Good evening, children. What confusion there is when there is something new given to you. My son, (SA) your responsibilities are now being extended. Although this child is the medium, you are the head of this group. As the head you will now ensure strict discipline, and strict regularity, and now you are being given the liberty to decide that if there is no regularity on the part of a sitter, to ask that sitter to relinquish the position within, to another who is more regular. You do not have to ask us.
This will be a difficult task, but we are also sure that however unpleasant it might be sometimes, you will do the needful.

Q: Sir, if this happens, may they be permitted to sit outside?

Of course. No one, my son, is not to be allowed. But, my son, if within such a format there are so many empty places as you see today, it is not right that others have to sit there when I am sure that they would rather sit here. Once again, my son, you do not need to ask us whether someone from there can be taken into this circle on a regular basis. We leave all such decisions now to you.

SA: Thank you, Sir.



There was an interesting question that this child and my son who is not present wished to ask. The question was that when he heard the High Lord speak through another channel he sounded gentle, and completely unlike what you hear him here.

Possible. There is a reason. That medium has a gentle personality. The High Lord cannot overwhelm her personality. For this medium there is no overwhelming required because this medium is also 'not very gentle'. (All laughed)

Y: Sir, you are so good with words.

We try. (Sir smiled)

But there is also another reason. When the High Lord comes through that medium he comes as the Master Maitreya. He comes to you here as the High Lord Mitreha. One who is above us all. He comes to you not in the position of a spiritual guide but in the position of the authority that he holds. He shows to you, my children, the same strictness and the same love that he shows to us all. Yes, even on our side guides are in awe of him. They do not fear him because they have experienced the vastness of this love. You, my children, will also learn to look beyond the strict disciplinarian and to see the soul of love. When the Mitreha has overwhelmed me, my personality, which is gentler, has never had conflict because there has only been a merging of love. But, this great soul filled with the love of the universe, has agreed to a change in his manner of coming through this medium. He will come with more veils so that his full force is not felt. He does this for one reason only. He knows that now you will be under his fold directly and he does not wish fear to stop the bonding between your souls. His presence will be felt differently. He will not empower completely the medium, but partially, so that the force of energy is reduced.

Q: Sir, I would first like to thank you all. We have completed a year now.

We accept your thanks, my son, but you need to thank yourselves. I don't know how many of you are aware that you have been 'promoted'. Your group now is not the circle of the last year. Your souls have moved upwards, and believe me, my children, if there were not a common movement, this would not have been possible. The entire opening up of your meeting now is for that purpose. The last year was for your growth; now your growth will continue on its own without out help. Now your effort and ours is for the growth of the Universe. And we, my son, honour you all. Very few circles, my son, evolve this quickly. But, as with all evolution, growth must be accompanied with a lot of cleansing. But now you all know how to deal with it. You all know that it is just a process. Just a process.

Q: Sir, when you talk of growth are you talking of ascension?

When you talk of ascension, my child, we are not looking at the ascension of the individual soul. We are looking at a movement of the entire Earth. And your planet needs your help, which you are all rendering, and which now through these prayers will be even stronger.

Are there any more illnesses, which need to be discussed, or do we now move on to another theme?

Q: Sir, before that I just wish to ask if we may be allowed to make our recording system better?

Son, in fact the high energy present may cause more problems with your recording system. You may have a stronger system, but, no my son, we cannot permit it closer than what you have already taken the liberty of. You can have as much power as you want but not closer. Nothing very close to this child. Son, she is dealing now with so many energies all at once. We cannot permit any electric imbalance within her that can cause her harm.

Q: Sir, last time when I was reading through the transcript, the High Lord's words felt so different.. The entire essence seemed to come through, which did not when you listened to him.


Yes, this is because the force of his energy is not there. It was with the words that you could connect to the essence.

Q: Sir you mentioned that the High Lord would come with more veils and gentler....

I did not say, gentler, my son. I said 'with a reduced force of energy'.

Q: Sir, instead of reduced don't we in fact need more energy?

Son, you are mistaken by what I said. His energy is with you in its full force. But it will not come through this medium completely, because there are sitters like my two dear sons who when they hear a very loud voice stop listening.

SA: Yes, Sir, that is absolutely right.

Q: But, Sir that is his love coming through.

Yes. Gradually as the entire group is more used to the High Lord's ways, he will not use the veils.

Q: Sir, I am finding of late that a lot of negativity is coming towards me and I am unable to protect myself from this in spite of binding myself. What am I doing wrong, Sir?

You are not binding yourself against yourself. What you are experiencing, my son is only a physical mirror manifestation of your own negativity that is being released. And because you are not binding yourself against yourself, it keeps coming back to you. You do not need binding my son. What you need to do is to pray the Lord Ahura's name 51 times at every chakra. Do not forget your 8th and 9th charkas. Do this once a day and you will find that this will definitely reduce. You must understand, my son, that binding is a very limited means. When you are binding, my son, you are trying to bind yourself against something external. But the external is only what you are putting out. Now you cannot bind yourself from yourself, but you need to cleanse yourself in a manner that will not harm you. And by cleansing your chakras in this manner you are asking the Ahura, the highest known energy to you, to come within each chakra and when that energy, my son, resides within each chakra, which are your centers of light, all negativity will be released in a manner that will be safe.

Q: Sir, can we also do the same?

Any one, anyone.

Q: Sir, now on the subject of illnesses, can you talk to us on obesity?

We have talked of that earlier, but, yes, we can get into it in detail.
Son, you have noticed, and all you must have noticed, that all of those who are fat are generally very good by nature. They laugh, they understand, they are more loving, more sensitive, more feminine energy.

Now this is where the problem lies and this is also the wonder of that soul. When a soul has more feminine energy, that soul needs a lot of external validation because of physical limitations. When external validation of the kind required is not given that soul will start accumulating all the unexpressed longing for that validation. Their bodies, built in such a manner, will allow itself to expand in order to make room for that unexpressed longing. Let us look at the other end of the scale here simultaneously.. those who are extremely thin. The longing is the same, the validation required is the same, but their bodies are built in a manner that will not permit expansion but will permit an eating up from within. The body absorbs within itself the unexpressed longing and this unexpressed longing is absorbed in a toxic form and therefore eats up at the health of that body. Same issue, but in one it will be expressed as obesity. Are you with me so far, my son?

Yes, Sir.

When this unexpressed longing stays within, the body will expand itself and so the toxins spread wider and then affect that one organ in your body that is the center of love. The heart, and that is why heart attacks. In order to release this unexpressed longing that physical being has to look inwards because the problem lies in external validation.

Now if you will study the emotional and mental make up of such persons, you will find a few things common. And again I am speaking of both ends of the scale.
You will find dependency. Always, in all, all, all such cases. You will find acute dependency on the environment in general or a part of it in particular. It might be a parent, a spouse, a sibling, a friend, or a servant. Or it might be just everyone around. Dependency is common in all. The next thing you will find is a wall. A wall of laughter, jest and joke, merriment and cheer. Always. Do I need to explain the purpose of that wall?

Yes, Sir.

It is the unexpressed longing that the body needs to keep unexpressed; the wall does that. The wall is not like other walls to stop the external hurt from coming in. It is to stop the internal hurt from going out. Another common ground will be an acute desire to help ny and all in their ambit. Any and all. Can you see the reaching out, the clutch, and the cling? There is a cry "Let me help you please because if I help you I need not help myself. I can put myself away." So there are these three common factors to look for.
Now a fourth. As I mentioned earlier the problem and the strength; that wonderful, sensitive, feminine energy. You see, my children, your world does not appreciate feminine energy, in fact it looks down upon it, and when this conditioning is strong, and that body knows that 'there is a sensitive feminine energy which is being looked down upon by those from whom I need validation, I must not express that side of mine.' So what does the body have to do? Keep it within.

There is only one solution, only one.  That being must be given the strength to look inwards, must be given the confidence to be proud of this sensitive feminine energy. But there is a fear. The dependency that I spoke of is so strong that there is always the danger that that person will now cling to you and not see you as a help but as a crutch. And when you try, however gently, to point out to that person that you are a mere aid and not a crutch, once again that person will feel ' I have not received the external validation that I need'. Can you see the circle? It keeps playing itself again and again. The only way is to step off that circle, and it is difficult to do this without adequate, regular, correct help.  You see, my children, there is a trap that many of you allow yourselves to fall into. You allow yourselves to become crutches for another because that gives you an excellent boost for your own ego. Now if that game gets played there is no hope of healing. Trying to help such a person is extremely difficult.

What might help (if that person is open to new information, if that person is open to looking within) is to merely tell the person what we have told you. Do this gently, kindly, in small doses. Only if you think that person will accept this, because remember, my children, if that person does not accept this you will be worsening the situation because that person will again consider this an external invalidation from the environment. What you can do is to send that person a healing energy without that person's physical self ever knowing of it. The permission can be taken from the person's higher self. And the healing energy, my children, must be sent to the heart because that is the seat of love. If that individual also wears an emerald it would be useful. An emerald to be worn on the ring finger of the left hand. That would help.

Q: Sir, any particular size of stone?

Son, for any stone to work effectively it must be very large, but the quality of the stone is not important at all. The quality is only important to you when you want it as a piece of jewellery.

Q: Sir, even if it is opaque there is no problem?

Any stone which has a spot.what is that spot? It is only a little bit of Mother Earth caught in that stone. That is all.

Q: Sir, when you spoke of the desire of such individuals, is it a physical desire or a spiritual desire?

An emotional desire, and remember, my child, it is sometimes carried over from another life.

Q: Sir, do we all have special stones, which we can wear?

Yes.

Q: Sir, could you tell me which one I should wear?

Child, each one requires a different stone at a different time. In order to get over this problem have a colourless crystal and endow that crystal with the colour energy that you require. What can be very useful is to endow it with one particular colour energy for three consecutive days, and then endow it with another colour for the next three days, and so on. Do not be bothered about the choice of colour. Let it be the colour that comes to your mind first. Do this and your body will get all the colour energy it requires.

Q: Sir, a colourless crystal worn on a chain would also be fine?

For the purpose of obesity, the finger.

Q: Sir, is it also ok to wear a rainbow crystal?

Of course because then it has all.

Q: Sir, could you elaborate a little about obesity and the crystal?

Son the crystal is not going to take away the obesity. Oh no. Do not think that this is some miracle drug for obesity. That would be oh so easy. That emerald or that crystal endowed with the green colour energy will merely give you the strength to access your own feminine energy and your own love energy. That is all that it does. And it is completely useless if there is no real desire to access that energy. If the fear is so great the crystal will not be able to do anything.

You see, my children, your world does not look at obesity or acute thinness as an illness. But it is an illness because there is a complete misalignment of chakras. And today when the center has moved to the heart the problem gets worsened because the center does not function at all. 

Q: Sir, why are such persons generally more fond of food?

Son, if you have an empty space will you not fill it? Does that answer your question?

Q: Sir, could you speak to us about the liquid light that I have read about?




HLM:

Anything that flows is liquid. When you hear of liquid light, my child, it does not mean that it takes the shape of water. Today in order to take the earth to its new plane of evolution there must be a greater connection with the Light, so the light from the Divine Source flows at great velocity. This light, my child, you will find flowing within you and around you. It has a purpose. The liquid light as it has been called due to its velocity of flow, takes away with it negativity in its path. But when the negativity is immense, the vibrations left behind by the liquid light get completely overwhelmed.
You can see liquid light my child. You can see it as a very fast moving golden streak. Whenever you see it be in its path because you will receive its full strength. Liquid light does not spread. It moves in a path. Let me give you an example that you might be easier with. Lightning. When the lightning fills up the entire sky its force is much less. That lightning cannot harm because its force has been spread all over. But when there is one swift stroke of lightning and if that enters your being it will reduce you to an ash. That is like liquid light. But liquid light will never harm. Never.

Q: Sir, how can we..

Access it? You cannot. It will find you when it knows that it is the right moment. But if you wish to make yourself more accessible to it, look into a large crystal ball. Look for a golden streak that will pass within that ball and welcome that liquid light into you telling it that you are ready.

Q: Sir, I also want to ask about the seven musical notes.

They are the seven notes of the centers of your light.

Q: Sir, if there is a problem can we activate the chakras by playing one of the notes?

Play all. Hearing the seven notes of music constantly will leave you in a perfect state of health. All sound is made up of these notes. When you find one sound pleasant and another not pleasant it is because that sound has disturbed one center of light within you. It may be one note; it may be all the notes.

A very good yardstick to your poor health is to find out which days you do not like to hear music. On the other hand those days when you crave music you are also not in perfect health. Have music in your homes, in your hearts, in your heads and on your lips all the time, my children. You will need no medication. Surround yourself with colour and you will need no medication.

 Nature has provided you with everything and you have abused it. And then you wonder how you can help victims of disaster. Why do you want to help the victims; help the disaster. Then there would be no victims. All of you leave everything till it is too late. You want to help victims but you don't want to stop there being victims.

Q: Sir, I want to thank you for being with me when I am sad.

My dear little one, we have been with you even when you have not known that we are there. You will hear my voice, my child, you will always hear my voice and sometimes what I say you will not like. Will you be deaf then?

No, Sir.

Leave your heart open, my child. You have been told repeatedly, my child, leave your heart open. You will hear my voice clearly.

(to SA) Son, the responsibility of head of such a group is not to be taken lightly. We will not accept it. You have been chosen because we honour your dedication for any task that you take on. We also know that in this entire circle you are the only one who will speak to this child in words that may be strong but which she will have to listen. She is not the head of the circle, my son, you are. And if you find that even she has gone astray it is your responsibility to bring her back. Or the circle must stop.
