We shall speak. Today, this child must learn to give, not emanate. She has been hoarding her energies, like a miser, under the guise of giving you fancy words. She has to give, of self. Give, give. Yes, she must give up to the point, where she feels there is nothing left, and when she accepts she is not empty, she is full-filled, she will understand, how giving of self to others is giving to self. Give. Give. All of you don’t have the confidence to give. You decide who needs the energies. Just give. She wants to apologize for what she calls drama, but we shall not permit her and neither of you will accept any apology she might volunteer. She places such a rein upon her channeling because she fears rejection. She has no confidence in allowing us to speak.

All of you may learn a lesson here, when you are thankful to everyone and all that is. This child (Diyvaa) cannot turn back.

We gave her a choice, she consciously allowed the doors behind her to close, not knowing what was ahead, but now she fears that.

We of the Etheric Council greet you. For many millennia it has been our soul purpose to gather unto us a large force of volunteers who have undertaken the service not just for humanity but to every life form contained in every realm, in every dimension of this universe. We also wish to thank all his light workers within this chamber, for all the work they have done and will continue to do, in the name of the Ashtar command. Greetings to you dear ones. I come to you today, in a completely different form, completely as myself. As the Ash-ra-an, that once was, before the command ever happened. I wish to talk to you, for a few moments on what it is exactly we are doing on this planet. I along with many other etheric masters helped this planet give birth to living beings, that inhabited on the mantel, in the core, and the surface of this beautiful planet. We did this with the general consciousness of humanity in mind; I, along with many other masters am part of what you call your family tree. I take great pride, in calling myself your father. You all understand, DNA composition, here is a bit of information that you do not know. Your scientists have still to discover the fact that within your DNA, lies multiple facetted exponential DNA of every ancestor that you have had. Deep down inside the core at some level... lies me. Can you understand our connection? There is no disparity. I come to you today as Ash-ra-an under the guidance of my leader, Ashtar-shan-rah, whom you know better as The Yezu. The light workers know him as Lord Sananda. He is my brother, my father, my guide and my light. Under his auspices, I have been able to develop my force. Now what has been termed as the Ashtar Command, not just on your planet, but on many, many for you are not the only ones, many planets and suns and nebulae all over the known universe. I am your Shepherd. I will lead you when you are astray. I will pick up those that are injured and hurting, I will just be there for you. It has been my job for many, many billions of years, to plant what you have come to know as star seeds, among various planets, star systems, nebulae, gas clouds. These are all part of my flock, as is all of humanity. I am not copyright. I am not the sole property of any individual, any group, and any corporation. Any one who serves is me and I am them. I need your help. As supremely advanced light workers, it is now your job to carry forth the ideals of the Ashtar Command on what you know as the 4^th, into the 5^th. Carry the ideals of service for each one of you is a master. Carry the ideals of service to anyone and everyone no matter what economic state, what social or cultural state, what color, what creed they are. You each have the power; each master within this room has the power to change the world. Can you imagine what would happen if all of you decided to come together? If all of you decided to create your own command? For create it you must. You will be a microcosm to macrocosm of the evolution of Mother Earth she requires it, you will supply it. Be more in touch with each other. Use the forums that you have developed with each other. Call each other up if you need. If one needs then all must provide it. No longer must you work as a single entity. No longer shall he be known as a single leader or her. You are the Ashtar Command and I wish to welcome you.

(To Sohrab) If you permit I will take two questions pertaining to the Command.

How many universes can you think of? Can you imagine? Can you conjure up? You can conjure up lets say an x amount that fit into what you call a correct quantity for yourself. She will have another number. Him another, her another. Each one of these is right. Till date no master can tell you or give you a finite number of dimensions or realities that exist. That is all I can say. I do not have a number. But every day you think of a reality we transport to that reality. You all are the conduits of creation. Your great authors who write science fiction do just that. You open up new universes and then we enter using your imagination to reach out to those individuals. Let it also be known, that we control nothing. We are just a group, although it is a very, very large group of friends, who voluntary have come together because The Mother Earth called us, many years ago, to help her transition into the 5^th. In that instant of now we appeared, and we will continue to serve her, till she wishes. And the day she does not require our services anymore we shall go away.

Mother Earth:

My dear, dear son. Thank you. And thank you to all those who are genuinely so very concerned about me. I am just a fragment of what you call, your mother. This vessel would not be able to hold me as a whole. Let me just say this. I am neither doing good, nor am I doing bad, I am just as I ought to be. And when the time comes for upheaval, there will be upheavals. And when time comes for peace there will be peace. For no one, and please understand this, no one can come in the way of my blueprint. Do not think that by cutting down the rain forests, or causing artificial fires or exploding nuclear weapons, you are going to harm me. This will not affect my transition and at the same time there is a great paradox in my existence because I have given birth to you .Free will choice entities, because I would like to see how you transition special way along with me and I will not be hurt if you decide not to come along with me for I must move and move I will. Non-judgmentally, with complete love for you. I am doing fine. But just as the master spoke as Light workers, for it is a great, great responsibility that you have to be ready for the upheavals when they come and there will be a lot. Understand why they are there; give them love as I love you.

How few have utilized the time to study your own rays. What purpose is served? Is this again going to be left at the stage of intellectual knowledge? And when will you become ready to then sensitizing yourself to the rays of others.

Ray 3. If Ray 3 exists on a mental level, active intelligence becomes a process of hoarding, taking in all that is available on a mental level. But do not forget, the mental ray is your higher mind. If the mental Ray is Ray 3 you will be one of above normal intellect, often a genius. Have you ever questioned who is a genius? A genius is one whose lower mind capacity has expanded to a higher mind capacity of a non-genius individual. Can you then fathom what his higher mind capacity would be? And each one of you can be that. All you need to do is to strive for release. Release from the clutches of a slave (pointing to the head) to whom you have given the keys of your kingdom. Instantly you too will be a genius. Research scientists often have mental Ray 3. You must understand that the words active intelligence have not been loosely kept. This intelligence is used actively. If the lower mental hold is strong such an individual will only be a hoarder; learning all any have to offer, only for the purpose of an ego enhancement because the knowledge stays at the level of the lower intellect. But with mental Ray being Ray 3, you have the potential of moving away from the lower intellect as and when you desire. The moment the intellect moves away from lower to higher, intellectual knowledge is then instantly experienced within.

You as a race have chosen to experience knowledge through conflict. That is why you as a race need Ray 4. You have chosen that this ray of harmony through conflict be a vital playing actor in your games. So as soon as lower intellect becomes higher intellect, instantly will follow experiential wisdom and for that, you must therefore understand, it will be through a process of difficulties and conflicts that you will create. Through those conflicts you will then apply the higher intellect and have active intelligence of a higher kind.

A mental Ray 3 individual has an extremely quick grasp of mysteries that seem somehow unsolvable to another. The comprehension is extremely quick, almost instantaneous. Emotional and mental issue resolution therefore will be as quick because the understanding of the mystery within self is seen as clear as daylight. It only needs a willingness to look within, and all is like an open book. For those whose mental ray is not Ray 3, the inner mysteries confound them.

(To Roxanne) To heal these for whom the inner process is s difficult one and therefore an obstacle to the healing process, completely engulf their bodies with the force of Ray 3, overpowering the other rays that are inherent so that the force of Ray 3 can allow the clarity to enable the person to understand the debris that lies within. Without the understanding there will be no resolution. That is why so often many, many are not able to move not because they do not desire the progress, but because they do not have the ability to see and understand, grasp and comprehend, as quickly as is required.

When Ray 3 is the physical ray, this works very, very beautifully. All around that person will be opportunities of learning far more than those with other physical rays. There will be intelligent people, books, institutions; a wide array to choose from depending upon the mental ray of that individual. He will, either, accept all the learning, accept it partially, or reject it completely. Often this rejection follows if the physical ray is 3 but the mental is 4. The mental with Ray 4 accepts conflict. Easy access of learning is harmony without conflict. Such individuals will also face failures when they wish to appear for your entrance examinations to higher learning. The physical ray will bring the opportunity; the mental ray will create the conflict. Beautiful, but from your perspective, sad; but not sad at all. It only gives such an individual the opportunity to grow, if the individual has chosen. So look around you; from childhood have there been immense opportunities for you to learn? How have you responded to these opportunities? Then study your physical and mental rays and you will understand why.

A physical Ray 3 individual is also intellectually oriented. Like the mental ray individual, the physical ray individual appreciates and respects knowledge and those with knowledge, but unlike the mental individual, not always will the physical ray individual wish to access this knowledge for self. There may be a respectful distance placed between an intellectual person and self.

Then comes the astral ray 3. On an astral Ray 3 active intelligence, more often than not translates to what you call mediumship of a very high level of learning. You call it mediumship. We only look at it as the potential to expand that which exists in the universe. Astral ray 3 gives you the potential for tremendous expansion only for the purpose of learning, learning intellectually, whether it is from the lower of the higher intellect. This expansion need not be for the purpose of growth or development. So you can have a medium who can give you the expanded knowledge, but in experiential wisdom, has none. The astral ray 3 opens the doors of the universe easier for such an individual. Such an individual has experience of lifetimes of universal knowledge and will therefore use what the universe provides, to make this lifetime work easier for himself. Such an individual need not be intelligent in your terms. In fact basic mathematics may be almost impossible if mental Ray is not Ray 3. And yet when the individual allows the lower intellect to rest then 2+2 is not a problem, because why 2+2 = 4 is answered by Astral ray 3. But as soon as the astral Ray 3 fades into the background the individual will once again be blank about 2+2. And you will wonder how those individuals whom you term stupid, dull can access such information.

You have a word for some of these individuals. You call them idiots. And morons. Those are individuals who have chosen to limit their lower mind growth; consciously limit their lower mind growth. These are individuals who have honestly assessed their intellectual egos of the past. They have seen in their records how they have used the intellectual egos to abuse power and they now willingly and consciously limit their mental growth. You do not know what you say when you use the word idiot or moron. Some of you do not even know the actual English meaning of the word that you use. Often these individuals deliberately restrict the lower mind growth, but such an individual has access to knowledge far beyond your own, if his astral ray is 3. The village idiot is mocked at, scorned and laughed at, but it is the village idiot alone who will know that in a week there will be floods in the village because when he connects to his astral connection with Ray 3, he can access all that there is.

When one whose intellect is thus restricted tells you something, do not laugh it off. Very often it is truth revealed and presented to you. You only show your own dullness when you mock at these. Let us study your reaction. How many of you laughed when we used these words. Did you see how your own ego instantly took this opportunity to mock one who isn’t even present? Do you see how you react? Where is Ray 2? As a group you are a group of Ray 2. Why have you lost such complete link with your monadic families that when one, who is not normal in your judgment, is laughed at, but never loved? Why do you use others to bring humor into your lives? Is that truly humor? Who do you laugh at? You laugh at you. You laugh because you wish to forget. You do not wish to acknowledge that the idiot before you is you. Laugh all that you wish, but never use another to make you feel good by becoming superior. In your laughter there is a looking down. There is a pedestal which you have placed yourself upon and then there is the danger that one day you will look down and see that there is no real pedestal. Your downward journey then will be very quick. Never, never laugh at another. If you cannot love, then you do not have the right to laugh.

Yes this child (Ellaeenah) may turn around and laugh at this one (Sohrab), but there is such complete love in her heart that she has been given the right to laugh at him. That is the only time you have the freedom to laugh at someone. When there is complete, unconditional love for the person. And then she doesn’t really laugh at him. She only uses his idiosyncrasies, flaws and weaknesses, to laugh with him so that in this light vein she can give him a little nudge which he might require. When she laughs about his beautiful nose, what is she telling him? "Sweet friend I love you. Your nose does not make you ugly as you think. I love you as you are". That is how you use your laughter when there is complete love, and then with you he will laugh and for a brief, brief moment he has accepted that which he does not like. For a brief moment through that laughter you have taken your friend to a place of acceptance. Be aware that this is how you function at all levels. The greater awareness you have about how you function the better will you be as unified beings.

Channelling through Sohrab:

Anybody who has been with us for less than 3 sessions, I would request you to leave the room. It will only take a few moments.

I will proceed; I will proceed to radiate two energies to you. One will be very loving and positive one, other will be very, I don’t want to use the term negative, but a very drawing, discordant energy. You are being asked to absorb the good one and use the strength to repel the other. Please use your strength because you will feel depleted and you will feel off for the rest of the evening. You have a choice you may even now leave the room. It is entirely your choice. Please think well and this is your choice and there is no judgment against anybody who don’t participate, particularly if you are in ill health and do not wish to participate.

(Laughter) How many were deceived. The smiling energy was negative and the sour, the positive. Go beyond appearances dear friends. But many did, many did realize. Learn to open yourself and feel energy. Do not get deceived by the appearance of a smiling, a person or a friend who extensively offers you a hand in time. Similarly look beyond the sour faced teacher, the angry parent, the child who only has love to offer.
