Elaeenah’s Channelling:
Good evening everyone.
Let us today speak about the elements. Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Ether. Outside and within. You are made up of nothing but these elements.
Let us first discuss the one that you see most often, experience most often and yet take most often for granted; The Earth. It is what gives you life and sustenance, supports all creation and asks for very little in return. Just as you have the earth, which is tangible, living, breathing and all-encompassing, so also is that tangible part of you that you call your body. Your physical flesh, bone, muscle, sinew, organs are all made of earth. But you cannot see it in the same way as you can see the soil and because of your shortsightedness you assume that all earth must be soil, mud, stone and that is not true. The term earth is a term given to a dense, solidified part of energy that has its molecules placed in a certain pattern following a certain speed of vibration, essential to hold them in that pattern. That element is called earth. It can take what might seem to be different manifestations. So the flesh upon your bones does not appear to be the same as the bones itself. The muscles, sinews and tendons, although related, do not look like the other. Each organ looks different and the whole physical body looks so much more different than the earth that you stand upon and yet it is the same element. The pattern of molecular structure is almost the same. The speed of vibration is exactly the same. That is why, when this element goes through a change, your physical also goes through the change because your physical is the same element.
So we have discussed one element and yet it is not complete. The earth doesn’t look alive to you. What grows on top of it, under it and within it seems far more alive than the earth itself and yet the life comes from earth. The earth is like a battery of life. Were it not for this element life as you know it would not be sustained. So what is this life that is so vitally present in earth? This life is part of a larger energy that you have called "Prana". It is only a small part of that energy. A larger part of that energy sustains the element that you have called ether. Now we will study it.
Earth and ether are therefore very closely interlinked. They, both, are sustained by the same energy structure but one, because of its freer nature, because it is not densified is recognized by you as prana and the other, because it is a solidified molecular structure, is not easily identified as that same element. That is why often, your scientists have said that you have four elements. They have not given ether a separate strata, realm, sphere all to itself. And in a way they are right because ether and earth are truly so deeply intermingled that it would really become almost impossible to talk of them as two completely separate elements. The only difference is not in the rate of vibration but in the molecular structure. In one, the molecular structure is very, very close and though the rate of their spinning of the molecular vibration is the same, the closeness between molecules will reduce the physical speed of spinning, keeping the vibratory level the same.
You must be able to understand that there is a difference between speed and vibration. When we talk of speed we talk of physical speed, the rate of the spinning. Vibration is an inherent rate at which energy moves itself. So earth and ether will have differing speeds in the molecular structure, vibratory levels remaining the same.
Then comes water. The most apparent of the water element in you is of course the bodily fluids, whether they are plasma or blood or the spermatic fluid, or just simply the water content; but that is only its physical manifestation. Now the elements change themselves. Water will bifurcate itself into its physical manifestation and its non-physical manifestation. In its non-physical manifestation, water will show itself as your emotions, as your feelings. Very often, you have been told to "go with the flow" of what happens in your life. The words itself should have been indicative. "Flow" is always used with water element. What does it therefore mean, when you are urged to move with the flow? You are asked not to raise dams, which will artificially stem the flow of this very vital element.
The importance of actual bodily fluids is so evident that we need not go into it but it is vital for you to understand that in its non-physical manifestation, water plays an even more important role. In fact, many of you consider that the blood and other fluids are very vital to you for your health; and you are right. But you have not completely understood that it is its non-physical manifestation, which affects the health of its physical manifestation. So your emotions and your feelings will determine the health, or otherwise, of your bodily fluids, because these fluids move through your entire earthly element, which is your physical body structure. Once again, whether they are healthy or otherwise will now affect the physical structure. So you can see how important it is to have health, to have healthy emotions.
Now what are healthy emotions? Do we mean to tell you that anger is not healthy? That fear is not healthy? Not at all! The only time when any emotion begins to be, what we will call, unhealthy, is when they are not allowed to flow completely. It is as important as taking a very, very tight tourniquet, tying it to your wrist and then stating that, "I will now not permit my blood to flow into the palm of my hand". You will stop the flow of blood certainly, but if you continue this, after a few hours your hand will turn a very dark blue and a few hours later, it will have affected the actual physical structure, deadening several parts of the palm. This works in exactly the same manner with emotions.
Emotions must be allowed to flow completely. If there is anger, do not raise a dam by telling yourself, "I must not be angry. It is wrong on my part. I have been taught to love". Yes, you have certainly been taught to love but first you have been taught to love yourself. By stopping health is not love. So when you are angry, allow yourself, to completely feel, acknowledge, recognize and be aware of the anger. Will this mean that you will become aggressive and violent? No! It is the dam that brings about the aggression and violence. When a river has to flow and a dam is erected, and when the waters of the river build up to a volume when they become dangerous, they topple the dam. Violence! Aggression! Never think that violence and aggression is the result of a one-time anger. It is not! It is the build up of the volume that is now threatening to burst the dam. So if you do not raise the dam ever, the waters will not build up, there will never be a violent or an aggressive outburst.
So how does one tackle these emotions, which you have termed unhealthy? Let us take the commonest one; that of rage. A situation has arisen where there is great rage that has accumulated within you. First you must recognize that you have already built up dams because of past conditioning. To bring down those dams will take time, but let us not add more volume to those dams. So the next time there is rage, feel the rage completely. Let it flow. Let it be manifest in words. If we are enraged with this child (Raju) and there is no dam, I will not have to use abusive terms with her but in very polite and yet angry terms, I can completely acknowledge my anger. I do not have to dam it or stem it because of any unhealthy conditioning.
Another common emotion is panic, worry, anxiety. Let it happen. Recognize that you are panicking, that there is great worry, that you are anxious. Share it with someone whom you trust. Recognize that worry takes place because of lack of faith and that this is okay. You are human. You are in your evolutionary stages. Of course, you will go through lack of faith but through this experience, you will learn greater and greater faith. But if you do not allow the experience to take place, if you do not acknowledge that, "I am scared because I don’t have complete faith", you will never be able to have faith. One must acknowledge lack in order for there to be no lack. If one hides from it, then again another dam has been built. So it is okay to fear, it is okay to worry, it is okay to be anxious, as long as you go through the entire experience completely, without bringing any conditioning upon you as a burden.
So whenever there is an emotion, let the water element flow completely. Let it wash you. Yes, even emotions like rage, when allowed to flow completely, wash. Like energy attracts like energy, so when rage is allowed to wash you, it will take with it in its flow, all the bits of rage that you have dammed up in the past. It will wash you and leave you cleaner. There will be a lightening of a burden and you will feel that.
Now let us take air. Air is an element where the molecular structure is so far apart that there is almost no structure at all and yet there is a structure. But it is so far placed that one cannot see it as a structure because one is not trained to look at such a large picture. You have air within you, that part in you that is so large, so expansed that you cannot see it because you have been conditioned to only look at a small picture and when the picture is large, you have been trained to look at it in small segments. But no one has trained you to put those small segments together and then once again, view it as large. So now comes the time when you have to look at yourself, not as something so small but as something that is very, very large. Air, therefore, holds your thought. Mental processes are your "air" element. Thought is vast. Have you ever been able to catch your thoughts? Before you are aware that you have thought, it has already escaped. That is why it is impossible for you to stop thinking, even when you know your thoughts are, what you have termed, negative thoughts. That is the air part of you, so large and so vast that you cannot get a grip of it. But when the water element is allowed to go through the earth element completely, water will then turn to air.
You have learnt in your very elementary physics, about the three states of matter; solid, liquid and gaseous and yet you have never applied it to yourself. But whatever is outside is inside. Haven’t you sometimes asked yourself, "What is the purpose of all this knowledge that we have learnt in school, which I have never applied? Yes, I can see ice turning to water turning to steam but how does it help me"? That steam and ice and water does not help you but the knowledge that you see outside, when applied to inside, helps you. You are shown it outside so that it is easier to understand. Now you know you have it within. The solid, which is the earth element, the liquid, which is the water element and gaseous, which is air…thought processes.
Let us see how they change different forms of matter. The earth element has formed your physical structure. Whether it remains solid or it begins to flow will depend upon the water element, your emotions. As soon as the water element is allowed to mingle with the earth element, water element will now begin to get heated. What is this heat? Golden light. When it is heated, it turns gaseous. Air, thought, mind expansed. It is so simple and yet so difficult for you to understand.
What you have been trying is the other way around. You have tried to capture air because you have been trying to control thought. Through that conditioning of the mind, you have been trying to stem your emotion…water is being dammed…and through that you have been trying to now cleanse your physical body. But the process has started from the wrong end. Start it from the end where it is easier. Earth and water are in your control. Air is not. It is too vast in its structure for the denseness of this physical structure to encompass. It is not possible; so do not try to trap what is vast by using something that is extremely narrow in its scope. The mental process is what opens up the elements of the universe to you. Universal elements are not earth, water and air. They are different, which we will discuss later. What is the universe made of? What are those elements?
Then we come to an element, fire, already discussed as golden light. Fire is the spark of a universal element within you. We will not name that element but it is fire, which is the only known element to you, which is actually part of the universal element. Fire gives you passion, courage, creativity, imagination, drive, inspiration; and fire gives you the ability to love, not water. It is fire that gives you the ability to love. Fire is, therefore, that element that is present in the earth, in water, in air and in ether. But you know physical fire and you know how physical fire can destroy. This is a good example to show you how universal energy, when abused, can cause great destruction. And yet, not all burning is destruction. Very often, burning is clearing away the dross; the garbage heap set alight. How you use universal energy is completely up to your free will choice. It can be used to enhance all other elements. It can be used to harm and destroy all other elements and because it is present in all other elements, whether used constructively or destructively, it will change an aspect of the element with which it mingles. Therefore, thoughts become revengeful. When thoughts become revengeful, the emotion that is being carried with the water element is one of hate, one of rage, which has not been allowed to flow out of the body. When that gets translated now into the earth element, into the physical structure, revenge comes out as a physical act of violence. And in all three, fire is present.
You have a lot to learn from the elements of nature around you. In fact, whenever there is what you have termed a natural calamity, stop there and look at that element within you. You will find that there will be a surprising similarity outside of you and inside of you. Most earthquakes are accompanied by severe physical ill health. You do not generally link the two situations. Now you know you can. It may be just a severe nausea or a headache. It may even worsen into a diabetic coma. When you have a tidal wave, look around you and you will find that not only you, but those around, are suddenly reaching high peaks of reactivity, quite unusual to them. The flow of the water element seems to have reached dangerous peaks within you and others. Typhoons, cyclones are always accompanied by thoughts that not only get scattered but which get intensified in their fierceness. What is outside is only, and always, a reflection of you. If these natural calamities take place in areas where you live, then here is an opportunity to study yourself even more intensely. Use natural calamities to study yourself. You may feel that the elements within you seem to react to what is outside, but actually what is outside has reacted to what was present within.
Any questions on this?
Deepak: You said to let the anger go but when you confront another with your anger it becomes an ego clash and makes the condition worse.
Initially, it certainly will, little one. Why? Because initially you are also coming from the dammed emotions of old conditioning. You have not let it flow and so already there is a build up. So when it is released, it will be released with a force, with an aggression, with a violence that will bring about a violent and similar reaction in the person. That is what you call an ego clash; but go beyond that. Let it happen a few times. Those dams have to be burst. Only then, can the flow begin. So yes, initially you will have to go through that but you must be aware of why this is happening. You must acknowledge that what is happening is, conditioned dams being broken. Do not get scared by its physical manifestation in the first few situations because then again you will start building the dams. Initially, accept and expect violent outbursts. It is a natural part of the process. It cannot be overridden. But when the dams have been broken, then your anger will start flowing healthily where you are not coming from conditioned violence and therefore it will not draw forth a reaction from the other. But yes, it will take time.
Usha: How do we let the anger go healthily?
Healthy flow of anger is first acknowledged within. We will give you an example. If this child (Raju) were to have a fight or a quarrel with this child (Diana), for a healthy flow of anger, there can be no reactivity. Reactivity is the result of dammed anger of the past. When there is no reactivity on this child’s (Diana) part, there will be a response to the anger that she has felt. This response will either be expressed first or expressed later, but expression must be a part of the process. It can work in two ways. She (Diana) may, in response, express her anger to this child (Raju), where she verbalizes the anger, what particular part of the situation caused the anger and how she is feeling. If at this point she needs to distance herself from this child (Raju) for even an extended period of time, in response and in complete health, she will be able to ask her to leave her presence and not to come within her presence till as long as she does desires this. When this anger catalyst (Raju) has been removed from her presence, the second step would be her complete acknowledgement that eventually the anger, though catalyzed by another, is really her own response. Now she has to look within her emotional flow of the water element to find out where was the ripple in the flow. If there was a particular word, a gesture, a look, that caused this ripple, she now needs to study the flow and find out why there was a ripple. Unless she understands her own flow, she will not be able to remove the ripple. The ripple will continuously keep coming. In someone else the process might be the other way around where the individual wishes to first understand the flow and then verbalize and express, as a response, the anger that was felt. Not as a reaction.
Diana: This is to do with anxiety. You said it stems from lack of faith. Lack of faith of…..?
In yourself! Anxiety is always lack of faith in yourself. Have you not faced situations where you are completely sure that those whom you call the Masters will look after a situation and yet there is anxiety? The anxiety stems not from lack of faith in the Divine but lack of faith in your own divinity. How is this lack of faith expressed? First, do I deserve it? Second, can I do it? That is your lack of faith. Each one of you here can manifest whatever you desire. You know that but have you been able to do it in a large way? No. Because there is always the question, "Can I really do it? Is it possible for me to do it? I am no saint. Do I have that power of the Divine within me?" This is your lack of faith and that is why the anxiety.
The meeting ended here.
Then Elaeenah spoke to the group.
Elaeenah: I will be made to say Oms in different patterns and you are asked to repeat them after me in exactly that manner.
(After the Oms were chanted by all)
Elaeenah: You are asked that if possible, for the next half an hour not to speak too much, in fact to stay as silent as possible because the Oms were said in a certain way to create some energy patterns within you, which should not be disturbed and scattered immediately.
