Son, (To Sohrab) this child is accessing our, what you may call, vast energies. She needs to maintain a lighter link and speak from there. We will emanate our energies and allow them to diffuse from her being so that she may speak from that level. She is reluctant and she will need your guidance.

We have spoken so often about going within. But what is it that you will find there? What will that light of awareness show you? Because simply put, light is only information of all that you are, encased in what you call dense life forms. And like any other light which is thrown into a closed mansion, first the dark imaginary shadows will cease to exist and then the treasures within will begin to show. Yes, so will the cobwebs, but in the light you may sweep them away or as it usually happens the very light will make the spiders huddle and the cobwebs disintegrate. And then, my dears, you have placed so many detectors all around, so that you do not have to enter blindly, into your vast inner mansion. But you are so enamored by your electronic detectors, your alarms and your reminders, that you ignore the most vital ones. Your outside… wherever you see an issue, a problem, a challenge… is only your detector beeping that that is the area you need to go within. And then what kind of intensity of light do you shine? Is it a matchstick, a bright flare of illumination easily extinguished (coming here and forgetting what you hear)? Is it a torch light? Some sustain introspection till the batteries run out. Or have you opened the windows so there maybe a consistent stream of light within, what we call going within. Because, my dears, it is only through this consistent light that the shadows of fears and spiders of lack will not come back and cast their ominous shadows and their sticky webs. It is only with consistent light that you will appreciate treasures within, observe the carving on your four-poster bed. It is only with consistent light that the love, the creativity that you are, will change from ethereal vague notions to tangible realities. And with that will come empowerment of self.

So yes, today we shall speak on empowerment of self. And what does this dynamic sounding word "Self Empowerment" really mean? Some of you are going to be crestfallen, disappointed, because "Self Empowerment" really means claiming complete responsibility. Yes, complete responsibility for self. It is where you acknowledge that everything that you call your life and your world with people, event, things, and the lack thereof, are of your own making. Yes, my dears, initially the responsibility is frightening or tiring or both, because there is no one to run to, no one responsible, no one to blame and everything, everything comes back full circle to you. But then there comes a point where you say, "Wait a moment, if I am responsible for creating, this and this and this, then surely I can change it." Then you understand that with responsibility comes power and with complete responsibility comes ‘Creator hood’. You are not hostage to events, things, people, outside of you. The point of power is within. You affect the outside from inside. Once you truly grasp this more than intellectually, then your windows have been kept wide open and you are touching the realities within. It is only a moment of practice of inner skills. Yes, because they are disused and rusty and you are so used too focusing on the outside, most of you think that self empowerment is only power to manifest, but you have completely ignored the responsibility. And it is with this that slowly, the willy-nilly confused manifestation of the disempowered self will decrease, and self-empowered self will authorize what it chooses to view on the outside.

Let us also tell you what this empowerment is. Because empowerment is not about exerting your power or wanting to control the environment around you. Once you are Creator there is no need nor desire. You know you create from within. Any desire to exert power and brandish your power comes from disempowerment. And, my dears, with increased empowerment may come, what you may call inner silence. And there is no need to claim your prowess and powers. There is no need to shout out, "I did this. I manifested that." There is no need to claim that the whole world know your knowledge. Let me explain, let me explain… no, there is a clamoring for attention, my dears, which comes from disempowerment. And in case you wonder where is love in all this; isn’t this too cut and dry, then let us take you back to the beginning because it is only through removing the fear and lack and touching the core that you are, that you get what you call empowerment of self. And then only love will or can flow outwards, because this is not a journey of solo, or about only your limited self. Through self empowerment you acknowledge that all others are but a part of you, and that the journey is of growing unity and togetherness. There comes a point you cannot blame or get angry.

Greetings from the Galactic Council. (To Sohrab) Our gratitude. She held, even though briefly, an unknown energy reasonable well. Our gratitude.

We have come for you (Darshana). What is our world going to be like? How do we rule? What is our process of hierarchy and why the hierarchy? We have only some of the answers. The rest have to come from you as a race. But we will give you our example and if your race wishes to follow, it may. Or it will formulate for itself a new system of governance.

What is our world like? How different is it from your own? When there is no awareness of separateness there is no governance. Energy governs itself. It transforms itself into forms that are required and yet we have no words to speak, because how do we tell you without space and time? How do we convey to you changes in energy patterns? How do we make you understand that our laws of physics do not apply to your world as it stands at present and that your laws of physics are obsolete from where we govern and we function.

There is no "i". Energy, in all its different aspects, governs itself simultaneously as we. And therefore governance is only one aspect of energy. This governance radiates outwards and simultaneously affects changes in governance of all aspects of energy…. and you are unable to understand. For you need to be ruled, you need to be structured, you need to be defined, you need to be limited. The galactic Council is a body of energy which is in a constant state of flow and change. It is neither static nor is it dynamic. Dynamism signifies a power over another energy, and the Galactic Council is but one web in which energies flow in and out as required. And those parts of energy that you may find in the given instance of your now in the Galactic Council, will not be found in another moment of your time. And yet we perceive no change. It is in this state of complete non-separation that there is functioning. Then why the Galactic Council? It seems and sounds from your human perspective as a name signifying ego. For us it is only a place of work, of being, of existing in one energy field and form. That is it. There are those parts of energy that desire to create and re-create the structure and their undefined forms in different areas of what you might call functioning. And this functioning is not given the name of Galactic Council; that is all. The Galactic Council, does not oversee, does not supervise, does not rule, does not administer, does not govern. It only holds together different strands of one energy. Strands that are never in constancy. Strands that are never the same. For how can energy remain constant? Energy must change as functioning.

For easier human association this energy takes the liberty to speak on this subject as "I". "I" would then be part of the council on one day and not part of the council on another when I so desire. My place would be taken by another "I". How do we describe this to you? Even in your most expansed state of conscious knowledge you cannot understand mind limitation. You still consider governance from a point of view of "I" and the work to be done by you and another. We function. We do not work for "I". We do not work for "We." We do not serve another. We function. And as function calls, we change our energy forms. And energy forms change simultaneously. And if we were to talk in human association it would not be possible for ‘him’ to change ‘his’ energy form and simultaneously for ‘her’ to remain constant in ‘hers’. Change is simultaneous. And the composition of the energy of the Galactic Council is in a state of constant flow. Because the council is only an energy grouping for the purpose of function.

There is no sharing of resources and there is no hoarding of resources because there are no resources. Energy is. And what resources can energy need when energy IS? You need your food and that is your resource because you have not learnt how to be the food. You have not learnt how to be the fuel. And so you have resources and they are limited because everything in your human world is limited. You function out of limitation. If we were to function out of limitation there would be a huge implosion of our energy.

As we are in this state of energy that is constantly flowing in and out, exchanging and dividing, multiplying and adding itself, expanding and contracting as required to function, this energy is in a state of constant flux, and in this state there is neither growth nor regression. There is no understanding of information because we are information. You have to be able to understand that which you are not, and so you strive to understand, to get knowledge, because in your reality you are not that which you strive to attain. In our function we are. There is no striving for any further attainment.

And that is where your world is heading. Yes, it is. That was your question. That is where your world is heading. In your perception of time maybe not for another million years. So what will happen in your near future?

In the human perspective there will be the striving to attain unity. In the human perspective. Not in its real perspective, but in its human perspective. When this human perspective of energy is completed, attained, fulfilled, then there will be no governance, one of another. There will be a co-operative effort to function. Words like work, employment, labour, service will not be used. You will function like all energy functions. But you will function out of human perspective. You will understand the meaning of function. You will understand how functioning is different from administering. In that functioning there will be an equality, as in your administering there is a complete inequality. And from this human perspective energy will finally flow and radiate out to recognize the need of where and how it needs to function, when it needs to function, in what manner and mode and purpose it needs to function. And this is how your world will grow.

That is one question we are unable to answer. That is for your race to decide upon. That is for your race to move towards. But when it does, the different systems of work and labour that you have created, and the inequalities that have arisen because of labour, will eventually fade into nothingness. There will be no employer and employee, for each one will function, not for survival, but because energy functions. And then in your human perspective you will sometimes function as a sweeper, sometimes as a teacher, sometimes as a giver, sometimes as one who takes, and there will be no fixed boundaries. And there will be no fixed resources.

And the first resource to disappear will be that which you call money. And thus there will be no system of economics. No business. For why must I work when there is no monetary reward? Then I will function as a farmer, as a manufacturer, as a merchant, whenever and as whatever my energy functioning determines. And when there are no resources and when I function as a farmer, all that I grow is for energy to take because I in my human perspective is functioning as a giver. In the truest sense ‘co-living’, not living for another; living with another.

There will be no fixed roles to play and when roles are not fixed there are no judgments to pass. And when there is no money, there will be no power, in your human perspective. In your world as it stands today power is respect got by money. That which you can yield and use is that which you have. And how will this human world take ‘no money’? With a sense of relief. For then nothing is mine and nothing is yours and all is there for all who wish to take. And all is there for all who wish to give. And then though a merchant, I am also a teacher, and though a teacher also a healer, and so for several times in my still present human perspective of time I will still keep functioning in my different forms, each one as fulfilling, as complete. And when my own personal boundaries fade away, so will political boundaries. For who will be there to govern, when there is no money? And there is no power that spells it, why should I rule?

And yet there will be something akin to a Galactic Council; of those who will flow in to contribute and flow out when contribution is done. That is your vision.

We do not know. We are here only to guide by example. And yet it is only one possible vision. There is another vision. There is another possibility too hideous for us to behold, but as strong in its power and intensity as the beauteous one. And that is the vision of ever greater separateness, of ever greater isolation; where each part, each member of this human race decides only to be itself, decides only to accumulate power for itself. From where we can perceive your energy, there are probabilities of this vision too coming true, though we are joyous to declare that everyday that probability diminishes in its power, but yet its power has not faded completely. For a vision to come true, it requires energy to function as a unit. And that which is prevailing in your world today are two visions in conflict. You can akin yourselves to two Galactic Councils trying to coexist, each functioning for a diametrically opposite purpose. But there are more and more like you who have a capacity to dream a greater dream, who have a capacity to ensure that this dream does not remain fluid, abstract, undefined. And those with your vision can influence others with the powers they possess. (ToDarshana) Ask, what you desire, we have come for you.

When the conflict ends.

And what are we doing if not that?

Shaking would result in a huge energy explosion that your planet has taken a decision to desist from, and therefore energy must be allowed to settle. It is a long process. And as one side gets stronger, the other will try to strengthen its separateness. And therefore the conflict that appears will be even stronger in nature. But this period must be experienced. But whether this short term vision is fulfilled or the other more hideous one, eventually you will be where we are. There is no other way. The two cross roads will be seen as two divergent roads, but by different paths they both come to our door.

All your economists, all, whether they recommended capitalism, socialism, whichever markets they functioned in, all perpetuated their own streams and knowledge of separateness. They seemed to come from a sense of unity and commonness. Look at your own system of communism. On your black and white paper it seems to be exactly what we function with and yet does it? Communism is only another term for the capitalists to take away even more from the common man. Why are all the economic systems failing? Because each economic system, each political endeavor, is only motivated by resource management. Management for who? For self.

If, if the vision that you do not wish to see is to come to be, you will not be here to see it. There will be none left who will not wish for what is to be. And though we said that for a dream to be fulfilled there must be a unity of the energy, there will be in either vision small insignificant pockets of energy that do not align and these misaligned energy pockets will be removed. But those like you have now garnered a force too strong, to be called insignificant pockets. So dream, dream on. In every moment of your time, dream and let every words and action be towards that fulfillment.

The human race chose its evolution. Just as we have chosen our own. And each form of energy must fulfill its energy pattern for its evolution, for in your growth is ours and in ours is yours. So we must each respect our evolution patterns and move along that which we have chosen.

And yet in all our expanse that you see us, we too are insignificant when compared to the vastness of all energy in universe.

Before we go is there any question we may answer?

Far, far ahead, but the energy and growth of your planet will certainly add to your own growth. Dream. Not for one moment forget your dream.

First, our role is to merge; your race and ours, and then greater, and greater and greater but with every merging there will be an energy separating and evolving and merging. A never ending cycle.

Oh it is very, very quick. And the human race has chosen a rapid evolutionary process. You as the human race energy forms have lived for a very short time as compared to ours. In your earth terms we are very, very old and we look upon you as beautiful young energy forms that have the power to move at such accelerated paces; that have the power to choose that which our race did not. We did not opt for CHOICE.

Its you who would then explode. Just as if we were to change we would implode.

You would become very, very, very, tiny insignificant parts of energy that would merge with the whole. And have absolutely no other evolution, just pure energy.

How can we be? We flow. And what is everywhere? We do not know places. We do not know time. We only function.

Love, what is that? We function, we are. Can you see now in so many ways your energy pattern is superior to ours?

Our understanding is also limited. We function. And the Council is made up all such energy forms that have taken similar lines of evolution.

Dream. Do not for a moment give up on that dream. Do not ever permit that hideous vision to become a reality.
