ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ANGER


When you acknowledge your anger, you must sit with it in a semi-darkened room with an open flame and let your anger sit opposite you, and then talk to it. Talk to your anger and let it talk back to you. Who hurt you? When did they hurt you? What did you feel? Why did you feel that? How has it resulted now in your life? Let your anger express itself completely. Only then can deal with it. Only then will it have worn itself out.
