Greetings from the Christ Office and the Ashtar Command!

So there are some in this assembly too that like this instrument, consider us alien. And yet, each one is alien to the other. So let us discuss alien today. What it is to be alien. Who we are; what we do; where we exist; how we exist and the often-asked question, how do we love?

So who are we? We are in the Ashtar Command, diverse energy beings that have gathered together, from the day of the inception of the Command, for one purpose alone: to bring all planets out of their state of being non-sacred into a state of sacredness.

A planet is considered sacred when its main life form stops existing on a physical realm and exists on an etheric survival structure. Its main life form. This means that even on a planet that is sacred, in its initial stages, there will be physical life form, but a large percentage of this physical life form will be able to exist in physical and etheric realm as desired. Much like your amphibians, who can exist on land and water. They can spend hours on land and hours in water. Akin that to two different realms. A sacred planet will have a very large life force, capable of this survival structure. As the planet then moves into its second stage of sacredness, a large percentage of life force exists consciously as a choice only in the etheric, voluntarily giving up the physical limitations of existence. In its eventual state of sacredness, the planet has no tangible life form and all exist in etheric. Passing this stage of existence comes the stage of sacredness where the planet itself survives in the etheric. There is existence of the planet unseen, unless the planet chooses to manifest itself to sight, for short periods of time. That is why your scientists often see bodies in outer space, in areas and locations they knew there was, what they considered, a vacuum. And they wonder how, in which orbital cycle of its movement, did this space body appear into an area, unlocated earlier.

This does not only happen with planets. We are referring to planets because in your understanding, life forms exist only on planets. But life forms, of an extremely different structure, exist on stars, as well. Their existence is never at a physical level. They exist almost gaseously and their levels of evolution permit them not only to change their own shapes, but permit them free intermingling with other gaseous beings and therefore there is no constancy or individuality on stars. So if you were existing on a star, you would never be able to look down on yourself and say this is me because at that very moment, another gaseous being would intermingle so freely with you, that you would be lost. So there is no you and I. But we will not even talk or discuss this very, very different existence structure from your own.

Today we will limit our talk to the planets and their movements, and to us, aliens. Yes, we have all had physical existences, all of us in the Ashtar Command. But our existences have been different from your own and when you, sometimes in your human mind, perceive us or give us a physical shape, what you are really doing is aligning your energy with our energy as it existed when we were in the physical and then getting an interpretative image of what we might have appeared to be. That is now not true but you still need a physical association, and so you are able to get a likeness of what we were when we too were in the physical. But because our physical was different from your own, our physical existence too followed a different pattern. But that is too vast a subject to go into at present. We may take it up if you are interested to know about our one time physical existences at a later subject time. For today, it is sufficient that you know that we did exist in the physical.

Our planets, and we come from varying galaxies and varying universes, our planets too went through the Earth’s movement and evolution momentum. Yes, differences existed, as they must because each planet too, has chosen its own individual energy and its own evolutionary pattern. So when we find that there is a planet like Earth, for example, that is now on its movement from non-sacredness to sacredness, the Ashtar Command will be on call. It is our mission; it is our soul mission to only do this task; assisting in movement. As soon as your planet reaches its second stage, the Ashtar Command will move away completely. As soon as your planet is in its first stage of sacredness, over half the Command will move away and only those that are required to take the planet from its first stage into its second stage, will stay back.

In this present stage, the entire Ashtar Command is at your call. Because we have intermingled so freely with each other, we now cannot even identify ourselves as individuated and therefore, we prefer to only be called the Command. The word has been chosen with care; we are at your command. It is not we who command. The Ashtar beings are at the command of those in their movement towards sacredness and therefore, we call ourselves the Ashtar Command.

Now here is a piece of information you didn’t know. When beings first formed into this conglomerate called the Command, the beings chose an energy from within them, whose very power inspired in all the other energies, the desire for further growth. This energy had a sound, which when translated into your language, could sound ‘Ahh-sh-taar’. Thus our name! That energy has now grown and moved beyond the Command, but every time, the Commander moves, another energy, who had the greatest power to inspire the growth of the Command itself, is, in all gratitude, given Command of the Ashtar. And the name continues and thus all Commanders are called Ashtar: in service, for service. The energy that is given this commandership has to be an energy recognized by the energy of the entire Command as the energy that has the power to inspire growth of service within the Command. That is our only aim. As Commander, I am not the original greatness of energy that began this vast Command. I am one in a line of numerous.

Now where do these, in your language, old Commanders go? Do they retire? No, they move on to form other Commands. At this present time, there are several planets, in several galaxies, all moving simultaneously and each has their equivalent of an Ashtar Command in service. That is who we are: aliens, spirit beings, light beings, energy beings. We have no physical form. We have very fine individuation which can be easily overcome at will, as we desire.

As Commander, I can very often, merge with the entire Command and yet, never lose my ability to individuate again. That is why very often, when the Commander has come through different instruments and you face a different face of the Commander, it is because this is dependent upon whom I have intermingled with. This intermingling is essential. It permits every being in the Command to function in multi-dimensional tasks simultaneously. If have merged with you (pointing to one) and with you (pointing to another), then I am not only working with what I have taken up individually, but I am working on what you are working, and I am working on what she is working. And when you intermingle severally, can you understand how much we can achieve? That is the power of unity. In separateness, you can attain only what your physical limitations will allow you to attain. In unity, there is infinity in attainment. That is how we exist.

But where do we exist? You have often spoken about our spaceships. Remember, our realm is completely non-physical. We do not have physical spaceships. We build, what you may consider as, our spaceship. We consider it our energy-facilitating vehicle. How is it built up? With individual strands of energy taken from each being of the Command. So we are the ship and the ship is us. Once again, even in that, there is unity. You can never become your car and your car can never become you, and that is why you face the constant struggle of how to control your car. And sometimes the car fights back and wants to control you. We face no such conflict. As our energies change so does the energy-facilitating vehicle. If we have to contract our energies in order to come into your realm, each one works on their own individuated energies and instantly the vehicle changes. So simple! As soon as we need expansion, in order to encompass the Earth, as we do at several moments of your time unbeknownst to you, all we have to do is expand our energies to intermingle freely with each others and the vehicle expands beyond your wildest imagination. A vehicle can mold itself to shape; can enter even your physical body and enter it; can grow large enough and bend enough to completely surround and embrace your globe, and sometimes can become a firm ball of energy to stop the Earth from spiraling out of its orbit. At moments when the Earth is going through its huge upsurges of energy change, we build a wall and become the Earth’s greatest obstacle and, in that, we become her servant. Yes, sometimes obstacles are your servants. That is how we exist.

Where do we exist? May we answer this by another question? Where can we not exist? We exist where we choose to exist. We can exist inter-dimensionally, multi-dimensionally. We can exist independently, dependently, co-dependently. We can exist simultaneously. We can exist separately. All of our existence depends on the need. And thus, a spaceship can be brought right into this very room because all that we need to do is to gather our energies into a structure that makes it rigid rather than free-flowing, giving it a boundary, facilitating the energy to remain in a form or shape that we may desire. How then have some seen our spaceships? They have because we intend them to see it. We do not call it our transportation vehicle. It is an energy-facilitating vehicle. It facilitates all that needs to be done, including making it visible to the human eye when necessary.

Please understand we are talking only of the Ashtar Command. We are not including in this subject the vastness of the other beings who also exist on all realms, physical, etheric, as well as sub-physical, who are in the process that you have long since passed, where energy has become sub-physical in its initial movement in evolution patterns. If they were to see you they would be as awestruck as you are when you perceive us. They would, and truly so, consider you as Masters and wonderful beings of highest evolution because you have passed and overcome the stages they are experiencing. And there will be a time when many of you will serve in the Ashtar and then your memory, which never fails, will see you in some moment of time sitting in this very room, listening to this being. Maybe at that time, your energy may be the commanding energy of the Command. Would that not be glorious? Ashtar Commander! And it is only a process of evolution. We have done nothing, really nothing, to deserve it. We have just gone through the process. That is all!

So we have told you how we exist, where we exist, who we are. How, and do we, love? Your definition of this is often confusing to spirit beings like us. We have no separate cognition of that feeling, that you call, love. In fact, we have no cognition of individuated feelings. Even in your feelings, you are separate. You have anger and you have love; you have dislike and you have affection. You have happiness and you have sorrow, and each one is individually felt, at an individuated moment in time. In its very existence is written, separateness. And it is from that cognition of separateness that you ask us can you love? When you ask can you love, you are asking whether we are capable of a separated feeling. The very word ‘feeling’ refers to separation of emotion. You cannot simultaneously feel all. If you did the state you would be in, is joy. It is an unindividuated state of being, where individuated emotions and feelings cannot co-exist. So can we love? The only honest answer would be "no". We cannot love; we cannot be happy; we cannot be sad; we cannot be angry; we cannot laugh. But we are joy. (Turned to someone in the sudience)Yes, it does sound boring to you. But once again, boredom is an individuated feeling. So no, we do not love because if we were capable of love as you know it, we would be as capable, as you are, of hate. If we were capable of being happy, we would be as capable, as you are of being in a state of sorrow. So ours is feeling less state. It is a state that is not unchanging because it is ever growing. So we do not feel but we do experience degrees of joy.

This may be a little difficult to understand but yes, our energies do fluctuate as do yours, but our fluctuations are minor and far between. They do not exist out of interaction as yours do. Your energy fluctuations always exist due to interpersonal interaction. Always! Our energy fluctuations exist out of aligning ourselves with all. During service, during functioning, there are numerous times, when we have to change our energies, in order to function. Often these changes in energies cause misalignments, which are then registered as slight falls or rises in the state of joy, both of which are unacceptable. This state of joy is an ever rising state but this ever rising is constant. If there is a peak, if there is a drop, it is a misalignment, which has to be then aligned. At such times, the energy-facilitating vehicle will remain in a state of, what you might call, inertia, where there will be no shifts of energy permitted. But these will only be recorded in your time frame as brief micro-seconds of time, enough for us to have registered the misalignment, cause the inertia and come back into alignment. Very different, isn’t it?

(To Dhiren) We know your thought. How do we make love? We do. This process of sex, which is nothing but a secondary exchange, is present in all dimensions. It is a process of secondary exchange of energy. The primary exchange of energy has to be for the purpose of energy enhancement; has to be for the purpose of function and service. But there is a secondary exchange of energy. In your physical realms, the secondary exchange is very often determined by your individuated feelings, and that is why the act of sex is a cause of great sorrow for most. It brings about confusion, misunderstanding, and conflict; yes, as it brings about happiness too. But so many, many of your interpersonal conflicts arise out of this act of sex. You have made it again into an individuated action. Secondary exchange, in our realm, is a continuous process. It is not one moment in time, one individuated action coming out of lust or love or attraction. We feel none. So what is this secondary exchange? When intermingling of our energies take place, the primary purpose is to function in service, but if we were to talk of this in your physical terms, and it is rather difficult to explain a non-physical process in physical terms, I would ask you then to associate two energies that are flowing, in and out, and intermingling with each other for the purpose of service. But in the process of this intermingling, a secondary exchange of energy takes place. This takes place for the purpose of creation of fresh energy.

Just as in your realm, the baby, that is the result of the sex act, has the genes and characteristics of the two partners involved, the energy created out of our secondary exchange has the characteristics of the intermingled energies. But, now here is the greatest interest, I only talked of two energies in order to make an association with you. Our energies intermingle severally and simultaneously and therefore, the energy created has the strength and power and intensity of the Command itself.

Dhiren: We call it an orgy. (Laughter)

(Smiled at Dhiren) And then you judge because you have an orgy. We enjoy it. And for us, it is on all the time. (Laughter)

Now this secondary exchange of energy is vital to the Command. When the Command needs to allow its Commander to start a fresh, new Command, spirit beings and energy beings have to move away from the Command and yet, the Command remains constant because secondary exchange ensures that the Command is constant in intensity.

(The light bulbs in the room start flickering) Can you feel us?

Why do these electrical fluctuations take place with our energies? Electricity is the greatest known source of individuated energy. There is no individuated energy that is greater than this.

That is an unindividuated energy. It exists multi-dimensionally, and when you break up an atom, you are causing an explosion because you are destroying, or attempting to destroy, multi-dimensional energy. The atom and the energy in the atom is multi-dimensional.

This takes us to an area we had not intended to discuss. If every atom in you is multi-dimensional, are you then, uni-dimensional or multi-dimensional?

And if you are multi-dimensional, can you or can you not exist where and when and how you desire?

Why do electrical fluctuations like this take place when we are in very close proximity? Multi-dimensional energy cannot co-exist very comfortably with uni-dimensional energy. If we were to change our energy-facilitating vehicle at present and expand, or just shift our energies, we could give you a demonstration you would not easily forget, of each one of these (light bulbs) exploding.

Diana: If you then replace them, I don’t mind.

(Laughing) If you replace them! Well spoken as an individuated being. (Laughter)

How does the Christ Office and the Ashtar Command co-exist? We have a most marvelous blend of energy. The Christ Office consists of multi-dimensional beings who have lived for, several, several, several of their lifetimes as uni-dimensional, illusionary creatures, as you. The Ashtar, in spite of physical realm existence, has always had knowledge and pre-cognition of multi-dimensions. And this intermingling is vital to you. The Ashtar Command will always be commanded by an office of a planet. In your case it is known as the Christ Office; it is a term only given by you. Every planet has its akinness to a Christ Office, where the office, and the energy of that office, has complete and full recollection of the state of being of those on the planet. It is vital. The Ashtar do not have this knowledge. We have knowledge of our races. We do not have experiential knowledge and recollection of the human race. The Christ Office preserves this memory and the Christ Office, commands the Ashtar to do what they bid, keeping always in mind this memory. The Christ Office energy knows experientially how shifts in energy will affect and influence the physical human race. The Ashtar have a scientific knowledge and so we work, we function together. And our Commander in the Christ Office is also Commander of your group, and that is why the Ashtar work so closely with your group.

Another question often asked, "Am I Ashtar"? You are Ashtar if you are in service. No, as yet, there is no energy in the Command that was originally human energy, but we are looking forward to working with you. The Command has no letters of application to write. There are no jobs to give; there are no vacancies; there are no bosses; there are no subordinates. From all over, in whichever galaxy and universe we may exist, energy beings that have a propensity for service, gravitate to the Ashtar Command closest to them. And then how do they become part of the Command? Simple. By intermingling their energies with the Command.

How can you do that? In order to intermingle, at that level, your energy with the Ashtar energy, you have to be in the energy form. At present the intermingling that can take place can be done through your Higher Soul connection. Physically you cannot intermingle, but in service you can function as Ashtar. But you have to remember, the only, only mission, is service: service without judgment, service without selection, service without choice, service without question.

Did you enjoy it?

What would you say if I said that I too am alien? I do not exist on Earth. My true energies exist on the planet you call Venus. This is only to tell you how your assumptions make you accept or reject. The reason you accept me as human energy is because you are still associating with my human energy of old. So, you are existing in the past and we are asking to exist in the present.

If you were to exist in the present you would not see yourselves the way you do. You still see yourself as your past forms. You see yourself as stubborn because that is what you were ten years ago. You see yourself as weak because that is what you were when you were a child. You see yourself as dishonest because that is what you did at some time in your past. You live only as a memory of yourself. We are asking you to live as you are today. But do you know who you are today? Your memory is so strong. Look for who you are today. Let the memory disappear. In black and white, write down who you are today, and as soon as a trait or a characteristic comes up on that paper, question it. If it comes as dishonesty, ask, "When last was I dishonest? 5 years ago? 5 months ago? 5 days ago? What am I now? Am I dishonest now?" and if the answer is no, strike it off. That is not who you are now. And do this exercise several times, at different times, and you will then train yourself to live and be who you are now. Then at one point, you will be able say, "Now I am an angry person" but you will not pass a judgment on yourself stating that, "I am angry". "I am dishonest". "I am cruel". "I am mean". What are you now? And if you like who you are now, then the very acknowledgement of who you are in the now will give you the strength to continue to be that, in several future moments of time. And if you do not like who you are in the now, again this acknowledgement will give you the strength to at once be, in the next moment, that which you choose to be. So if, while telling a lie, you quickly assess, "Who am I now?" and you are dishonest in the now and uncomfortable with it, it gives you the strength in the next moment, to admit to the dishonesty and to be truthful. And no judgments passed because the past has already gone. Why should you waste your time judging what is not even present?

You are not completely 3^rd dimensional anymore. But which one of you knows this? Which one of you experiences this? You do not because you are living in the memory of you as a 3^rd dimensional human being. Erase your memories. Delete. What a convenient button your computers have! Delete and it is gone. Aren’t you far greater than your computers? If you had a computer that could take in as much information that you could feed it, and it could store and store and store limitlessly, it would do this. It would not delete anything. It would keep storing, but eventually the amount of storage would get so bulky that a large part of the computer’s energy would be diverted towards keeping that storage, and your computer would then slow down and not function too well. And yet, you do the same to yourselves. You take far greater care of your computers, ensuring that you keep them well, that you delete regularly all that you do not require, so that fresh information can come in. You update them and yet, none of this do you do for yourself. Make yourselves more important to you than your computers. Do at least one thing. Every time you do something to better the working of your computer, do that for yourself. When you delete, delete. When you update, update. When you keep clean and maintain, clean and maintain.

Stop living in the past. I am not human and yet you all have a picture of me in human form. Accept this energy for what it is today. Accept your energy for what it is today and then you will accept another’s energy for what it is today. Then if this child (pointing to one) says something hurtful to you today, when tomorrow becomes today, you will accept her for what she is today, not for what she said in a moment already gone by. But you have to do it for yourself first.

All of you are so keen to manifest, are you not? How can you manifest in the ‘now’, when you are not present in the ‘now’? All that you will manifest is in the past. So if you are manifesting financial abundance, you will always get fresher and fresher views of how rich you were in the past, but it will not happen in the ‘now’. You have to live ‘now’ ‘here’. Then the manifestation is ‘now’ ‘here’. As your energies expand, your powers of manifestation expand, but you will manifest for yourself in the realm that you are living in, and if that realm is the past, that is where you will manifest.

You wish to manifest a bigger home, and if you’re living in the past, the home that you have at present, will somehow get smaller, either by more persons living in it or you losing part of it, which means that you can now see in the past a bigger home than the present. You have manifested a bigger home in the past. Frightful, isn’t it? Be very cautious when you manifest. First ask Am I living in the ‘now’?

That is exactly why. But these affirmations only remain words and statements. It is not the word that makes the manifestation. It is the intent and power that your energy draws upon from your intention. The affirmation is only to clue you in to the present.

(To Yezad) Ego can manifest, my dearest, dearest son, in very subtle ways. It manifests in yours, and we tell this to you only because we know how hard you are trying to change and we applaud your efforts; so pay attention to this point. Ego can manifest in your refusal to say ‘sorry’.

(To all) Study your life. Who do you refuse to say ‘sorry’ to, consciously or not consciously? And when you do not say ‘sorry’, you then make excuses. It is because you do not wish to take responsibility, but in this manner you can play a manipulative game of blame and this, though told to him particularly, is true for all of you. Question, "Who do I find it very difficult to say sorry to"? The sad truth will be, you find it very difficult to say this word to those closest to you: to your spouses, your parents, siblings, your children. It is easier saying ‘sorry’ to a stranger, an acquaintance. It is even easy saying ‘sorry’ to a friend. Why? Why is it difficult to say sorry to those who are close to you? Why do you make excuses instead of taking responsibility?

What is sorry? Show Of Respect and Responsibility to You. That is what I’m saying when I say, "I am sorry" I’m showing my respect and responsibility to you. I’m not putting myself down. I’m not condemning myself. I’m accepting that I have erred and in that error is my growth and all this is evident in the word ‘sorry’. But when you let an opportunity like this slip by, when you, in fact, turn to excuses, it is then that you condemn yourself. It is then that you force yourself to remain small. It is then that you stop yourself from growing.

This instrument, for years and years, out of complete ego, never said ‘sorry’ to a soul. What did she do? She blamed everyone and therefore, had an excuse always ready at hand. Excuses are a blame game. And then what? One day, she looked into a mirror. The reflection then, is not a pretty one. And then you have to undo, moment by moment by moment, years and years of ego. And do you think her growth would have been possible if she hadn’t realized that in order to be co-dependent, each one must show respect for another and each one must be responsible for self?

You all find ‘sorry’ difficult because you have gotten into a habit of self-flagellation and to you, every time you say ‘sorry’, it means one more whip stroke on your back that is already lashed and bruised and scarred and bleeding. And so to save yourself from one more whiplash, you do not say ‘sorry’. ‘Sorry’ is not a whip. It is the sweetest bouquet of roses you can give another in love: to say, "With this I show how much I respect you and that I take full responsibility". Has anyone ever whipped you for giving them a bouquet of beautiful roses? And when you take responsibility for yourself, you acknowledge that being human involves having human frailties and in that acknowledgement, you acknowledge that everyone has their frailties. And that is the greatest gift you can give the world: to acknowledge, "I am human and you are human".
