Elaeenah’s Channeling:

Good Evening. And a joyous spring to you all. Today is the one day when you all think of colour. Some enjoy it and some are completely disgusted by it. Let us take this same subject of colour for today. Let us see how vital colour is to you. You have three primary colours- Red, blue and yellow. Let us see, how these are primary to you.

The red is associated with your first energy wheel – Stability. Grounding, beliefs, attitudes, that which you are rooted in. In a word your conditioning; that is symbolized by red. You are grounded in your conditioning, in your beliefs, in your attitudes. Your roots go down and have a foundation in how you have conditioned yourself because eventually each soul accepts particular conditioning and rejects another. So red symbolizes your root, that which actually forms the very basis of who you are in this physical incarnation.

Then there is yellow, the solar plexus, which is the house of all your emotions your feelings. But from where do these arise? From the roots. Whatever belief, attitude, mindset is sent up from the roots from the main branch to your solar plexus will result in how you feel, in how you react, in how you respond.

Then there comes blue. It is on the basis of what you feel that you express. And you see how the three are very vitally linked. It goes as one main stem. You believe and you feel and you react. Reaction will either manifest as expression or non-expression. Both are reactivity. Very rarely does it come as a response. Most times expressions are a result of your reactivity.

Those whose reactivity is extreme will be those who generally regret what they say. ‘I wish I hadn’t opened my mouth. I wish I had kept quiet. I wish I had thought a while before saying these words.’ High reactivity. Those are the ones who need, if you can call it a blue therapy, to reduce reactivity.

(To Rekha)It would be a good thing for you to look at; when you treat your patients ask them about reactivity. Do they generally speak and regret? Are they in fact very, very slow to speak? And some never speak. Or are they healthily somewhere in between? This will give you a good idea about these three main centers. You will then know that you need to treat all three, not only one. Let that be one of the questions you ask.

So we have seen the three vital centers. Your mind set and conditioning, based on that is how you feel and how you emote. Based on your feelings and emotions is your expression and your non-expressions.

Then we have a merge of these colours.

The red and the yellow merge to bring an ORANGE – creativity. Creativity, not reactivity. A merge of your mindset and your feeling will make you creative, imaginative. When the mind set is based or rooted in complete prejudice /bias, the yellow is not golden, but almost a kind of dirty yellow. A merge of these two will make the creativity into one that verges on revenge. How to get back at another who has hurt me. So the person will be creative in ways that may not always be for his good or for the good of others. When the mindset is not rooted in hard, rocky prejudice but the roots go down into fine sand, into soil that breathes, that allows another’s views to intermingle with your own, the feelings that are resultant of this will result in a bright golden yellow. The orange will then be more saffron. That creativity of saffron is one that results in beauty. There is no one who can create beauty when the roots are embedded in a rocky soil of prejudice.

When this creativity is attained, when you can beautify the world around you, then yellow merges with blue and becomes GREEN. Dependent upon the colour of yellow, dependent upon the shade of blue, will be the resultant green. If yellow is golden, vibrant, blue almost seems to shine out, the green will be a lime green. It will remind you of a new born leaf in spring. That green is a shade that no artist can ever reproduce. That green is the prefect expression of human love. When feelings and emotions are open to and not shut off from other’s scrutiny, when the mindset is not rigid, when expression is allowed to flow freely, when all these merge into a harmonious whole, the green of its colour spreads universal human love. There is no prejudice. There is no determining who you are giving love to. All children are your own. All parents are your own, and all are friends who need your love. But when this yellow is a dirty yellow without a resultant outward brilliance, when the blue has been suppressed in its brilliance because of a fear of expression or the blue has been turned into a shade of black because of ill use or very high reactivity, the green will be a dull, dirty, brownish green. There will be no vibrancy to it. There will be no brilliance. It is the green that shows that the person is scared of love. That green results from extreme prejudice, feelings that are raw and are always open to hurt which you want to conceal, expression that is either too scared to reveal itself or out of fear expresses itself in words that hurt. That is the brown green for the one who needs great amount of love from you.

When all this is clear it is only then that the blue in its brilliance will attract the universal spark. Pink. But the pink that comes in will only be in gradual droplets. A small amount of pink added to a brilliant blue result in INDIGO. Now with this pink within your physical system you are now ready to reach out to higher and higher versions of your own energy. None of the other colours can attract your higher energy. It is only when pink is added to it, it is only pink that attracts greater and greater quantities of pink into your system. When greater and greater quantities are added you are able to access your own energies at higher and higher realms bringing you to the violet. That is the completion of the physical system but its root is red. All is dependent upon mindset. When mindset becomes close and rigid, pink cannot enter.

Now let us take the two ends. Red and pink. It is the same colour except that the red now has a large quantity of white. Light. When red opens itself up to becoming diluted, when red does not hold on to self and says only I am right, when you permit the universe to dilute who you are, knowing full well that in this dilution you will not find yourself, then you become pink. Pink signifies a complete dilution. As greater and greater dilution takes place, pink turns to white. But in its whitest there is still a small speck of red. That which you are can never die. It can get diluted but it is up to you to allow yourself to be diluted. It is very difficult. To allow yourself to leave self and say I am happy and joyous not to be me. I am happy and joyous to be I. There is a difference in the two pronouns. "Me" is the red with all its mindset. "I" which is the pink has every single "Me" within it. When you can see both the ends you haven’t disappeared, you have just diluted your patterns, your beliefs, your conditioning.

Now let us see why this day of colour comes in this particular month. That might be interesting for you. We always consider when we speak of the physical energy wheels, as only six not seven. The seventh is your gateway to the universal energy of your own. So you have six energy wheels and they have two months of the year in which they are most active. Red starts with the beginning, January and February. Why these two months? You start your year, your life, your journey with these two months in which you condition your growth. What kind of an adult you are going to be? What kind of a human being you will turn out to be? - are all in the beginning two months of your journey. When we say two months we are using it symbolically when we look at your life. It refers to about the first six years of your life. Those are the January and February of your one year.

Once that has been set comes March and April. Depending upon what you believe in now what you will create. Spring, HOLI comes in March. What will you create in this one year? What have you in fact set as a foundation in the earlier two months upon which now will reside your creation? What kind of imaginative effort will you put in to beautify your world, your life?

Then come May and June. The heat of the sun can be compared to the heat of your emotions. They are sometimes very, very strong. They burn you, scorch you, and very often singe others. The heat of emotion, that has to be controlled.

The heat must be soothed by the rain. July and August. The gentleness of your own love, and the love of another brings rain which gives you life, makes you cool. The heat of your emotions is laid to rest, is allowed to sink down into a now revitalized earth. When there is rain there is life and nature expresses herself with beauty.

It is then that what is not needed is allowed to fall. September and October. Autumn. Let the old leaves fall away. Sweep them out of your lives. Do not hold on to beliefs fearing that the tree will die. The tree does not die. It looks bare for a while and not very pretty.

But when all the leaves have fallen, come November and December. A time to take some rest before the leaves turn green and grow out into what is a brand new tree. Let the gentleness and coldness of the snow make you slumber. Let yourself hide in a little cave where you can be alone. Alone to review the months of January to December. So that when January comes around again, what you start with is not the same conditioning but something brilliant, something new. Every year let this be your life. Do not consider this as one year in your life, but your life itself. Each year start as something and end as something else so that the next life you start with something more beautiful, so that this journey that you take may only appear to be the same but in fact it will be taking another journey, another soul . A soul that has gone through spring and summer, rain and autumn, a soul that has felt the heat, has suffered the autumn, and yet knows that the cold of winter need not always be dire. In fact the snow can give you an embrace that is warm and comforting, reminding you of the womb from where you came.

God Bless you all. May your lives be filled with colour. Colours that are brilliant, vibrant, shining, so that it is not only your journey from one end to another that is beautiful but your colours will be like the colours that you have today thrown upon others. What do you do when you take that colour and throw it upon another? Having understood its symbology what you are really saying is ‘with my vibrant colours I now make you colourful and vibrant too. Let me remove with my colours any dreariness and gloom that is in your life’. That is what HOLI is all about. And these colours today we spread onto you.
