I have been asked to speak on something which a lot of people have been asking me through the last few years. I wondered myself, and I am sure many of you had the same question crossing your mind…. where is all this leading to; all these classes, channeling, information, knowledge, where does it lead, where does it end? How do we apply this in our real life? What practical use does it have? There is someone who comes to one of my classes and she keeps telling me "words, words, words, Divyaa, beautiful words and so mind-expanding, but what do we do, how do we use them, how do we apply them in our lives, how does our life really change?" And I had no answer and I answer, "I don’t know how it helps but somehow its automatic growth." Just look at your life; hasn’t it changed? Everybody will say "yes"; maybe the way we see things or maybe the way we look at things.

When I started this journey it was a burning question in my mind, and I am sure it wasn’t answered; that’s why I was getting it from all around me. I used to ring up Ellaeenah; I used to ring up Khursheed, what am I doing!! Here I am teaching and sharing. But what am I really doing to put it into practice, and they would also always invite me to look at my life and acknowledge the changes. But the question remained with me, like a cow you know who chews cud.

I now see the Masters are bringing me back full circle, but I know now for myself why I had to go through the channeling, the linking. And this is the answer I am going to share with you all. At one level it’s nothing new, and a lot of you are going to say we already know that but it’s another way of looking at it, another picture. Nothing new is going to come from outside. We’ve been given different, different, different, different, different pictures, angles from different reality, and you have to make your own new picture. This is very important for our group that sometimes wants something new all the time. The picture each one is going to make is their own new picture; it’s not going to be Jade Fire’s picture or Maitreya’s picture because why then did ONE become many? The whole purpose is so that we each develop our own new picture from the different, different, different viewpoints you are given here.

In Lady Nada’s channeling she spoke on disempowerment. There was a long channeling after that; interesting channeling, but for me that word "disempowerment" took my picture on karma from hundred to thousand. So if all of you could do that, you will have something new.

The picture I was given to understand was of how this knowledge really helps; why is growth automatic. How is it really working? I was shown that when we say "mind expansion", we don’t really know what mind-expansion is. We are literally expanding the mind, friends, literally stretching the mind. When I am given answers, I am given these pictorially and then I put that together. So try and form a picture in your brain. Understand that the brain is not the mind; it is an interacting point between the mind and the body, it’s an interface. Think of it in different ways. An example could be …. Electricity is the mind; its coming into the bulbs, but your electricity board is the brain. We think of the brain as the mind because this is where your circuit is really happening. But it’s important for us to know consciously that the mind is not physical at all; the mind is, in fact, an energy field; it’s energy vibrating at different frequencies of your thoughts, your feelings, your beliefs…what the scientists call "brainwaves, brain patterns".

Mind is pure energy vibrating at different frequencies. We should now become very consciously aware of this. We all have different frequency thoughts; some are what we call (without judgment) lower density, higher density. But the entire energy field is our mind. While the mind is not physical, it is contained in and operates throughout the body. Our mind is in our toes (I now understand the ‘toes’ in the channeling where Jade Fire explained one of the methods); the mind is everywhere, in every organ, every cell, every atom, every particulate. The mind is working through every area of your body and if you can now start to see the mind as your energy field you will get the picture that it is not contained in a brain.

It has no partitions, it’s not compartmentalized. Sometimes we think lower mind, higher mind, subconscious mind, but everything is your energy field. All of us know that Energy expands, it just IS. Everything that you can see, a chair, a table, a mike, everything, has a thought form, and everything that you can’t see is pure energy. Now it is clearer for us to understand that this energy field extends infinitely towards what we call our Higher Mind, to what we call the Soul. The Soul is your energy vibrating at a higher frequency. It’s not a gold packet up there. The same mind extends to Universal Consciousness; the same mind extends to Eternity; to the ONE MIND, God.

It becomes easier for us to see this if we imagine our mind as an energy field. Our mind is working throughout our bodies. It’s an energy field which is extending right up to God, Shiva, Jade Fire, Universal Consciousness. That’s why when you are reading or hearing or channeling knowledge, we are getting so many ideas, so many thoughts, so many feelings, all of what we call higher vibrations, or higher frequency, or God or whatever. Through knowledge, through wisdom, our minds are literally being stretched to inter-mingle with these large Selves of ours, and that is why when your mind, when your thoughts, when your beliefs, when your feelings are vibrating at a higher frequency, automatically your reality changes. Now for the first time I’ve understood why it’s automatic. As we think, so do we create outside us.

I didn’t know that. When we come to channelings or readings or books, whatever, you are expanding your beliefs, your frequency on core concepts and so your day-to-day concepts are also expanding without effort. If we know that there is nothing to be guilty about, then day-to-day issues of guilt will disappear. If I know that everybody has a purpose because we have learnt so much here, if we know that everybody comes with their Blue Print, then automatic day-to-day judgment has been swept away. So it’s becoming, more and more what I’d like to call, automatic inherent growth.

And where does this end. We all know that Universal Consciousness, God, is ever expanding… there is no end. But that should not make you feel ‘down’; it should make you feel "wow". There is an infinite area for our energy fields to expand, for our beliefs, feelings, to expand, and we are going to create better and better realities outside us; not only on our physical realm but when we expand our energy fields to better and better realities. But this is not where it ends; this is just one way of looking at it.

I am going to give you 4 or 5 pictures because this is how it came to me. The next…If the brain is just a physical apparatus, so is the heart. Now the heart is just a physical organ which we know pumps blood, but now let us be aware that the heart centre, what we call the heart chakra, is actually a part of the mind. We always think of the heart as separate from the mind, and it used to really trouble me; I am on this mind path, the knowledge path, what about the love factor and what about the heart. But the heart, the physical heart, is just an organ like the brain, but it’s the centre of your consciousness, it’s the centre of your subconscious mind in our today’s language.

The mind can be explained in many, many ways; subconscious, unconscious… I am not going there…but we’ve never thought of the heart as a part of our mind. So when we are expanding our mind we are expanding that heart centre, the subconscious mind.

Why is the heart centre the subconscious mind? All of us are aware that the feelings are felt in the heart centre. But under every feeling which rises to the consciousness there are hundreds of beliefs, thoughts, and ideas. There is no feeling without that. You might say no I just feel that; but if you really sit down and introspect, you will find all your thoughts. As you’re expanding here; also expanding is subconscious mind. This is a minute to minute energy signature we are giving to create our realities. We don’t even know what messages we are giving to the Universe through our heart. If you’ve expanded your heart, then there is automatic love, acceptance, non-judgment. Through mind expansion is heart expansion.

Now you will also understand the chakras. Chakras are also part of your energy field; they are also a part of your mind. Now like the brain is the interface between your body and your mind, the charkas are an interface between your current mind and all the areas of your higher mind. We already know the seven chakras, where all they connect. So those thoughts which have to do with abundance, material, security, they are revolving in this part of the mind. What has to do with balance, emotions is what we call the sacral charka. What has to do with the empowerment, powerlessness, all those will be part of the chakras. So, as we are expanding our mind, chakra cleansing is taking place. This is what chakra cleansing is…removing the limited beliefs. Removing the beliefs, the feelings, the thoughts, which have come from separation and ignorance. We are removing the veils, so you can call it cleansing or expansion.

In one of Sohrab’s channelings he was telling a few of us about how we are all getting unified energy chakra fields, and I came home thinking you know how; what is it about? Now I understand how, why, Ellaeenah’s chakric field is totally unified. When it gets expanded to a certain level, then naturally all your chakras are unified. And that is why so many of us are vibrating at what we call higher frequencies. As energy expands, we become spiritual centers.

Many people who come to me for ‘one-on-one’ ask what is my purpose and very often the answer is your purpose is just BE wherever you are, in whichever field, whichever area, your day-to-day life. Now I know what it means. You are thinking the way you are vibrating; you are like a radio centre vibrating just where you are. You can go to office; you can go to your work and yet you are in spiritual service.

And it doesn’t end here. We keep hearing about the ego and the Masters have told us repeatedly "you don’t have to remove the ego, don’t shun the ego". When I first came to channeling, I wrote an article, make friends with your ego, shake hands with your ego, and hug your ego. You can’t do away with the ego. It is your apparatus. This is a Seth saying it is apparatus by which your mind navigates this physical. So like the brain is an interface between body and mind, like the charkas interface between your current mind and all the other minds, your ego is that part of the mind which allows you to interact with this physical world. As you are expanding, your ego is expanding, and when your ego is expanding, you remove the limited ego… the limitations of ignorance and separation. I prefer the word identity because the ego is your "I"ness; your identity which keeps Nandini, Sherny, me, Ellaeenah, all our experiences separate from each other. Otherwise it will be one ‘cosmic soup’ and we didn’t become ‘many’ to be ‘one cosmic soup’.

Ellaeenah, maybe you can channel or connect on this one, but I feel that perhaps the ego is this grid which we keep talking of. Ellaeenah is now restructuring our grids because our ego has expanded and so it’s removing this old residue, the limitations. (N.B. Ellaeenah explained after the talk that the ego is not the grid but the grid is the structure which ‘contains’ the strength of the ego. Thus the restructured grid gives greater scope of expansion for the ego, which can expand and vibrate at a far higher frequency.) You will now understand why knowledge, why words, why wisdom, really helps… because as our thoughts, feelings, energy fields, are expanding, many of us have become aligned with our soul purposes. As you change within, your reality outside will change, your environment will change, your world will change.

The Masters keep telling us about conscious living, conscious awareness, introspection, observation, contemplation. The last few months they have been using the word contemplation. We are learning through books and channellings, but even if you didn’t, Life and its experiences are teaching us. But when we add knowledge and wisdom, we are going faster, we are going wider. We are going from a one to a hundred; but to go from a hundred to a thousand, there must be contemplation, there must be introspection. You must take the knowledge home and you must chew it like a cow chews cud. Take home any ONE point from the channeling, the one which hits you most, and if you really do that, your energy field expands your views, your feelings, your beliefs, your realities.

It doesn’t end here either. I want you to think of your mind as an "X". Naturally the X is open on all four sides. Think of the left side as the lower mind, the Manas, the thinking mind, your day-to-day thinking conscious mind. Think of the right as the higher mind, the intellect, the buddhi, the love and wisdom. Now I have understood Ray 2 because you have already expanded past the heart chakra to reach that area, to reach the higher mind. The lower part of the X is what we call Chitta. Now Chitta has no English translation but it’s memory, its pure consciousness at its vastest; its pure memory as given in your DNA from the moment you separated from God. The upper "V" is the "i", the ego, but let’s call it the identity, the small "i" which becomes, as we expand, the larger "I". Now what we are doing through words, wisdom, channeling, is removing those lines between each part. When we talk of removing, of cleansing, we are actually disempowering the separation. All those thoughts about separation and disempowering are thoughts of ignorance. We are cleansing through adding. We are adding Light. When you add light to your room the darkness goes; you are removing all these lines, compartments. There are no compartments because it’s an energy field and at this point it became a "Cross" like the Christ Cross which has the two lines crossing a little higher than the centre….. the heart centre. Your mind expands vertically; mind expands to encompass everybody, humanity.

Let us offer profuse thanks for the tremendous information that comes through the channellings or the books because there is no end. We not only create better reality in the Here and Now but also move towards becoming Jade Fire, Shiva Shakti. When the Masters are present they leave little bits of their ‘MIND’ behind in our ‘mind’. When they leave their vibrations behind, they are leaving their MIND behind! We all know that higher energy never comes lower. So when their frequencies are present, everything in you is yearning, moving, rising towards it. I think this is what initiation is; one part of your brain is reprogrammed, one new level of energy is reached, your mind has expanded.

Now I have understood that Raja Yoga is Bhakti Yoga expanded with wisdom. It becomes part of you and through love there is good action, so you call it psychological development, you can call it mind expansion, you can call it spiritual growth.
