Superstition. That’s a pretty easy one for me this time because, surprisingly enough, before I really started on my spiritual journey, I was very superstitious. Someone had to just mention a superstition to me and I’d say, "Why the hell should I go out of my way to court trouble?" And I’d kind of keep away from that.

Superstition is completely fear based. It’s the fear of harm. It’s the fear of trouble. It’s a fear of getting into a situation you may not be able to get yourself out off. The fear is not based on anything real. Fear, in itself, is not something we need to knock at because there is something, which I now call ‘true fear’. You stand at the edge of a cliff and you stand very, very close and fear makes you take a step back. That is a real fear, a true fear, warning you, cautioning you that if you were to take one step forward, it would mean the end of your survival. But most of our fears are false fears; they are based on apprehension, of what might happen in the future and superstition is definitely one such thing.

From my personal experience, the more you get yourself into balance, into stability, the more automatically do fears fall away by themselves, without you ever having to actively work on them. In fact, I’ve never advocated actively working on your fears. Why? If I keep telling you right now, "Shernz, through the meeting, don’t sit with your legs crossed", in apprehension she will only concentrate on not sitting with her legs crossed and everything in the channeling will be left unheard. You keep focusing on what you don’t have to do, what you can’t do. Superstition is very much like that.

So don’t actively work on your fears, actively work on your growth. The more expansed is your growth, the more automatically will those energies fall away, which now cannot stick to your energy field. The magnetic force is not there for them to stick to, so they kind of fall away by themselves. And it is definitely true, even with me, that my superstitions have fallen away and on occasions when they do come up, immediately I tell myself, "Am I so weak that a broken mirror can really bring me 7 years of bad luck? Am I really that weak?"

The truth is that sometimes these superstitions do come true. But why do they come true? Because we have given it our power. We have manifested our own fear. It’s nothing to do with that poor broken mirror or that beautiful black cat. It’s our fear that manifested what happened.

A lot of people tell you to leave your superstitions. How can one leave the superstition? The more you think about it, the stronger the superstition is going to get and in fact, it’s going to take a firmer hold of you. You can’t work on the negative. Let’s be very clear about that. Anything which is an energy block for you, which is negativity for you, don’t pay attention to it.

So many times I have people coming to me and saying, "Ell, will you give me a session? I want to get rid of this fear of mine." How can I do that? How can I get rid of an energy that you obviously need at present? If you didn’t need it at present, it wouldn’t be there. So even if it is fear of something, if it is a superstition, it’s an energy that you need. Now you will question, "But why do I need this energy? It doesn’t seem to be a beneficial one?" It is. All these energies that we consider dense, that we consider negative, of course we need them. They are such a vital part of our growth. They make us focus on something that we are unhappy with, which we don’t want in our energy sphere. But that’s where we stop the benefit because when we start focusing on it…. "Oh, I have a superstitious nature. I must get rid of it" ….. it grows.

Once you have acknowledged that let’s say you are superstitious, you need to be superstitious at this minute of NOW, leave it and shift your focus to your growth; always shift your purpose back to your growth. Negativities need to be acknowledged and that’s it; then leave them, don’t focus on them. Don’t actively pursue getting rid of them. You will never succeed. It will always be a Catch 22 situation. Acknowledge them, be aware of them and let them be. Every time they arise, again, be aware. Yes, it has come up. So for example, if there is a lizard and this particular superstition comes up, I’m aware. "OK. It’s come up again. This one I haven’t left" but I’m not going to actively pursue it nor am I going to justify or challenge my own self. What is the point? In fact, I’m empowering that superstition. What I will do is give into it with full awareness and then once again, instantly shift to growth because that superstition, that beautiful little lizard, came into my life to tell me, "Hey, Ell! Here’s an area where you haven’t grown enough." And I say, "Thank you. Thank you. Yes, Ell hasn’t grown enough in a certain area. Ell has to focus more on growth."

All of our natures, which we have, they are such a beautiful mélange of, what we consider, the good and the bad. I was talking to Sohrab the other day, when he was discussing something with me and I said, "Soh, see that it is perfect." And he said, "No. How can this be perfect? It’s not perfect" and I said, "Yes, it is perfect. It is not perfect from your perspective but for someone else, who needs to still be in a situation (we were talking about corruption), it is perfect." Bombay must be corrupt so that it gives the perfect situation to those who still need to be corrupt for their own growth. Yes, friends, there are some who need to be corrupt. They still need to cheat. They need to deceive. They need to lie. But it’s part of their growth. I completely accept that when it touches us personally, it either hurts us or angers us. Give into that. Again, give into it momentarily, with full awareness. Shift back to growth.

I had a beautiful talk with Khursheed today. I was talking to her about something someone has done, which has really hurt me and Khursheed said, "It’s part of her growth. It’s her process. Why are you letting it hook onto your energy because as soon as you’ve done that, your own energy has taken a dip? You see, friends, when you are so firmly intent within yourself to constantly focus on your growth and nothing else; at those times when you internally can’t shift back, there will come someone, like a beautiful Khursheed, at the right time, who will say, "Why are you allowing it to happen?" What was she really doing? She was telling me shift back to growth. ‘Let ‘her’ do what she needs to do. See it as her process.’ It’s perfect, but because it was so close to me, it hurt. When Ell shifts back and sees of course there’s perfection in this, Ell suddenly grows. And does it take time? It takes 5 minutes of internalizing what Khursheed has said for it to fall away as a hook and growth to take place.

In every aspect have a firm intent to grow. The universe will ensure that when you can’t do it on your own, it will bring someone at the right time, at the right place for you; a reminder from the universe, focus on growth, not on the other things.

Suspicion is very much the same. It’s based only on fear, only on fear. If I suspect, let’s say, X of something, it’s because I’m insecure, and because I am insecure, I am scared that X will act or say or be in a certain manner, which can hurt me in the way I fear. So I will then look at her with eyes of suspicion. But as soon as you look at someone with eyes of suspicion, you empower that person.

It’s amazing that these two subjects have come up today. I had a very suspicious nature. I would view everyone with suspicion, especially those who were good with me. The ones who were outright bitchy, I’d respect them for having the courage to be honest about their feelings. Who did I hurt with all this fear? Me. What was my fear? My fear was opening up my heart to love and affection. My fear was, "My God! If I admit that X truly loves me, then what will I do? How will I respond? What will I do with this love?" When you focus on growth you get your answer; "I know now what to do with X love. It’s so simple; RETURN IT, in a form stronger than the one received."

When you are suspicious of someone, identify the fear. You’ll find that there is a pattern. Even today if there is someone who is flattering me, I pick it up instantly. I’ve honed myself (now this is how my suspicion has helped me in a way), I’ve honed myself so finely that you may tell me the world’s greatest, most wonderful, beautiful thing and yet, I’ll pick up that slight undercurrent of false flattery. Now that’s not suspicion. That suspicious nature has helped me hone my sensitivity. You see, everything helps; otherwise why would I have chosen a suspicious nature, in the first place? I chose it to help me for a purpose and it has. It has made me see that people are beautiful. Yes, they have their flaws and imperfections, but then who doesn’t? `And when I weigh my flaws and imperfections, I very often find that my pan is the heavier. So I certainly am not the right one to judge.

But does it mean that I have the right to condemn…. because suspicion means condemnation? I would, for example, suspect X. But why? Because I condemn her first. I judge her; I condemn her and then based on that condemnation, I suspect her. And how does that harm us? It harms us by not allowing us to grow through another’s experience. Even if all my suspicions of X were to be true but if I were to keep her at arm’s length because of those suspicions, I would waste a part of my own soul that’s X, who is giving me an experience, by being and doing what she is, to mirror and say, "Is this what you want or is it not what you want?" Then choose your reality and manifest it. But I have to be completely open to X’s energies in order to make this choice. Once I close myself to her energies, she hasn’t lost; I have.

So question yourself, "Why am I suspicious? What do I fear?" Once you have recognized this fear, if the fear is too big for you to let go at present and you genuinely know that you are not ready, fine, acknowledge it, "I am not ready to let it go at present." But immediately what will you do after that? Focus on growth because the more you focus on growth, there will come a time when you will say, "When did I let this fear go?" You won’t even know when it fell away from you."

So both are quite similar. Both come out of fear.

I don’t know what the context was in which Baba said this but, friends, when Baba tells us, "Put your troubles into my ‘jholi’. Let me take care of it" he’s not asking you to become complacent. The truth is that no Master can really take away your problems or your issues. If that were so, we’d all be leading such perfectly ecstatic lives. When we put our troubles into Baba’s jholi, Step 1: we have to see the trouble and not hide from it. I can’t escape because how else will I give it to Baba? He says, "Give it to me" but he knows that by asking you for it, first you have to say, "This is my trouble. This is my problem." I can’t suppress it. I can’t escape from truth because then I can’t give it up. So he forces you to accept the truth; to see that there is no fear involved in your ‘being small’. There is no fear involved in your’ being not as perfect’ as you wish to be. There is no shame involved in you having flaws. He’s asking you to see that.

Once you’ve seen that and you hand it over, so to speak, the strongest power of the universe will work for you and that is the power of FAITH. There is no power in the world stronger than faith. I will say that again because we still don’t know the power of LOVE. We only know love as a physical 3^rd dimensional word, which it is not. We still don’t know the force of love. But in our 3D world, there is no force more tangible, stronger and more powerful than faith. So you acknowledge, one, what your trouble is and, two, you bring into your own personal force field the power of FAITH. How can it then not work? You give it the name ‘Meher Baba’ or ‘Jade Fire’ or ‘Germain’ or whatever else you want. You only give it a name.

But if you are doing this ‘giving’ mechanically or you are doing it as a crutch or you’re doing it because it is a damn easy way out that becomes a vehem. "Oh, let me tell Baba. He’ll take care of it." He’s not going to take care of it. Why? Because you haven’t followed what Baba wants you to do. You’ve acknowledged it, yes, but then you’ve scurried back to your hole and said, "He will do it." When you say, "He will do it", when you constantly place things at the feet of the Master or in Baba’s jholi, whatever the case might be, as a crutch, what you are really telling the universe is, "I am weak" and the universe says, "Fine. You are weak. Now we have to treat you as someone who is weak." Slowly whatever power comes your way has to be removed. You will go to 20 meetings like this, where temporarily, you are empowered because the Masters are there but the moment you walk out the universe says, "Hello! She’s become stronger. Remove. Remove. Remove." Because have affirmed I am weak.

The universe does not only hear your words. The universe accepts your affirmations and intentions in the form of energies that you put out. You can say, "I am strong" "I am powerful" every moment of the day and it will not work if your ‘energy intention/belief’ is still "I am weak". Do you understand?

That’s the faith. So if you have both those 2 things, it has to work for you. It has to work. Then Baba is saying once you do that, then 3^rd step: that energy vibration that we call Meher Baba will step in and say, "You deserve to have your energy field now strengthened by this vibration". Eventually, YOU are the one removing your problem, not Baba. Baba will wait for these 2 steps; then He will empower you with his own energy vibration, by which you remove your problem.

I am connected to the energy, which is telling me that it is the energy of, what we call, Divine Father. The energy has asked me to maintain a strong link, not to be overcome by it, because as it speaks through me to you, what it is also doing is helping me to make a shift in my own male energy that needs to be worked on, that needs to be modified, that needs to be tempered so that it is really strong. The Divine Father is speaking of male energy and what it really is; how does it manifest in each one of us. But first he wants (and I am using ‘he’ because I am making that association) first he wants to explain why energy distinguished itself between male and female. What was the purpose?

For energy to have entered into our universe, it had to enter in two distinct physical body forms. The Adam and Eve that you know of were not in this human body form at all. Their human body form was far different to ours and yet, it was human. But because this Earth had risen to a plane that was dualistic from a plane that had hardly any dimensionality, (and he wishes you to understand that having little dimensionality is not the same as merging the dimensions); when Earth moved from that plane to one which had three dimensions, tangible ones that could be experienced and lived through, it chose a dual manifestation of what it knew as energy. Again, I’m asked to tell you that energy, as we know it, is only what we consider as energy. In its truest manifestation, it goes much beyond our powers of comprehension and in fact, all forms of energy, as we know it, understand it, are only the tip of the iceberg. This gives us a look into how vast this energy is.

Its very vastness restricted it from manifesting in this human body form. The energy had to take on a physical, tangible form, a form that could live separately and yet live together with the energy. Such were the demands of Earth. And energy then had to modify its own nature. First step of modification was diluting a part of itself; diluting it so much that it hardly now resembles energy as it really IS. What did it use to dilute itself with? It used the dense energies of those realms which the Earth had already passed through. And so today, what we know as energy still has a greater percent of those energies than the energies of the Creator. (Again I’m being told to tell you, Creator is my word).

As the Earth moves (yes, I am going off at a tangent here), as the Earth moves, this percentage, this ratio begins to change. Every time the ratio changes, we are then made to understand this new ratio of energy as a new energy that is coming in. Khursheed, that is why, they are telling me, that we gave it names, for the purpose of humanity’s consciousness; electro-magnetic, crystalline, platinum. We give them these names so that we understand that the ratio is changing rapidly and today, the ratio is in a state of utter flux. Earlier on, the ratio stayed stable for a long period of our time and then changed; now it is changing rapidly with minor changes taking place in it constantly.

But at the time of, that which we consider Adam and Eve, who didn’t really exist except as two kinds of human body forms, each body form was given, by the Earth herself, different characteristics, because the creative energy that had diluted itself with the Earth’s energy, had to necessarily modify itself to suit the created human forms; so it had to not only dilute, but split. One strand went into, what was called, the male body form and the other, the female body form. At the time of that creation of humanity, Adam was completely male energy, without any aspect of the female, and Eve was completely female, without any aspect of the male. Then began the process of a further evolution where that which had separated had to to be merged. Adam and Eve need to merge.

Look at our own history and anthropology and you will understand how the human body has changed. We have been told many times in channelings that even this body is only in one stage of experimentation and in fact, our own children have bodies different to ours already, which will manifest; so they are already different human beings from us. We have become extinct. We, as a human race, are a dying race and the new human body is that of our children.

Now why does the human body change? Why did it need to go through all its stages of evolution? Adam and Eve were completely male and completely female but from that moment itself, evolution began; evolution of this cycle. So from the point of separation, Adam and Eve had to begin the merger. As the merger took place, through interaction, through living, through sex, Adam gave Eve a part of his male energy; Eve gave Adam a part of her female energy, and Cain and Abel had both. They had to have both. As the human body progressed, the merger of male and female in the human body began more and more as a proportion, till there came a time, very close to our own existence when, if Raju had been living in that period and was a female, she would have about (and once again I am giving my interpretation of a thought that’s conveyed to me), she would have about 60% female and 40% male and Dhiren, if he had been living there, being man, would have had about 60% male and 40% female. The energy would still be predominant as per the body form. Then came, what I will call, our race. We, the present day and when we are looking at present day, we are looking at such a long time still, the present day human body, which evolved even further and could now take in, either male or female, in any physical form. So Raju could really have 60% male and still be in female form and Dhiren could really have 60% female and still be in male form because there has been a progression, even in the human body. I am being made to see that in the 5^th dimension, those who wish to still be in human form will be in a form that can choose from itself, from time to time, whether it wants to be male or female. So Raju may say I want to be male today and female tomorrow and the human body, itself, will adapt instantly. But why is all this possible? Because the merger is getting finer. As this merger begins to get stronger, the Earth’s old energies begin to diminish and the creating energy begins to strengthen because the energy is moving towards what it IS, leaving its stages of separation behind. This is how we are at present.

How does the male energy manifest through us, at present? And first of all, what was the purpose of the male energy? Why didn’t we have two Eves, who copulated? Why was there an Adam? The male form was so constructed, in order to labour, to work, so it is true (and even as I’m saying it, I am fighting it), it is true that the male form is definitely stronger, more powerful than the female form, but only in human body. It has to be stronger. It has to be more powerful. It was structured for labour, for work, for execution. The female form need not have the physical strength. The female form was not structured for labour; she was structured for creation. That is why we have the uterus, the womb. The male doesn’t need it, but the male needs the brawn, the muscle.

Not only was the human form so structured but how wonderfully (I’m finding it amazing even as I’m getting it), how wonderfully amazing was the Earth that she structured the brains differently. And the human male brain, though it seems to be the same, is entirely different from the female brain. Its pathways are different and the conditioning that you and I would get easier, dad and Robin would not even touch; they don’t have the pathways for that conditioning. And the conditioning that they would pick up easily, you and I would pass like a wind because we don’t have the pathways to pick up that conditioning at all.

I have questioned them just now, what happens incarnation after incarnation, when sometimes I am male and sometimes I am female and I am told, you get the brain that you wish for at that time. So when I am male, I get the male brain and when I am female, I get the female brain; very important, because all of it adds to soul conditioning, because the soul has no pathways. The brain creates them for the soul. So it is essential that we have both male and female birth. Our soul has to be conditioned for all because it is out of conditioning that it will grow beyond the conditioning, enabling complete merger between the male and female energy within you.

I’m also questioning them, what happens to the male energy and female energy ratio within me? Does it remain constant birth after birth? I am told that it remains the same on birth as it was at the time of death in the previous incarnation. And you use one birth to then remain or increase the ratio or merge it. So I can choose to increase the male energy in my ratio and now I understand that for a long time, in this birth, I chose to do that. I chose to increase the male energy in the ratio within me and whenever you choose differently, you can choose to change this ratio, as I have chosen by welcoming and embracing the female energy that is also within me.

Now if male energy is structured to execute, to labour, to act, the energy does not have the power, Divine Power to create. What I am being made to understand is that, unknown to us all, we too, even as the human race, we create exactly in the same manner as etheric beings do; we create by thought. Male energy does not have the power to create by thought. You see, if Adam and Eve had had to have stayed pure male and pure female, the men would never have been able to think. It was in the first act of copulation that Eve gave to Adam his greatest gift; Eve gave to Adam the power to think. But, if Adam hadn’t copulated with Eve, Eve would never have been able to do anything and in that act, Adam gave Eve his greatest gift, the power to act as per her thought. So both energies gifted something great to each other. In this we learn how incomplete we are without each other.

Copulation is not only a physical act; it’s a merging of energies. Dhiren, I’m being asked to tell you that that is really the thrust of your work. You have to understand that the Shiva Energy is one of the finest mergers of male and female. The Shiva Energy is not a male energy and what you have to really do is to focus on the ratio of male and female energy with those who come to you and understand by your own ratio, which is very strong, whether the imbalance is essential or can this person now move beyond the imbalance, and then help them to right it. In fact, what you will be doing is copulating with every one who comes to you.

Nothing. Your most important work is actually copulation, where your energy will copulate with their energy. In that copulation itself, there is the righting of the imbalance. Then if that person wants to take it further, through that copulation, you will have understood this imbalance and will take it further. So your physical thrust on sex is really the mirror of your Spirit knowing that its actual work is energy copulation for this purpose.

For the Earth to evolve there must not be imbalances so widespread as they are right now because when the Earth moves, she moves with her conjoined ratio, which is actually the average ratio of all our personal ratios. So if our personal ratios are moving towards 50/50; naturally the Earth’s ratio will also move towards that. And that is what you, Dhiren, are doing.

When we act, when we react, when we do work, when we execute a plan, we are using the male energy. When we think we are using female. When we feel an emotion, we are using the imbalance of the male and female. We only feel an emotion out of the imbalance. We have to study ourselves now and see how much of our day is spent in doing, acting, reacting, labouring; we will know how much we are using male energy. How much of the day is spent in creative thought, not fanciful thinking; that is really an emotion coming out of the imbalance. Creative thought. That is the proportion of our female energy. How much do we react out of feeling, hurt, happy, sad, angry, scared. That shows the level of the imbalance of our male and female energy. And because they want the Earth to move quicker, our energies must be in as much balance as it possibly can and therefore, new kind of energy workers, like Dhiren.

It’s not that Dhiren didn’t take birth before, but he didn’t need to do this task because the Earth didn’t need him at that time. But he worked on his own internal imbalances in all the incarnations, knowing that when the Earth would need him, he would be ready. And he won’t be the only one. I am being told that very soon, we will be hearing of, reading of and knowing more and more people who will be doing ‘energy copulation’. That is the word they are giving us.

Now they are asking me to touch upon why sex is such an energy block for this human race. I’m being made to see that the human race, as it existed before this form that we are in, did not have such an issue with sex. Copulation was open, free and permitted by society for any and every one. There were no fixed partners ever. If I knew I needed Raju’s female energy and I had male energy, I would copulate with Raju and then, at a certain time, I knew I needed Sherni’s female energy, I would copulate with Sherni and there was no shame or guilt attached. But that is not so with this human race.

It is ironic that this energy block has, in fact, arisen out of the our evolution. The more we have evolved and the more subconsciously we are aware of our male and female energies, the more we are unhappy with the imbalance. We then mirror it outward and so the physical act of the male and the female is given such a prominence, such a restriction, because what I am trying to do is restrict the further imbalance of my own energies and I am mirroring it outward by labeling sex as bad. But as soon as this condition becomes a part of my soul pathway, the Spirit is in conflict because the pathway formed is not a universal truth, so Spirit tries to form its own its own pathway that will erase this one. But pathways formed by physical existence are far stronger. When the conflict becomes too much within you, you act outwards by sexual abuse, rape and any kind of sex crime, as we call it. Dhiren, this means that the person has a huge imbalance, not only in energy but the soul pathway has to be rewritten; which takes you onto a further level of copulation, where it’s not now physical energy working with physical energy but Spirit with Spirit. With the permission of that person to overcome temporarily his spirit and with the force of your physical energy, you will re-write the soul pathway.

Not everyone has those kinds of pathways because we don’t all act out because of that imbalance. We may have been victims of it. So this is a completely new level of work that you will be doing in the future. When this level becomes much easier for you, you will be taken to this higher level.

At this time when so many of us are working with our own energies, it is very important not to judge the actions of another. We are judging them from our own male/female imbalance and that restricts creative thought.

Now what I am being told is, when the merger in the 5^th dimension is the complete one of 50% male and 50% female, from then on, out of that merger will emerge another form of energy structure, which we will recognize as female but which will in fact be closest to the creating energy, which is creative thought that is completely anchored and stabilized by labour. It will not be two separate energies but one energy working in this manner.

I am tired but I have been asked to take 3 questions.

Pathways of the brain are not physically ever found. No human doctor can look at the brain and say this is the pathway. The pathways are electrical impulses that move in a certain manner. That is why, psychologists accept and acknowledge the presence of pathways and give you chemicals, which not change the pathways but which help you to overcome those electrical impulses, to move beyond them.

Feeling of love, as we know it, yes, is an imbalance of male and female. Were I to be in complete male and female balance, then I would feel no love; in fact, I would feel nothing at all.

It is love. Truth is love but I can’t feel truth, I can experience it.
