisation of 'Light'. Rea-li-sation
of Light. Another word used often with no understanding - Realisation. To
bring out from the closet of illusion and to manifest it as reality, is
'realisation'. Not to take it out from one closet and put it upon the shelf like
a trophy of the intellect. “I am ‘realised’!” When meditation in this sense,
has not been an ongoing process, we recommend that it be done for at least a few
minutes every day, because we are aware that 'being in meditation for every
moment' is not at this stage possible. And that is why a few minutes or a few
hours are recommended. But not having understood why it is recommended only for
a short period in a day, you seem to feel that 'we can meditate only at this
time, realise self for fifteen minutes and then go back to ego', feeling
all the time, very, very thrilled that you have 'meditated'. Meditation is
becoming one. Meditation is in every process. As you listen to my words, if
the words can enable you to transcend the physical sound and become one
with the Universal Truth that is being disseminated to you, YOU HAVE MEDITATED.
If while doing your daily chores you are able to understand the 'illusion' of
the chores, and yet realise their significance to your growth into reality, YOU
HAVE MEDITATED. If while eating you are able to look into your food and look at
it for the energy that it will give you, for the vibrations that it will fill
you with, YOU HAVE MEDITATED. But this ongoing process, for many, is a difficult
one at first. And so it is recommended that starting with a few minutes in a
day, you then EXPAND it into your very life in this embodiment. But
sadly, meditation seems to have become something that everyone likes to do for a
short while and more often than not as an ego-exercise. And then those few
minutes have been in vain.
So how will you start on this 'ongoing process' of meditation? You start with a few moments of Silence. Many of you do not know the difference between peace and calm. True meditation brings peace, not only calm. Calm is short-lived. Peace lives on and can never be destroyed. To meditate in order to be able to reach this point of Silence and Peace, one has to initially take the help of certain physical aids. What are these physical aids? The physical manifestation of the Light that you desire to reach. And that is why you have a candle, or any other open flame. It is to remind your mind, that within its trappings there is a light far more powerful than the small one that exists outside. Another aid is incense sticks or the burning of any kind of incense. Incense releases into the air a smoke that carries with it certain smells which have a vibratory wave which takes with it in its path all that is impure in the air. And the impurity can be physical as well as non-physical. It clears that element which is essential to your 'realisation' of unity. So that as your vibrations rise, they do not come into conflict with impurity, but can follow a path that is smooth and clean and quick. Another aid is the aid of sound. It may be music, it may be a chant. Sound as explained to you earlier, has its own vibrations which are 'fine'. But the sounds must be one that will encourage your vibrations to rise, not those that will encourage denser vibrations to flourish. Any kind of wind instrument is an excellent aid. Not only does it use the vibrations of sound, but it uses the very element of air to release these vibrations. When chanting is recommended to you to be done personally, it is done with one purpose in mind: to set a new 'mental thought pattern'. Thoughts follow electrical patterns that have been etched into your physical brain. That is why you find it so difficult to change your mind. A chant that is spoken by you again and again is now setting a new electrical pathway in your brain, which you can follow.
And then there is one other physical aid: and that is breathing. When the breath is taken in at the correct speed and is exhaled at the correct speed, the mind that is restless, that is ever in motion, in chaos, is physically restrained and pulled down.
The correct breath is taken in to a slow count of four. One- two- three- four. (Personal note: When I timed Sir’s count it came to five seconds.) That is one inhalation and then it is allowed to remain within your being, so that all the energy that you have gathered has the time to flow through every organ, flow through your blood, rejuvenating you, taking with it all the impurities and therefore it must be held within, without being exhaled to a count of 4. One- two- three- four. And when it is exhaled, it must be exhaled to one- two- three- four. Take only ten such correct breaths and you will physically experience a quiet that is your very small glimpse at true Silence. Now think of the number of breaths that you inhale and exhale in the time that you should have inhaled and exhaled only once. You do not take in enough energy. You have a wonderful word for this energy, you call it 'prana' and 'prana' you call 'life'. When you do not take in 'life' on what are you living? And when it is taken in, in a miniscule quantity, it is never permitted to cleanse, it is never permitted to rejuvenate; it is immediately thrown out. And then you wonder why you have high blood pressure and you have diabetes and your organs do not function! Dear ones, if you were not given food and water to eat for a few days you would die a physical death. And yet your organs are expected to give you their optimal health without getting any ‘prana’!
When you meditate in this manner, constantly and daily, you will then my son,
not need to fix a certain time of the day. You will live in meditation.
While doing the most menial chore, you will meditate. And the first sign that
your meditation is truly a meditative practice will be when anger seems to
have deserted you completely. You look around in surprise and you ask
'where did it go’? 'When did it go’? 'How did it go?' And you will have no
other answers, but the answer of being who you are. And then you will have
realised self in its vastness, as only being one in different manifestations.
See everything! Lose everything! Find everything! And that will spell SELF.
We are ready to take your questions on the subject.
Is ‘Vipasana’ the right way for meditation?
Vipasana is a pathway to true Silence. And all meditation is only
that; experiencing Silence. The Silence that can transcend all sound. But
again this has become a 'fashion'. And there is again an ego attached to this
practice. It does not make the practice less effective. It is merely in vain
for those who have not understood the truth of the practice.
Sir, when you said 'who you are' and it was mentioned
that 'I don't know'. But you have told me so many times that 'I am God and I am
his name'. So how can I say to myself that 'I don't know' Sir?
Not here (indicating the mind). You know it here but you do not KNOW it here
(indicating the heart).
But in this incarnation that is the only way that I can
know Sir.
Not true.
If you feel this and if your mind limits you into believing this untruth, yes
you will not know. But from this moment my son, let all such doubts be erased.
Your greatest challenge my son, is belief! Let the doubt in your self,
in your larger self be removed. And one day you will be able to say that ‘I
know'.
I don't feel any doubt Sir! At least not consciously
Sir.
We are glad. That has been a great movement from the time you first started.
Very, very gently all doubt and all questions and all blocks will disappear, if
you BELIEVE that they will and that you can.
Sir you spoke about the soul. Several meetings ago you had spoken to us Sir,
as we take on . . .. . . one day we will see the soul as a small bright blue
flame Sir. Where is the soul Sir? Are we all completely soul or where is the
soul Sir?
Where is the soul? He wishes to seek ! And we will answer 'it is playing
hide and seek with you'.
I don't want to play hide and seek Sir.
Play it joyously and enjoy it and one day you will answer this question for us.
I think it is the spark of God in me that is the soul
Sir.
Then that is the truth. But
your question my son was not 'what is the soul' but 'where is it’!
One scientist said that it is in some part of the brain
Sir. Whether it is his brain or mine, I don't know.
Then for him that is the truth.
Sir can I ask a question? The chants which we do in meditation, are they
equally effective whether they are uttered personally or whether they are not
uttered?
Child, we explained briefly why we sometimes recommend that you physically say
them. No it is not always essential to chant them yourself. The very vibrations
of the sounds present in your environment will certainly help you to clear it.
But when you chant them yourself dear one, the chants give their power to you
to reach a moment of Silence. A silence that has been veiled from you, concealed
from you due to restlessness in the mind. If the restlessness in the mind can be
stilled, without the physical utterance of the chant, there is no compulsion of
the chant being said by you.
Sir your time is up.
We are being dismissed! (Sir joked and everyone laughed)
At the point of death, it is said that the soul 'escapes'. From where and
how?
It escapes from the 'physical trap' that is the human body. Now my son (Syrus)
will again ask me, ‘that means the soul is inside the body’? And we will have to
tell you my son, that the answer is both 'yes' and 'no'. The 'soul energy' my
child, the soul-energy, its true vibration is brought down to the denser
vibrations by the very fact that you are in physical embodiment. This happens
when there is the 'silver cord' between the soul energy and the dense energies
of the 'physical'. This 'silver cord' 'ensures' that the soul energies can, for
a part of time, come down to that energy level, to that vibration speed which is
acceptable to you in that physical embodiment. When you make a conscious,
free-will, deliberate choice to raise your energies, to raise your vibratory
level, you are not raising the energy of the soul, but your physical energy.
When the 'physical vibrations' rise up, the soul vibrations will automatically
rise closer to the true vibratory levels, because now the physical will be able
to take the higher level of the soul. When the 'silver cord', at physical death
is broken, is snapped, the soul almost 'bounces' back to its original vibratory
level because there is no 'trap'. It 'escapes' from this 'restraint' that was
placed upon it. Now you will think that everyone's soul has the same vibratory
levels. Not true. You are all Light. Yes. But just as light in different
intensities has a different vibratory level, so do souls. So your soul, dear
one, will go back to your soul vibratory level. And when does the soul vibratory
level increase? When you are with us in the Spirit world you work upon your
soul energies rising. And when you are in physical embodiment you work upon
your 'physical' energies rising, so that the distance between one and the
other can eventually become 'none'.
Be light dear ones. Be light.
Thank you Sir.
We wish to thank all those who prayed and spread their light so that for the
present, the absence of the light has once again been filled with light.
Thank you Sir.
Go in Light.
