Hello, everyone. We’re going to do an energy exchange today. There is some information I need to give you all, something I need to talk to you about and then we’ll go ahead and do the exchange. I’m not going to go into trance, although I’m slightly linked.

Some of you may know that both Sohrab and I were in Malaysia to do some shows there, and before our trip the Masters asked us to hook onto our grids, alien energies that were completely unknown to us, unknown to most people in the sub-continent. A very, very small handful of people actually have access to these energies in this world, on Earth and we were very lucky to gain access to these energies. We got them back with us in various different forms and I would like to just share out experiences with you.

We first went to Penang. There was this big temple there, the temple of a 1000 pagodas. When we asked for directions at the reception, we were told that close by there was another temple called the Yap Temple. We decided to go there before we went to the temple of a 1000 pagodas which was far off. It so happened that when we went to this other temple, it was the birthday, of the God of the Yap family whose temple it was. It was a completely ornate stone carved place and everywhere in the carvings were signs of people in spacecrafts. These were very ancient oriental carvings. This is one of the oldest temples, in the world, on Chinese Buddhism but it didn’t have the Buddha energies at all. In fact, there was a very small concentrated area of 10 by 10 feet, which was the main alter, where there was an intense storehouse of energy. People pray outside the temple and they put the incense sticks in a particular place. Devotees who come have no access to the energies unless you go right in to the altar. Sohrab and I and another friend of ours were permitted to go up to the altar. There we hooked on to the energies of this temple.

After that we met so many people, whether at a shopping mall or at the theatre or whatever, where we’d encounter persons who carried alien energy within them. Some of them had no clue about it. Some of them did. I met this clothes designer, who is the first cyber designer in S.E. Asia. When journalists ask him where he gets his inspiration from, (he designs clothes that look like spaceman outfits) he says he’s alien and that he gets his ideas from ‘my alien friends’. He believes that these are actual costumes that people wear in different places, in different dimensions.

To culminate it all, the most fantastic experience we had was when we went with a mutual friend to some waterfalls out of Kuala Lumpur. He said that he had a friend he like us to meet. We stopped at this gentleman’s house; it was a little shack. This gentleman’s name is Antaris. He is an extremely evolved individual having unbelievable energies. He harnesses the energies of this area and is a sort of focal point of extra-terrestrial energies. I met Antaris. Antaris looked at me, put his hand on my chest and said, "Welcome, Commander". Then he asked me, "Do you know who Meher Baba is?" and I said. "Yes, I do" and showed him Meher Baba’s photograph in my wallet and he looked at me and he said, "Yeah, the mother ship is here". I said, Yeah, I feel it" and he said, "They’ve just come for you two". When Antaris was very young, he says in a flash of understanding or inspiration or evolution, he suddenly understood things at a deeper level. He renounced that life and is now living up in the mountains. He’s married to a woman who is autistic and they have an autistic child. Both his wife and child are completely off this planet. They are both beautiful, beautiful individuals. They don’t talk but they communicate through their eyes and their gestures. It was really like meeting another creature because they feel you all over your face and your eyes and wonder what sort of a creature you are because you really are alien for them. It was just wonderful melding with their energies and he said, "Yeah! We are from other planets" and he said the mother-ship was there for us at that time and the mother-ship made sure we reached his house for that purpose. We spoke for hours. He said he’s got information on ‘something called the rays’. Sohrab and I were agape. He said, "Yes. The rays" and he’s going to e-mail me a whole lot of more stuff on rays and 12 dimensional genetic code, etc. He has no group, like we do. He just knows all these things. He has a web site up also in which he’s trying to preserve the rain forest there and do a whole lot of social work and also spiritual work.

I normally don’t carry any crystals or stones with me when I go anywhere. I’m just not a crystal sort of person. But, if you recall in the seminar, Diana had given us each a moonstone. I’d put that in my bag just before we went, and when we met Antaris he said he wanted to give me a gift. He gave me this crystal. It is absolutely brilliant. It has so much energy. It has so much information inside it. I gave him the moonstone. Antaris is completely connected with the Mother Goddess and completely connected with Mother Earth and kept talking of Mother Earth and the birthing that Mother Earth is going through and how we, as Light Workers, have to help her and how there’s going to be an exchange of information and energy between the two countries. I talked to him about the temple and the alien energies that we were asked to take with us and the words he used were, "Your grid is completely surrounded by these energies so you need to take these back to India with you". He said that this crystal is the chip that is going to unlock a lot of information for us here, in our group and the moonstone I gave him carries all the information that we have.

He e-mailed me the day after I gave it to him. He put it on his belly button and went to sleep that night to gather the information. He woke up in the morning and the moonstone was gone. Disappeared. So he e-mailed me saying that it’s probably gone to its home dimension and if at all it needs to return, it will return.

This crystal that he gave me is an extremely old crystal. It originates from Arizona in the United States, and has been passed on from guru to disciple and from Light Worker to Light Worker, down the years and has finally come to me, right now, and I’m going to have to pass it on to another person and this will keep amassing the energies and information that’s required. This is going to help me, personally, for my use, to learn how to build portals to other dimensions for myself. The information that I get is that each one of us has a task that this crystal is going to help us with so I need to give you the energies of this crystal and as a conduit, this crystal is going to help those energies from my grid, alien energies from my grid, through the crystal to you.

Now, a couple of notes on the energy. It’s very potent energy; nothing I have been used to. I got a very, very bad headache after visiting that temple; so did Sohrab. So please be cautious when you take in these energies. Don’t take them into your physical system or your spiritual body. Hook them onto your grids. Take in only as much as you think you need. Don’t try to fill yourself with more. Information will keep flowing, drop by drop.

Oh yes! I forgot to tell you. We found out that the 1000 pagoda temple, that I wanted to go to but could not, was actually Lady Kwan Yin’s temple. There is a 100 foot high statue of Lady Kwan Yin there. And then there was a Kwan Yin temple in Kuala Lumpur that we wanted to go to and we went there and that was the day they were cleaning the temple, so they shut the temple.

Yes, I know that. He named himself Antaris when he was 14. He knew that was his star name. His given name was Kit Lee, but Antaris is the name he uses.

What I’d like you to do now is to chant Om. Let’s chant it very softly, and after the Om, on the in breath we pull the energies onto the grid.

(To Zafar) You will not permit any who you know is not alien, in your terms, to touch the crystal. It must not be diluted, even infinitesimally, by human energy.

Five questions will be permitted. Each of the five will answer one.

It does not vanish. It only loses physical manifestation. It does not require a physical space in which it needs to experience itself. It vanishes, not for you, but for itself. When its experience in physical manifestation is through, it returns back to that space, in your terms, from where it came.

Close your eyes. Shut down your senses and now experience this blast we give to you. Ensure that all your senses have shut down. (Pause) Now, is it possible to describe it?

Exactly. You have only experienced a tiny fraction. When you shut down your senses or even make an intent to do so, you allow that part of your energy which faces separation, to be dormant for a short while. In that space, you then allow non-separated energy to enter. You call this cosmic. It cannot be described, only experienced, and you are ready for this experience. Permit yourself to do this each day for short moments of time at first, and then, longer. You will experience it completely.

The energy that you received was from Arcturus. You have to work with them at present. The Arcturians are those who absorb all the wisdom energy of the universe and disseminate it to other star systems. At present you need to work with them so that in their dissemination, your own wisdom will grow. You are one of the few who have chosen a very, very strong and steeply ascented growth pattern. For this you cannot be limited to only such forms of wisdom as is available in your realm. This energy will help you to connect with Arcturians and bring into your energy fields very, very high levels of wisdom, which at the appropriate time you will interpret and disseminate to others.

We give permission for this exchange of diverse energy fields, only for the purpose of scientific study or for the purpose of bringing service to that realm. There are some, who you call alien, here only for the purpose of study. One such…. (Pointing to Nirmala) The purpose is not to serve, in the capacity of alien, the realm in which she is. It is only for observation, experimentation and then deduction of this human realm.

There are those, in larger and larger qualities and number, who are amongst you for the purpose of service, in order to aid, only with their energy dissemination, the process of your release, the process of your bindings; to release you from entrapments, to release you from past vows taken in ignorance, which hold you back in the realm. And that is their purpose. They do not occupy the human body in every moment in time. They may choose to occupy the human body at some time and then leave it and return when they desire. In those moments, when the alien energy does not dwell, that human body will continue its service and its work as human and in those moments when the alien energy dwells, the human energy will stay dormant for that period in time.

We are part of the Inter-Galactic Command and no, we do not choose to experience the human form at all. We only choose to support your energies with our own from the outside, if you wish. We are a race of people, if we can use these terms, which have opted to remain in the form of vibratory sound and light. We do not even exist as wisps of smoke, as you have so often heard others being described. You can connect to our energies with certain very unusual vibrations of sound. By light, you cannot connect with our energies because the vibrations of our light do not exist in your realm. But our vibrations of sound do and you can connect to us through those physical vibrations of sound.

Yes, there are those with whom we are in close touch in the human realm who do not require these vibrations of sound. The reason why they can so closely connect with us, without the vibration of sound, is because we have imbued their auric fields with our own vibrations. We cannot imbue the auric fields of all. It requires a distinct kind of auric field, which will not cause complete conflict and therefore, we choose these with great care.

(To Zafar) Release your human energies. Release. Your human energies now are conflicting with the energies we are putting into you at every moment in time. You must release, in greater and greater quantities, your human energies. You must learn now to stop the process of ‘breathing’. You will start with a few seconds and every few days increase the span of time where you must not breathe. Believe that you do not need to breath in this human way. That energy which you have within you will be the source of your survival, your nutrition, your growth; but you must believe. Till so long as you believe that you need the oxygen, you will need to breath. You have to now stop the process of breathing. The human breath is not for you and yes, it will take a long time but you have to stop believing that you are human.

(To Divyaa) And what is this game you are playing with yourself?

You do! You will stop playing it. Honour your growth. Stop wishing to make yourself small again. There is within you the deep need to see yourself in relationships outside of you. They mirror nothing but that which you are not. You will welcome this new energy. You will welcome it and you will be it. This is you. There is no past you that now must remain. This is you. Stop playing with who you were. It is not a friend that you need anymore. Only you cannot see your growth because that part of you of the past, which you consider to be your friend, will not permit you to see that. It plays with you a game of hide and seek, and you are so very comfortable in the hiding that you have stopped the seeking. You have to work with his (Zafar) energy and how will you support him in the process of releasing his human energy if you cannot understand and accept and access that energy which he must live with every micro-second of his time? This is you. It will be your own, largely expanded human energy, which will be able to help him to leave his. You will have to have enough expanded human energy for you and him together.

What is the meaning of time? What is time? You use that word so often but have you ever wondered what it is? What is time? It is a specifically created dimension that exists in the human realm alone, specifically created. It is not the natural separation of light into dimensions. No, it has been created as a dimension, existing in the human realm, in order for you to experience your illusion. Were it not for time, how would you experience illusion? How would you experience yourself as a babe, a youngster and someone who is old and gray? How would you experience your today and your tomorrow? And then, how would you experience you vs. her? You can only experience this because of time. Time has an infinite capacity for growth. Remember, it is specifically created and therefore, it can expand as much as you wish; it can disappear whenever you wish and it can rush along as you so desire it to.

We are going to take you through a small exercise, if you wish to call it, where we are taking you into that dimension of time. We are actually going to make you experience this dimension, (not you (Divyaa)) so that you can experience the various energies that play in this dimension and then we are going to ask you to take one of those experienced energies back with you, enter it into your realm and there create your own dimension of time within. How is it going to be beneficial? Whenever you should desire, you can enter that dimension of time and turn it back or take it ahead. You can do, undo and re-do all that you wish, and all you will have to do is to enter that dimension of time. Do not close your eyes for this.

With eyes wide open, in front of you, we wish you to see this dimension. It will appear to you in unique ways; in ways which you will associate with best, because there is no reality of this dimension and therefore, it will appear to you as you wish it to. Look ahead and see before you this dimension of time. Be certain that you visualize it very, very carefully. See its every detail. Create it. Remember its every nuance. You will be re-creating this same dimension within you. Now put your right hand up and gently touch this dimension to feel it. What does it feel like to you? Remember again, this is for you to feel in your own beautiful, unique manner.

Now you wish to make time slow down, in your words. Look at this dimension and ask it to expand. Command it to expand. The more it expands, the less will time travel fast. It will slow down. Now, have fun with it. Ask it to gallop. See what happens to your dimension as time gallops. See it. You will find some very interesting changes. Ask it to disappear, reappear, disappear.

Now, look within and create this dimension of time inside your very bodies. You can choose any place to house this dimension of time; even a small toenail would be adequate but create it again as the very replica of this dimension that you saw. First you will have to learn to experiment with it. How will you do that? Sit by a watch or a clock. Very carefully note the time. Then ask time to slow down and sit for a while and when you again see the watch or a clock, you will be surprised to see that time has slowed down. Then ask time to gallop and see how your watch or clock completely mirrors this dimension. The more you do this, the more you practice, the greater will be your command and mastery over time. You will then never be late or early.

But did you observe something else? For time to exist, you created space. Did you observe that? And did you observe that you created space? Then are you not God? You, now, have created time and space.
