Pleiadians: Pleiades greet you all. Today, YOU will create your own energy field. We will remove completely the energy field already created here. We will make a vacuum. What will then fill this room will be what you will create. Done very simply, by using these two appendages (hands) you emit sounds just by bringing them together. Each one will bring their appendages together. Make the sound that you instinctively wish to make. You will continue with that sound as others join you. Starting from this child, to this, to this, to this, to this, to this, to this, starting each row of seat from this side (the left side) one at a time proceeding there, starting here, proceeding there and so on, each one individually making the sound that you know is your sound & continue making that sound till the entire room has participated in the energy field.

It is what you have created. Feel this energy field. Can you feel complete accord or some sense of discord? Son (Sohrab), what do you experience?

Sohrab: I sense very bright yellow gold sunshine energy with huge portals signifying constant moving outward. I’m seeing it very positive & very united.

Zafar: I’m seeing arcs again of golden light coming out, reaching out to one, I wouldn’t say portal but its some kind of object & there’s a connection made to the universe through the grid (..)

Child, accord or discord?

You’re able to see now. Each one made a different sound. There was no discord. It is not essential to be the same for there to be harmony. A vital lesson here for you to learn. Dissimilarities can also bring accord & peace, if you permit them to.

Those who saw golden & orange connected to the Pleiadian energy. The ones who saw other colours connected to an energy of their own, which is predominantly that colour. So it was an experience. You now know the colour of your own energy at this point of time. There CAN be unity in complete apparent disunity. Why must each one speak the same, do the same, think the same & feel the same? That would make a very monotonous world. Your differences add colour, your differences add vibration, your differences are really different aspects of the same energy.

What you did in this simple exercise was to release your aspect of this one energy, which combined & became one energy. You did not feel only your aspect. If that were the case, you would have felt an agitation, a discomfort. What you felt was unified energy. Now this you can do in every day living. How do you apply this simple exercise to our ongoing lessons of energy application? We will continue with the same sound technique.

Have you ever wondered why, in your world, applause? Why has it not been some other method? What is the way an applause is given? Why don’t you do it right now? Assume that you have seen a marvelous show, which you have thoroughly enjoyed. Now we wish you to applaud loudly. (The sitters applaud). What was the feeling emanated by this energy? Joy, thrill, excitement. You didn’t really feel it because you haven’t really seen a show but for a brief second, you emanated a sound with the rhythm & speed that triggered the energy strand of joy & excitement. How easy it is to do this. When you are feeling down just (the Pleiadian claps). That is it.

But you will say, "What will I applaud"? What we would suggest is applaud yourself. Look into a mirror if you require & see that beautiful star, which has given a performance of a lifetime. Applaud that performance. How well that star portrayed the dramatic moments of this show. How well that star made you cry by making you actually believe that tragedy was taking place. How well that star made you angry & fierce & violent by actually making you believe that there is conflict & how well that star made you laugh with joy & utter madness making you believe that truly life in those moments is a joke. That star made you believe all this. That star needs applause. And you believed in it. Did you not cry with that star & hurt with that star & laugh with that star? When the star seemed depressed, were you not depressed too? What is a performance if not this? When the star is able to make you feel that what is on is real & not an illusion. So who will you applaud? That star. If you wish to applaud others, there are so many others who have acted with that star. Do not forget those villains that came on to that stage & scared you, made you say "Uhhh!" when that villain approached your beloved star. When that villain stabbed the star making you believe the star will now die. Do not forget the co-actors who supported this wonderful performance. Do they not deserve the applause? So let us applaud them now. (The sitters clap). So when you are down all you need is this sound to bring you out of a depression. Practical lesson at using sound energy.

When you are sick, what soothes you the most? What is the sound that soothes you? Soft music, almost like a lullaby. Reminds you of mum who held you to her breast & put you to sleep. Said not a word, only hummed a tune that made you feel so loved, so safe that no illness could dare come within your energy field. You can make that sound energy when you are ill. (The Pleiadian hums soothingly).

I am one of the energies of music. I am not a being. I am simply an energy vibration. Each of your earth instruments affect a different part of your physical body. The primary focus is on one part & then the vibration spreads.

Your string instruments focus first on the heart & emotional areas. Do you not have a phrase that says, "tugging at the heartstrings"? So because of your physical makeup, the effect is first on the heart & then it moves outward in all directions.

The flute & other pipe-like instruments, you may be interested to know, connect you to memories of past lives. They first hit the center of your brain, which has memories of the past. These are activated though you don’t consciously acknowledge them many times. That is why the flute & other instruments like it take you on a mental journey first. Immediately after, the emotional recall kicks in but the first strike is the mental past life connection.

Instruments like the piano work differently again. They work first on all the liquids in your body. They attack the blood stream & the fluids in the brain and cause a vibration, which is simultaneously felt throughout the physical body. Please understand this is the first thrust. Within a microsecond, other senses take over.

Instruments of power like the drum, the cymbals first attack the base chakra causing a vibration to move up the chakric system. A shakeup, if you will, of your own personal energy patterns that are stuck. Immediately, a new vibration courses through your body. This new vibration on its way up will trigger other emotional repercussions.

You may be interested to know that the electronic instruments particularly those of more modern origin, connect you instantly with extra-terrestrial activity. The center behind the ears, which is your primary connecting force, starts to vibrate causing an inter-stellar connection.

Each one in this room is a musician at heart. Either a great appreciator or somebody who actively pursues music or somebody whose greatest desire is to play an instrument or sing. Why not live one day as a musician at heart? Put on a piece of music that you really resonate with. Allow each instrument & indeed the vocal to hit your body consciously. Welcome the vibration into your physical & then use the new vibrations created, to do some work, first for yourself & then for others. Healing through music. It would do good my dear, if you sat for one day & opened your heart out to release the mountain of pain that you so skillfully hide. It would be strong of you to cry child, not weak, as you perceive it. Cry & do not stop the crying till you feel you cannot cry even if you were asked. Then see the miracle of joy that comes to fill itself. You do great harm to yourself for you blame yourself. There is no blame. There is only balance. Only balance. See the balance through. You must release, not hold back child. Till you release, your physical body will sicken. Do not kill it yet.

Now with me, from the bottom of your navel, make this sound. Close your eyes. ( the being made a very powerful sound & the sitters made the same sound). Now take your attention to the base of your neck & start breathing into your spine. Start breathing. Let your spine fill up. Connect. Hold the breath there & slowly let it come forward in the shape of a U through the front of your chakric system, out through your nostril. Continue doing this. See what this breath does. May I ask you friend, what does it do?

Elaeenah: I feel a complete cleansing.

Irawati: Yes. This is cleansing breath. You may do it any time you feel you need cleansing, physical, emotional, even otherwise. Now I shall reveal myself. I am no Master. I am a friend.
