Sabal: Pain is something that we all have within our lives and we heal with in every manner. What Ellaeenah said is true, you can’t ignore it. The more it builds up the more it catches you and you are completely unaware. And then it ruins you. But I have had a strong niggling over the last few days, that there is something that is missing, considering so many generations have gone through it and continue to do it and keep saying that there is a part of the puzzle that’s missing. So I wrote down something which came to my mind and it said "Pain is about rejection, and it is about loss." So pain is about rejecting the loss, but you haven’t lost anything actually, because you own nothing. So it’s the illusion of loss that causes fear of being incomplete that causes pain. So if you can free yourself from the illusion of ‘owning’, then you could free yourself from the illusion of pain, which is the difficult part, but I think the key as well.

So freedom of yourself means freedom from understanding that you actually don’t own anything. If you can actually free yourself from that fear of loss, cause the illusion of owning, you can actually free yourself all around.

Thank you Minoo. Minoo has taken me to a level where my energies, my own individual energies, merge into that of the beloved energy I call ‘Jade Fire’. I am being shown a picture of a little stream that’s coming out. The stream is fast flowing but not extremely broad, and its gushing out and going down over a few little stone steps; into a beautiful river that I know I am only picturing the Jade Fire energy to be.

Thank you Minoo. It has been a very sincere wish of mine to truly understand, with my conscious physical mind, how this merger takes place. And to see it today is beautiful. The stream which is the picture of my energies is fast flowing, rapid. But the river which it flows into is so smooth and the flow is so slow that, if I didn’t know better, I would think it was stagnant. And both the stream and the river are emitting shooting points of silver light. And it is so marvelous to experience. And it is from this level that I will speak today, as ME.

At this point I can look back and study the weeks that have gone by and there is a feeling of utter surprise. Why was I so caught up in the illusion of pain? I am now shown a place further down the stream. And I can see that as I am moving backwards, increasing the distance between the place of merger and me, the stream waters are getting more turbulent and those shooting points of silver light are reducing and now I am brought to the place where, I am told, my physical energies have resided in the past few weeks. And this sight is a little sad for me because the place where my energies have resided is being shown to me like a small murky stagnant pool.

I know the stream is still flowing, but its flowing somewhere underground now and I can’t see it. If only each one of us could carry the picture of the place of our ‘merger’, we would never want to come back to this murky pool. But now I am asked to enter that murky pool, to experience the pain for each one of you, so that in some way I can maybe help you, and myself, to leave the pool and allow the stream to again flow on top and not underground. And so I enter. I ask you all, if you can, to enter your own murky pools of pain. Can you experience it like I can? Suddenly I am feeling very heavy. I am being pulled down to its depth. My arms and legs are flailing violently, I am doing everything I can to try and stay afloat. I am feeling that I am just going down deeper, and there are no silver points of light. In fact the deeper I go, the blacker the pool seems to get. There is only one thing I see. I see one hand. It seems a disembodied hand and it is waiting for me to touch it…. and as soon as I touch it, all the fight in me leaves.

I don’t wish to fight the murky pool; I wish to drown in it, to be complete. Even as I go down I feel no fear, no sense of loss. Sabal was right; what do I have to lose? I have it all. And when I have reached, what seems to be the very depth, suddenly I see that I have in fact reached the underground stream that was always there… but I was fighting so hard, I just didn’t allow myself to go down.

This stream, I am told now, is my present level of spiritual evolution, which I access on a day to day basis. And now I am being asked to walk again. And as I walk, somehow, so wonderfully I am not underground anymore, but I am walking besides that same old stream next to the river. How easy it is to reach that stream. Why did I fight so hard? What was I trying to stay afloat on? Foolish, foolish, Ellaeenah. You tried so hard to stay afloat on the murky pond. Is that where you really want to dwell? No, my answer is no.

Thank you Minoo, you have done me a service so great that you have no imagination of its magnitude. . Not only have you shown me where I merge with Jade Fire, you have shown me how foolish it is to fight to stay afloat in a murky pool of stagnant water.

Below this stagnant water, my beloved friends, runs your stream. It is so easy to reach it. We have to overcome the greatest fear of loss. The fear of losing ‘who I am’. Thank you, Sabal. It’s only when you lose who you are as an illusion of the present, that you can be who you are in reality for ever.

I have that one hand helping me. I promise you that where you are in the murky pool there will also be one hand, mine, to help you stop fighting. Hold my hand and reach downwards; I promise you, you will not drown, you will sink to that wonderful silver lit underground stream that lies in wait. I love you all. Thank you Minoo.

After tears (referring to the tears of the Ellaeenah and several members of the group) must come some smiles. You have today completed the foundation of your cosmic temple. (With Sanaeya laying the sixth foundation pillar of Light) It has infused within it all the beauty of LIGHT, and COLOUR.

Little one, how often have you spoken to me with so much sorrow in your heart. Yes little one, you ARE unified love. But now you must experience it. What are you so scared to lose? Why do you resist it so violently? Do you not trust this old friend of yours? (referring to himself) And an even older one (referring to Minos) who guided me through my period, that he will be there? UNIFIED LOVE. But for that there must first be unity, completion fullness in yourself. (Turning to Silla) Look at how closely, in every wrinkle, is a story of great pain. Every white hair has its own tale to tell. So much lies within that not even our dearest son (Sohrab) will ever know. But now look at her again, and see how the wrinkles seem radiant and smiling. Look into her eyes, my beautiful one, can you see pain? None. She has known it all and also known that she was only experiencing its illusion. And then she let it be. If you can be what she is, then when she is not present, you will fill her place completely. Every moment of pain is etched upon her face. But, my beautiful one, you cannot escape. It is only your part of experience, and naught else. That you have to understand… that it’s only an experience; and though it leaves its mark upon your face, it never scars your heart. Don’t allow it to scar your heart. Such deep scars already exist.

Will you work with this beautiful son (Sohrab)? Will you allow him to hear your deepest secrets? He is one who is strong. Don’t forget, his roots are anchored in her (Silla). He has to be strong. It is no weak ground that bears his roots. Let him help you. Talk to him. Release it all. There is no word which you can say which he hasn’t already heard. No emotion that you can feel that he has not already felt, and he will not be surprised by your anger and violence. He knows it all. Hold onto him, for a while; you need a staff. He will provide you with it.

Now that light has been infused, must come SOUND. And next week, each one will infuse the SOUND. We ask, that each one who attends, adds to the energy of SOUND. Light has been anchored. Now you will simultaneously anchor sound. How? We would love it if you would sing something that your heart desires, but if you are still unsure, and would rather not sing, we ask you to choose one piece of music for just one and a half minutes each, which you can play. There will be no channeling. Only the anchoring of sound. And let your heart guide you to music. Do not allow your mind to tell you what is needed. Otherwise, you will all get only sacred, holy songs and chants. (Laughter) Sound is prevalent in everything. And let your heart guide you into bringing the right sound that will make the best blend for the anchoring. So you may sing, you may play, you may have it already recorded, whatever you wish, but let it be your personal contribution of sound energy to this cosmic temple. And then for this sound to anchor in a union of diversity it will need time to settle. And so there will be no pillar anchoring for the following two weeks.

Once Light and Sound has anchored, then you can start with all the beautiful pillars again.

(To Nandinie)Should we call IN the mad one? You haven’t laughed enough. We see it. We see it. And when your laughter does not reach us, there is emptiness in your energy. Should I call him? Do you really need someone to make you laugh? Can you now recall… Re-call…. joy back into you.

And you promise that your sound of laughter will reach us everyday. Even in your tears, find something funny. I haven’t left you, not for one moment.

Be Light.

What is Shambala? Many think it is a space hidden deep in the mountains. A city with buildings, people and hidden objects. It is not. It is simply an area of very high level of cosmic energy on your own planet. These energies are of such construct that those who are permitted to use them can thought create whatever they wish with these energies. Hence, the power given to those who use and manipulate Shambala energies is immense. And along with this goes responsibility. Do you now understand why access cannot be given to most human kind? What would occur? Greed. Destruction. Many would even turn the energy against themselves. Those who are given access, have to be of a caliber of such a level of vibration for the appropriate use of these energies. One single human, one single human using these energies could split your planet apart. It is these energies that are used to actually create what you term as mass destruction. The tsunami and other such events. Oh yes, oh yes. But each such event has been created, manipulated if you wish, for the highest good of the planet and all those on and within it.

It is an area, akin to that which many in this room have visited, far at the edge of the universe. The temple that you are creating has energies and a construct similar but of a more advanced nature than Shambala energies.

How has it not been discovered you say? Surely every part of the mountain has been explored by human kind. But the energies are beautifully elusive. At times, when humankind stumbles upon it, they are instantly shifted to another dimension, which gives them the appearance of exactly the same mountain space they were a second ago but they are in another dimension. Sometimes, the energies themselves move. Elusive as they are. No one can find these energies unless ordained and permitted. That is why two people maybe within the energy confines, one will discover it , the other will not and yet they are standing side by side.

What is the key? The key is your inner vibration. It can never fool the energies. Deception does not exist here. It is time now, to request this beautiful group, to visit the Shambala energies mentally. You are not permitted to astrally travel there; you are permitted to simply visit these energies mentally. For those who do not wish to do so, they may sit in quiet meditation. For those who wonder, "Am I cap[able? Is it right?" Rest assured, you will not be permitted unless it is appropriate. Go within. Go within. Center your energies. Be aware of a vibration that is within your bodies that is uniquely you. Sit for a few moments, simply experiencing yourself. Now allow your mind, your imagination to drift, over the mountains, the snow-capped peaks, the rain that extends in all directions. Initially you may see humankind and settlements. Slowly as you glide, these two vanish, till you come upon a central ring of high snow capped peaks. Plunge within the center. There appears to be nothing but snow, grass, and scrub.

As you plunge within allow your mind to feel a change in vibration. The mind begins to vibrate faster and faster, higher and higher. Sound, sight and touch are activated. You feel a blinding light. You are within the energies. Experience the power; experience the elusive nature of the energies. Yes, experience mental confusion.

Slowly retract from these energies, rise above the mountains and return to your own selves. Return to full and complete consciousness. You may wonder why this has been permitted. You have been taken to the first level of energy work of Shambala energies. At this level you are unable to manipulate or use these energies. You will simply establish a small point of yourself within them. A merger, on level one has taken place. As you grow in energy, you will be able to access these to the appropriate level. Do not worry, if you have periodic dreams, over the next few days, that may deal with these energies. It is simply a residue of what you have touched. Enjoy them. Do not attempt to interpret them.
